The shop far exceeded my expectations on what could be done to this vehicle. Now it looks nicer than it did than the day I bought it. The service is also a lot more affordable than the other guy. Who offers a fraction of what the shop does. So, if you're looking for a place to get your car looking great. For not a whole lot of cash. This is the place to go and you'll be glad you went there.

Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. 360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

Had my grungy "smelly" car in for detailing. The detailing affected my radio/cd/climate control buttons, but some of it has come back so hopefully just has to dry out a bit more. Sip and crew did a WOW! job on it - hasn't looked (and smelled!) that good since the last detailing. And they even got a long scratch and several small ones out on the passenger side! Unresponsive and no show for appointment. I made an appointment for service. I arrived early and the sign said "open". It was pouring rain. I called the office number many times and no one answered. I walked around to the front door after the appointment time and it was locked. No one came to the door after knocking. I knocked on the garage and no one responded. Very disappointed at this level of "customer service". I waited 45 minutes before leaving. I'll update if they ever respond.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Waste Your Money! I would strongly advise against using their services. I paid $510 for an interior detailing (level 3 dirtiness) and was left disappointed, frustrated, and feeling completely scammed. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Unfinished Work & Extra Charges: When I booked my appointment, I expected a thorough cleaning, especially considering the hefty price. However, the most basic task—cleaning the floor mats—wasn’t done. I was told that cleaning the mats would cost an additional $100. I find it hard to believe that something as essential as floor mats wouldn’t be included in a $510 service. This felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me after I had already paid a premium price. 2. Poor Communication & Time Management: I made an appointment for 9:15 AM, but I received a call asking me to come at 10:30 AM because the technician was “stuck in traffic.” Fine, I understood, and I adjusted my schedule. However, when I arrived at 10:30 AM, I called the shop and sent a text letting them know I was outside. No response. I waited for another 30-40 minutes before I decided to leave and go home. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had taken the time to show up. 3. Promises of Overnight Work, But No Progress: I decided to give them another chance, so I went back and handed over my keys. The owner told me his team would need to work overnight to complete the detailing due to the delayed start. I was told the car would be ready the following day, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. 4. Bizarre Excuses & No Follow-Up: The next day, I texted around 4 PM to check on the status of my car, and I received a call back claiming that when the technician was cleaning the back seats, he found “black liquid” coming out of them, which meant they needed more time to finish the job. This excuse felt like complete BS. The next day, I followed up several more times, asking for an update, but received no response until around 8 PM, when I was finally told that the car was ready. 5. Subpar Results & Broken Promises: When I arrived to pick up my car, I was extremely disappointed. The cleaning was rushed and far from thorough. While my car looked a bit cleaner than before, it was nowhere near the level of service I had expected for the price. The owner had promised to send before-and-after pictures of my car, but those never arrived. Additionally, he told me that if I noticed any areas still dirty, he would be able to clean it for free. This offer was never honored. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, I never received a response. 6. Overall Frustration & Poor Customer Service: In the end, I felt completely scammed. The entire process was poorly managed, the communication was non-existent, and the final result was far from what I paid for. If you want to spend your hard-earned money on a service that doesn’t deliver, and if you don’t mind terrible customer service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car detailing needs.

Pedro and the team detailed my new to me used 1999 13ft scamp camper. They were very thorough, and cleaned the rat fur on the walls, ceiling, and door as well as all the cushions. The camper smelled and looked so much better. I know this was out of the realm of their normal, so I'm very happy they were willing to do it. They did a marvelous job! Dan did an Interior Detail and Mini Exterior Detail on my 1.5 year old SUV that had seen some hard use, and I got it back looking like a brand new car! Came here to get all my seats cleaned with the "Upholstery Shampoo" option. They did great and i was very satisfied with the job. A few weeks later, I spilled orange soda on my passenger seat and stained the entire bottom section. I made an appointment back here with Five Stars Auto Detailing, and the guy upfront noticed that they already did my car once before and told me he'd clean my passenger seat with NO CHARGE. Awesome! 😄

I treat my car to a wash here every few months and haven't had any issues til now-- I paid for the ultimate with ceramic coat, and half the soap didn't dispense? The central brush was also offline. I spoke to one of the workers that does the wipe down and he said I'm not the only one who has complained/mentioned the lack of soap. I asked why the heck we're still paying full price for half a wash and "I'll talk to my boss about it," was the best I could get. The phone want being answered and there doesn't seem to be any other way to talk to someone in charge other than being there in person.

We have a 1 ton Silverado that we pull our 36' 5th wheel. In the past year we visited 17 states and put on 17K miles. The truck was D.I.R.T.Y., inside and out, including pine pitch on the roof, front hood and back bed cover. I wanted to give Drew a chance and he was amazing. He is a wonderful young guy doing the detailing all on his own. I liked that he is mobile. He arrived at our home and he worked extremely hard on my truck for 6 hours today (90 deg and high humidity). The truck looks amazing, inside and out. Price was very good. Way better than other competitors I checked out. I have 4 pictures of "Before", one of Drew working and six "After". Give him a chance. I'm sure you will like the outcome. Great Job Drew!!! Came in for XPEL XR Plus Ceramic Tint and the Pristine team completed my car within a few hours from the time I called to see if they could take me same day to finish They were able to answer my many questions as well as accommodate my many demands in an efficient & timely manner. I went with Full Ceramic 30% all around including the windshield and full rear window to be done in a 1 Piece to avoid that pesky line that appears when people try to blend in the factory roof tint to the rear window tint. The Pristine team was friendly and awesome with nothing short of excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any work.

I brought in my car to get an interior detail after my car got broken into. I had glass shards all throughout my interior and even stuck in the steering wheel. I was able to make an appointment for my car the day after I called. I brought my car in at 5pm and he had it done for me by 8:30pm that night. He stayed late so my car could be done that same day and so I wouldn't need to leave it overnight. In addition, my car has never been more clean and it is absolutely spotless. My car genuinely felt brand new when I got in and there was no evidence of any glass left anywhere. The service could not have been better and the owner is very friendly and professional. We found a lost puppy in the Kahler Grand Hotel parking lot while staying there as a patient of the Mayo Clinic. We knew we had to save the poor dog, so we brought her to Rochester Animal Control. Luckily, she was chipped and returned to her owners. Unluckily for us, she left the back seat of our rental car filthy. We searched for a place to detail the vehicle to avoid rental fees. We were quoted $100 at other locations to clean the back seat. After hearing our story, the guys at Discount Detailing refused to take our money. They cleaned the car, making it look better than the day we picked it up, FOR FREE! Never have I experienced such a thing! The owner was more interested in paying a good dead forward than charging us—great detailing, but more importantly - GREAT PEOPLE. I couldn't recommend a business more! Justin was also able to get some pretty ridiculous coffee stains out of my cloth seats which I did not think was possible. Beyond the good work he does, Justin is super nice and personable. I took my 1958 Buick to Justin and cannot believe the exceptional job that he did on restoring the interior and the exterior of that vehicle. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Aldin at Med City Auto Spa for the phenomenal job he and his team did on our Electrified G80! The attention to detail and dedication truly exceeded our expectations, once more. The services we requested were two-step paint polishing, and ceramic coating to add incredible gloss and long-lasting protection. His company has also started offering window tinting so we requested adding ceramic tint to all the glass. This isn’t our first service with Med City Auto Spa LLC, but wanted to add that Aldin’s professionalism and customer service are unmatched. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, finishing everything on time. Our car looks better than from the dealership and I didn’t know that you could make white paint look like mirror! I was looking to get a ceramic coating on my truck when I ran across Double Take Detail and Coating. Aaron replied quickly and answered all my questions and after consulting with other detailers in the area I decided to go with Aaron. This would turn out to be a great decision Aaron was able to get us in quickly and accommodated our schedule to make pick up and drop off easier. While all of this is great and the customer service was amazing the detailing Aaron provided was even better. The interior was fresh and just as clean as the day I drove it off the lot but the star of the show was definitely the ceramic coating. The mirror shine was blinding and the assurance we were provided by going with the life time warranty made our investment worth every penny especially here in Minnesota where is snows. I’ve already booked an appointment for my other vehicle and will be retaining the services with Double Take Detail and Cleaning for future detailing services.

Have been getting the chrome polished on my trucks and trailers for the last 10 years, never using the same place twice, they are all out to make an easy dollar and put a shine on that does not last, nor does the shine have any luster to it. I will never go anywhere else after getting it done by these guys. Great guys to be around all day long, got right on my truck and I mean it's got an awesome finish. You can have it done by Joe blow and save just a little bit of money or you can bring it to them and feel confident it's going to be done right. They take pride in their work, and it's a lot of work. Thanks Tint & Detail Clinic! I've had a couple of my vehicles tinted and it makes a huge difference. Being by the airport makes it convenient for drop off and pick up. OUTSTANDING! Simply put, the best detail we've ever had done and we've used a few over the years. And, that includes the more-known names in the Prior Lake, Savage, Burnsville area. We had both of our vehicles detailed inside and out including the engine. We are extremely pleased with the results. Came in for XPEL XR Plus Ceramic Tint and the Pristine team completed my car within a few hours from the time I called to see if they could take me same day to finish They were able to answer my many questions as well as accommodate my many demands in an efficient & timely manner. I went with Full Ceramic 30% all around including the windshield and full rear window to be done in a 1 Piece to avoid that pesky line that appears when people try to blend in the factory roof tint to the rear window tint. The Pristine team was friendly and awesome with nothing short of excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any work.

Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

I had my first appointment with him for an exterior detail. I am genuinely impressed with the work that he was able to accomplish with the state I brought him my vehicle in! There where some scuffs from a previous car wash that went south, and he make them completely disappear. He is really nice, and down to earth with what is possible with the detail. Overall very happy with the service and definitely plan to come back to do either interior, more exterior, and some window tint!

Ziebart has done good work on my car now for about 15 years. I've gotten the under body protection, ceramic paint protection, and interior fabric protection. (I also usually schedule an annual detailing.) They do great work! The business changed hands a few years ago. Ken is now manning the phones. Wow -- I can't say enough great things! I just moved here from Texas a month ago and they were so patient with me and my random questions about winter/road treatments, etc. The service and pricing were great and I had to change my service last minute since I'm still recouping from the cross country move and they were so understanding, and I felt no pressure/upselling. Update: I received an apology & a refund for the tip I left and the work that was not completed. I told her what I thought was fair & she agreed. I appreciate that the owner made the situation right. I did not expect a full refund as she did get some of the work completed and deserved to be compensated for that. Due to how she handled the situation, I would consider giving her another opportunity to detail my vehicle if I was in the area. I paid for an interior detail. I didn't have the opportunity to fully look over my car upon delivery due to my schedule. When I did, I was very disappointed in the quaility of work. When asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I did so in good faith. I paid over $200 and sill had a dirty car.

Amazing work! My van had about 9 years of dirt,food,drinks, sticky candy all stuck in the carpet and on the seats and walls. It was abused by 4 kids and multiple family road trips. I can't get over how clean dynamic detailing was able to get it. I feel like it is a brand new ride. I will not wait this long again. It is worth every penny and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company. Honest hard working place. It is seriously so clean I am hesitant on letting the kids back in it.

I paid $51 total (manager special) and an added on service for $7, you would think with these prices that people pay, they’d be a little more thorough, some of the things they missed, I could have done a better job myself on. I’m sure when I get back in my car I will see more that they missed but these are the two pictures I’ve taken so far. I even told them they didn’t have to do anything in my trunk. The outside of my car looks good, but this place is supposed to be an inside and out car wash. Not worth all that I paid for.

Brought my car in for an undercoat since I purchased it in Florida and knew it was not going to survive Duluth winters without one. Tommy's is a descent car wash and the free vacuuming is one of the best things there. Staff is always pleasant and the lines are pretty fast. The cars behind you in the wash are the only issue about Tommy's. When people don't give enough space it feels a little claustrophobic.
