Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. I would highly recommend.

360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

Edit: (changed stars) The response shows this business will stand by their work and make it right! I also want to add that the staff (owner?) was very personable. This was supposed to a $450 interior & exterior detail. They also had her car for 3-4 days without calling. The exterior was up sold to her for $100+, and all they did is shine the wheels. An $11 automatic carwash would have been better. To be fair, my mother was too timid to speak up to them, so they didn't get a chance to make it right.

Had my grungy "smelly" car in for detailing. The detailing affected my radio/cd/climate control buttons, but some of it has come back so hopefully just has to dry out a bit more. Sip and crew did a WOW! job on it - hasn't looked (and smelled!) that good since the last detailing. And they even got a long scratch and several small ones out on the passenger side! Very impressive, and very happy with the results. Thanks, too, Sip, for the coffee and don't forget to e-mail me the receipt! :)

Car washes should not come with damage to your vehicle at no extra charge. Refused to admit figuring that I would not claim on insurance, which it doesn’t make sense to risk a higher rate. Car was damaged by equipment nonetheless. I won’t be back I suggest you steer clear too.

Unresponsive and no show for appointment. I made an appointment for service. I arrived early and the sign said "open". It was pouring rain. I called the office number many times and no one answered. I walked around to the front door after the appointment time and it was locked. No one came to the door after knocking. I knocked on the garage and no one responded. Very disappointed at this level of "customer service". I waited 45 minutes before leaving. I'll update if they ever respond.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Waste Your Money! I would strongly advise against using their services. I paid $510 for an interior detailing (level 3 dirtiness) and was left disappointed, frustrated, and feeling completely scammed. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Unfinished Work & Extra Charges: When I booked my appointment, I expected a thorough cleaning, especially considering the hefty price. However, the most basic task—cleaning the floor mats—wasn’t done. I was told that cleaning the mats would cost an additional $100. I find it hard to believe that something as essential as floor mats wouldn’t be included in a $510 service. This felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me after I had already paid a premium price. 2. Poor Communication & Time Management: I made an appointment for 9:15 AM, but I received a call asking me to come at 10:30 AM because the technician was “stuck in traffic.” Fine, I understood, and I adjusted my schedule. However, when I arrived at 10:30 AM, I called the shop and sent a text letting them know I was outside. No response. I waited for another 30-40 minutes before I decided to leave and go home. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had taken the time to show up. 3. Promises of Overnight Work, But No Progress: I decided to give them another chance, so I went back and handed over my keys. The owner told me his team would need to work overnight to complete the detailing due to the delayed start. I was told the car would be ready the following day, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. 4. Bizarre Excuses & No Follow-Up: The next day, I texted around 4 PM to check on the status of my car, and I received a call back claiming that when the technician was cleaning the back seats, he found “black liquid” coming out of them, which meant they needed more time to finish the job. This excuse felt like complete BS. The next day, I followed up several more times, asking for an update, but received no response until around 8 PM, when I was finally told that the car was ready. 5. Subpar Results & Broken Promises: When I arrived to pick up my car, I was extremely disappointed. The cleaning was rushed and far from thorough. While my car looked a bit cleaner than before, it was nowhere near the level of service I had expected for the price. The owner had promised to send before-and-after pictures of my car, but those never arrived. Additionally, he told me that if I noticed any areas still dirty, he would be able to clean it for free. This offer was never honored. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, I never received a response. 6. Overall Frustration & Poor Customer Service: In the end, I felt completely scammed. The entire process was poorly managed, the communication was non-existent, and the final result was far from what I paid for. If you want to spend your hard-earned money on a service that doesn’t deliver, and if you don’t mind terrible customer service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car detailing needs.

I had 2 cars stored in a damp garage over the summer which caused some mold growth. I reached out to a bunch of detailers and almost all said they wouldn’t look at it. Normally I clean my car myself, and am very picky and unsure of letting anyone do so however I had just driven across states. The Volkswagen Luther Dealership had recommend Big Papas for My GTI which I had dropped off for a full body/Interior detail which took about 5 hours. I am still beyond impressed with the quality, service, as well as employees they have working, as a young man with his first car it’s nice knowing a place will care for your vehicle I will definitely be back!!!

So bad I want to cry. Nothing is clean even though I got a full service - you can see obvious crumbs and my window. I literally got in my car and noticed it, pulled over and took some pics 30 seconds after. I was already frustrated but I wish that was their worst crime. They also dinged my screen and scratched up the panel around my gear shift area. I think they must NEVER wash their towels when they go from car to car and bring all this junk in and scratch up things. I really just want to cry and be sad about this. I've never regretted $35 more. Edit: Truly the only edit is an addition to my review after the 'owner' as replied - I don't feel like it's unreasonable to expect a clean window, no crumbs after paying for a "vacuum around passenger areas" or no damage.

Best car wash in Minnesota. Very kind and efficient staff. I honesty cannot think of one bad thing about this car wash. I guess if you prefer a touchless car wash I didn’t see an option for that. But besides that everything was positive. Within 5 seconds of me arriving (literally) staff ran out and helped me. After paying they started by hand scrubbing my car and then I went through an automated machine. After that they air dried and hand dried my car which was much appreciated as I find with a lot of gas station car washes I have to go out and dry some parts by hand.. that was not the case here. PLUS the price is phenomenal $20 for the best package is more than worth it when you get a way better and faster result than a gas station while being able to help a local business (there are cheaper options too. I think it starts at $12)! Overall could not be happier and would recommend to everyone!

I bought the titanium package and expected greatness. It was good, although a couple smaller spots were missed that I had to clean up myself. Also, the seats I was hoping would look brand new but they weren't able to get all the dirt from them.

AH-MAZING!!! A friend told me about Midwest Detailing after seeing how trashed my 2013 Kia was. I have 2 German Shepherd mixes with hair of all colors and LOTS of it! My car looks like it is brand new and you would never know a dog has ever been in it! I'm terrible at deep cleaning things and have done the bare minimum in up keep but after being detailed, it looks amazing! JC told me it would be done at 2, which is when I arrived back but it took an additional 30 minutes. JC sat and talked with me until it was done, making the time fly by. Very funny guy and truly great customer service. I WILL be back!

While I appreciate the effort put forth by the car detail shop, I must express my disappointment with the quality of their services. Despite paying a premium price, the results were far below what I expected. Upon inspection, I found that the wheels were still filthy and required additional cleaning, the car panels were not adequately cleaned, and there were unvacuumed areas on the carpet. Furthermore, upon drying, I noticed stains from salt or cleaning solution, which further detracted from the overall cleanliness. In essence, what was promised as a comprehensive car detailing felt more like a rushed and overpriced car wash.

Can’t recommend JoeyClean enough. They take pride in their work and really do take care of their customers. I brought our car to JoeyClean to have scratches buffed out and the car shined up but there was one scratch that faded but just wouldn’t completely go away. I asked about it and JoeyClean went over it again using different tools and then actually drove our car back to our home for us to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond. They won’t be satisfied until you’re happy. Highly recommend! Oh, and yes, our car looks brand new!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Perfect 10 Car Wash for a while, always bringing both my car and my wife’s car for their most expensive wash. That’s over $160 each visit, but after today’s experience, I will never return. An employee named Richard, who goes by Rich, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I paid to have all 5 mats cleaned (front 2, back 2, and the cargo mat) and removed all my belongings as asked, which he just stood and watched me do. No problem, but then he did a half-hearted vacuuming job and ran off to do something else. When I politely pointed out areas he missed, he laughed, redid it, and sarcastically said, “Is that good, your highness?” I reminded him I was paying for the service—it’s not free. When the cleaning was done, I started putting my belongings back, and one of the other employees offered to help, but Rich stopped them, telling them not to assist me. The wipe-down was sloppy, and the vacuuming was just as bad—spots everywhere were missed. Just look at the photos I took immediately after the wash! For the amount of money I’ve spent here monthly, I expect good service, not rude behavior and poor quality. If this is how they treat customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Perfect 10 Car Wash is far from perfect.

I got the top of the line “Perfect 10” wash today. I’d have to spend an entire afternoon to give my pick-up the level of clean that I get from the “Perfect 10” wash, however when you’re paying almost $50 for a service that takes about 10-15 minutes from start to finish it would be nice to have a bit more attention to detail so I don’t have to spend another half hour to clean the areas that were missed. Perfect 10, you have a lot of competition in the area, and attention to detail is the one thing that separates you from the explosion of drive-thru car washes. I’ll still go to Perfect 10, but probably go for the mid-range washes since I’ll still have some clean up to do when I get home.

Full service isn’t actually full service. It was fast but I paid a lot of money. They don’t wipe things down- just vacuum. And they didn’t even try to vacuum the 3rd row, even if you pay extra for the 3rd row mats to be cleaned (which they didn’t put back). I know I didn’t get it detailed and dog hair is tough. So is a third row. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but I paid way too much money to have to spend another 45 minutes at home actually cleaning the car.

I haven’t used this wash for a couple years so I thought I would get the best wash. I spent over $100.00 with tips on the most expensive Ceramic Wash with the Buff & Shine Upgrade. Starting off, the attendant was unable to describe the difference between the different wash levels. I learned afterwards that nothing in the interior besides the windows and a basic vacuuming is included even with the Buff & Shine upgrade. They don’t clean your floor mats, or even do a basic wipe down of the center console and cup holders. If you want anything done in the interior it’s more charges and they aren’t cheap. I’m not expecting them to dress my leather seats or clean my vents out with q-tips, but they could at least take a wet rag and wipe out the cup holders and clean the dash on the higher priced washes. The only thing I’m satisfied with is the exterior wash and shine of my vehicle. Lastly, the parking lot is in such bad shape I don’t recommend going there unless you have an off road vehicle. For the money, Mister Car Wash off Normandale Blvd does a much better job that includes the interior for half the price. Their product and process is much better and their building and parking is newer and more inviting than that disaster I experienced on Lyndale Ave.

Nice car wash, but misleading pricing. The package is supposed to be buy 5 but pay for four, but you do the math and it’s not accurate at all. I don’t understand the store’s response, whether online or in store the math doesn’t work and signage says buy 5 and pay for 4 in both places. I bought a $153 5 car wash packages + taxes, but if I bought 4 washes of the same level (35.99) it’s $143.96. So it’s just false and misleading advertising, which surely some lawyer out there would eat this up for a class action. The solutions are: - adjust the 5 pack price - remove the misleading jargon - increase the single wash price

I’ve been a customer for the last 4 years. The past year or so the level of quality has drastically gone down hill. I used to leave with a spotless car but now I end up going home and cleaning the interior a second time myself. Just today we spent over $40 on the top tier car wash and we are leaving with a mess. They miss wiping down half the interior. They spray things down then leave it without wiping. Places that should be vacuumed are left dirty. Hoping they can turn this place around and get it back to the great car wash it once was.

Came here to get all my seats cleaned with the "Upholstery Shampoo" option. They did great and i was very satisfied with the job. A few weeks later, I spilled orange soda on my passenger seat and stained the entire bottom section. I made an appointment back here with Five Stars Auto Detailing, and the guy upfront noticed that they already did my car once before and told me he'd clean my passenger seat with NO CHARGE. Awesome! 😄

The staff here is very helpful. I originally wanted a tint that would’ve made my car look awkward. They informed me of a great tint percentage for my new 2023 SUV that even ended up being cheaper and looks much cleaner. I highly recommend this shop to get all your tinting/detailing needs! Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

I had my 2023 Ford Explorer detailed by Platinum Car Detailing in St. Louis Park, and they did a great job. I got both the interior and exterior detailed, and my car looks super clean. They got every corner of the interior spotless, and the exterior looks shiny and new again. If you’re looking for car detailing in St. Louis Park, I’d definitely recommend them. The team was professional and made sure everything was done right. They also offer ceramic coatings, which I’m thinking about trying next time to keep the car protected. We have a 1 ton Silverado that we pull our 36' 5th wheel. In the past year we visited 17 states and put on 17K miles. The truck was D.I.R.T.Y., inside and out, including pine pitch on the roof, front hood and back bed cover. I wanted to give Drew a chance and he was amazing. He is a wonderful young guy doing the detailing all on his own. I liked that he is mobile. He arrived at our home and he worked extremely hard on my truck for 6 hours today (90 deg and high humidity). The truck looks amazing, inside and out. Price was very good. Way better than other competitors I checked out. I have 4 pictures of "Before", one of Drew working and six "After". Give him a chance. I'm sure you will like the outcome. Great Job Drew!!! I'll be calling again.

Drew sure did put the detail into detailing my Outback! - at a price you won’t find anywhere else. The detail inside/out was amazing just about as close to brand new as possible. Detailing took 4 hours longer than it should have. There was a significant lack of communication with estimated time until job was done. Attempted to call several times and no answer of callback. My floor mats were just tossed into my truck without being cleaned, the underside of my back seats looked as if they weren't even vacuumed, and my truck wasn't cleaned at all. I paid $135 for probably $50 of work that I could have done better myself. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

They left the light on in my car and the battery was dead when I went to pick it up before work in the morning. So, I had to get a ride to work and go back to the shop later to get it jumped. Then, I noticed they lost my panel that covers the access to the brake lights. I have a hatchback so it can be easily noticed. They said the detail guy would call me - but, he never did. I called many many times and got a ton of empty promises. The cost of the detailing equaled the cost of the panel from the dealer.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleaning and get anxious when I have to hire other people to clean. Spending that money for a potentially mediocre job stresses me out - I notice the details visually and worse, I’m super sensitive to smell. Well, after putting it off for years, I finally got interior, exterior, and engine bay detailing with Dream Clean and am so grateful, happy, and relieved with the result! Some aspects of my car that made it a bit harder is that it’s older with lots of scuffs and lots of embedded dog fur, as well as very old parking stickers that I’ve tried many methods to remove over the years and never succeeded. He was able to clean a lot of that up WAY better than I expected, knowing that restoration to new isn’t possible but this was pretty darn close! The most psychologically soothing part is that I can breathe well in my car now, after years of complaining about the dustiness and odor (and letting my anxiety get in the way of actually taking it in). Will not hesitate to use his services again! Already planning to take my husband’s car in and will recommend Dream Clean to my friends as well. Thanks so much again. It really means more than I can express to see such care put into my personal possession.
