I worked with Hunter and Evan on getting ppf and window tint installed on my Audi S5. I had great communication with both of them and getting an appointment made to get my car in was easy. Evan was very knowledgeable when showing me different options for tint and what would work best for me. When I picked up my car the work done was great! I’m pretty picky when it comes to my cars and they did a great job on both the ppf and window tint. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future work.

After a decade+ of sitting in an old dusty garage, Jermey detailed my father’s 1966 Chevelle Malibu to within an inch of its life! So grateful for his amazing work! He was able to wipe away decades of dust. And make it look as it did in the 60s! I was so impressed that he was able to get the decades worth of dust, cigarette ash, and dirt out from the 70’s era black shag carpet that lines the entire interior. I was also very impressed with Jermey’s work because there had been a large scratch on the passenger door and through his absolute wizardry Jeremy made it disappear! If you have a classic car or any vehicle that you love, I promise you it’ll be in good hands with Jeremy. He does amazing work!

We found a lost puppy in the Kahler Grand Hotel parking lot while staying there as a patient of the Mayo Clinic. We knew we had to save the poor dog, so we brought her to Rochester Animal Control. Luckily, she was chipped and returned to her owners. Unluckily for us, she left the back seat of our rental car filthy. We searched for a place to detail the vehicle to avoid rental fees. We were quoted $100 at other locations to clean the back seat. After hearing our story, the guys at Discount Detailing refused to take our money. They cleaned the car, making it look better than the day we picked it up, FOR FREE! Never have I experienced such a thing! The owner was more interested in paying a good dead forward than charging us—great detailing, but more importantly - GREAT PEOPLE. I couldn't recommend a business more! I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Aldin at Med City Auto Spa for the phenomenal job he and his team did on our Electrified G80! The attention to detail and dedication truly exceeded our expectations, once more. The services we requested were two-step paint polishing, and ceramic coating to add incredible gloss and long-lasting protection. His company has also started offering window tinting so we requested adding ceramic tint to all the glass. This isn’t our first service with Med City Auto Spa LLC, but wanted to add that Aldin’s professionalism and customer service are unmatched. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, finishing everything on time. Our car looks better than from the dealership and I didn’t know that you could make white paint look like mirror! I was looking to get a ceramic coating on my truck when I ran across Double Take Detail and Coating. Aaron replied quickly and answered all my questions and after consulting with other detailers in the area I decided to go with Aaron. This would turn out to be a great decision Aaron was able to get us in quickly and accommodated our schedule to make pick up and drop off easier. While all of this is great and the customer service was amazing the detailing Aaron provided was even better. The interior was fresh and just as clean as the day I drove it off the lot but the star of the show was definitely the ceramic coating. The mirror shine was blinding and the assurance we were provided by going with the life time warranty made our investment worth every penny especially here in Minnesota where is snows. I’ve already booked an appointment for my other vehicle and will be retaining the services with Double Take Detail and Cleaning for future detailing services.

SouthPoint Auto Detail detailed my 2007 Toyota Camry. It has 260,000 miles on it, and it looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Have been getting the chrome polished on my trucks and trailers for the last 10 years, never using the same place twice, they are all out to make an easy dollar and put a shine on that does not last, nor does the shine have any luster to it. I will never go anywhere else after getting it done by these guys. Great guys to be around all day long, got right on my truck and I mean it's got an awesome finish. You can have it done by Joe blow and save just a little bit of money or you can bring it to them and feel confident it's going to be done right. They take pride in their work, and it's a lot of work. They know what they're doing and I'm sold. Will never even look to another place for my chrome polishing needs. I have not 1 complaint, just praise for them. And I'm not easily satisfied!!! Thank you both so much.

The worst place ever. He scheduled my appointment but when I showed up he was not there. He didn’t answer or texted me back. What kind of business is he running when he left his customer hanging. I would never recommend this service to anyone. The worst ever. If you can’t do the work at least say you can’t. I wasted 30 minutes for nothing. Do not go to him. I would give him a no star.

I'd like to start out by saying I have very high attention to detail, therefore unrealistic expectations. The levels of cleanliness HI-DEF reached surpassed all my expectations. I have children and a long haired dog, and my car had not been cleaned in 3 years. HI-DEF has proven my car can be reconditioned to its former glory, plus more. Not a single white dog hair was left behind, all finger prints nothing but a distant memory. On top of being immaculately clean, it smells incredible. 5⭐/5⭐ isn't enough to grade this company's obvious passion and care towards vehicles. Will 100% be a repeat customer. 10⭐/10⭐

Good car wash all around but I was not happy with the end price. I do self-serve car washes all over Minnesota and Wisconsin and I've never paid $8.50. I would have gone to a full service car wash if I wanted to pay that much. Typically I do the same wash at other places for under $5

Been going here since '93 I will never forget 28 yrs. ago the owner tought me how to correctly wash my car. Always use the low pressure soap to start as it way better soap. Night and day. Hes the only one sense that time that always has his systems filled. Accept the other day first time in 28 yrs. low pressure soap was out 😂 Oh well usually other places dont have anything lucky too get water 😂

The best car wash in town. Nice facility, I always get through quickly when I stop through the App lane since I have an unlimited membership which is very convenient. My car is always nice and clean at the end as well. Vacuums work great as well!

I ran into trouble on my first trial with Tommy’s as the cashier had put my email in the system incorrectly. Once we figured out what the problem was, I signed up for unlimited car washes. Every time I come, it takes extra time for the arm to lift and let me through the car wash. Today I found out that they had my license plate listed as the wrong State… I think I’m going back to Mister Car Wash. You certainly have more options as far as locations go.

We went to the manual wash its pretty decent, pricing is just right, so we can't expect like a perfect automatic car wash. The pressure of the water is ok it did the job, we have a truck so we go to automatic car wash and then to this self service because mud dirt is hard to clean and it did here. My hubby liked it, its not too bad will be coming back again.

This is the most hideous car detailing business in Rochester, MN. I took my car there to get it detailed (polished & waxed). However what I got back was a car who's awesome finish was damaged with swirl marks all over. One doesn't take a car to a detailer to have them make it look worse. Well these guys have done just that...destroyed my car's finish! They did such bad job, that the swirl marks look like 3D holograms on my car sticking out everywhere, especially in the sunlight! I know what you're thinking....did I give them a chance to retributive themselves.....yes I did take my car back to show them what they have done. I didn't catch the damage right away, as I was in a hurry. They took my car back to fix the damage they have done. I got my car back the second time from them to only find out that the damage was not fixed at all! What do these people do??? Detail cars .. ??? I say not! Now I'm stuck trying to get my money back from these guys. Take my advise, and take your car elsewhere. There are other reputable detailers in town. I wish I knew of them before I took my car to this place. Save your time, money and stress! On a side note. I found out this place has been sold many times over the past 20 years. The new owner is a younger guy in his early 20s. From what I witnessed, he lacks quite a bit of experience. I would not take my worst looking car to this place after witnessing how they detail and handle business. What a mess which could have been avoided with some professionalism and courtesy from the business.
