Excellent work no swirl marks, no over wax left over, the finish was glass like glossy and vibrant. Very much on-time delivery and finished early. Very satisfied with the quality and expertise of my paint care on the 2020 Ford Escape. Austin, really delivered me a very nice finish on the paint and went the extra mile to vacuum the interior, it’s looks so good. It really reminds me of the day that my wife and I brought the new vehicle home when it was brand new. Thank you Austin.

Michael and crew did a great job cleaning my boat. I know they detail vehicles as I've had them do those a few times already. When I heard their shop was large enough for boats and RVs, I gave them a shot with my pontoon boat. The carpet was dirty and stained and the seats were filthy. It looked like a different boat when they were done. Thanks guys!

We debated between the standard and full service packages he offers and he determined we didn’t need the full service. He’s honest and won’t overcharge you for something you don’t need. October 28,2023 took my truck to sparkle brite car wash as I have for years taking my vehicles. Upon arrival I Tony the manager ask the attendant that pulls your car in if it would be ok guy says yes . So I go in pay for my wash . Few minutes later I get in the truck to leave I stop on side of the road to finish wiping rest of the water off and look down at my wheels that are 2 weeks old that are beat to pieces on th. go in told the cashe Gets Tony to come look at them he was like you just came threw . I said yea guy must’ve got it off center he looked at the wheels then says pull over here on the side the owners here Troy so he looks at them and says I’ll have to look at the cameras Tony the Manager standing there speaks up says they weren’t damaged when he got here I looked at them myself Troy tells him go back to work. And tells me come back Monday my sister does the insurance claims so I ask for number he gives it to me I come back Monday they were closed so I come back Tuesday his sister told me get a estimate so I did came back she calls later and says we are not paying for wheels only to have repaired so I ask for the owner to call me with no call back so I call Troy does not answer so I send text asking him to call me and send message threw Messenger no response. I really wish the Owner Troy D. Schwartz would return my call. Updated Post ASK YOUR MANAGER TONY PULLIN and was not hour later . WATCH YOUR CAMERA pretty simple . FYI they can’t be polished !!!

I have the "unlimited wash" package, the highest tier, most expensive package offered. I have been using this package for quite awhile now and was just informed today there would now be an additional 10$ "mud removal" charge per visit. I have never seen any notice of this extra charge nor was I told it was a possibility. In addition, after paying the extra 10$ "mud removal " fee there was still a significant amount of mud remaining on the vehicle! So, if your car is dirty don't use this "car wash" they only welcome clean vehicles!

I went for the promotional free wash, and let me tell you what this place was fancy! They did a heckuva job, cleaning the car getting all of the bugs off. And then the free vacuums were incredible! Definitely, I’m considering buying the monthly pass, because the way that my car looked after that and then the facility is a whole was just excellent. the staff was super friendly and did a great job of explaining how the process works to people that have never been there before. All in all just a great experience for a car wash.

I have been coming to Frederica location so many times. Today I have had excellent services. Everyone was very professional, prompt, friendly, nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out. Kudos to the staff by this cold weather that they are working hard outside. Thank you all so much! I certainly appreciate you all. This car wash is AWESOME - by far my favorite! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service given, available, and the overall outcome afterward! The employees are always friendly and patient if you have any questions. I love the way the employees apply so much soap to the vehicle before you enter and direct you on the track for no worry of confusion or error. We receive free unlimited car washes through a company, and my truck never gets as clean as it does here! No unnecessary damage is done in the process of the automatic process of my truck being cleaned, and I appreciate the free vacuums after you exit the wash so much!! That's one of the top perks, so you're not eating away at quarters and rushing. That alone makes it worth it! That also allows you to let your vehicle dry while you clean it out, and you have time to make any other personal applications like I do, if you go them. You can buy packages ahead or at time of arrival, and either way, this is the best car wash around hands down!

I like Ollie Wash. Clean wash, competitively priced, which is all I could want or need. No problems from me. My feedback is to continue working to improve the professionalism of the employees. While I've never had an issue, I recently witnessed two employees talking about a customer and her request, and not in a productive or positive light, and she wasn't a difficult patron (she asked if they could spray a specific area of her vehicle). Once she pulled forward, they started commenting about her. It was disappointing, and while I get the need to keep things light, it shouldn't come at a customer's expense.

Overall, I would say it’s a pretty good value at $15 a month for unlimited washes. Your car does get clean and the attendants are prompt, friendly, and helpful. The vacuums are very powerful as well. It seems like they use a lot more product than other washes, which is a good thing. My only gripes are that the drying blowers (or whatever they’re called) at the end of the wash are WAY too intense; I’ve had two trim pieces blow off because of them (one was recovered and the other was easily fixed, but still). Surprisingly, even with the intensity of the air speed, the car is still not completely dry. Also, the washing experience leaves a bit to be desired. It’s dark the whole time except for a few neon lights which turn on when the soap is dispersed, which might be ok for some and not for others. I would recommend this wash if you have a newer car and live on that side of town. Otherwise there are other options that are better.

TL;DR: Added picture: Shammy's may be the only free vacuum site in town. We're huge fans! Somebody smashed our truck window and we needed to vacuum it. We tried a couple other places that offered "free vacuum", but you had to go through the carwash first. With a busted out window, that was the last thing we wanted. Shammy's to the rescue! The free vacuum is set between two other self-serve units. Just find the black button at the left lower-middle; just press it to start. I have a funny story about quarters and an invisible coin slot, but this is quite long enough already.

I did a 2 month promo for $12.50 a month. I only washed my car once during the first month. The $12.50 for the second month came out of my account, and I went in two days after to get my car washed. The computer asked me if I wanted to renew while I was entering the car wash, and I said no. It then cancelled my membership entirely and the workers wouldn’t allow me to go through the car wash. I showed them where I had just been charged for the full month, and they gave me a piece of paper and said I’d have to call for a refund. Nobody ever answered my calls. Flash forward to a month later and they charged me another $25. Nobody will answer my calls from them. So I’ve paid $50 for single basic machine car wash thus far. My subscription was cancelled and they would not allow me to go through the car wash, but they’ll go ahead and charge me for another month? SCAM.

If I could give lower then one star then I would give that. I took my vehicle there it didn't do good job showed employee and they gave me a card and said it would be a free car wash. Well it wasn't and so then I made a mistake and bought the special they was running after that ended they charged my account double.when I messaged someone they said I couldn't get refund. Won't go back there.

I used the dog wash, which was great....we did have a small, very traumatic incident, tho.... There's a significant gap between the blue mat and the silver piece (circled in red) to the left of the basin... my dog already doesn't like the bath, so she keeps backing up. One of her toes got stuck in that gap! My dog is a boxer mix and only 5 months old. She's yelping and lashing out in a panic. I was in a panic and thought I was going to have to call someone. It was absolutely terrifying. She could have really been injured. I hope no one else ever has this issue, and I hope the owner will look into some safety measures for those basins or at the least close that gap a little more than what it is...until then I will for sure not be returning to that dog wash.

As far as I know this is the ONLY automatic touchless wash in town that can accommodate taller vehicles (8ft or under as opposed to 7 for most washes), so that’s definitely a plus. However, it’s a pretty marginal experience honestly. The basic wash is $12, and maybe it’s just me, but I feel like it’s skimpy on the product…not a whole lot of soap. The rinsing water pressure is good, but the dryers are marginal at best: they don’t really get your car all that dry. The vacuum suction is decent although having to hit “on” to cycle it and “off” when you’re done is a bit cumbersome, especially when it turns off and you have to hit “on” to cycle it again since it runs on a timer. By comparison the basic level at Ollie Wash is $9, uses a more generous amount of soap, your car gets a whole lot cleaner, and the dryers almost completely dry your vehicle sans a few droplets. Now, it isn’t touchless, but it just seems to be a better value. I wouldn’t necessarily dissuade you from using your money here as your vehicle does end up being reasonably clean, but I just feel like it could be better. In all honesty, you are better off just hand washing your vehicle with Meguiar’s and going to Cricket’s on Parrish or Shammy’s on Frederica for a vacuum if you need it. 3.5/5

I am pleasantly surprised with my shammy's membership. I've never paid for a car wash monthly service before because I just thought they were over priced. But Sammy is such a great deal. I think I am paying $24 a month and I get access to 14 car washes per month.it is very easy to access the car wash and amazingly, it is open 24 hours a day. I really love it.
