I've used A-List twice now, and both their mobile service and shop do a fantastic job! I detail my own car when I can, but sometimes I just don't have the time, so I turn to A-List. The car comes back looking amazing, and the communication and overall service is outstanding. Highly recommend if your car is in need of some TLC, inside and out!

Extremely consultative and took the time to do a detailed intake inspection and explanation of his approach to resolving the issues I was having. Roger is amazing!!!! This was the second time I booked the Deluxe Premium interior and exterior detailing for my Toyota Sienna with him (considered an XL SUV at $350). Worth every penny!!!! Roger is easy to coordinate with, is an utmost professional, very thorough and he's nice and cordial too. He's timely and works with your schedule. You can tell that he really cares about the work he does and about your vehicle and treats it with respect and care. In addition to the exterior wash, he even shined my headlights which were pretty old and yellow and they looked like new!!! It was as if I had new headlights put in, very impressive. This was a major improvement since the last time I went to Roger. He let me know he's always constantly trying to improve his processes and what he can do for his clients to make them happy, and it shows!!! For the interior, Roger and his team do the following: Vacuum & shampoo/steam carpet, floor mats & upholstery, clean & condition leather/vinyl, detail dashboard, detail door trims, clean headliner, clean door jambs & clean windows. Honestly, it felt like a new car!!!! I'm always super pleased each time I get my van back from Roger. It feels so great and clean that I stay buzzing for weeks. Straight forward. Honest. He was able to take my car same day which was really helpful. I was close enough for a long walk, but today was bitterly cold and Steve had time to drive me to my hotel and pick me up. He's a genuinely nice person who does an exceptional job. This was my first time using Arlington Detail. I got the standard package. I had a scrape on my front bumper which has been there for a couple years, one body shop offered to fix it for me and charge thousands of dollars to take the car apart, which is what I thought was required so I'd just been living with it looking bad. Steve buffed it out and I can't tell it was ever there. I'm a very detail oriented and picky person and rarely write reviews.

Super professional and did a gorgeous time! I hired viper for a deluxe interior detail and they did not disappoint, my car is spotless I now take my shoes off getting in! They do the whole job right in your driveway and all they needed was a hose and my keys. I have a deep dark oil stain from a tire on the leather of my backseat. While I knew they wouldn’t be able to remove it I will say it’s lighter. Will def refer and have them back again (but hopefully I can keep it clean after their hard work for a bit!!!).

I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up! 11/23/24 UPDTAE: I wish I could give them 5 stars again! I bought a used car that had swirl marks all over the place. Like the previous owner exclusively used sandpaper to wash the car. These guys did an amazing job fixing the swirls marks and applying a ceramic coating. It's suppose to offer years of protection and I couldn't be happier with how it came out.

Chris at Elite Detailing did an unbelievable job on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. By the time he was done all the swirl marks and blemishes were gone. Anyone who wants to have their vehicle frame and undercarriage protected from the salt should definitely see these guys. Many of my friends have had their vehicles done, and I had my truck done this past Saturday with a spray on bed liner. I'm very happy with the results and tell anyone who plans on keeping their vehicle for a long time like i do to get it done. For maximum coverage I removed my wheel well covers and when I got there I removed my tailight assemblies. Ziebart could've saved my old truck had it been done. Thank you Ziebart!!!!

I'll add photos later. They'll speak volumes. They ruined my truck with their undercoating. Exhaust, mudflaps, springs, motor, brakes, doors, windows, body... the application was an absolute mess. They didn't even fully cover what was SUPPOSED to be covered. But hey, my composite bed and plastic mudflaps are gonna last forever, so, there's that! 😐 800 bucks to spray it all over the place, now I have to figure out how to get it all off. Have it done if you wish. I sure as hell don't recommend it.

Very rude and unprofessional. Went there a got a quote came back after the weekend and they double the amount. The manager’s daughter and another lady was very rude , started raising her voice. When asked to talk to the manager she said I’m his daughter and he doesn’t want to talk with you. She said my car was dirty, I understand , I have 3 young kids and parents I’m sure you can relate. They are so unprofessional there and rude. I don’t recommend this place 👎🏽

I canceled my monthly Platinum pass for my Mercedes because there is ALWAYS something wrong with the car wash equipment, the website, billing issues, etc. Although the staff is always pleasant and friendly, nothing ever runs smoothly. It's quite surprising to me that an organization as large and reputable as Balise can not figure out solutions to these minor issues. It's not SpaceX (aka; rocket science), it's a car wash. Get your act together Balise. 🤨

Justin did a fantastic job on my car. He did a two step paint correction, and ceramic coating. He also detailed the inside fully. It came out spectacular. His prices was 1/4 of where I usually take my cars, but with no exception to quality. I would highly recommend Juston/Diamond for your detail needs, no matter how fussy you are. (I’m pretty fussy). I was originally going to have my car detailed at this other place and the charge was going to be like $250 or $300... I took my car here. I got a wash and a detail for 70 bucks, came out great. The car looked amazing. Tires were shiny. All the leather was perfect. All my floor mats were perfect. Everything was just incredible inside. It looked like a new car. For the money I was like wow! The work that was done on my 2024 BMW X3M 40i was excellent. The film was done to a standard that I would expect and I am going to work with the guys to make any minor adjustments. Need some minor adjustments on the rear diffuser and possibly the console. But the overall work was phenomenal. Love the detailing on the outside. It looks like a brand new, new car if you know what I mean. The inside came out wonderful as well. The only suggestion would be to avoid overspray and be wary of untreated areas. Overall excellent service! I'm a customer!

I found Mark on google and I am so glad I did. I went to nyc recently and my car was left parked under a stupid sap tree (had no idea what that was) and literally ruined my car. The disgusting sticky fluid was all over my car and not even hand car wash would have helped. He told me it would take him 4 hours to get the job done. Contacted Leonardo that I was picking up a new vehicle in a couple of days and wanted a ceramic coating. He was able to get me in the morning after I picked up my car and did a great job. The paint looked like a mirror. I was so impressed I had him do ceramic on my parents new car a few weeks later. Customer service was top notch and price was more reasonable than the big names that spend tons on marketing and pass the price on to the customer.

I took my car to Unique Auto Detailing for a full detail, expecting a professional job, especially for the ~$300 I paid. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Not only did they fail to clean the rug in the back of my car, but they also damaged my leather—either bleaching or discoloring it. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. Instead, I was left with a poorly cleaned car and potential damage that will cost even more to fix. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.

I got the full interior and exterior detailing, along with the additional compounding package. I wish I could give 6 stars. Not only did my car come out looking absolutely gorgeous, they went above and beyond - my rocker panel was banged up a while ago and was missing a screw/cap that caused it to hang fairly low. Proline found a screw/cap and fixed my rocker panel for me. They took their time with my car (my baby) and even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure my interior dried and was up to their standards. And for anyone who is debating on getting the compounding, it is 150% worth the money ($100 but it may vary on size of your car) as mostly all of my surface level scratches are nowhere to be found. Highly highly recommend Proline to everyone. Frankly, they might even be too cheap for the work they do and the care they take. Thank you thank you thank you!!

The worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid 40 bucks. When I was driving I noticed the car still had my dogs nose prints all over all the glass. When I stopped I saw that my car wasn’t actually cleaned. ??? Everything was still dirty. I reached out via email asking to be refunded, and was met with silence. No response. Photos attached. They lost a longtime customer today. Skip this place. I absolutely did not need it detailed lol. I needed what I get twice a month for years. This day they didn’t do it. Was sent out in five minutes lol. I requested a refund and got a ridiculous response. I’ll pass it along to everyone I know.

I took my car on 5-15-2022 for a routine car wash. specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a Tesla. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. They scuffed two of my wheels as they were not careful with the car wash mechanism which guides tue car to the washing system. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and the owner said if I took him to court it was his word against mine. Stay away from this place as their service is not worth their prices.

I have serious concerns about the service I received at this location, and I can't help but feel that any positive reviews must be from family or friends of the staff. I recently took my BRAND NEW Mercedes Benz to them for a detailing service. When I received a call informing me that my vehicle was ready and that the service would be complimentary, I was initially confused. It seemed unusual for a full detailing to be provided free of charge, and unfortunately, my instincts were right. Upon arriving to pick up my car, I discovered that my concerns were not unfounded. To my dismay, I noticed that the paint on my vehicle had been chipped in several places, which was particularly distressing given that it was a new car. Additionally, I found that the ambient lighting inside my car was malfunctioning - an issue that should not have occurred, especially after a detailing service. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, Joel, I was met with indifference. He made it clear that he had no intention of addressing my concerns about the faulty lighting. His lack of concern for my vehicle was alarming and left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Given the state of my car and the poor customer service I received, I am now seriously considering filing a lawsuit against this business for the damage caused to my vehicle. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before utilizing their services. I will post before and after pics of lighting inside of my vehicle

I was trying to surprise my fiancé And get his truck detailed. I called up Xpress and they gave me an appointment right away. They were very fair priced. It only took a couple of hours. The truck was absolutely spotless. I’ve gotten my car, detailed many places and they by far did the best job. They were very friendly. They take all forms of payment. They are a local business. They even cleaned a few parts for free. The truck was really dirty from our dog and the winter. I was mostly happy with the customer service and I will be returning. Customer service that is good is hard to come by. WOULD recommend!

I brought my boyfriend’s car in for an interior detailing after the A/C drain got clogged and the floor got wet/musty. A Plus did a fantastic job, carpets and seats looked fantastic! The dash also looked great and it was all done at a reasonable price in my opinion. As a bonus, everyone there was very friendly and professional. Paid for a car wash today and left with a chipped windshield. Went to the staff to report it. They rubbed their finger all over it stating that if it was from their machine my whole windshield would have cracked. The chip is in my field of view and was not present prior to the car wash. They claimed that others would have reported a cracked windshield if it was from them and supposedly no one else has reported it as a problem. Based on how they address problems, I’m sure it’s happened and they don’t take any responsibility or record those instances. Also, there were parts of my car that the sprays and agitators did not reach. Waste of money.

If you go to this place, be aware that your car is going to be ruined by the machines here. I went in to wash my truck and paid 30 US dollars, and when the car went through the machine I heard a very loud noise and when I took my car out, the roof was very damaged and the back, the owner said he was going to pay because it was an accident and after I showed him how much the damage was, he said he was not going to pay, because he has signs outside that clearly say that if your car is ruined he is not responsible, so I was left with damages that exceeded a few thousand and without having anywhere to pay for those damages, If you don't want a headache for 30 dollars, don't go to this place.

Do NOT trust this business. If they make a mistake or damage your property they will do nothing to repair or resolve the problem. Very unpfrossionaI, not a responsible owner. I brought my to Envision MotorSport for to get a valve cover gasket repaired by shop, which had my car for over 2 months, leaving me without transportation. While in possession of my car, the mechanic made several mistakes, he dropped a tool and damaged my fuel line, informed me that he didn't have the correct tool to work on my car, drove my car and it died on him, he had told me he was working on resolving the problem every day and has not fully repaired it. I have had to spend thousands of dollars on rentals and ended up having to send my car to a new shop only to learn that my engine was damaged while being worked on and needs to be replaced. The company owner, Jose, has stated that I am not a customer of Envision Motorsport LLC even though the contractor told me they were partners, and the work was done at his busines/his shiop by his partner, and the Business (Envision MotorSport LLC) invoiced me to start the job. Why would Envision invoice me if I am not their customer?! If the it was an independant contractor I could have paid the contractor directly. Now that they are liable for the damage that was done to my car in their possession, now they want to say I am not their customer but had no problem charging my credit card at the start of the job. He has tried to recuse himself of responsibility and now he and the mechanic (his partner) are completely ignoring me. It is outrageous!! They have cost me thousands of dollars and my car is still not fixed.

Straight forward. Honest. He was able to take my car same day which was really helpful. I was close enough for a long walk, but today was bitterly cold and Steve had time to drive me to my hotel and pick me up. He's a genuinely nice person who does an exceptional job. This was my first time using Arlington Detail. I got the standard package. I had a scrape on my front bumper which has been there for a couple years, one body shop offered to fix it for me and charge thousands of dollars to take the car apart, which is what I thought was required so I'd just been living with it looking bad. Steve buffed it out and I can't tell it was ever there. I'm a very detail oriented and picky person and rarely write reviews.

Pros: - The main task I came in for (scratch removal) was completed well; - Convenient location and timely work. Cons: - The response to a small issue (residue on car after wax or polish on side panels) after the service left a less-than-positive impression; - It seems like taking your own “before/after” photos is necessary to avoid potential misunderstandings. I brought my car in for scratch removal, and I’m happy to say that the main task was done well. However, after picking up my car, I noticed marks on the side panel that weren’t there before. When I reached out to the Sarah, I wasn’t looking for a refund or compensation - I wanted to see what they could suggest to help solve the problem. Instead, I was told, "if you insist it’s our fault," which felt unnecessary and out of place. I wasn’t insisting on anything—I was simply pointing out an issue and asking for guidance. While they did offer a $19 credit to buy pillars from Amazon, this wasn’t about money. I was looking for practical advice or a temporary fix, but the conversation left me feeling like I needed to defend myself, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, I would recommend their services, as the main task was completed well. Just a word of advice - take clear before/after photos of your car to avoid any misunderstandings, as mistakes can happen.

Vinny and the lords detailing team did not disappoint! My vehicle had been garaged for a few months (had developed mold) and it returned looking like a brand new (with the mold issue completely resolved). I came here for coating, tint and ppf on a new car. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about the entire process. He also gave the best price that I could find for this kind of work upfront and was willing to accommodate my schedule to get the work done asap. He asked the right questions when determining what kind of work needed to be done on the car and was a consummate professional when answering my questions or concerns about the process/timeline. He kept timely updates on the state of the work done despite only having it for 24 hours. As is always the case when buying a new car I spoke with at least half a dozen people throughout different stages of the process and Matt was easily one of the few people who actually acted like he wanted and appreciated my business. I would definitely recommend his service again to any friends, family or strangers.

Went to Mass General for an appointment- as I pulled into the garage I saw they had handwash detailing in the P2 level. I have been looking for good service and decided to ask about a walk up full detail. Brandon met me with enthusiasm as we went over the details of expectations and starting prices. I did go through with a full detail and I could not be more impressed!!!! First, he had my car ready for me by the time I was done with my appointment but also the attention to detail was amazing! Cracks and crevices completely cleaned out! My door jams were sparkling! My gas cap squeaky clean inside! I take great pride in my car and riding stylish and this got me back to my A-Game! Do not come here and use the automatic car wash. The quality of this car wash is terrible. They do zero prewash and they must not maintain their equipment well because your car never gets fully clean. I had a vip membership but I’m sick of my car not getting fully clean and seeing more and more scratches on my car every time I go through. I went through the car wash today and my car was severely scratched all around to the point were I had to say something and show the manager. The manager told me to basically pound sand and that the car wash couldn’t have done this. I pay close attention to my vehicle and clean it frequently. The scratches shown in the attached photos are appalling. Do NOT come here if you care about your car.

Paid $6 to use self wash bay and then went to vacuum interior to find vacuum off at 8:15pm. I asked the man working and he said they close at 8pm. This was frustrating to only clean half of my car. I had used Google maps to search the hours which states this location closes at 9pm everyday. Owners - Please update your hours to be accurate on the most widely used source of information in world.

The best place to repair your car in Boston! Very convenient, just dropped off my car and they worked directly with my car insurance. They did a fantastic job with my car! They also washed my car inside out! Definitely worth the wait. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

The reason I gave three star review is that I have good service with Prestige car wash great opportunity to pay 20$ a month for a car wash everyday, I was sadly displeased when I needed to dry off my car, because all my personal cloths are frozen and wet. That’s no fault of the company(car wash), but other car washes have available dry towels as a courtesy to the client. I just needed a dry cloth to use but there was none available. There is cloths available but at a price of 8 and 9$. Again I have great service just was displeased with this time. Sorry for the bad review. Just a little insight. Still a great company. I should continue to revive great service. :)

Luis the employee was very helpful in guiding and teaching me the new place. Very Clean, organized, and friendly service. Recommend 10/10. Vacuum is very strong and helps lots of dirt get removed. Luis was the reason my visit was blessed.
