It took me years to find my dream car. Once I did, I wanted to make sure that I only had people work on it that were the best. My car arrived and I was not at all thrilled with the clear film that was installed on the entire front end. I contacted Matt at Lindsay & Lindsay and immediately was put at ease. The process of removing, correcting the paint and reapplying the correct product was explained. I received text message videos through the process and finally picked up my car last week. About two weeks ago, I had my car detailed primarily for a liquid spill (Sweet Tea) in my front passenger floorboard that smelled awful. The bad smell increased by the day & I was really worried it would mold/mildew if not addressed. This odor really stressed me out considering I hadn’t even owned my car for a full year yet. So, I tried cleaning on my own but knew I needed professional tools & unfortunately had limited time to dedicate to the needed clean since I had to work. So the night before I received my car detail, I found On the Spot mobile online & booked an appointment & called about my concerns the next morning. I love how they come to you but I didn’t know how big their vehicle was or how much room they needed for the car detailing & was concerned they may block parking at my apartment. However, they were able to do everything within two parking spots with no issue. (See pic) I was so happy to get booked so soon & the detailer, Ben was so nice & patient with my concerns & paid extra special attention to the Sweet Tea spill & i was very happy with the immediate results. Despite the improvement, Initially after the detailing I thought I could still smell an order but Ben suggested to wait for it to dry & call him, if needed for a Re-do. He recommended I roll all windows down & allow the carpet to air dry but assured he’d be back for a Re-do & offered as many re-do’s as needed, if I was not satisfied. I really appreciated his helpfulness and we were actually going to have him re-do the carpet, for good measure & were scheduled a few days out. However, through the weekend, I actually forgot about the spill & didn’t smell any odor once the floor was completely dry. This was such a relief considering my car being so new. So, I’m very happy with the whole process, their business model & the official outcome. I have already recommended On the spot mobile to my family & would definitely book them again!

I recently had my 2005 lotus Elise detailed by Ramon. He did a fantastic job. I specifically asked for a deep clean since I believed the car had not been detailed since 2005. Roman went above and beyond by spending additional time to clean all the small areas that only someone with extreme attention to detail with notice. He takes a conservative approach to polishing which I prefer for older or high end vehicles. If you explain what you’re looking for, he can deliver. Overall, I highly recommend his service. He let me look everything over when I came to pick it up, and was ready to take care of anything I wasn’t satisfied with. Austin was possibly one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He is very professional and very flexible with scheduling. I had to make a last minute change and had to drop my car off with him. He gave me a ride home and then picked me to take me back to my car when it was finished. He said he has been doing this sort of work for 7 years and decided to go out on his own. I can't believe how he transformed my car from a 2010 to a brand new 2024. He even got rid of some light paint marks on my bumper. I can not recommend Supreme Detail Studios enough. He has a very easy to use website that showcases all of his options from exterior to interior detailing. Shane and his team detailed inside and outside my 2019 Porsche Cayman and then did a Ceramic Graphene coating. My car looked OK before, but now it looks brand new! I am a return customer because Shane gets personally involved and goes the extra mile to make you happy and treat the car as if it was own. The price was right and the turnaround time was great. Highly recommended! My garage lighting is not great so these pics don't do justice to his work. Will update on a sunny day. Shane also did a front end Xpel PPF on my wife's new BMW M3. The job was so great you cannot see the seams. He detailed the wheels even though that was not part of the job. You can tell he really cares about his customers.

We got the ultimate wash that costed 40$ even tipped 20$. No one mentioned it would be more to wipe off the window on the outside or the doors on the inside. Figured it would come with the 40$. Once we saw that they left the windows wet, the middle console soaked and the doors still dirty we mentioned it to them and they got very rude and started to talk trash in front of my wife and children. They did not care about our experience, wouldn’t compensate for any of the things that was not done as well. We will definitely not be a returning customer.

Through many road trips, lake trips, drives around town, nights out, busy work schedules etc the car had gotten pretty dirty. I had some clearcoat damage from a car wash. Dixie Auto detailing did a fantastic job correcting the paint on my black car. I would call myself a picky customer as I grew up around a body shop and normally do this work myself. It is nice to pay a good price and let someone else take care of it for me. One of the most professional, and quality detailing jobs I've seen. From the thorough wash (I didn't know detailing clay did that much) to the amazing buff and wax, they made my truck shine. I felt bad about my interior and tipped them afterwards, but even without even knowing, they got the dog hair and my kids "messes" cleaned like they never existed. I didn't even think it was possible. I was just looking for a better than average wash and interior done. I'll be back every time.

Beyond satisfied with Thompson’s mobile detail. My seats had very dark & old stains that I didn’t think they were going to be able to remove completely but they did! All stains are gone & my seats look like brand new! Timely service. That’s the reason for the 3rd star. I asked the cashier/attendant about the bugs left on my grill and he seemed to be annoyed as he wiped them off. I get in my vehicle to the same fingerprints that were there before service as well as easily removable yogurt drop that my 5 years old dropped yesterday. I paid $59.99 for the ultimate wash but can say that I was disappointed with the actual detail portion and lack of willingness to pay attention to details while wiping everything down. I hope in the future they will make an effort to be meticulous when someone is paying for an inside detail of their vehicle. The rest of the staff was friendly. The air fresheners aren’t amazing.
