Business is not at an actual garage like pictured on the website it is at what appears to be a scrapyard with half built trucks, trailers without tires, and inoperable cars everywhere. We brought it here because our car had been previously smoked in. I fully understand you can’t get that smell out on the first or second try, but our car didn’t even smell like it had been detailed at all. Streaks on the paint and on the leather everywhere in the car. We also have scratches on the radio and windows we didn’t have before we brought it here. Would not recommend

My jeep looks like a brand new car. I have a husky. Those of you who have one knows the fur is in a league of its own. They got it out no problem. It’s so shiny and the clay stain I had is gone. The owner is very nice. He gave me a ride to my destination when he realized I didn’t have one after dropping my vehicle off. Very polite and thorough.

While out of town, I accidentally ran up against a pine tree and left a gnarly long set of scratches. I contacted Exquisite Detailing about doing an exterior detailing on a Saturday, coordinated to drop it off Sunday evening, and by Monday it was as good as new. The price was very reasonable as well. Great communication and efficient service!

They only take credit cards. The coin slots are covered and unusable. The water pressure is good and the amount of soap is good too. Be careful of the thick blue soap on the foaming brush. It was thick and I got some on my hands. It turned my hands a light blue. 🫤 The air dryer wasn't strong enough to get the water off my car so I hand dried it. The facility is clean and maintained at a reasonable price.

Let me first say that the guys who dry your car off afterward - great guys, always friendly, no issues whatsoever. However, the equipment is frequently broken. I recently signed up for a subscription, and after going four times in three days and only managing to get a car wash on one of those days, I cancelled my subscription. No acknowledgment whatsoever and no offer of a refund - the woman who took my cancellation didn't even speak to me during the entire transaction, so I planned to continue using it for the rest of the month I paid for on those rare days it was operational. They were frequently shut down a lot, but today (and I still have two weeks left) when I went in, my bar code would not work, they let me in for the wash anyway, but the woman who let me in (same one who processed my cancellation two weeks ago) came back out and stopped me for them to tell me I cancelled. I explained that I cancelled but I was still paid for the month, and they let me through. Customer service here is atrocious. I'll be submitting a dispute on my credit card since I did not get the service I signed up for.

Complaint Details I purchased vouchers from Waterworks auto wash in Bowling Green, KY. The company was sold to Cheetah auto wash. I called Cheetah corporate HQ, and they approved for me to use my remaining vouchers. Since I’m a retired military veteran, I travel. Kentucky is where I was born, so I purchased a summer home in Ky and only spend 2- 3 months in Ky yearly. I had approximately 13 vouchers, and Cheetah always accepted them. The last time I used a voucher was on May 6, 2024. They are a very good company and do professional work. The only issue I’ve ever had was back in May, they felled to properly clean and my trunk, and I did call and complained. I left Ky back in May, and returned this month, September 22. I stopped by Cheetah to use a voucher; however, I was informed by Cheetah corporate (270-842-0286), who also spoke with the Regional manager, that they will no longer accept vouchers because of the time length from when they purchased Water works. They told me they would contact the owner and see if the owner will provide an acceptation to policy and a decision to accept my vouchers. But, they haven’t called back! Anyway, the reason they should accept my remaining vouchers, valued at $162.00 is because I don’t live in KY and only spend limited time in my summer home. If they were going to stop honoring vouchers, they should have informed me during my other washings, especially when I visited them on May 6, 2024. With the informed decision, I could have gifted or sold the vouchers to a family member who lives in Ky. I didn’t know Water works was selling to Cheetah or I would have approached Water works for a resolution. As I stated, I only visit Ky sporadically. I appreciated Cheetah initially honoring the vouchers, but it’s not fair or good business to make me a funding escape goat. Cheetah must remain professional and honor my vouchers. Why should I provide capital to a company, who makes thousands/millions of profits? How would it hurt them to honor my vouchers?

My daughter's 2007 Saturn had a rough life in a junk yard before we bought it as her first car a couple years ago. Had a great engine, but didn't look the best-inside or out. Finally, took it to Retro for detailing and a thorough cleaning, and WOW is the only word I have to describe the difference. They did such a fabulous job! Very courteous and very knowledgeable about the different plans as well as the car wash you desire. I go with the max wash, which includes everything from them actually cleaning your rims and front bumper and pre soaking thee entire vehicle. Next you notice that you are being hoisted into this labyrinth of sound and color. But it’s fast to keep you on pace and the end result is “A ting of beauty”.Theres also awesome vacuums and for the detailers out there they have a small blower! They also have things to clean your rims to cleaning your windshield. Not to mention the floor mat cleaning machine. They even provide you a car air freshener that lasts about a day or two but lingers. Great place great value and great costumer service. Always greeted with a smile!

Be aware that when paying for a car wash at Speedwash Car Wash on Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY we had a roof strip come loose on our new car. It was pushed back in by my wife and resecured. She made the staff aware that evening and they seemed helpful. There are some other parts missing and I went back with the car in a few days about a missing roof plug in the drip rail and again met a very nice worker who looked at the car and then looked for the part. They then took my name and number for the manager to call me. I stopped by the following morning and met with the manager I assume. He advised that there were no other cars damaged that evening it was not a system issue and the tunnel was working fine so it is not their responsibility. He said they could not find the small part and seemed unconcerned about the issue and that there is a sign posted, "Enter at own risk". Based on that information, the customer concerned response, and the fact that there are more than enough car washes to choose from in Bowling Green, KY. Choose who you support for your car wash needs wisely and be aware "Enter at own risk" I TOLD HIM I WOULD SHARE THE STORY FOR EVERYONE TO BE AWARE OF THE RISK AS A CONSUMER! The part is on the way and it will be fixed by me at our expense! Update 12/10/2024 : I called the number 270-793-9274 and voicemail in not set up. Called 3 times on 12/10/2024 @ 14:00 hours. Review unresolved at this time. Update 12/10/2024 @14:19 hours- Talked again with a nice young man that is sending the information to management for a resolution. Awaiting that call.

Being a member of the wash club with unlimited washes a month I have arrived 7 minutes early there's cars behind me waiting and the four people inside the office will not come and take care of their customers. That is bad business and I will never use this car wash again due to the rude employee that answered the phone that can't walk 40 ft to unlock the gate so we can get through. I would like to speak with an owner in regards to this because you're making people late for work just because it's a couple minutes early. And I don't know if you all don't know but people have to be at work at 8:00 therefore they need to get their cars washed before then so you're losing tons of money by not opening at 7:00 or 7:30. This is highly upsetting and I will be switching car washes since you all will not give me a refund because I have used one of my unlimited washes this month. I think I may report this to the Better Business Bureau

By far the best in town!!! Great Work, absolutely beautiful tint – I just bought a new car and wanted to get it tint. My experience was very good, I love my new tint on my car. The guy that helped me pick out my tint was very informative and honest. I called in Friday said I want to get it done by Saturday and he made it work for me. Best car wash I’ve had, hands down. I had a coupon for a free wash. I went through the drive-up with the attendant who immediately started doing stuff — she marked on my windshield with a marker, asked me if I wanted to add an interior cleaning for $20, and sent me on my way. The next thing I know, I turn the corner and my car is put on a conveyer belt with countless folks who start wash, hosing, scrubbing, and prepping my car to go through the process. Got to admit, it was one of the coolest things I’ve seen. Afterwards I cleaned the inside of my car with the free vacuum station. 10/10 experience.
