Fantastic detailing and easy to work with. Service was worth the price. They kept me updated throughout the whole detailing process, and they only had my car for half a day. About two weeks ago, I had my car detailed primarily for a liquid spill (Sweet Tea) in my front passenger floorboard that smelled awful. The bad smell increased by the day & I was really worried it would mold/mildew if not addressed. This odor really stressed me out considering I hadn’t even owned my car for a full year yet. So, I tried cleaning on my own but knew I needed professional tools & unfortunately had limited time to dedicate to the needed clean since I had to work. So the night before I received my car detail, I found On the Spot mobile online & booked an appointment & called about my concerns the next morning. I love how they come to you but I didn’t know how big their vehicle was or how much room they needed for the car detailing & was concerned they may block parking at my apartment. However, they were able to do everything within two parking spots with no issue. (See pic) I was so happy to get booked so soon & the detailer, Ben was so nice & patient with my concerns & paid extra special attention to the Sweet Tea spill & i was very happy with the immediate results. Despite the improvement, Initially after the detailing I thought I could still smell an order but Ben suggested to wait for it to dry & call him, if needed for a Re-do. He recommended I roll all windows down & allow the carpet to air dry but assured he’d be back for a Re-do & offered as many re-do’s as needed, if I was not satisfied. I really appreciated his helpfulness and we were actually going to have him re-do the carpet, for good measure & were scheduled a few days out. However, through the weekend, I actually forgot about the spill & didn’t smell any odor once the floor was completely dry. This was such a relief considering my car being so new. So, I’m very happy with the whole process, their business model & the official outcome. I have already recommended On the spot mobile to my family & would definitely book them again!

I recently had my 2005 lotus Elise detailed by Ramon. He did a fantastic job. I specifically asked for a deep clean since I believed the car had not been detailed since 2005. Roman went above and beyond by spending additional time to clean all the small areas that only someone with extreme attention to detail with notice. He takes a conservative approach to polishing which I prefer for older or high end vehicles. If you explain what you’re looking for, he can deliver. Overall, I highly recommend his service. Shane and his team detailed inside and outside my 2019 Porsche Cayman and then did a Ceramic Graphene coating. My car looked OK before, but now it looks brand new! I am a return customer because Shane gets personally involved and goes the extra mile to make you happy and treat the car as if it was own. The price was right and the turnaround time was great. Highly recommended! My garage lighting is not great so these pics don't do justice to his work. Will update on a sunny day. Shane also did a front end Xpel PPF on my wife's new BMW M3. We got the ultimate wash that costed 40$ even tipped 20$. No one mentioned it would be more to wipe off the window on the outside or the doors on the inside. Figured it would come with the 40$. Once we saw that they left the windows wet, the middle console soaked and the doors still dirty we mentioned it to them and they got very rude and started to talk trash in front of my wife and children. They did not care about our experience, wouldn’t compensate for any of the things that was not done as well. We will definitely not be a returning customer.

UPDATE: I updated this review from a 1-star to 5-star (I don't want a 1-star to be a mark of a bad day/growing company's learning experiences). Someone within the company reached out after seeing my review and offered a full refund to make it right which was SUPER appreciated. They let me know they're growing and training new folks so it makes sense this happened and that the detail was no where near the standard they expected as well. I am super satisfied with the resolution. Because it was seamless with this resolution, I would consider giving them another try for an upcoming detail! I paid $680 for a premium detail and 8 hours later, my car looks like it just got a really good exterior cleaning (they did kind of buff out a scratch I think someone left from a shopping cart), but the interior was another story. There was a lot of dog hair and drool and that was definitely awesome that they tackled that, but I've had the same dirtiness and gotten a basic wash or even a $300-400 detail and seen better results. The reason why I'm even bothering leaving a review is because for over $700 including tip, I would expect it to look amazing. If you specialize in details, it should be 10/10. What the Premium Included: - Complete Detailing Top to Bottom, Inside and Out - ALL 10 Ala Carte Upgrades Included (Pet Hair Removal, Headlight Restoration, Engine Bay Detail, Ozone Treatment, Clay Bar, Headliner Cleaning, 6 Month Ceramic Sealant, Undercarriage Flush, Spot Scratch Removal, Leather Treatment, PLUS 2 Step Paint Correction) Things that weren't up to standard for a premium detailing: - Streaks/smear marks on windows (yes, I know it happens, but for a premium detail at that price, the windows should be crystal clear - a local car wash would fix streaks for a basic wash) - Screen for map/music/etc. was not cleaned - there were spots and smears all over - Dirty back seats/whatever residue was on there wasn't cleaned (could clean it off with my nail) - Gauge glasses (for speedometer) had spots all over it like it hadn't been cleaned - Dirty cup holder (was able to do the cleaning at home with a rag and cleaner) - Speakers were not cleaned (easily cleaned at home with a rag and cleaner) - Ceiling was not cleaned (easily cleaned at home) - Back seat/trunk had a part that was popped out and they didn't put it back in. The mats were cleaner, but still dirty (again, tested at home and it came right off - because I was trying to see if maybe the car had just been dirty too long) - Metal parts of the interior (like for the headrests and door handles were not cleaned) I don't expect perfection, but I would've been bummed if I spent this much for a $300-$400 detail, but for $680 I am more than bummed. That is a pretty penny to lose and not have the results. If they couldn't get the car there, they should've walked me through why and shown me why. I would never go here again. Taking my car to a basic wash to get the interior cleaned up.

Absolute crooks! They held my friends car hostage until they received storage fees for it being parked on the lot overnight. The car was accidentally dropped at the wrong location. Then they blocked her car in so she could not move it to the shop to get repaired. They lied about having her keys. And refused to to give her keys or unblock her car until my friend got the police involved. Absolutely shady individuals. Do not ever go here for anything.

I got ripped off going here. I’m a female I came to the shop because my car was making a noise. The first time they said it was one thing was 500$ the first a week later my car was making multiple sounds after taking it, went back paid 2,000$ to “fix” that. And my car started making a different noise along with a bunch of lights on my dash I ended up having to buy a whole new car because of this. Will never go back here. One of the guys slipped up and said yeah your car really needs to be aligned, And mind you I paid for it to be aligned 600$ for that, but I could just simply tell that it was not.

Over and above! I noticed my front plate came off in the wash, went back the next day and asked if they had seen it—no luck, but they said they’d call back if it came up. Fully expected to never hear from them, but it wasn’t 10mins later, they called back after they went to look for it, found it and left in the front office for us! Business is not at an actual garage like pictured on the website it is at what appears to be a scrapyard with half built trucks, trailers without tires, and inoperable cars everywhere. We brought it here because our car had been previously smoked in. I fully understand you can’t get that smell out on the first or second try, but our car didn’t even smell like it had been detailed at all. Streaks on the paint and on the leather everywhere in the car. We also have scratches on the radio and windows we didn’t have before we brought it here. Would not recommend

Excellent work no swirl marks, no over wax left over, the finish was glass like glossy and vibrant. Very much on-time delivery and finished early. Very satisfied with the quality and expertise of my paint care on the 2020 Ford Escape. When I heard their shop was large enough for boats and RVs, I gave them a shot with my pontoon boat. The carpet was dirty and stained and the seats were filthy. The best experience! I moved to bowling green as a student and bought my 2014 ford focus it wasn’t perfect it had some scratches in the paint, head liner was extremely dirty and the interior needed a good cleaning. I decided to bring it to colt after seeing his photos on facebook, I previously went to another detail shop and didn’t get great results. After receiving my car back from Colt I was shocked at how brand new it looked, it even had the new car smell. It’s been about a month since he detailed my car and I haven’t need a wash since. We’ll definitely get my car detailed again with him in the future.

October 28,2023 took my truck to sparkle brite car wash as I have for years taking my vehicles. Upon arrival I Tony the manager ask the attendant that pulls your car in if it would be ok guy says yes . So I go in pay for my wash . Few minutes later I get in the truck to leave I stop on side of the road to finish wiping rest of the water off and look down at my wheels that are 2 weeks old that are beat to pieces on th. go in told the cashe Gets Tony to come look at them he was like you just came threw . I said yea guy must’ve got it off center he looked at the wheels then says pull over here on the side the owners here Troy so he looks at them and says I’ll have to look at the cameras Tony the Manager standing there speaks up says they weren’t damaged when he got here I looked at them myself Troy tells him go back to work. And tells me come back Monday my sister does the insurance claims so I ask for number he gives it to me I come back Monday they were closed so I come back Tuesday his sister told me get a estimate so I did came back she calls later and says we are not paying for wheels only to have repaired so I ask for the owner to call me with no call back so I call Troy does not answer so I send text asking him to call me and send message threw Messenger no response. I really wish the Owner Troy D. Schwartz would return my call. Updated Post ASK YOUR MANAGER TONY PULLIN and was not hour later . WATCH YOUR CAMERA pretty simple . FYI they can’t be polished !!!

I have the "unlimited wash" package, the highest tier, most expensive package offered. I have been using this package for quite awhile now and was just informed today there would now be an additional 10$ "mud removal" charge per visit. I have never seen any notice of this extra charge nor was I told it was a possibility. In addition, after paying the extra 10$ "mud removal " fee there was still a significant amount of mud remaining on the vehicle! So, if your car is dirty don't use this "car wash" they only welcome clean vehicles!

I went for the promotional free wash, and let me tell you what this place was fancy! They did a heckuva job, cleaning the car getting all of the bugs off. And then the free vacuums were incredible! Definitely, I’m considering buying the monthly pass, because the way that my car looked after that and then the facility is a whole was just excellent. the staff was super friendly and did a great job of explaining how the process works to people that have never been there before. All in all just a great experience for a car wash.

I have been coming to Frederica location so many times. Today I have had excellent services. Everyone was very professional, prompt, friendly, nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out. Kudos to the staff by this cold weather that they are working hard outside. Thank you all so much! I certainly appreciate you all. Princesa was a pleasure to deal with at the Frederica Street location. My truck got really clean. You can vacuum your vehicle they have a mat cleaner. They have air hoses to blow the water off your vehicle/mats and to blow the dirt off your mats. They also have Tire shine and window cleaner for you to use and rags to dry your vehicle with and trash cans to dispose all your trash in.

This car wash is AWESOME - by far my favorite! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service given, available, and the overall outcome afterward! The employees are always friendly and patient if you have any questions. I love the way the employees apply so much soap to the vehicle before you enter and direct you on the track for no worry of confusion or error. We receive free unlimited car washes through a company, and my truck never gets as clean as it does here! No unnecessary damage is done in the process of the automatic process of my truck being cleaned, and I appreciate the free vacuums after you exit the wash so much!! That's one of the top perks, so you're not eating away at quarters and rushing. That alone makes it worth it! That also allows you to let your vehicle dry while you clean it out, and you have time to make any other personal applications like I do, if you go them. You can buy packages ahead or at time of arrival, and either way, this is the best car wash around hands down!

If you're picky about where and how your car is washed and detailed, hate automatic car washes, and appreciate local businesses that do a great job, I highly recommend stopping by Supreme Auto Detail. Eli and his team are people who are undoubtedly proud of their work, and they prove it to me every time I bring one of my cars there. Obviously, all the work is done by hand, the cloths they use are constantly changed with new clean ones, and their attention to detail is unmatched. To the extent that last time I picked up my freshly washed car, they even offered me a cloth to wipe my shoe soles before getting in! Truly a top-notch experience, cannot recommend them enough!

I took my car there to be detailed, inside and out, full wash, wax and clay bar, with full engine washing. I had just received this car from my best friend, he passed away and it was given to me in his will. Sadly the interior was in rough shape and needed a deep cleaning. I was first quoted 125, then they tacked on an extra 50 for the dog hair, then they tacked on another 100 for the supposed smell of "pet urine" in the car. Now, I have known this dog for 6 years, it has never once had an accident in the home or vehicle, it has held its bladder for over 24 hours before. While my best friend did not take care of himself, he took care of his dog like it was the most precious thing in the world, there was no urine in the car. Either way, I paid it. When I picked it up I noticed a few small spots but took their word things were good, the detailer told me he removed the back seat to clean under it and everything. At first glance, and due to the way it looked previously, it looked OK, we noticed a few things but figured it was not a big deal and left it at that. When I got it home I started going over it. I noticed busted glass in the trunk, so while it had been vacuumed, it was not done well. And this was sitting out in the open, not in a corner or anything. As I was checking the back seat I dropped my phone into the seat crack, so I reached back and found my phone, along with a massive amount of dog fur, papers and even the receipt and warranty for the new tires on the car. So clearly, they did not actually remove the back seat. Upon close inspection I found many small areas they missed but which would not be seen when picking up the vehicle (under seats and inside seat back pockets etc). I opened the hood, and that is when I saw the worst of it, they did not even bother to clean the engine. Clearly they had not even opened the hood. I have attached pictures of the underside of the hood the day I received the car back. They also did not actually claybar the vehicle. I am not entirely sure if they even washed it, as it still has a rough dirty feeling surface. I have spent the past week calling and trying to get anyone there to speak to me, each time it goes to some random ladies voicemail rather than the dealership. I have yet to receive a call back. I wanted to try and handle this privately, but apparently once they had my 275 they were done with me. They took advantage of a grieving person and then didn't bother to do the actual work. Overall, I cannot recommend them. They were nice, they were very great about things, but the work left a lot to be desired. I should have had an idea when I shut the door on their office and the door handle fell off and one guy said it happens all the time. That should have told me attention to detail was not their best skill.

The guys that did the detail were really friendly. But they originally told me it would take 1.5 hours for the standard spiffy wash. They up charged me $64 for pet hair removal. They told me this gives them additional time. The detail wasn’t that great and they were finished in an hour.. I messaged them and asked why, they said because they sent two techs to clean the car due to the pet hair removal… but they didn’t know about the pet hair before they sent two techs to clean it. I asked for a refund because they didn’t use the full time frame. They refused to refund but gave a $20 credit. Which is useless because I won’t be calling them back. They took longer on a smaller vehicle with less pet hair and the same people. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love this place i recently got my truck washed and yesterday I got my husbands car we both got the "The Ultra Works" package with the works and also added on RainX on the exterior of the vehicles. Yesterday i came across LOUIS , although most people there are good. This guy is great, very detailed, he even did the metal inside the car doors, i didnt get picks of the cars interior but i did for my truck, totally recommend this company and especially LOUIS!!!

I felt comfortable with him, and he's certainly earned my trust and my continued business. I was also able to get to know Ryan MacMain, the owner of the car lot adjacent to Bluegrass, and that was very pleasant, too! Both men seem hard- working and honest. I wasn't going to post this because I didn't want to put down a small business. However, after telling him how I was unpleased and actually upset he didn't do anything about it. Not only did he not write me back he deleted his post. I found him via Facebook and I am very unpleased. I paid him $350 and he did a bad job. I would never recommend him to anyone. If he would have came back and made it right or even apologized I wouldn't have wrote this. The fact he won't respond to me and is just ignoring the poor job he did led me to leave this review. He didn't clean the door jams, he barel vacuumed the car, he left mud on the kick panels, the door jams are still dirty, over spray on the car and windshield. I could write an essay on how bad of a job he did. Stay far far far away.

I decided to wrap my car I was given 2 choices of film. The least expensive choice was thinner and I was told a scratch or knick in the film would rip easier. The second choice was supposed to last many years and this was the choice I went with. I picked up the car and had no complaints. I waited the recommended time and then went through a car wash and there was a tear in the film approximately 2”x6”. I called Podium and there was no warranty and no advice on how to fix it. There was no concern just that it would be $500 to repair it; even though it cost multiple thousands and was wrapped only a few months ago. This experience has left me angry and disappointed by their lack of customer service.

They did a good job outside the car bit several areas inside were still dirty. They also took the car seats out, put them back but didn't secure them nor tell me they needed secured. Very dangerous for my children! Edited I understand the seats needed removed to clean. However, the car seats were not face down when I got the car back. They were positioned in the seat with the strap over the back as if they were fully-secured. I only noticed when I put my child in that the seat moved. I have added a picture showing the time stamp of the photo. I am just now posting because I received a prompt from Google to share a review for it. I did not call to complain, I just simply will not use the service again.

Look, this is the only place I'll be going to get my car detailed in the future. The staff was friendly (they gave me some lemonade while I waited!), the waiting area had a Pacman machine for free, and, most importantly, they took my car with dog hair all over and made it look as good as possible. (I gotta get it shampooed next time to really get all the hair out.), and it was crazy affordable. Plus, it's Black-owned. Do not sleep on Mr. Bubbles!
