I canceled my monthly Platinum pass for my Mercedes because there is ALWAYS something wrong with the car wash equipment, the website, billing issues, etc. Although the staff is always pleasant and friendly, nothing ever runs smoothly. It's quite surprising to me that an organization as large and reputable as Balise can not figure out solutions to these minor issues. It's not SpaceX (aka; rocket science), it's a car wash. Get your act together Balise. 🤨

Justin did a fantastic job on my car. He did a two step paint correction, and ceramic coating. He also detailed the inside fully. It came out spectacular. His prices was 1/4 of where I usually take my cars, but with no exception to quality. I would highly recommend Juston/Diamond for your detail needs, no matter how fussy you are. (I’m pretty fussy). He can handle it all, with a smile.

Car wash is great, and I do appreciate some of the workers who do work hard at there jobs making sure each customers gets a clean car wash. But however there are some employees from both locations (West Springfield &Springfield) that are constantly on there phones and they hardly pay attention to customers that come through the car wash. Especially when I go through the starting point of getting my car sprayed down by the employee. Some of the employees don’t put much effort in spraying down each cars that come through. But other than that. I have nothing bad to say about the wash itself. It’s very good. So thank you. And sorry for the 3 stars. It’s only because of some employees that I mentioned about being on there phones and not putting much effort in spraying there cars or paying attention to them

I found Mark on google and I am so glad I did. I went to nyc recently and my car was left parked under a stupid sap tree (had no idea what that was) and literally ruined my car. The disgusting sticky fluid was all over my car and not even hand car wash would have helped. He told me it would take him 4 hours to get the job done. I drive a lot of highway so I wanted a clear bra on my new black 2025 Subaru Forester. I contacted Aaron he was able to get me in the schedule quickly. Attention to detail is very close to my place to work so Aaron offered to pickup the car. That made it easier for me to get it done. When I picked up the car at the end of the day. I didn’t expect the bars on the grill and the Subaru logo to be covered with PPF. The car looked great he even washed it. I had my last car covered with PPF at the dealer but I’d say Aaron did extra. Very happy with the job.

The work that was done on my 2024 BMW X3M 40i was excellent. The film was done to a standard that I would expect and I am going to work with the guys to make any minor adjustments. Need some minor adjustments on the rear diffuser and possibly the console. But the overall work was phenomenal. Love the detailing on the outside. It looks like a brand new, new car if you know what I mean. The inside came out wonderful as well. The only suggestion would be to avoid overspray and be wary of untreated areas. Overall excellent service! I'm a customer!

Had OCD detail a neglected 2003 Harley Davidson wide glide with A-LOT of neglected chrome. Bike was sitting for 3 years in a garage. Guys there took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted done. I was more concerned with quality over speed. Job still was done within a couple weeks. Given updates and was called before any additional work was done when possibly exceeding or getting very close to the agreed upon price with an explanation as to why. Very professional and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I have had some horrible experiences with detail shops in the past. Absolutely no issues at OCD. Very pleased with the entire experience. Will be using them again!! Already scheduled my truck.

Don't count them out because of the lack of reviews on Google! I had both interior and exterior done about a week ago and the detailing work that was done on my car was spotless! I was originally going to have my car detailed at this other place and the charge was going to be like $250 or $300... I took my car here. I got a wash and a detail for 70 bucks, came out great. The car looked amazing. Tires were shiny. All the leather was perfect. All my floor mats were perfect. Everything was just incredible inside. It looked like a new car. For the money I was like wow! They really went above and beyond.

I have used Pro & Local for three years now and have always been both satisfied and impressed with their results. I had my 2019 Mini Cooper detailed first this year and then I also had my 21 year old F150 detailed by Paul and the crew. Both turned out awesome! Particularly the shine and luster of my 21 year old paint on the truck came back with a great shine and the interior was professionally shampooed and cleaned perfectly. Paul and his team are awesome. I bought a 2023 Subaru BRZ with 11,000 miles on it, and it had significant swirling in the paint, as well as some scratches. I wanted to get the paint corrected so that my car looked like new again, and then protect it with PPF, since it’s a daily driver. Paul walked me through my options and after talking me through everything and discussing pricing, he got me on the schedule for their Enfield location in a very reasonable time. Their shop is immaculate and even has a great lounge to hang out in while you are waiting. Since my job required the car to remain overnight, I left it with his team and he kept me updated throughout the process and even sent me photos of the progress. Once it was ready to be picked up, Paul personally met with me and talked me through what they had done and spent time to answer all my questions. My BRZ looks absolutely amazing now…they really did incredible work! These guys are hands down the best detailing shop I have come across, and I will absolutely be bringing all our vehicles here for any detailing needs. Paul really runs an amazing business they treats you like family!

My car looks and smells better than the day I picked it up from the Dealership! This car is a second home to a busy mom with a Two Year-Old. It is the primary car used for kayaking and beach trips. It's had countless loads for the garden and barn too. I've never been able to clean it to my liking on my own. It looks absolutely Brand New! Charged my daughter 200$ to detail the inside and all they did was shampoo the rugs and seats..Nothing was even wiped down and down the door locks keep going up and down..Over and over..telling me it took 5 hours and 2 guys..the back by the speakers has grease everywhere and the windows were so dirty we had to stop and clean them from the spray they used..NEVER AGAIN.

My wife and I are blown away with the service we just experienced! Our cars exterior was filthy! I didn’t really read the packages and just said I’ll do the $20 package. When they told us to get out the car and pay down the hallway I was super confused! But then I heard the vacuums fire up behind us I thought they misheard me and was about to give me a more expensive wash! But it was surprisingly part of the package! We waited at the end of the hall and when our car was coming out a crew of 3-4 guys started hand drying our car and cleaning our windows inside and out! Our mouths were on the floor! NO WATER SPOTS!!!! As we left, we noticed they also dusted and polished our interior! Our car is showroom ready! Friendly staff, and absolutely incredible service! I never want to go back to another car wash ever again! I’m canceling my car wash subscription tomorrow! I will drive the 45 minutes once a week to clean our cars!

Mr tint did my 2020 alfa romeo and they did an amazing job. Originally i scheduled for 1pm and then there was a conflict in my schedule , they were able to squeeze me in earlier at 10 instead and did a beautiful job in just under a hour. 10/10 would recommend . I will for sure be back

Had my Infinity QX60 detailed by CleanGuys. I am very impressed with the outcome. Many of the minor scratches were buffed out. The interior looked better than factory new.
