Dominic’s professionalism is something I wish more service jobs had. He treated my baby with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Amazing work and attention to detail. We have 3 kids here and frequently foster dogs. So the back seat was an absolute disaster. Not only did Tony do an amazing job but he got it done so quickly. Went with the winter prep package just to try and help protect the paint through the harshness of winter coming. What I didn’t realize is how many blemishes Phil was able to remove. Was thrilled with not just the extra protection but also how he was able to restore paint from my older vehicle to look nearly new or better than again. I didn’t even remember my truck having this kind of shine! Scheduling was easy, right on time and polite as always. Never need to use anyone else. Thanks for the awesome job!

As always Phil was right on time. I wanted to get the winter prep. done before we got the first snow and salt on the streets. It's a fairly new vehicle but I wanted the detailing done before it gets really nasty out.. The detail job was super fantastic and I have confidence that I will have good protection from the road salt thanks to the wax that Phil uses. I always have NKY detail my vehicles to keep them looking good.

If you're picky about where and how your car is washed and detailed, hate automatic car washes, and appreciate local businesses that do a great job, I highly recommend stopping by Supreme Auto Detail. Eli and his team are people who are undoubtedly proud of their work, and they prove it to me every time I bring one of my cars there. Obviously, all the work is done by hand, the cloths they use are constantly changed with new clean ones, and their attention to detail is unmatched. To the extent that last time I picked up my freshly washed car, they even offered me a cloth to wipe my shoe soles before getting in! Truly a top-notch experience, cannot recommend them enough!

I am so excited to have my sparkling car back! She's like new! Jesse did an excellent, thorough, and efficient job with my Honda CR-V. I felt comfortable with him, and he's certainly earned my trust and my continued business. I was also able to get to know Ryan MacMain, the owner of the car lot adjacent to Bluegrass, and that was very pleasant, too! Both men seem hard- working and honest. I don't have any before photos, but trust me, he had his work cut out for him (I'm mom to 2 sons 🫠). I think it's great that I caught a rainbow in the one photo :) I would solidly recommend!

I love this place i recently got my truck washed and yesterday I got my husbands car we both got the "The Ultra Works" package with the works and also added on RainX on the exterior of the vehicles. Yesterday i came across LOUIS , although most people there are good. This guy is great, very detailed, he even did the metal inside the car doors, i didnt get picks of the cars interior but i did for my truck, totally recommend this company and especially LOUIS!!!

Stopped in today to have my car detailed inside and out. I bought the ultra package. It really needed it don't get me wrong but the level of service I got left much more to be desired and left me mad that I even wasted my time here. They didn't clean the mats (which you can see other members of their team doing), didn't bother with the cup holders, left crumbs in the gear shift cover, left sticker reside on the inside of the window, left light dust/mud on the inside of the doors, didn't vacuum the back seat well/in the crevices leaving crumbs, didn't detail the outside very well, didn't add in the air freshner, and last but not least left the back of my car completely filthy to the level that I brought it in. Below you can see the level of dirt from bicycle tires and what 15 minutes of scrubbing I did with baby wipes when I got home. I have been dying to try this place out and will now more than likely never stop by again. The level of "cleaning" they did, I could've done better in a do it yourself car wash/vacuum. It might've been the team detailing my car, because I saw others that were digging into the nooks and crannies and washing mats, but will not risk this again.

Car hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. Leather seats were pretty stained up and not including dust and dog hair. I didn't doubt the owners abilities just the dirtiness of the car but he performed miracles. The car looks and smells like new. Highly recommend.

Look, this is the only place I'll be going to get my car detailed in the future. The staff was friendly (they gave me some lemonade while I waited!), the waiting area had a Pacman machine for free, and, most importantly, they took my car with dog hair all over and made it look as good as possible. (I gotta get it shampooed next time to really get all the hair out.), and it was crazy affordable. Plus, it's Black-owned. Do not sleep on Mr. Bubbles!

They did a good job outside the car bit several areas inside were still dirty. They also took the car seats out, put them back but didn't secure them nor tell me they needed secured. Very dangerous for my children! Edited I understand the seats needed removed to clean. However, the car seats were not face down when I got the car back. They were positioned in the seat with the strap over the back as if they were fully-secured. I only noticed when I put my child in that the seat moved. I have added a picture showing the time stamp of the photo. I am just now posting because I received a prompt from Google to share a review for it. I did not call to complain, I just simply will not use the service again.

I used to be a big fan of this place and used to come often until I moved further away. I was in passing and went today and it wasa waste of my money something told me to go with the full wash and not to spend the extra money like I usually do. My side mirrors were so spotty, didn't even look like they got cleaned. I was going to post a picture but I couldn't get a decent one to show the dirt. I had my dog in my car so there was some fur I was going to soft touch on 42 which they never had an issue getting hair out of my car (to bad they closed) it didn't even look like my trunk got touched. Very poor job not sure why it won't let me post pictures 😡

Spent 35.00 on a fullservice cash wash. Door jams were filthy after it was supposedly finished, the rims were caked with brake dust. One has to request them to be wiped?! The lady drying the car was nasty and unprofessional because we asked for these items to be wiped down I asked who the manager was and he walked up trying to help her. He defended the employee. Therefore we will NEVER be back.

The guys that did the detail were really friendly. But they originally told me it would take 1.5 hours for the standard spiffy wash. They up charged me $64 for pet hair removal. They told me this gives them additional time. The detail wasn’t that great and they were finished in an hour.. I messaged them and asked why, they said because they sent two techs to clean the car due to the pet hair removal… but they didn’t know about the pet hair before they sent two techs to clean it. I asked for a refund because they didn’t use the full time frame. They refused to refund but gave a $20 credit. Which is useless because I won’t be calling them back. They took longer on a smaller vehicle with less pet hair and the same people. Wouldn’t recommend.

My car has that showroom sparkle, and the wheel rims -- which I was more than unkind to and thought at least one had to be replaced -- have been restored to their former condition.

Self service is pretty easy to navigate (even for a rookie lol). My only question that customer service has not been able to answer is why does their business consistently charges $10 flat for self service single wash (first time i spent a little over $3, second - little over $7, yet bank statement showed $10 charge both times for self service). Although it might seem a minor statements but it’s just a principle for me now.

This is the best car wash we have ever been too. I drove 13 1/2 hours from Missouri in a nasty snow storm. The amount of ice and snow packed on this Jeep was something I’ve never seen before. We came to Mr. Spotless and a lady and young man worked so hard to get all the ice off. She even ran us through a second time at no costs to us and worked again to get it all off. They did a fantastic job and she was so kind, generous and very professional! I’ll add a picture of what it looked like before bringing it in, but prior to this is, the Jeep was unrecognizable! It’s all off a clean as a whistle! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this car wash! They were fantastic! Thank you for all your dedication and hard work!!

I am a repeat customer at NuView Auto Salon. I love their service! First time I scheduled a detail they came out to my home picked my car up and delivered it back looking brand new!
