If you're picky about where and how your car is washed and detailed, hate automatic car washes, and appreciate local businesses that do a great job, I highly recommend stopping by Supreme Auto Detail. Eli and his team are people who are undoubtedly proud of their work, and they prove it to me every time I bring one of my cars there. Obviously, all the work is done by hand, the cloths they use are constantly changed with new clean ones, and their attention to detail is unmatched. To the extent that last time I picked up my freshly washed car, they even offered me a cloth to wipe my shoe soles before getting in! Truly a top-notch experience, cannot recommend them enough!

I took my car there to be detailed, inside and out, full wash, wax and clay bar, with full engine washing. I had just received this car from my best friend, he passed away and it was given to me in his will. Sadly the interior was in rough shape and needed a deep cleaning. I was first quoted 125, then they tacked on an extra 50 for the dog hair, then they tacked on another 100 for the supposed smell of "pet urine" in the car. Now, I have known this dog for 6 years, it has never once had an accident in the home or vehicle, it has held its bladder for over 24 hours before. While my best friend did not take care of himself, he took care of his dog like it was the most precious thing in the world, there was no urine in the car. Either way, I paid it. When I picked it up I noticed a few small spots but took their word things were good, the detailer told me he removed the back seat to clean under it and everything. At first glance, and due to the way it looked previously, it looked OK, we noticed a few things but figured it was not a big deal and left it at that. When I got it home I started going over it. I noticed busted glass in the trunk, so while it had been vacuumed, it was not done well. And this was sitting out in the open, not in a corner or anything. As I was checking the back seat I dropped my phone into the seat crack, so I reached back and found my phone, along with a massive amount of dog fur, papers and even the receipt and warranty for the new tires on the car. So clearly, they did not actually remove the back seat. Upon close inspection I found many small areas they missed but which would not be seen when picking up the vehicle (under seats and inside seat back pockets etc). I opened the hood, and that is when I saw the worst of it, they did not even bother to clean the engine. Clearly they had not even opened the hood. I have attached pictures of the underside of the hood the day I received the car back. They also did not actually claybar the vehicle. I am not entirely sure if they even washed it, as it still has a rough dirty feeling surface. I have spent the past week calling and trying to get anyone there to speak to me, each time it goes to some random ladies voicemail rather than the dealership. I have yet to receive a call back. I wanted to try and handle this privately, but apparently once they had my 275 they were done with me. They took advantage of a grieving person and then didn't bother to do the actual work. Overall, I cannot recommend them. They were nice, they were very great about things, but the work left a lot to be desired. I should have had an idea when I shut the door on their office and the door handle fell off and one guy said it happens all the time. That should have told me attention to detail was not their best skill.

The guys that did the detail were really friendly. But they originally told me it would take 1.5 hours for the standard spiffy wash. They up charged me $64 for pet hair removal. They told me this gives them additional time. The detail wasn’t that great and they were finished in an hour.. I messaged them and asked why, they said because they sent two techs to clean the car due to the pet hair removal… but they didn’t know about the pet hair before they sent two techs to clean it. I asked for a refund because they didn’t use the full time frame. They refused to refund but gave a $20 credit. Which is useless because I won’t be calling them back. They took longer on a smaller vehicle with less pet hair and the same people. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love this place i recently got my truck washed and yesterday I got my husbands car we both got the "The Ultra Works" package with the works and also added on RainX on the exterior of the vehicles. Yesterday i came across LOUIS , although most people there are good. This guy is great, very detailed, he even did the metal inside the car doors, i didnt get picks of the cars interior but i did for my truck, totally recommend this company and especially LOUIS!!!

Very busy today. They did a great job and was in and out rather quickly considering how busy it was. Everyone was polite and said thank you. My car is exceptionally clean after being there and I didn't have to vacuum myself.

I am so excited to have my sparkling car back! She's like new! Jesse did an excellent, thorough, and efficient job with my Honda CR-V. I felt comfortable with him, and he's certainly earned my trust and my continued business. I was also able to get to know Ryan MacMain, the owner of the car lot adjacent to Bluegrass, and that was very pleasant, too! Both men seem hard- working and honest. I don't have any before photos, but trust me, he had his work cut out for him (I'm mom to 2 sons 🫠). I think it's great that I caught a rainbow in the one photo :) I would solidly recommend!

I wasn't going to post this because I didn't want to put down a small business. However, after telling him how I was unpleased and actually upset he didn't do anything about it. Not only did he not write me back he deleted his post. I found him via Facebook and I am very unpleased. I paid him $350 and he did a bad job. I would never recommend him to anyone. If he would have came back and made it right or even apologized I wouldn't have wrote this. The fact he won't respond to me and is just ignoring the poor job he did led me to leave this review. He didn't clean the door jams, he barel vacuumed the car, he left mud on the kick panels, the door jams are still dirty, over spray on the car and windshield. I could write an essay on how bad of a job he did. Stay far far far away.

He showed up on time explain what he was going to do thoroughly. The car was extremely dirty he took his time to make sure it was done correctly. I was extremely pleased with the outcome it looked like a brand new car. He told me it would have a ceramic wash on it and it would be shiny but I did not expect it to be super shiny. I was extremely pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

I decided to wrap my car I was given 2 choices of film. The least expensive choice was thinner and I was told a scratch or knick in the film would rip easier. The second choice was supposed to last many years and this was the choice I went with. I picked up the car and had no complaints. I waited the recommended time and then went through a car wash and there was a tear in the film approximately 2”x6”. I called Podium and there was no warranty and no advice on how to fix it. There was no concern just that it would be $500 to repair it; even though it cost multiple thousands and was wrapped only a few months ago. This experience has left me angry and disappointed by their lack of customer service.

They did a good job outside the car bit several areas inside were still dirty. They also took the car seats out, put them back but didn't secure them nor tell me they needed secured. Very dangerous for my children! Edited I understand the seats needed removed to clean. However, the car seats were not face down when I got the car back. They were positioned in the seat with the strap over the back as if they were fully-secured. I only noticed when I put my child in that the seat moved. I have added a picture showing the time stamp of the photo. I am just now posting because I received a prompt from Google to share a review for it. I did not call to complain, I just simply will not use the service again.

Look, this is the only place I'll be going to get my car detailed in the future. The staff was friendly (they gave me some lemonade while I waited!), the waiting area had a Pacman machine for free, and, most importantly, they took my car with dog hair all over and made it look as good as possible. (I gotta get it shampooed next time to really get all the hair out.), and it was crazy affordable. Plus, it's Black-owned. Do not sleep on Mr. Bubbles!

Dwight’s shop is a real gem in Cincinnati. We ended up chatting for a bit when I called for my initial quote and I could tell he has a real passion for his work. I am a repeat customer at NuView Auto Salon. I love their service! First time I scheduled a detail they came out to my home picked my car up and delivered it back looking brand new! This time I hired them to ceramic coat my Benz because winter is approaching and I wanted to add some protection to my baby from the harsh weather that will soon arrive. I used to be a big fan of this place and used to come often until I moved further away. I was in passing and went today and it wasa waste of my money something told me to go with the full wash and not to spend the extra money like I usually do. My side mirrors were so spotty, didn't even look like they got cleaned. I was going to post a picture but I couldn't get a decent one to show the dirt. I had my dog in my car so there was some fur I was going to soft touch on 42 which they never had an issue getting hair out of my car (to bad they closed) it didn't even look like my trunk got touched. Very poor job not sure why it won't let me post pictures 😡

After the snow and salt, the car needed a good wash. Also, the inside had a few "muddy paw prints" on the back seat and they did an awesome job on that too.
