My first time trying Brightshine and I was shocked at how awesome my car looked. There was an area of fine (but deep) scratches that they did a terrific job making them far less noticeable. I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up! 11/23/24 UPDTAE: I wish I could give them 5 stars again! I bought a used car that had swirl marks all over the place. Like the previous owner exclusively used sandpaper to wash the car. These guys did an amazing job fixing the swirls marks and applying a ceramic coating. It's suppose to offer years of protection and I couldn't be happier with how it came out.

My car didn't look this good when I drove it off the lot! Douglas Auto Detail was able to get me in for a car cleaning quickly and my car looks amazing! I had some really bad scratches from a narrow road at the Cape with low brush branches. I didn't think they were going to be able to get them out, but they did. My headlights were also buffed out and they are so much brighter now. When I dropped the car off there was dog fur everywhere and now you wouldn't be able to tell that a dog has ever been in my vehicle. Stellar job! My thanks to Douglas and his crew!

You should see the before and after photos! Amazing customer service. They spent extra time removing 19 years of built up grime and dog fur, without charging me extra. I have been bringing all of my vehicles and referring all of my friends and family here for a few years now - but I will never be returning or referring anyone here ever again after this morning. The person behind the desk, Dave I believe, was intentionally unhelpful and dismissive - bordering on disrespectful. I referred a friend here, this was his second time coming to McFee. The vehicle was dropped off for an expected $1,300 worth of work, to be completed in 2 days.. 6 days later the bill came out to just under $2,800 (some of that extra work was just done without prior authorization or approval). I was paying the bill on this for my friend so I went with him to pick up the vehicle. I asked if they could split the payment, run half today and half next week and allow us to have the vehicle back in the meantime. I 100% understand that’s asking a favor and is in no way an expectation. However, I had to ask Dave 3 times to run it by the owner, and I specifically asked him to bring up my account which shows the amount of referrals I’ve sent as well as my own spending history there and let the owner know it was me asking and me paying not my friend who’s name the vehicle was under. Dave refused and was visibly and audibly irked by me even asking. Had the owner been given my full account info and said no he really can’t do that - I’d have said ok no problem paid the bill in full and remained a happy and loyal customer. But the conduct and attitude from Dave is enough for me to find an alternative mechanic in the future and never come back here.

I heard about McFee from a friend who got some work done on his daughters car and was verry happy with the quality and price. I brought my F250 work truck in that needed a lot of rust repair. It took a few weeks to be completed but was well worth the wait, the quality of work is fantastic and reasonably priced! I will definitely be recommending McFee to other that I know need auto body repairs!

Dropped my car off to get detailed because I am looking to sell it. When I went back to pick it up it looked so good, now I’m second guessing getting rid of her! Service was quick, professional, and they were very knowledgeable! Definitely going back and bringing my fathers car as well! Very rude and unprofessional. Went there a got a quote came back after the weekend and they double the amount. The manager’s daughter and another lady was very rude , started raising her voice. When asked to talk to the manager she said I’m his daughter and he doesn’t want to talk with you. She said my car was dirty, I understand , I have 3 young kids and parents I’m sure you can relate. They are so unprofessional there and rude. I don’t recommend this place 👎🏽

I paid for a yearly fluid change and my plow didn't even make it through 3 storms this year I had to change the fluid and clean the screen myself after I just payed them to do. Pull ice out the reservoir and all. So I go down there to see what's going on with it they treat you like they have better things to do and I'm bothering them. Go somewhere else or even better do it yourself so you know it's done right!!!

I have these guys on a rotating schedule for both my SUVs. They are incredibly flexible, deliver a great product and the price point is great. I have the trucks done about every six weeks and justify the cost against my time and weekly car washes. It comes out way in favor of having Clean Cars do them. And having a brand new car every six weeks is a pretty cool thing.

My 2022 F150 had never been waxed since new so I called Chris and the guys at Ace Auto Detailing ...Chris the owner answered the phone and we set a date to do a full paint correction and ceramic coating.. the price I was quoted was more than reasonable for the service provided and i'd guarantee way cheaper than the big detail shops in the area! Picked my truck up the next day after speaking with Chris as he wanted a little extra time to really get my truck perfect .... and it was!! I had some pretty good scratches (my truck is a very dark blue and shows everything!!) all over with a few pretty good marks on my doors... along with some swirling in my paint from a previous clean up attempt....all GONE!!! Never seen my truck look this good or glossy since I've owned it!! Highly recommed Ace Auto Detail.. They love what they do and it shows!! Booked an appointment with Studley Detailing to do a full detail on my husband's car for Father's Day. So first, let me say the process to book online was quick and easy! Received a reminder leading up to the appointment, and Ben checked in that day to see if I had any questions ahead of the appointment. I'll add photos later. They'll speak volumes. They ruined my truck with their undercoating. Exhaust, mudflaps, springs, motor, brakes, doors, windows, body... the application was an absolute mess. They didn't even fully cover what was SUPPOSED to be covered. But hey, my composite bed and plastic mudflaps are gonna last forever, so, there's that! 😐 800 bucks to spray it all over the place, now I have to figure out how to get it all off. Have it done if you wish. I sure as hell don't recommend it.

Best car wash in Auburn / Worcester area…by far! Prices are great, but the service is why I won’t go anywhere else anymore. Whoever was the young man working in January 18th 2024, around 4:30pm, did a fantastic job and was beyond polite and helpful! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Excellent customer service. He got impurities off my tires that hadn’t come off at other washes, earlier that day. Now I’ll never go to another wash. Thank you Fullers!

I've been coming here for years and I was very disappointed by this visit. The young gentleman asked me if I wanted my wheels scrubbed for an extra $3.00 and I said yes I would. Paid the extra $3.00 and both men neglected to clean the wheels. They only brushed the windows and bumpers. Now I will always refuse the offer to clean the wheels from now on.

Interior detailing was okay I’ve had better for less. I did luxury package with added on shampooing, the seats look good but the surfaces could’ve been better for the cost. There’s still dust and splatters. Seems rushed. Also the seats were left wet when I picked it up had to sit on a sweater on the drive home.

Skip this one and go touchless less than 12 minutes away in Grafton. Decided to stop in after getting groceries - pulled in. First thing I noticed is they’re more expensive than the touchless option not far away. Went ahead, and as I pull in 2 attendants start spraying the car, including the windshield, which impedes my view. Continue pulling ahead at the attendants urging, and let off the brake as she waves me ahead. The car takes off on the belt - by the time I realize what happened I’m 1/2 way through the wash so I get to the other side and stop. The attendant comes out and explains I need to switch to neutral - which having not been through this type of wash before I never realized - so he says pull around and we will put you through again. Pull around and notice there is a sign I missed before saying to shift to neutral - same color as all the other signage - top left. Manager comes out and proceeds to dress me down for not shifting to neutral the first time, which is a little confusing as wasting my time to go through this car wash again was not by choice. Really terrible experience. If you go, be sure to shift to neutral. I recommend the business put up more prominent signage. Personally, I would skip this place and drive the 10 minutes to get a better wash for less money and far better service.

I had such a great experience! David charged me a very reasonable price for the work I had done on my new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and is a really nice guy. The Suntek film they put on looks invisible, unless you’re really close to the car. ’m really impressed with how easily bugs and debris clean off it. Now my delicate Subaru paint won’t chip! After the install, David recommended the door side moldings from Subaru to protect my new baby from unsightly door dings. I took him up on this advice and bought not only the side moldings but edge protectors too. The Subaru dealer I bought them from wanted an insane 5 hours of labor cost to install, with a 2 week wait until availability. David and his employee was able to install BOTH for the cost of 1 hour labor, the next morning before I went to work. Now that’s impressive! Overall, I would recommend these guys for any of their service. They’re great people and really care for their customers. I’ll be back very shortly to have my Crosstrek’s first ding (hood) fixed and a few other things.

Mario did an awesome job on my car! Starting from the pick up/delivery service. It was LONG overdue, and everywhere I go, my Golden Retriever with all his hair comes with me! He did the interior, exterior with wax, brought my fogged up headlights back to life and even steam cleaned my engine making my whole car look brand new!!! I’m so glad I had the engine cleaned as well, as he found that mice were making a home under my hood. So happy it was found before they did some major damage!!! This place did a fantastic job detailing my car! Over a hot weekend, a forgotten bottle of apple juice exploded underneath the passenger seat and smelt god awful. The liquid went everywhere on the floor in the front and back. They were able to get everything out and the car looks stunning. They had great customer service and were able to get me in the same day I called. They finished in 2 hours and it was very fairly priced for the work. My family and I have our cars detailed multiple times over the years but this is definitely the best it’s turned out. They really pay attention to detail as they buffed out some scrapes I had forgotten about, cleaned the stains off my seats I had forgotten about, and got into every nook and cranny. The car honestly looks better than when I originally gotten it. They even noticed I was missing my passenger mat and offered for me to drop off the apple juice covered mat I took out and washed at home and they would clean it professionally, no extra cost. Highly recommend and will be back!

Even though there are several car washes available around my area, I always make a point to drive 12 miles to visit this place. I have used the automated tunnel car wash several times and always came out impressed. The thing which impresses me the most is that I don't see any kind of streak left behind on the body or windows after the wash. The pile of drying towels at the exit is a bonus. The staff are always friendly and welcome you with a smile. I highly recommend this place for any kind of car wash.
