From my initial phone call to the professional handshake at the end, I was thoroughly impressed with his honesty, forthrightness, integrity, and efficiency. He owned my vehicle's problem (hard water droplets that landed on my hood from a lawn sprinkler) as though it were his own. Yedi did a great job applying PPF to the front of my F-150 and giving the whole vehicle a ceramic coating. I am very happy with the results. The price was competitive compared to other estimates in the Twin Cities area. Communication was top notch along the way. It took a few days for the process to be done, but I had told them I wanted quality ahead of a rushed job. They still checked in with me each business day letting me know how it was going. I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

I had 2 cars stored in a damp garage over the summer which caused some mold growth. I reached out to a bunch of detailers and almost all said they wouldn’t look at it. Can’t recommend JoeyClean enough. They take pride in their work and really do take care of their customers. I brought our car to JoeyClean to have scratches buffed out and the car shined up but there was one scratch that faded but just wouldn’t completely go away. I asked about it and JoeyClean went over it again using different tools and then actually drove our car back to our home for us to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond. They won’t be satisfied until you’re happy. Highly recommend! Oh, and yes, our car looks brand new!

Chris went above and beyond for my vehicle!! I brought my BMW in for a full exterior detail and coating, during the process some very minor damage was caused. Chris fixed the issue and even threw in some extra services (and he didn't need to) to make things right. These extras cost Chris multiple hours of his time, which I wanted to pay for but he refused. We literally went back and forth about it, but he absolutely insisted there would be no charge! Very honorable. Immaculate work and his attention to detail is second to none. Full service isn’t actually full service. It was fast but I paid a lot of money. They don’t wipe things down- just vacuum. And they didn’t even try to vacuum the 3rd row, even if you pay extra for the 3rd row mats to be cleaned (which they didn’t put back). I know I didn’t get it detailed and dog hair is tough. So is a third row. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but I paid way too much money to have to spend another 45 minutes at home actually cleaning the car.

I haven’t used this wash for a couple years so I thought I would get the best wash. I spent over $100.00 with tips on the most expensive Ceramic Wash with the Buff & Shine Upgrade. Starting off, the attendant was unable to describe the difference between the different wash levels. I learned afterwards that nothing in the interior besides the windows and a basic vacuuming is included even with the Buff & Shine upgrade. They don’t clean your floor mats, or even do a basic wipe down of the center console and cup holders. If you want anything done in the interior it’s more charges and they aren’t cheap. I’m not expecting them to dress my leather seats or clean my vents out with q-tips, but they could at least take a wet rag and wipe out the cup holders and clean the dash on the higher priced washes. The only thing I’m satisfied with is the exterior wash and shine of my vehicle. Lastly, the parking lot is in such bad shape I don’t recommend going there unless you have an off road vehicle. For the money, Mister Car Wash off Normandale Blvd does a much better job that includes the interior for half the price. Their product and process is much better and their building and parking is newer and more inviting than that disaster I experienced on Lyndale Ave.

360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. Great work doing a car no one wants to do, I knew my car would be a challenge and I knew what to expect with getting it tinted and how difficult it would be but he got it done and it looks way better than I thought it would. Horrible finished product. Went in to have a window brow done should have been easy but I guess not. To start he didn’t even do the job the way I asked. Was then told the air bubbles would work themselves out and two weeks later it never happened. Also found small pieces of cut tint behind the brow. Got my truck back a mess on the inside. The entire truck was wet. I get they use water but you would think the would wipe the dash and center down to clean there mess. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

Edit: (changed stars) The response shows this business will stand by their work and make it right! I also want to add that the staff (owner?) was very personable. This was supposed to a $450 interior & exterior detail. They also had her car for 3-4 days without calling. The exterior was up sold to her for $100+, and all they did is shine the wheels. An $11 automatic carwash would have been better. To be fair, my mother was too timid to speak up to them, so they didn't get a chance to make it right.

I purchased a full service wash with an interior package cleaning totalling $41 and some change. After the "service" my vehicle still had bugs on the front bumper and the windshield wasn't clean on the inside with smear marks. This place is all about how many cars they can push through their doors with no quality control. $41 for what? You're better off paying $10-14 at a gas station.

This car wash is amazing! For $20 you get a wash and they wipe down the interior of the car, wash your floor mats and a quick vacuum. Yea the vacuum is quick it’s not perfect but it’s so affordable! Wow Owen and Henry did an amazing job on my detail job. Owen called me back to verify what package I wanted. I told him my concerns. He was up front about time and price. Told him what time I would arrive. He got my truck going right away and checked in with me several times while I waited. Henry was out there really working hard on my truck. I could tell he was giving it 110 percent. I've gotten my vehicles detailed many times all over the USA from TX to FL to MN. I brought my 2019 Cadillac in for a car wash (my 3rd time going to Paradise) as I was picking up family flying in from CO & we were taking a trip to NE for a celebration of life. The man that greeted me when I drove in & paid was fantastic! I tipped him $10 (which he shared with his coworkers). I bought some Armor All to clean my leather seats. The young guys wiping down my car were fast & efficient as well as friendly. I tipped them $20 which they share. I left and pulled into a small employee parking area to wipe down my seats. Then I noticed a huge spot of paint was completely sheared off the roof of my car. I was in shock as there were no issues when I arrived. Nobody said one word to me about paint being removed from the roof. I asked to speak to the manager and Noah came out to talk to me. He said the manager, Jared is not there as he's at another location, but he would review the video footage. He came out and said there was a spot on the roof that was spot cleaned with a powerwasher spray & that took off the paint. He took a couple pics, took down my phone # and said he'd have Jared call me (this was Sat. Afternoon). Nobody called, so I called Paradise on Tues. And Jared said that the spot must have been loose paint on the roof and when they used the powerwasher to clean the spot & noticed the large paint come off, they immediately stopped spraying. Again, nobody ever told me they caused damage to my car. He refused to pay for my car to be fixed/painted. He also claimed he was just about to call me. I waited 4 days, that's ridiculously poor management. Then clearly responsible for the damage, refused to pay. This car wash is going to cost close to $1,800 to fix as the whole roof needs to be painted. So much for touchless car washing & taking responsibility when they cause damage to my car. Don't take your car to the Savage Paradise car wash! Noah & all the workers there are fabulous (other than the sprayer that didn't inform me of the damage) so it's sad that I have to give this poor review. Jared is a horrible manager with no follow up, zero empathy, and zero accountability.

Daiezon was an amazing person who started with one car and before the week was over did three of my cars including cramic coating a 10-year old Pathfinder, that looks as good as new. He started working with me when I got a 14-year old Subaru for my kid and it was getting fixed at a local shop. He was flexible with the time and offered a good interior exterior detailing price that was as good or better than what I could find online with other shops or via deals that you see come to your mailbox. He was honest and upfront with the time and when the Subaru came with a light bulb issue or dashcam falling off, he charged nothing extra but fixed it. After seeing the work he did on the 14-year old car (see red picture), I asked him to help with the 8-year old Hyundai Sonata which had fender-bender with rear bumper pop-out (via hit-and run). He popped it back and cleaned it very well, and I maintain my cars but I was impressed that I asked him to now look at my Pathfinder. He was surprised that it was 10-years old and had no rust or problems and asked if I would like a ceramic coating and I said no, since I didn't know what it meant. I looked up prices online and declined as my vehicles are not used much, but he offered a sweet deal and I was so happy to have taken it up. The pictures I have taken do not do justice and he was having a busy post January, but Daiezon and the work is worth the price. I plan to have all my cars looked cleaned at his shop once a year as its worthwhile investment. Kudos and if you like the review, give him a shoutout. You will not be disappointed

Daiezon was kind, professional and gave me a great deal for full detailing with Ceramic coating included for my AMG. He was honest and upfront with the time it could take, and called at the time I wanted to pick my car up again. In the beginning when my car came from out of state it was full of dirt everywhere, especially in the interior. I was really upset at that dealership, but thanks to kings of detailing it looks amazing. The ceramic coating gives it a nice shiny look. Thank you again Daiezon. They detailed my Tahoe today. Looks pretty much like new again. I paid a little extra for pet hair and steam cleaning. Took about 3 hours. I would use this business again. Friendly staff and very professional. I had a 3rd row seat that was stuck in stow position and not connected to the floor. I thought would just work around it but they actually got it unstuck and connected to the floor. If you want a really clean vehicle, you will get it here.

Paid nearly $20 and I question if I even got a car wash. My wheels do not look polished even though they supposedly were, my back hatch still is dirty even though they also had somebody manually power washing at the enterance, and my windshield is spotty. My car was not horrifically dirty prior to getting this wash- these photos were taken about 20 mins after my wash when I ran my next errand. Basically spread dirt around on my car. This wash didn’t meet my expectations at all and I would not return.

I hate not giving nothing more than a great experience review but what a huge disappointment. $43 for a wash, extra $10 for a tip. The inside wasn't even barely touched for wiping down. We have been using the Apple Valley Paradise Location for years and we have been immensely pleased and impressed with the level of service we get. The prices are actually very reasonable when you consider the quality of the product. The wash itself is thorough, never any dirty patches left like when using a gas station car wash. We also find it to be economical to pay for the exterior monthly wash pass because we drive older vehicles and getting them washed frequently has greatly reduced the impact of the MN salty roads on the body of our older vehicles. I also love that we can be in and out fairly quickly, with a nice lobby to wait in, clean and updated bathrooms, and they often serve free popcorn and coffee. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Great asset to our neighborhood.

Tried these guys for the first time today. I can say I was definitely less than impressed. I could have went to quick trip with close to the same end result at less than half the price. I bought the highest quality exterior wash available. When I was given my truck back I had to ask for a towl to finish drying the windows and spots on the truck myself. Also my grill mirrors and other parts still are full of bugs. Pictures attached. Overall just disappointing. I expected more from a facility like this.

I think they did a great job getting out some problematic stains on my hood as well as the interior. Very reasonable pricing and friendly staff.

I love this company, been coming here for over 5 years and the staff do a great job. I was reading the reviews and came upon a review by Jo Picard. DISMISS that review, Jo comes into our store and belittles the staff with an attitude of privilege and entitlement. Jo has tried before to get a staff member fired, I personally have talked with the front desk lady and she has always been professional and happy and extremely helpful!! Love Cloud 9!!
