Pedro and the team detailed my new to me used 1999 13ft scamp camper. They were very thorough, and cleaned the rat fur on the walls, ceiling, and door as well as all the cushions. The camper smelled and looked so much better. I know this was out of the realm of their normal, so I'm very happy they were willing to do it. They did a marvelous job! I am very happy with their work.

Dan did an Interior Detail and Mini Exterior Detail on my 1.5 year old SUV that had seen some hard use, and I got it back looking like a brand new car! I didn't really expect the exterior to look that much better than after a car wash, but it's so, so much better. The interior had a ton of dust and horse hair and it's ALL gone. Dan clearly takes pride in his work and truly understands the definition of "detail" - everything is impeccable. Looking forward to having him detail our other car as well.

Edit: (changed stars) The response shows this business will stand by their work and make it right! I also want to add that the staff (owner?) was very personable. This was supposed to a $450 interior & exterior detail. They also had her car for 3-4 days without calling. The exterior was up sold to her for $100+, and all they did is shine the wheels. An $11 automatic carwash would have been better. To be fair, my mother was too timid to speak up to them, so they didn't get a chance to make it right.

Came here to get all my seats cleaned with the "Upholstery Shampoo" option. They did great and i was very satisfied with the job. A few weeks later, I spilled orange soda on my passenger seat and stained the entire bottom section. I made an appointment back here with Five Stars Auto Detailing, and the guy upfront noticed that they already did my car once before and told me he'd clean my passenger seat with NO CHARGE. Awesome! 😄

I treat my car to a wash here every few months and haven't had any issues til now-- I paid for the ultimate with ceramic coat, and half the soap didn't dispense? The central brush was also offline. I spoke to one of the workers that does the wipe down and he said I'm not the only one who has complained/mentioned the lack of soap. I asked why the heck we're still paying full price for half a wash and "I'll talk to my boss about it," was the best I could get. The phone want being answered and there doesn't seem to be any other way to talk to someone in charge other than being there in person.

We have a 1 ton Silverado that we pull our 36' 5th wheel. In the past year we visited 17 states and put on 17K miles. The truck was D.I.R.T.Y., inside and out, including pine pitch on the roof, front hood and back bed cover. I wanted to give Drew a chance and he was amazing. He is a wonderful young guy doing the detailing all on his own. I liked that he is mobile. He arrived at our home and he worked extremely hard on my truck for 6 hours today (90 deg and high humidity). The truck looks amazing, inside and out. Price was very good. Way better than other competitors I checked out. I have 4 pictures of "Before", one of Drew working and six "After". Give him a chance. I'm sure you will like the outcome. Great Job Drew!!! I'll be calling again.

Came in for XPEL XR Plus Ceramic Tint and the Pristine team completed my car within a few hours from the time I called to see if they could take me same day to finish They were able to answer my many questions as well as accommodate my many demands in an efficient & timely manner. I went with Full Ceramic 30% all around including the windshield and full rear window to be done in a 1 Piece to avoid that pesky line that appears when people try to blend in the factory roof tint to the rear window tint. The Pristine team was friendly and awesome with nothing short of excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any work.

I brought in my car to get an interior detail after my car got broken into. I had glass shards all throughout my interior and even stuck in the steering wheel. I was able to make an appointment for my car the day after I called. I brought my car in at 5pm and he had it done for me by 8:30pm that night. He stayed late so my car could be done that same day and so I wouldn't need to leave it overnight. In addition, my car has never been more clean and it is absolutely spotless. My car genuinely felt brand new when I got in and there was no evidence of any glass left anywhere. The service could not have been better and the owner is very friendly and professional. I typically get my Honda Goldwing motorcycle and trailer detailed every year or so. This year, my regular detailer was booked for months but they recommended John at Showroom Auto Care for full detailing. Exceptional work! These guys did one helluva detail job on my old Highlander! Kid messed, food-spilled, looked like a junk yard special. Faustin made the vehicle look BRAND NEW!! Actually it was cleaner than when I purchased the vehicle. A few weeks after it was detailed to perfection, I learned I needed new breaks. He said he can do that too, so I hired him for all new breaks and my Highlander is now PERFECT! I paid half of the quote amount the dealership wanted to do my break job! I can’t recommend these guys enough! FABULOUS SERVICE! HIGH END WORK!

STOP looking elsewhere and just book your next repair here!!! I'm very very happy I did. Communications were amazing. Sarah, at the front is super sweet and was beyond helpful. They stayed on the estimated timeline they gave me, was super helpful with the car rental shop and helped navigate that for me, and they surprised me with a CLEAN car! Now my car was dirty AF inside and out. They scrubbed it all good and got an ink stain out of my seat. They truly exceeded all my expectations of customer service!! I am so glad I found them!

Brought my husband‘s truck in for interior detailing. He was a heavy smoker And it was gross, dirty, full of ash residue, and smelled awful. They did a fabulous job of cleaning it thoroughly and removing the awful smell. Chuck was wonderful to work with, super responsive, super nice. The price was reasonable and was cheaper than other places I checked. First class company, first class service. The address says White Bear Ave., but they were in Forest Lake.

Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

I had my first appointment with him for an exterior detail. I am genuinely impressed with the work that he was able to accomplish with the state I brought him my vehicle in! There where some scuffs from a previous car wash that went south, and he make them completely disappear. He is really nice, and down to earth with what is possible with the detail. I brought my husband’s Charger to surprise him with a nice detail. Back story, the car’s carpet was stained and very dirty with years of salt and dirt. I expected it to be clean but not all gone, since it was really bad. They did an AWESOME job, they got EVERYTHING out and the car was pristine at the end. I was really happy with the result, everyone was nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and will bring my cars there in the future. No call / no show for confirmed and paid appointment 3 times! I added the pick-up and drop off service. Received multiple confirmation emails and texts. 1st appointment on a Saturday morning, no call / no show. After leaving a voicemail and text they respond claiming they blew a tire and needed the assistance of AAA but will be by later. 2nd time no call / no show and claimed computer outage. Rescheduled for following Sunday. 3rd time no call / no show. I can take a hint when my business isn't wanted. I am normally not this persistent when I've been treated poorly but I want to support small businesses. I hope the best for Minnesota Detailing and that they sort out the way they handle appointments and treat their customers. Meanwhile I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Waste Your Money! I would strongly advise against using their services. I paid $510 for an interior detailing (level 3 dirtiness) and was left disappointed, frustrated, and feeling completely scammed. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Unfinished Work & Extra Charges: When I booked my appointment, I expected a thorough cleaning, especially considering the hefty price. However, the most basic task—cleaning the floor mats—wasn’t done. I was told that cleaning the mats would cost an additional $100. I find it hard to believe that something as essential as floor mats wouldn’t be included in a $510 service. This felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me after I had already paid a premium price. 2. Poor Communication & Time Management: I made an appointment for 9:15 AM, but I received a call asking me to come at 10:30 AM because the technician was “stuck in traffic.” Fine, I understood, and I adjusted my schedule. However, when I arrived at 10:30 AM, I called the shop and sent a text letting them know I was outside. No response. I waited for another 30-40 minutes before I decided to leave and go home. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had taken the time to show up. 3. Promises of Overnight Work, But No Progress: I decided to give them another chance, so I went back and handed over my keys. The owner told me his team would need to work overnight to complete the detailing due to the delayed start. I was told the car would be ready the following day, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. 4. Bizarre Excuses & No Follow-Up: The next day, I texted around 4 PM to check on the status of my car, and I received a call back claiming that when the technician was cleaning the back seats, he found “black liquid” coming out of them, which meant they needed more time to finish the job. This excuse felt like complete BS. The next day, I followed up several more times, asking for an update, but received no response until around 8 PM, when I was finally told that the car was ready. 5. Subpar Results & Broken Promises: When I arrived to pick up my car, I was extremely disappointed. The cleaning was rushed and far from thorough. While my car looked a bit cleaner than before, it was nowhere near the level of service I had expected for the price. The owner had promised to send before-and-after pictures of my car, but those never arrived. Additionally, he told me that if I noticed any areas still dirty, he would be able to clean it for free. This offer was never honored. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, I never received a response. 6. Overall Frustration & Poor Customer Service: In the end, I felt completely scammed. The entire process was poorly managed, the communication was non-existent, and the final result was far from what I paid for. If you want to spend your hard-earned money on a service that doesn’t deliver, and if you don’t mind terrible customer service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car detailing needs.

I just got my car back from Fantastic Finish. Our car had been stolen and there were a few stains on the carpet and upholstery. But mainly, the people who stole the car wrote a surprisingly nice poem in black Sharpie on our beige dashboard. I told Daris about the Sharpie over the phone, and he reassured me that there was a 99% chance he could take care of it. And take care of it he did. He picked up the car and three hours later dropped it off, immaculately clean. A flawless finish, indeed. We got the, “Completely Clean.” And the car is COMPLETELY CLEAN!!!!!! I highly recommend this service.

If they have 0 star that what I would give them. I was here today at noon drop of a 07 Subaru impreza for them to complete detail. Before arrival I checked there website for prices, it stated a sedan model vehicle cost $169.99 for a complete detail, but upon arrival today at noon one of the employee or shop owner quoted me at $180.00; but then later today at 6:45PM to pick up my car I was charged at $220.00 before tax. This place is a rip off, look in a way these people work here are scamming off there customer. This is one place to avoid in the future. Will going back to the shop once open again to deal with this mess.
