Pedro and the team detailed my new to me used 1999 13ft scamp camper. They were very thorough, and cleaned the rat fur on the walls, ceiling, and door as well as all the cushions. The camper smelled and looked so much better. I know this was out of the realm of their normal, so I'm very happy they were willing to do it. They did a marvelous job! I am very happy with their work.

Edit: (changed stars) The response shows this business will stand by their work and make it right! I also want to add that the staff (owner?) was very personable. This was supposed to a $450 interior & exterior detail. They also had her car for 3-4 days without calling. The exterior was up sold to her for $100+, and all they did is shine the wheels. An $11 automatic carwash would have been better. To be fair, my mother was too timid to speak up to them, so they didn't get a chance to make it right.

First time using on Dec 9 2024. Amazingly clean car. As I rolled in, a nice greeting with a smile...as I departed, a handy person drying off cars. So clean. I did the "Ultimate" wash and it is SO worth it. Highly recommended if you want to get the salt/crud/road dust off your vehicle

Dan did an Interior Detail and Mini Exterior Detail on my 1.5 year old SUV that had seen some hard use, and I got it back looking like a brand new car! I didn't really expect the exterior to look that much better than after a car wash, but it's so, so much better. The interior had a ton of dust and horse hair and it's ALL gone. I was so impressed with the owner's expertise and skill. I paid for the express package but I got so much more than that. I would recommend his services to anyone who wanted to change a used car back into a new car. He eliminated some old used car odors and replenished the interior vinyl so that my used car purchase smelled shiny and new. I intend to go back.

Came here to get all my seats cleaned with the "Upholstery Shampoo" option. They did great and i was very satisfied with the job. A few weeks later, I spilled orange soda on my passenger seat and stained the entire bottom section. I made an appointment back here with Five Stars Auto Detailing, and the guy upfront noticed that they already did my car once before and told me he'd clean my passenger seat with NO CHARGE. Awesome! 😄

The staff here is very helpful. I originally wanted a tint that would’ve made my car look awkward. They informed me of a great tint percentage for my new 2023 SUV that even ended up being cheaper and looks much cleaner. I highly recommend this shop to get all your tinting/detailing needs! Warning to all who go to Boler I took my vehicle there and ended up with a gash in my tire due to there faulty car wash rack upon entry. I was told it was not possible that there rack could cause this here is a video that shows proof there rack is faulty.

Took my wife's car here for a birthday present. We have a 2019 Honda Pilot and 2 kids and our car was kind of a disaster. We did the full service and we were very impressed with the outcome. I just got my car back from Fantastic Finish. Our car had been stolen and there were a few stains on the carpet and upholstery. But mainly, the people who stole the car wrote a surprisingly nice poem in black Sharpie on our beige dashboard. I told Daris about the Sharpie over the phone, and he reassured me that there was a 99% chance he could take care of it. And take care of it he did. He picked up the car and three hours later dropped it off, immaculately clean. A flawless finish, indeed. We got the, “Completely Clean.” And the car is COMPLETELY CLEAN!!!!!! I highly recommend this service.

Can’t recommend JoeyClean enough. They take pride in their work and really do take care of their customers. I brought our car to JoeyClean to have scratches buffed out and the car shined up but there was one scratch that faded but just wouldn’t completely go away. I asked about it and JoeyClean went over it again using different tools and then actually drove our car back to our home for us to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond. They won’t be satisfied until you’re happy. Highly recommend! Oh, and yes, our car looks brand new!

I purchased a full service wash with an interior package cleaning totalling $41 and some change. After the "service" my vehicle still had bugs on the front bumper and the windshield wasn't clean on the inside with smear marks. This place is all about how many cars they can push through their doors with no quality control. $41 for what? You're better off paying $10-14 at a gas station.

They detailed my Tahoe today. Looks pretty much like new again. I paid a little extra for pet hair and steam cleaning. Took about 3 hours. I would use this business again. Friendly staff and very professional. I had a 3rd row seat that was stuck in stow position and not connected to the floor. I thought would just work around it but they actually got it unstuck and connected to the floor. If you want a really clean vehicle, you will get it here.

360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!

No call / no show for confirmed and paid appointment 3 times! I added the pick-up and drop off service. Received multiple confirmation emails and texts. 1st appointment on a Saturday morning, no call / no show. After leaving a voicemail and text they respond claiming they blew a tire and needed the assistance of AAA but will be by later. 2nd time no call / no show and claimed computer outage. Rescheduled for following Sunday. 3rd time no call / no show. I can take a hint when my business isn't wanted. I am normally not this persistent when I've been treated poorly but I want to support small businesses. I hope the best for Minnesota Detailing and that they sort out the way they handle appointments and treat their customers. Meanwhile I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unresponsive and no show for appointment. I made an appointment for service. I arrived early and the sign said "open". It was pouring rain. I called the office number many times and no one answered. I walked around to the front door after the appointment time and it was locked. No one came to the door after knocking. I knocked on the garage and no one responded. Very disappointed at this level of "customer service". I waited 45 minutes before leaving. I'll update if they ever respond.

I missed getting my car detailed for probably a year, so it definitely needed it. I also have a dog and even though I have a car seat cover, hair would blow around and end up at the small crevice between the back window and the shelf area. Emanuel did an amazing job of making my car look like new inside and somehow obliterated all the dog hair in the small crevices. 2014 Ford Fusion.

If they have 0 star that what I would give them. I was here today at noon drop of a 07 Subaru impreza for them to complete detail. Before arrival I checked there website for prices, it stated a sedan model vehicle cost $169.99 for a complete detail, but upon arrival today at noon one of the employee or shop owner quoted me at $180.00; but then later today at 6:45PM to pick up my car I was charged at $220.00 before tax. This place is a rip off, look in a way these people work here are scamming off there customer. This is one place to avoid in the future. Will going back to the shop once open again to deal with this mess.

Had my truck detailed here after a buffer burn from a different shop. Sonny quoted me a price and stuck with it. Extremely happy with the experience I had here. They even had me come in and take a look after a door was polished to approve doing the whole truck. Great guys!! Great work!!
