Business is not at an actual garage like pictured on the website it is at what appears to be a scrapyard with half built trucks, trailers without tires, and inoperable cars everywhere. We brought it here because our car had been previously smoked in. I fully understand you can’t get that smell out on the first or second try, but our car didn’t even smell like it had been detailed at all. Streaks on the paint and on the leather everywhere in the car. We also have scratches on the radio and windows we didn’t have before we brought it here. Would not recommend

My jeep looks like a brand new car. I have a husky. Those of you who have one knows the fur is in a league of its own. They got it out no problem. It’s so shiny and the clay stain I had is gone. The owner is very nice. He gave me a ride to my destination when he realized I didn’t have one after dropping my vehicle off. Very polite and thorough.

Let's talk about my experience! so I came here today to wash my car cuz it's beautiful outside. There was a plus i got to vacuum my car for free. That I'll give them. So I pull up to the Bay start washing my car and as I hit the soap button there's no soap coming out of the brush. not only is there no soap. There's no wax, There's no clear coat, There's no spot-free rinse, I go up to the attendant working inside and ask him about it. He shrugs his shoulders and said. Well we just ain't got none. So then I asked him for the number for the manager. And he said" I quote" he said it wasn't going to do no good. so I asked him so if you don't got soap if you don't got clear coat and if you don't got Spot free what are you doing open and how many people went through there today they paid for soap. that paid for Spot Free .And gmclear coat and tire cleaner and how many people went to the automatic wash that paid for all that extra two that didn't get it I bet that adds up to a lot of money.

Just left cheetah clean on Cave Mill road . Got all that salt and dirt off my van. Thomas the manager has a great crew. Even saw management rolling up sleeves cleaning cars. Cheetah Clean most efficient washes around. Brett and Thomas making a busy day doable. All the staff were so nice. Best hot chocolate in town!! The inside of my busy van looks brand new!!!!

2/24/2025 - THE COMPANY HAS STILL FAILED TO DO WHAT THEY AGREED TO IN THIIER RESPONSE!! BE AWARE! Be aware that when paying for a car wash at Speedwash Car Wash on Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY we had a roof strip come loose on our new car. It was pushed back in by my wife and resecured. She made the staff aware that evening and they seemed helpful. There are some other parts missing and I went back with the car in a few days about a missing roof plug in the drip rail and again met a very nice worker who looked at the car and then looked for the part. They then took my name and number for the manager to call me. I stopped by the following morning and met with the manager I assume. He advised that there were no other cars damaged that evening it was not a system issue and the tunnel was working fine so it is not their responsibility. He said they could not find the small part and seemed unconcerned about the issue and that there is a sign posted, "Enter at own risk". Based on that information, the customer concerned response, and the fact that there are more than enough car washes to choose from in Bowling Green, KY. Choose who you support for your car wash needs wisely and be aware "Enter at own risk" I TOLD HIM I WOULD SHARE THE STORY FOR EVERYONE TO BE AWARE OF THE RISK AS A CONSUMER! The part is on the way and it will be fixed by me at our expense! Update 12/10/2024 : I called the number 270-793-9274 and voicemail in not set up. Called 3 times on 12/10/2024 @ 14:00 hours. Review unresolved at this time. Update 12/10/2024 @14:19 hours- Talked again with a nice young man that is sending the information to management for a resolution. Awaiting that call.

I checked my past credit card charges with this place and they used to charge $4 for 10 minutes for the self service wash. Then it went up to $8 for ten minutes. Now they charge $10 for 5 minutes, which isn't nearly enough time to get your car clean. That means their price jumped from $0.40 per minute to a whopping $2 per minute, which is 5 times more than they used to charge. Have fun spending 5 times as much as you used to to get your car clean. They still haven't fixed the tunnel on the right too so the car wash gets absurdly backed up, and a ton of their vacuums straight up don't work either. The worst offender though is their card reader. It takes a million swipes for it to actually read your card, so that paired with the lowered amount of time you get for washing and you'll find yourself spending a lot more time swiping your card just trying to get the wash to start. This place used to be great, but now it's an absolute scam. The best part is the displays on their washes still show $4 when you swipe your card which doesn't match the actual price. It's straight up illegal to do that.

I pulled in today and was immediately greeted with an attitude that could rival a storm cloud. The guy in the guard shack clearly didn’t have a great day, and it’s a shame that it was directed at me. It’s truly disappointing when such a small interaction can completely change how you feel about a place. I visited cheeta Clean on Scottsville Road with a muddy Tundra. As I pull around, I see this tiny thing waving me in. She grabbed a brush bigger than she was and went to work on my truck during the prewash. Took her 2 seconds! So I said to myself. Just like the other car washers, my wheel well will not be clean. People, when I took a look at my tuck, it was spotless! I tried to tip her but learned that they couldn't accept them. Offered lunch, and she declined. So this is the best I can do is to let kristal(with a K) know that she does a fabulous work! Even her co-workers co-sign what I'm sharing. So Scottsville road cheeta clean. Best car wash I’ve had, hands down. I had a coupon for a free wash. I went through the drive-up with the attendant who immediately started doing stuff — she marked on my windshield with a marker, asked me if I wanted to add an interior cleaning for $20, and sent me on my way. The next thing I know, I turn the corner and my car is put on a conveyer belt with countless folks who start wash, hosing, scrubbing, and prepping my car to go through the process. Got to admit, it was one of the coolest things I’ve seen. Afterwards I cleaned the inside of my car with the free vacuum station. 10/10 experience.

Yesterday we had a great customer experience...at a *car wash.* Mind you, it wasn't cheap - basic wash was $16. But the young gents who helped us sure convinced us they were happy to have our business. Greeting us warmly; no pressure to upsell (he offered the subscription, but we're not local); gave a free wheel shine; brought cost-included air fresheners out for us to select from as we waited (very briefly) for our turn; good wash, strong vacuums; and we saw one of the young guys running around in a cart picking up small prices of trash, taking pride in his business. It's hard to find people who care these days. But we did.
