I have a 2005 Explorer Sport Trac and plan on keeping it for a while. I got some body work done but needed to have it ceramic coated. I brought it to The Detail Shop and Manny worked his magic on it. It looks better than brand new. The wheels needed a refresh and he was able to get that done as well. I needed the truck for a trip I was making and he was able to get it done very quickly. Roger is amazing!!!! This was the second time I booked the Deluxe Premium interior and exterior detailing for my Toyota Sienna with him (considered an XL SUV at $350). Worth every penny!!!! Roger is easy to coordinate with, is an utmost professional, very thorough and he's nice and cordial too. He's timely and works with your schedule. You can tell that he really cares about the work he does and about your vehicle and treats it with respect and care. In addition to the exterior wash, he even shined my headlights which were pretty old and yellow and they looked like new!!! It was as if I had new headlights put in, very impressive. This was a major improvement since the last time I went to Roger. He let me know he's always constantly trying to improve his processes and what he can do for his clients to make them happy, and it shows!!! For the interior, Roger and his team do the following: Vacuum & shampoo/steam carpet, floor mats & upholstery, clean & condition leather/vinyl, detail dashboard, detail door trims, clean headliner, clean door jambs & clean windows. Honestly, it felt like a new car!!!! I'm always super pleased each time I get my van back from Roger. It feels so great and clean that I stay buzzing for weeks. I will post a picture of the text I just sent my friend to share my review of how my car looks (incredible). Steve is responsive, kind, communicative. Picks up or calls or texts you right back. Straight forward. Honest. He was able to take my car same day which was really helpful. I was close enough for a long walk, but today was bitterly cold and Steve had time to drive me to my hotel and pick me up. He's a genuinely nice person who does an exceptional job. This was my first time using Arlington Detail. I got the standard package. I had a scrape on my front bumper which has been there for a couple years, one body shop offered to fix it for me and charge thousands of dollars to take the car apart, which is what I thought was required so I'd just been living with it looking bad. Steve buffed it out and I can't tell it was ever there. I'm a very detail oriented and picky person and rarely write reviews.

Super professional and did a gorgeous time! I hired viper for a deluxe interior detail and they did not disappoint, my car is spotless I now take my shoes off getting in! They do the whole job right in your driveway and all they needed was a hose and my keys. I have a deep dark oil stain from a tire on the leather of my backseat. While I knew they wouldn’t be able to remove it I will say it’s lighter. Will def refer and have them back again (but hopefully I can keep it clean after their hard work for a bit!!!).

Not a place to get the window tint done. I recently brought my new (to me) BMW M2 Competition to Craft Detailing to get the front PPF'd and whole car ceramic coated. If it was just those two things, it would've been a 4 of 5 star review from me. The quality of the PPF job was close to perfect. Time will tell how well the ceramic coating holds up, but so far so good. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by agreeing to get a ceramic window tint from them as well. They charged $550 for a subpar tint job. There are tears in the film on the back window in addition to bubbles and dust particles trapped throughout. It was not the quality I expected at that price point. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the tint job, I was told they'll redo to fix any mistakes when I come back for the first wash in 10 days after the ceramic coat has fully cured. When I came back, I was told that removing the tint from the back window after it fully dried was going to be risky and that the best they could do is attempt to fix small mistakes here and there, plus redo the passenger side window. When I asked if I could get a refund instead, I was offered store credit for a partial amount, which I had no use for, so I reluctantly agreed to a limited redo. Same installer completed the redo leaving the tears on the back window untouched. He did reinstall the passenger side window, but left a much wider edge versus the driver's side, in addition to bubbles and dust still being present. After bringing the car home, I also noticed dried-up drip marks on every interior panel beneath the windows, meaning the interior wasn't covered up while squeegeeing out the solution during the tint install. The alcantara insert was soaking wet and there was water in the switchgear on the passenger door. Needless to say, after that I had no motivation to go back for another redo by the same installer who is probably doing his best, but clearly lacks the skills. I debated whether to write this review or not, but ultimately decided it was important to caution those who might be considering getting window tint from Craft Detailing. If you just need PPF and/or ceramic coating, go for it. However, consider getting the tint done elsewhere. The bottom line for me is I thought I could save time by getting everything done at one place, but now I'm out $550 and will be paying a 2nd time to get it completely redone by another installer who specializes in window tint specifically and whom I've used before for much better results. One additional note regarding the film itself that has nothing to do with the shop, but is good to know. Craft Detailing use Suntek, which is widely considered to be a top quality option. However, it does have a distinct blue hue and is slightly hazy, especially at night. If you don't like either of those things, consider getting Llumar instead, which has perfectly neutral colors and zero haze in my experience.

I found this location through Googling for local detailing shops. This shop had some great reviews and the comments were consistent. So I gave the shop a call and explained them my car issue. I started getting water spots on my paint job, windows, and wheels about 3 months ago. I don’t park near a sprinkler so my only guess was acid rain came along and then the hot days after that locked them in. I tried some DYI ideas that some friends of mine suggested as well as a car was location suggesting using CLR but alas the spots kept returning. The woman on the phone suggested I come in and the do a test spot on the car to see if their least aggressive product would do the trick. I came in and at last something finally worked!! Less than 2 hours later and $200 for the exterior detailing my car was saved! These people were so personable and friendly and life savers to say the least. I will be recommending this place to everyone, friends and family, and I most certainly will be back!! (Picture show the before water marks with the test spots with their products and you can see the drastic difference. Later pictures are the after shots)

J Antoine Detailing Is by far, the best detailing I’ve ever had preformed on any car I’ve owned. I got my SUV in March and put 2-3k miles on it each month. Get what you pay for I suppose. I got the mini detail since my car was not overly dirty but could still use a bit of TLC all over. I was really hoping to get the windows cleaned, they had hazed up and it's a chore I don't enjoy. Additionally I have varying success with removing streaks so I figured take it to some place that would theoretically deal with it better than I would. The photo attached shows one of the side windows. While the front window was better and was improved from its initial state the side windows were left in an underwhelming state and the rear window wasn't touched at all. I know this because I tested cleaning the rear window in one particular spot and was still able to clearly see the outline of that spot against the rest of the window that I had not yet cleaned. For someone with a generally cluttered or messy car I could see it being a good option. I did notice an improvement in the interior upholstery and trim. I would not go here again given the choice but it's better than nothing.

I live on a dirt road in Vermont. With the mild winter we have had, there has been so much mud. I had a ton of it caked onto the interior of my wheels which made driving on the highway like driving an unbalanced washing machine for 3 hours. It sucked! I could not drive it back like this, so I called Mr perfection, which was near my office in the seaport. While I told Jackie I only cared about getting the mud out of my wheels, he did the most amazing job on my GTS it looks phenomenal and he really went above and beyond for a car that will unfortunately be caked with mud next week. But it looks amazing now and I would highly recommend.

Came here to get my car detailed prior to my lease inspection. Made an appointment for the Presidential Package which includes interior and exterior detailing. They did an incredible job on the outside and the wax looked really good. There were a few missed spots (fuel gasket area and outer trunk area) but nothing I couldn't really wipe away myself. The interior was also vacuumed, wiped and steam cleaned. Definitely worth the price for the convenience of just dropping it off in the center of the city and picking it back up after work (Took around 4-5 hours). It costs $20 for parking if you get it validated, so make sure to have the car washing attendant sign your ticket.

Bradford auto wax made my 10 year old beach going, hiker lover, dog owner Jeep Wrangler look like new. I really didn’t have high expectations just knowing how bad I had let my car get over the last 10 years. I got a gift card to get it detailed and Bradford auto wax did not disappoint. The car looks fantastic. While the car looks great, the best part of my experience was the customer service. WHY. is there a guy standing at the entrance with a giant soapy brush ready to go if it says 100% touch free??? i appreciate the passion truly but if it says 100% touch free isn’t it supposed to be, idk, touch free? 2. the touch free bay uses minimal soap but very strong water pressure to wash your car. and since the dirt isn’t properly soap-lifted before power washing, it can scratch your paint over time and your car will not be cleaned thoroughly (see pic) 3. when you leave the touch free bay you’re expected to squeeze your car through two rows of sponges on that ground that wipe your rims and wheel dry which 1) WHY would you do that in a TOUCH LESS car wash 2) when you refuse to put your car through that bc the mechanism does not look safe for low profile tires (in which case the wiping mechanism will inevitably touch the rims) they will misconstrue it at you wanting to stay for a free car wash and try to force you out by yelling at you.

Honestly cleanest of any of the car washes I've tried nearby by far. Price may be a bit more expensive than some places but by a couple dollars at most.
