Super professional and did a gorgeous time! I hired viper for a deluxe interior detail and they did not disappoint, my car is spotless I now take my shoes off getting in! They do the whole job right in your driveway and all they needed was a hose and my keys. I have a deep dark oil stain from a tire on the leather of my backseat. While I knew they wouldn’t be able to remove it I will say it’s lighter. Will def refer and have them back again (but hopefully I can keep it clean after their hard work for a bit!!!).

Wanted to give Zero but google doesnt have it...Pathetic carwash ever i saw.... The VIP pass wash is terrible and literaly damages the car... I visited only twice, each time it resulted in damaging my Windshield... The Wraps which has soap when it goes through front of the car it results in taking of the paint and leaving cracks on windshield... and the acknowledgement Enter at your risk should be informed by the staff before going in to wash as the car gets damaged... Never get car washed at this one

Took my brand new car there for a wash and they left scratches all over the back of my car. Then proceeded to tell me it’s not their fault because no one else made a complaint that day. Shared with me that it was probably just covered in dust so I didn’t see it before. Yep, very reasonable and logical. A phantom ghost scratched the entire back of my car and it was hidden by dust. Okay. Zero accountability and clear lack of care for their members. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t care about you and if your car gets damaged they won’t reimburse.

K Professional did a great job with the interior detailing of my daughter's car. There were stains on the seat and in the cup holders - all gone after the detailing. They even did a little cleanup on the outside of the car, too, no extra charge. Fantasic service, would highly recommend.

I have a 2005 Explorer Sport Trac and plan on keeping it for a while. I got some body work done but needed to have it ceramic coated. I brought it to The Detail Shop and Manny worked his magic on it. It looks better than brand new. The wheels needed a refresh and he was able to get that done as well. I needed the truck for a trip I was making and he was able to get it done very quickly. Pros: - The main task I came in for (scratch removal) was completed well; - Convenient location and timely work. Cons: - The response to a small issue (residue on car after wax or polish on side panels) after the service left a less-than-positive impression; - It seems like taking your own “before/after” photos is necessary to avoid potential misunderstandings. I brought my car in for scratch removal, and I’m happy to say that the main task was done well. However, after picking up my car, I noticed marks on the side panel that weren’t there before. When I reached out to the Sarah, I wasn’t looking for a refund or compensation - I wanted to see what they could suggest to help solve the problem. Instead, I was told, "if you insist it’s our fault," which felt unnecessary and out of place. I wasn’t insisting on anything—I was simply pointing out an issue and asking for guidance. While they did offer a $19 credit to buy pillars from Amazon, this wasn’t about money. I was looking for practical advice or a temporary fix, but the conversation left me feeling like I needed to defend myself, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, I would recommend their services, as the main task was completed well. Just a word of advice - take clear before/after photos of your car to avoid any misunderstandings, as mistakes can happen.

Purchased their top package at $280 and would have expected the result to be somewhat premium, or at least fully complete. The car is covered in spots and bug stains, interior work was okish though still not fully clean, wheels look nice. Wouldn't return however and regret tipping the staff.

Final Update: I received a check with my refunded payment, but this company also sent me a correspondence letter where they accused me of lying about my location. If they had been observant, they would have noticed my New York plates. I split my living between Chestnut Hill and Central NY, though not any of their business, so driving to them was never a feasible option—especially after their poor service and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, I had informed them that I was injured and unable to drive. This level of incompetence and audacity is shocking. Sending such a letter only highlights how poorly this company operates. As a paying customer who was charged $300, I should not have to return even once, let alone deal with repeated issues. Their detailing work was abysmal: • They left my phone charger on top of my car, which I didn’t notice until I was a mile away. • They told me to clean the trash out of my car, which was part of the service I paid for, and then dumped bagged trash in my damp trunk. • They missed numerous areas despite charging a premium price. On top of that, the manager was incredibly rude, the staff disrespectful, and they even spoke negatively about my car in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. If you find their work subpar, I highly recommend filing a BBB report AND review demanding your money back. Their poor service, disrespect, and lack of accountability ensure I will never return. I also sent a follow-up email and, unsurprisingly, received no response.

Hey, I've been a member here for nine months. And I'm an uber driver. The cleanliness of my car is more important to me than anything else. I come here and I can clean my car with the care I want every day without anyone interfering with me. You know in other washes, they usually kick you out after 15 minutes. But the staff here is very nice and understanding. If we continue to respect their work, they will always respect us. I am very happy to be here, they don't need to do anything more to improve themselves, the facility already offers all the facilities. My gratitude to the staff again sunuyorum🙏🏻

I'll be spending the weekend driving grown-ups around in our family SUV and... Kids are gross. So I wanted a to get rid of the dirt, crumbs,and old food littering the back seats and floor. The cheapest service they offer is a "quick inside/outside" with a vacuuming, interior wipe down and exterior cleaning. The price was more than reasonable, even with the extra charge for needing extra vacuuming. Honestly, their quick clean is close to what many places call detailing. Fast and convenient and we'll absolutely be back.

Brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry to get a full interior detailing by them. They did an excellent job. I just bought it and it was extremely dirty. I was very surprised it turned out as good as it did. TL;DR: Good, but very pricey. Pros: my car looks brand new and has been more thoroughly detailed than I've ever seen. Great results. Cons: very pricey and more than a bit shady. I called up looking for same day service and a price was never mentioned. I told them I had a Subaru Ascent and stated it was a large, 3-row SUV. I arranged to drop it off in an hour. 58 minutes later, I got a (slightly rude) call asking if I was coming. When I got there 2min later I got a whole routine on how they thought I had a Suburban (a bigger car!) and maybe they couldn't take me today. Regardless, they agreed to do it and wanted the car for 5 hours (fine). When we came to collect, the car was immaculate. Then they told me it was going to be $425+tax including the extra $30 fee for pet hair. They had asked me when I first called if the interior had pet hair; we do not have any pets. I am bald. My wife and daughter have long (2') blonde hair. I told them this and they grudgingly took off the fee, leaving a total of $395. I know I have a big vehicle, but that's right at the top range of what I'd expect a detailing to cost. I also noticed I'm not the only one to complain about being charged a pet fee for no reason. I'll also add that the person I spoke to on the phone was the detailer's wife and that he didn't seem to speak any English. I'll also cop to not asking about the cost before agreeing to the service (my bad). I should note there's no price list anywhere on their website. So was I ripped off? No, they did excellent work and it's my own damn fault for not asking about prices beforehand. But the whole thing felt very shady and not what one would expect from a top-dollar detailing outfit. If you absolutely must have an immaculate detailing done on your car and you don't mind paying for it, this may be the place for you. Personally, I'm not planning to come back.

Get what you pay for I suppose. I got the mini detail since my car was not overly dirty but could still use a bit of TLC all over. I was really hoping to get the windows cleaned, they had hazed up and it's a chore I don't enjoy. Additionally I have varying success with removing streaks so I figured take it to some place that would theoretically deal with it better than I would. The photo attached shows one of the side windows. While the front window was better and was improved from its initial state the side windows were left in an underwhelming state and the rear window wasn't touched at all. I know this because I tested cleaning the rear window in one particular spot and was still able to clearly see the outline of that spot against the rest of the window that I had not yet cleaned. For someone with a generally cluttered or messy car I could see it being a good option. I did notice an improvement in the interior upholstery and trim. I would not go here again given the choice but it's better than nothing.

Super disappointed! First time here and will be my last/ Paid extra for Matt’s to be cleaned as well car is just exactly how I had it on the inside. . Outside looks fine . Attaching pictures of inside . Save your money go somewhere else. Just to confirm I was not expecting a detail . But the dirty counsel is no excuse this should have all been wiped down as part of the service. Matts I also paid extra for and they look exactly the same. I’ve seen other post prior to mine saying the same and get a response that they will run it by staff so it gets done properly .. but clearly I came in today and still had this issue.

Great, cheap car wash with four self-wash bays and two automatic no-touch drive-thru wash bays. Definitely go for self wash if you want your car to be maximally clean. You can also pay for vacuums. Accepts card or tokens, which you can buy there.

They are horrible. I arrived at 2:40 pm, and the guy refused to take the car His reasoning, he had two cars and they closed at 6 pm (3 hrs and 20 minutes from then). I asked if he could just do the outside. He still said no, so I had to pay the $11 for the parking garage (for 5 minutes). $11 lost and still need to get the car cleaned. Unless this is your parking garage, do not go here.

This location has it all . A full service area that you can purchase a car wash or interior cleaning . They also have an area indoors with vending machines , that have everything a person can need for the cleaning of a car , it’s amazing . They also have a little area you can sit and or use the bathroom. On the side they have an area you can finish drying your car , if you feel it needs an extra pat down . We were surprised to find this so close to home , it’s amazing . We definitely will be back many times over .

ScrubaDub on Faneuil Street is my go-to spot for a car wash since I live so close by. I used to use Prestige, but unfortunately, their staff were very rude and I just didn’t feel very welcome when I would go there. This ScrubaDub can get a little busy on weekends, but it’s well worth it. I’d recommend non peak hours to get your vacuuming done. The staff here are always super friendly and really go above and beyond for their customers. Just earlier today, they even helped me jumpstart my car after I accidentally left the accessory setting on. Definitely not something you’d expect, but they were happy to do it! Honestly, these folks do way more than what their job requires, and I think they all deserve a raise personally. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service with a personal touch. Even if you’re someone that just wants to take your time cleaning your car, they don’t really pressure you or make you feel rushed even on a busy Saturday.
