I bought a new-to-me car that had been WELL loved by what appeared to be an entire herd of sticky, grubby 3 year olds. The kind of gross where you’re afraid to touch things. Took her to Carlos and miracles were performed! NOW she looks like a new car. Smells like a new car. And everybody was just so nice! I had my moms car done. She passed few weeks ago. I wanted it ready for her celebration of life Saturday. Made appointment they set time was late by hours not minutes. With daylight dimming fast they was to start then they left. We agreed on 200 special!!! They called said it was to bad. I was upfront with condition before hand, he said no problem. That’s why they left not because it was getting dark. Then they charged more money 200 to 400$. I wanted ready for Saturday so I gave in. They came next day again late sapose to have three guys only two showed up. Done horrible jobs smears everywhere windows looked like they used a mop. Hair and loose dirt in seat and floor area. Streaks of their cleaners left behind. And again they left cause it was getting dark. To return the next morning. Which they did but had the chance to see it clearly in the daylight!!!! They did not make it right then either. Still wanted 400$ offered to come back again so he gave me the chance to try again yes. But how many times do they need to come to be a professional???? So I declined car has to be ready for Saturday. He was nice on phone yes 200 at most probably less. Charged me 300$ that’s way too high. If your car is already clean then they probably do good. If it’s used then probably not. They rushed my car 100 percent. And took several attempts to finish and still failed. They blame the condition. It was bad but not bad enough you couldn’t get back to normal. There was still loose dirt on floor and seats and back of rear dash area any shop vac would have easily took care of. Now I’ve spent 300$ and still have to vacuum. I’ll just do my own for now on! I would have on this one but dealing with loss of my mom. Lies dishonesty he won’t make right with me thinks 300$ is right he’s wrong he owes me money and knows it.

I recently purchased a new car, and was considering ceramic coating. Bluegrass answered all my questions and helped me pick the right protection for my car. On the day of pickup, I was not able to get a Lyft to pick up my car, so they offered to drive it to my house! The owner walked me through how to wash/care for the ceramic coat, and went above and beyond detailing even the plastic trim and glass of my vehicle. I recently purchased a restored 1979 Mercedes 280CE. The car is a 20th wedding anniversary present for my wife. That being said, the car had to look perfect when I gave it to her. The car was delivered directly to James at Bluegrass Auto Spa. The car had some issues that needed to be addressed. The most important thing to do was to polish the aluminum trim. James tackled that without a problem. James also did a color correction polish to the paint before he waxed and buffed it. He dressed the rubber bumper trim, polished the chrome and removed all of the hard water spots from the glass. The car looked better than new and when I presented the car to my wife she was absolutely ecstatic about how beautiful it looked. James outperforms my expectations every time I drop off one of my cars. I cannot recommend him enough to a serious car enthusiast.

Staff was nice and my car is definitely cleaner but it could’ve been a better experience. There are 2 lanes, I pulled into one and was told there was one long line I needed to get into that fed into the 2 lines, I pulled out of the lane and got in the line, 2 cars behind me pulled out of the line into the lane I had been in and no one said anything to them. They just cut in line and no one said anything to them. Also, for $40 I expected my car to be much cleaner. See photos.

I have been coming to Mr Sparkle since the 90s. I think they are the best (and certainly the most overlooked) full service car wash in Lexington. The folks are friendly. The service is excellent and I never have to rework the job when they’re finished like I do at other places. Not the kind of place that looks new today but gone tomorrow. My radio was stolen they didn’t replace it. Took a few off the final bill, but I don’t believe someone stole it to be honest. Where the police report? Anyway Kept parts I brought to get fixed on car which didn’t get done. Took 6 months to fix after I brought all the parts. Customer service was great but the mechanic took forever when I came to pick up my car didn’t want to answer none of my questions the others in the shop were great and helped as they could but my car still leaking after being serviced. Not happy with the work. I didn’t have the best experience was disappointing I expected better cause everyone was so nice

Kevin, the owner, really did me a solid. He got me in the books the same day and his team did a beautiful job. They cleaned the interior and removed all my coffee stains. Took my 24 Tacoma to Scott for a ceramic coating. Since it was a new vehicle I wasn't sure how much different it would look after the coating was applied. I checked on the vehicle after its initial wash and they pointed out the grit in the paint and made sure to give a good clay bar over the whole vehicle. They took their time and wanted to make sure it was perfect, and the result was amazing! The coating beads up the rain and gives a brilliant shine. I've ceramic coated all my vehicles within the first 500 miles and it's worth every penny. (Review via husband)

Scott Campbell is the master installer for Fireball products in the region.. Lots to learn about ceramic! And Scott educated me on SiO2 coating, decontamination prep, installation, and maintenance of my vehicles to keep looking showroom condition.. Fireball ceramic was applied to my brand new Sienna Limited, and 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe. Astonishing product I must say...water flies off the paint like never seen.. My G35 coupe looks like its almost new.. No swirls, blemishes gone! Sienna drove to Fla for 3 months. While there, light wash and dry and its showroom brilliance.

My vehicle was side swiped down the side in a parking lot and I brought my vehicle to him because of a large area of scuffing that occurred. Very fast and efficient. For the basic wash, it’s 12$. Cleans my car decently but for 12$ maybe a better shine or “pop” after I come out instead of having to spend more. The vacuums need better cleaning intensity and/or smaller more precious suction tips for hard to reach places. Overall it’s decent.

I loved how the attendant tried to sell me a membership when I said I didn't want one, then grabbed my card when I said I didn't want help. I loved how the next attendant tried to rush me forward, then got mad when my car wouldn't stop on the track when it was going forward. I was already in neutral and attempting to stop. I'm not a moron. Thanks for making me feel like one! Didn't even clean my car fully. Go elsewhere.
