Contacted Leonardo that I was picking up a new vehicle in a couple of days and wanted a ceramic coating. He was able to get me in the morning after I picked up my car and did a great job. The paint looked like a mirror. I was so impressed I had him do ceramic on my parents new car a few weeks later. Customer service was top notch and price was more reasonable than the big names that spend tons on marketing and pass the price on to the customer.

I took my car to Unique Auto Detailing for a full detail, expecting a professional job, especially for the ~$300 I paid. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Not only did they fail to clean the rug in the back of my car, but they also damaged my leather—either bleaching or discoloring it. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. Instead, I was left with a poorly cleaned car and potential damage that will cost even more to fix. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.

I got the full interior and exterior detailing, along with the additional compounding package. I wish I could give 6 stars. Not only did my car come out looking absolutely gorgeous, they went above and beyond - my rocker panel was banged up a while ago and was missing a screw/cap that caused it to hang fairly low. Proline found a screw/cap and fixed my rocker panel for me. They took their time with my car (my baby) and even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure my interior dried and was up to their standards. And for anyone who is debating on getting the compounding, it is 150% worth the money ($100 but it may vary on size of your car) as mostly all of my surface level scratches are nowhere to be found. Highly highly recommend Proline to everyone. Frankly, they might even be too cheap for the work they do and the care they take. Thank you thank you thank you!!

My car smelled and looked like new from the inside out! I purchased the Elite package which included interior and exterior. The car went in about 9 am and I was able to pick up my SUV by 5:30. It was spotless and Luis took great care in his work. I am very pleased with the auto detail and will certainly be back!

Luis is the man! He is extremely sweet and he cares for both of my cars. I have both a Civic and a Audi SUV. Civic is a disaster from the kids, he put a lot of effort to get all the gum off the back passenger seats. He not only made the exterior of the interior of my car beautiful. Highly recommend him!

The worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid 40 bucks. When I was driving I noticed the car still had my dogs nose prints all over all the glass. When I stopped I saw that my car wasn’t actually cleaned. ??? Everything was still dirty. I reached out via email asking to be refunded, and was met with silence. No response. Photos attached. They lost a longtime customer today. Skip this place. I absolutely did not need it detailed lol. I needed what I get twice a month for years. This day they didn’t do it. Was sent out in five minutes lol. I requested a refund and got a ridiculous response. I’ll pass it along to everyone I know.

I took my car on 5-15-2022 for a routine car wash. specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a Tesla. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. They scuffed two of my wheels as they were not careful with the car wash mechanism which guides tue car to the washing system. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and the owner said if I took him to court it was his word against mine. Stay away from this place as their service is not worth their prices.

I have serious concerns about the service I received at this location, and I can't help but feel that any positive reviews must be from family or friends of the staff. I recently took my BRAND NEW Mercedes Benz to them for a detailing service. When I received a call informing me that my vehicle was ready and that the service would be complimentary, I was initially confused. It seemed unusual for a full detailing to be provided free of charge, and unfortunately, my instincts were right. Upon arriving to pick up my car, I discovered that my concerns were not unfounded. To my dismay, I noticed that the paint on my vehicle had been chipped in several places, which was particularly distressing given that it was a new car. Additionally, I found that the ambient lighting inside my car was malfunctioning - an issue that should not have occurred, especially after a detailing service. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, Joel, I was met with indifference. He made it clear that he had no intention of addressing my concerns about the faulty lighting. His lack of concern for my vehicle was alarming and left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Given the state of my car and the poor customer service I received, I am now seriously considering filing a lawsuit against this business for the damage caused to my vehicle. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before utilizing their services. I will post before and after pics of lighting inside of my vehicle

I was trying to surprise my fiancé And get his truck detailed. I called up Xpress and they gave me an appointment right away. They were very fair priced. It only took a couple of hours. The truck was absolutely spotless. I’ve gotten my car, detailed many places and they by far did the best job. They were very friendly. They take all forms of payment. They are a local business. They even cleaned a few parts for free. The truck was really dirty from our dog and the winter. I was mostly happy with the customer service and I will be returning. Customer service that is good is hard to come by. WOULD recommend!

I brought my boyfriend’s car in for an interior detailing after the A/C drain got clogged and the floor got wet/musty. A Plus did a fantastic job, carpets and seats looked fantastic! The dash also looked great and it was all done at a reasonable price in my opinion. As a bonus, everyone there was very friendly and professional. I’d never gotten an interior detail before, let alone considered it. But based on their work on his car, I’m planning to bring my own to get done once my schedule allows!

I discovered this business having done business with the new owner previously. I trust him 100%, so when he took over A Plus Auto and Detailing, I was stoked. My car was badly in need of a full detail and detail guy did his magic. Very impressive. The price is reasonable for the level of detail. You can opt for inside only or outside only for much less, however expect a thorough expert job whichever option you choose.

Freddy was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and prompt. He was meticulous with detailing my cars, and brought them back to showroom shine I remember. Paid for a car wash today and left with a chipped windshield. Went to the staff to report it. They rubbed their finger all over it stating that if it was from their machine my whole windshield would have cracked. The chip is in my field of view and was not present prior to the car wash. They claimed that others would have reported a cracked windshield if it was from them and supposedly no one else has reported it as a problem. Based on how they address problems, I’m sure it’s happened and they don’t take any responsibility or record those instances. Also, there were parts of my car that the sprays and agitators did not reach. Waste of money.

If you go to this place, be aware that your car is going to be ruined by the machines here. I went in to wash my truck and paid 30 US dollars, and when the car went through the machine I heard a very loud noise and when I took my car out, the roof was very damaged and the back, the owner said he was going to pay because it was an accident and after I showed him how much the damage was, he said he was not going to pay, because he has signs outside that clearly say that if your car is ruined he is not responsible, so I was left with damages that exceeded a few thousand and without having anywhere to pay for those damages, If you don't want a headache for 30 dollars, don't go to this place.

Do NOT trust this business. If they make a mistake or damage your property they will do nothing to repair or resolve the problem. Very unpfrossionaI, not a responsible owner. I brought my to Envision MotorSport for to get a valve cover gasket repaired by shop, which had my car for over 2 months, leaving me without transportation. While in possession of my car, the mechanic made several mistakes, he dropped a tool and damaged my fuel line, informed me that he didn't have the correct tool to work on my car, drove my car and it died on him, he had told me he was working on resolving the problem every day and has not fully repaired it. I have had to spend thousands of dollars on rentals and ended up having to send my car to a new shop only to learn that my engine was damaged while being worked on and needs to be replaced. The company owner, Jose, has stated that I am not a customer of Envision Motorsport LLC even though the contractor told me they were partners, and the work was done at his busines/his shiop by his partner, and the Business (Envision MotorSport LLC) invoiced me to start the job. Why would Envision invoice me if I am not their customer?! If the it was an independant contractor I could have paid the contractor directly. Now that they are liable for the damage that was done to my car in their possession, now they want to say I am not their customer but had no problem charging my credit card at the start of the job. He has tried to recuse himself of responsibility and now he and the mechanic (his partner) are completely ignoring me. It is outrageous!! They have cost me thousands of dollars and my car is still not fixed.

He did an amazing job bringing my weekend warrior/track car back to life with a shine I was not expecting as well as a mint carbon wrap job on my doors. called in to set an appointment. some rude guy answers the phone unprofessionally. he hung up on me twice while i was asking if he had availability. as soon as i asked for an interior detail for my semi truck, he says " WE DONT DO THAT" and hangs up on me rudely. i wouldnt want my daughters going to theses guys or coming to her house just by the way they talk to customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BAD VIBES, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a dog that loves car rides and… I smoke. You can probably imagine how bad my car was. After bringing my car in for a detail, it’s like I got a new car back. All of the pet fur is gone and you can no longer smell any odors. I also got to drop my car off at night after getting all of my errands done, and was able to pick my car up in the early morning. That was super convenient! I have no complaints about the customer service; they were pleasant, kind, and very accommodating. The price was fair and 1000% worth every penny. 10/10

Half the vacuums don’t work. The gates on the wash stations don’t close completely. The only people who seem to enjoy this place are car enthusiast who are always parked in the vacuums sections doing nothing but taking up space. Edit: Fair, it was a bit cold the day I took this picture. I’ll make changes to my review.

Due to an "incident" with my roof top box flying off my car, I had some black smudging all over my car. I took the car to Gullotti's Auto Detailing where Glen - in the 90 degree heat - removed all the damage (that would not come off with a regular cleaning). When I asked what I owed him, he said I was all set and it was on the house. Although he didn't feel like it was a big deal, to me it definitely was. Humanity restored. A quick second note, Gullotti's also detailed my car after it being stolen. The thief did I fine job on the interior. Looked like trash and smelled even worse. When the car was finished, it looked and smelled brand new. I would definitely recommend Gullotti's if you're looking for a great detail and a friendly face.

My husband had a remote car starter installed into my 4Runner for Christmas. He was quoted at ~$360 for the more advanced starter. They called after a couple hours that my car was ready for pickup. When my husband went to pick up my vehicle he only owed ~$160 because there was already a “brain” in my vehicle so they just had to install the starter itself. I find that was out of incredible integrity because they could have charged us the original quote and we wouldn’t have known the wiser! I will happily recommend others take their business here!

Kyle and his team at Valet Pro Detailing did a fantastic job detailing my father-in-law's Cadillac. They managed to clean the muck, mold, and mildew off of the fabric top, clean dirt from all the nooks and crannies, and make the interior and exterior, including the wheels, shine like new.
