Update: I received an apology & a refund for the tip I left and the work that was not completed. I told her what I thought was fair & she agreed. I appreciate that the owner made the situation right. I did not expect a full refund as she did get some of the work completed and deserved to be compensated for that. Due to how she handled the situation, I would consider giving her another opportunity to detail my vehicle if I was in the area. I paid for an interior detail. I didn't have the opportunity to fully look over my car upon delivery due to my schedule. When I did, I was very disappointed in the quaility of work. When asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I did so in good faith. I paid over $200 and sill had a dirty car.

I can't say enough good things about Ceramic Pro Superior! Their attention to detail is truly unmatched. I am a repeat customer (they tinted my windows, ceramic coated my car, and did a full interior detail). Both times my car has come back looking brand new. Zach, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is taken care of. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. They even offer pickup service so they’ll drive to you and take your car back to their shop (for a small but reasonable fee). After a 4000 mile cross country trip in my Jeep it looked like an absolute nightmare. I had previously used other Duluth detail shops and was not impressed. I discovered Exclusive Duluth Detail online and after viewing their professional website and noting that they had actually just opened the business a few weeks prior I decided to give them a try. Wow? Clinton got me an appointment just two days later and met me at the door where I was greeted with a warm friendly handshake. I wished him luck with my filthy Jeep and left with a smile on my face. When I returned to pick the jeep up, Clinton was again at the door and was quickly joined by the two techs that had Detailed my Jeep, Gerri Lynn and Eddie. They too were professional and offered warm handshakes. Their smiles told me how proud they were in how that old Jeep Looked. Amazing paint, totally clean inside and out including the engine compartment. Today I was trying to come up with one last surprise for my wife as our anniversary approaches. I made an appointment at Exclusive Duluth Detail for her car and my problem was solved.

Took my vehicle in for a Miller Hill special wash the other day after a trip up north. My car was pretty dirty but have been here before and had good experiences in the past. This time, not so much. These photos were taken the morning after my wash. I drove home after the wash so there is no way this was from the drive home. I'll give them another chance in the future, but $23.00 plus tip seems a little steep for a job like this. Lesson learned, check your vehicle before you drive off.

Paid 65$ July 3rd 24 and they didn’t even clean the inside of the car. They just covered the dirt and stuff with polish which has now made me having to clean it myself 10x more difficult.

Amazing work! My van had about 9 years of dirt,food,drinks, sticky candy all stuck in the carpet and on the seats and walls. It was abused by 4 kids and multiple family road trips. I can't get over how clean dynamic detailing was able to get it. I feel like it is a brand new ride. I will not wait this long again. It is worth every penny and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company. Honest hard working place. It is seriously so clean I am hesitant on letting the kids back in it.

The customer service was outstanding and I loved that he kept me updated as to when I could expect my car to be finished. I have never had my car professionally detailed before, and Abram exceeded my expectations! When he was finished, my car looked like it was fresh off the lot. You can tell he takes his time and puts a lot of effort into making you car as pristine as he can. With his affordable fees, you get the most bang for your buck! I took my 2018 Hyundai Tucson in to be detailed after it had been stolen in the Twin Cities. The folks at Kar Kare did an amazing job and my car looks brand new. In fact, there were some stains on my rear seats that didn't come out the first time, so Todd (owner) told me to bring the vehicle back to they could retouch it. Great work, great service. Brought my car in for an undercoat since I purchased it in Florida and knew it was not going to survive Duluth winters without one. Very reasonably priced, and the gentleman I spoke with was kind, and helpful when I had questions. To my surprise the inside had also been detailed with protectorate applied. Yay! My car looks and smells beautiful, and will now be better protected against our harsh winter (road chemicals are a car killer here). Thanks guys!

Tommy's is a great place for car washes! Everything is quick and easy, and I have yet to have damage to my car when going through their wash (opposed to other washes I've been to that have left scratches. Tommy's also takes great care of their customers. One employee in specific is Devrey. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and he puts the customers first. He is very polite and cares about the people coming through. Tommy's is great, but Devrey is the face that made sure I'll be coming back as a repeat customer for a long time!

My friend went to sparkles auto salon, and the employee did a horrible, and damaging job. He didn't wipe the door panels, or properly detail the dashboard, the dashboard was left with streaks, he didn't clean the back window, and left scratches on the paint job. Didn't do the tires, or clean any chrome. Didn't clean salt off the floorboards, my friend paid $200 the employee had the vehicle for 6 hours, and the vehicle smelled so bad of pine sol that it gave my friend a migraine, and the vehicle had to be aired out for a couple hours before anyone could tolerate being in the vehicle. I would strongly advise people to go anywhere but here.

Rarely have change for bills, water pressure medium. Does not remove bugs. Hoses leak and be prepared to get wet from hoses not maintained. Much prefer superior self service over this one. Sometimes use this one because of convenience but generally dissatisfied every time.

Had a great experience. I purchased a used car with terrible rear window tint They walked me through the tint removal process and were honest about the risks to the rear defroster. The technicians successfully removed the tint and the rear defroster still works perfectly. I'm grateful for that. Thank you!!

Regarding the quality of work, Elite Tinting & Graphics did a great job with the CITY Laundering exterior building signage. Unfortunately, they outsource the signage creation and installation, so it's difficult to stay in contact or avoid extensive delays and lapses in communication. I recommend them for quality of work, but bring your patience if you decide to do a large project such as exterior building signage. I think a lot of the delay was out of their control, but again, I wish we knew they just outsourced the work… it would have helped in understanding the delays earlier on and could have avoided much of the frustration. I also recommend taking plenty of before photos of your building and surrounding areas before installation because if any damage occurs from the install, the install team will deny and request irrefutable live video evidence of the damage happening, which is harder to gather after the fact. However, I do think they are decent people that do good work, we unfortunately just didn't have a great experience.

Called for spray in bed liner on my 2021 f150. They were able to get me in on short notice, disposed of my old drop in bed liner. Took extra care to remove and reinstall my toneau cover, removed bed lighting, power outlet, bed hooks ect. before spraying. Very happy with the service and product! Had a great experience here getting my Silverado rust proofed. Guys at ABS were extremely professional all the way through, transparent about pricing and answered all my questions. My truck was done within one day and I got a loaner car while I waited. So far the rust proofing seems to still be curing, it’s 30 deg so I’m not surprised. there’s a slight smell from it that has been fading over time. I will update this review with more pics in a year or so.
