I will post a picture of the text I just sent my friend to share my review of how my car looks (incredible). Steve is responsive, kind, communicative. Picks up or calls or texts you right back. Straight forward. Honest. He was able to take my car same day which was really helpful. I was close enough for a long walk, but today was bitterly cold and Steve had time to drive me to my hotel and pick me up. He's a genuinely nice person who does an exceptional job. This was my first time using Arlington Detail. I got the standard package. I had a scrape on my front bumper which has been there for a couple years, one body shop offered to fix it for me and charge thousands of dollars to take the car apart, which is what I thought was required so I'd just been living with it looking bad. Steve buffed it out and I can't tell it was ever there. I'm a very detail oriented and picky person and rarely write reviews.

I could not possibly be happier with the job that was done and the attention to detail. I got both exterior and interior done and they did an incredible job. There was a scratch on my drivers side door that was no longer there when I picked my car up. There was stains in the floor mats and when I got my car back the stains were no longer there. There was such a care and attention to detail and it shows. They did an excellent job, I would recommend them time and time again.

Pros: - The main task I came in for (scratch removal) was completed well; - Convenient location and timely work. Cons: - The response to a small issue (residue on car after wax or polish on side panels) after the service left a less-than-positive impression; - It seems like taking your own “before/after” photos is necessary to avoid potential misunderstandings. I brought my car in for scratch removal, and I’m happy to say that the main task was done well. However, after picking up my car, I noticed marks on the side panel that weren’t there before. When I reached out to the Sarah, I wasn’t looking for a refund or compensation - I wanted to see what they could suggest to help solve the problem. Instead, I was told, "if you insist it’s our fault," which felt unnecessary and out of place. I wasn’t insisting on anything—I was simply pointing out an issue and asking for guidance. While they did offer a $19 credit to buy pillars from Amazon, this wasn’t about money. I was looking for practical advice or a temporary fix, but the conversation left me feeling like I needed to defend myself, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, I would recommend their services, as the main task was completed well. Just a word of advice - take clear before/after photos of your car to avoid any misunderstandings, as mistakes can happen.

Vinny and the lords detailing team did not disappoint! My vehicle had been garaged for a few months (had developed mold) and it returned looking like a brand new (with the mold issue completely resolved). Vinny took the time to explain why the issue most likely occurred and how to maintain going forward. The communication, timeliness of service and results were excellent. I came here for coating, tint and ppf on a new car. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about the entire process. He also gave the best price that I could find for this kind of work upfront and was willing to accommodate my schedule to get the work done asap. He asked the right questions when determining what kind of work needed to be done on the car and was a consummate professional when answering my questions or concerns about the process/timeline. He kept timely updates on the state of the work done despite only having it for 24 hours. As is always the case when buying a new car I spoke with at least half a dozen people throughout different stages of the process and Matt was easily one of the few people who actually acted like he wanted and appreciated my business. I would definitely recommend his service again to any friends, family or strangers.

Went to Mass General for an appointment- as I pulled into the garage I saw they had handwash detailing in the P2 level. I have been looking for good service and decided to ask about a walk up full detail. Brandon met me with enthusiasm as we went over the details of expectations and starting prices. I did go through with a full detail and I could not be more impressed!!!! First, he had my car ready for me by the time I was done with my appointment but also the attention to detail was amazing! Cracks and crevices completely cleaned out! My door jams were sparkling! My gas cap squeaky clean inside! I take great pride in my car and riding stylish and this got me back to my A-Game! Prices were so good I will definitely be coming back! Cherry on top of the cake, they also validate parking with their services, saving me about $60. I got a pain free detailing at a very reasonable price, you've definitely gained a customer here!!

Do not come here and use the automatic car wash. The quality of this car wash is terrible. They do zero prewash and they must not maintain their equipment well because your car never gets fully clean. I had a vip membership but I’m sick of my car not getting fully clean and seeing more and more scratches on my car every time I go through. I went through the car wash today and my car was severely scratched all around to the point were I had to say something and show the manager. The manager told me to basically pound sand and that the car wash couldn’t have done this. I pay close attention to my vehicle and clean it frequently. The scratches shown in the attached photos are appalling. Do NOT come here if you care about your car.

Paid $6 to use self wash bay and then went to vacuum interior to find vacuum off at 8:15pm. I asked the man working and he said they close at 8pm. This was frustrating to only clean half of my car. I had used Google maps to search the hours which states this location closes at 9pm everyday. Owners - Please update your hours to be accurate on the most widely used source of information in world.

The reason I gave three star review is that I have good service with Prestige car wash great opportunity to pay 20$ a month for a car wash everyday, I was sadly displeased when I needed to dry off my car, because all my personal cloths are frozen and wet. That’s no fault of the company(car wash), but other car washes have available dry towels as a courtesy to the client. I just needed a dry cloth to use but there was none available. There is cloths available but at a price of 8 and 9$. Again I have great service just was displeased with this time. Sorry for the bad review. Just a little insight. Still a great company. I should continue to revive great service. :)

I just had my car detailed yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The price is reasonable, and although finding the entrance was a bit tricky since it's inside a garage, the owner, Roger, was incredibly patient and took the time to guide me there. Honest review. Less than 1 star if possible. I've attached images of what they consider clean and you be the judge. They offered a package called 'Superior Interior Cleaning ' for $59.99. But since I had a mid-size SUV, and wanted an exterior wash, it cost me $80. Looking at the set up I thought they would do a good job but I was very wrong. After waiting for almost an hour (even though it said only 20min) I got my car. My dash cam was knocked off, and my interiors didn't look clean except for the carpets. There was also some stain on the back seat. I asked the guy, he started debating that I didn't pay for it and they only did the carpets in all that time. I showed him how on his brochure it says 'thorough cleaning of all interior areas.' but he still didn't budge. Then he said he will clean the back seat mark as a favor making me feel like I couldn't read. Why would I pay $80 for my mats? I could have bought new mats for the price. I feel it's all a push to opt for their 'Delux and Big Show's packages that cost $250-$500. I did not find it worth the time and money and don't recommend anyone to go there. Don't get fooled by their set up. I wish I could get a refund.

Final Update: I received a check with my refunded payment, but this company also sent me a correspondence letter where they accused me of lying about my location. If they had been observant, they would have noticed my New York plates. I split my living between Chestnut Hill and Central NY, though not any of their business, so driving to them was never a feasible option—especially after their poor service and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, I had informed them that I was injured and unable to drive. This level of incompetence and audacity is shocking. Sending such a letter only highlights how poorly this company operates. As a paying customer who was charged $300, I should not have to return even once, let alone deal with repeated issues. Their detailing work was abysmal: • They left my phone charger on top of my car, which I didn’t notice until I was a mile away. • They told me to clean the trash out of my car, which was part of the service I paid for, and then dumped bagged trash in my damp trunk. • They missed numerous areas despite charging a premium price. On top of that, the manager was incredibly rude, the staff disrespectful, and they even spoke negatively about my car in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. If you find their work subpar, I highly recommend filing a BBB report AND review demanding your money back. Their poor service, disrespect, and lack of accountability ensure I will never return. I also sent a follow-up email and, unsurprisingly, received no response.

Bradford auto wax made my 10 year old beach going, hiker lover, dog owner Jeep Wrangler look like new. I really didn’t have high expectations just knowing how bad I had let my car get over the last 10 years. I got a gift card to get it detailed and Bradford auto wax did not disappoint. The car looks fantastic. While the car looks great, the best part of my experience was the customer service. First time doing a touch-less wash and I specifically went for the undercarriage wash. Weekday afternoon so I was able to drive right in. FYI, the undercarriage wash starts right away, so be sure to drive in slower to get a better clean. Rest of my wash went well. After the wash, I took a look at the car and it seems the top of the back window area was still a little dirty from suds. I did also attach a photo from the roof of the car, which looks absolutely pristine and ultra reflective. I went in with a pretty dirty car that had dust all over, old water stains on the roof, and some streaks of mud/dirt on the doors. Save for that spot on the top of the back window, everything else looks very clean and I’m pretty satisfied, especially knowing the bottom of my car got a decent cleaning from the salt during the winter months. I’ll be back again.

I really appreciate that this self-serve, no touch car wash has an attendant. The pressure is good for removing bird poo and grease from your car. The vacuums work well too. There’s also a vending machine with cleaning supplies. They take credit cards.

Super disappointed! First time here and will be my last/ Paid extra for Matt’s to be cleaned as well car is just exactly how I had it on the inside. . Outside looks fine . Attaching pictures of inside . Save your money go somewhere else. Just to confirm I was not expecting a detail . But the dirty counsel is no excuse this should have all been wiped down as part of the service. Matts I also paid extra for and they look exactly the same. I’ve seen other post prior to mine saying the same and get a response that they will run it by staff so it gets done properly .. but clearly I came in today and still had this issue.

I was never quite satisfied with the quality of the wash, despite always getting the top one. I think the tunnel in Brighton is too short to do a proper wash/dry, and there were always spots and streaks that needed to be cleaned up. But today took the cake. The car was disgusting even after the wash. A total waste of time and money. I would have gone back had I not been so far already when I noticed. I doubt I’ll be coming back.

I'll be spending the weekend driving grown-ups around in our family SUV and... Kids are gross. So I wanted a to get rid of the dirt, crumbs,and old food littering the back seats and floor. The cheapest service they offer is a "quick inside/outside" with a vacuuming, interior wipe down and exterior cleaning. The price was more than reasonable, even with the extra charge for needing extra vacuuming. Honestly, their quick clean is close to what many places call detailing. Fast and convenient and we'll absolutely be back.
