This was a fantastic experience start to finish! James was very helpful over the phone and gave me pricing details for my car right upfront along with a great description of all the work that they do that their competitors don’t (polish, engine cleaning), it made my decision to choose them very easy! The three guys who came to help clean my car were friendly, professional and very thorough! My 2014 Mazda 6 looks brand new. Indianapolis Auto Spa is absolutely the best. They made my 2012 E350 look better than it did when it was brand new. I normally don’t have any issue with Sparkling Image, but this is hands down the worst wash I’ve experienced. The person handling the payment was awesome, but the guy in charge of the initial soaping and power washing only did half of the car. Normally that’s not a big deal, but then I got in my car after they “detailed” the inside. The floor mats were soaking wet, the dash had white marks that weren’t there before, it’s clear they didn’t wipe the interior because there were still stains I could remove with gently wiping my thumb, and whatever cleaner they used smells of cat urine (which I’ve never experienced before with this company). I’ve never had an experience where I felt like I was getting in a dirtier car than when I started. I’d go to the Castleton location, this one is trash.

Ashton was amazing to work with and did an absolutely phenomenal job. I’m a first time mom and when a mouse got INSIDE my vehicle I absolutely spiraled about diseases they carry and couldn’t drive my child until my car had been disinfected(the mouse had already been trapped and removed). Ashton heard my concerns and my tight time schedule and was absolutely able to meet my needs. I will never recommend anyone else. He also adds little details that I think are great at the end of his job like leaving cards and an air freshener with the business information on it. His work is superb, the prices are AMAZING(I know because I called and look at the websites of a ton of places). Ashton himself is a great person who was always polite, professional, and respectful. Book your detail with him ASAP! This car might be cleaner than when I bought it off the lot!

I called Tay early in the day as a first time Client. She immediately picked up the phone and listened while I described my problem. I needed an emergency detailing because I had spilled a large amount of garlic buffalo wing sauce on my passenger seat - perforated leather. She was able to book me same day, and was flexible when I needed to move my appointment back an hour. She booked me for the deluxe wash. When she showed up, she was very friendly and promptly got started on my car. Not only was she super friendly, she did an amazing job!! It is pretty much impossible to tell if anything was spilled, and the odor of garlic and buffalo sauce is gone! The car smells nice and looks amazing. Very fair pricing - 10/10 Across the board.

After saving for a number of years, I was finally able to acquire a vehicle I had been dreaming of owning. Remarkable experience with this business! Alen is a skilled, experienced craftsman in this industry! Likely the very best in the area. His work is meticulous , thorough, and perfect in my opinion. The cost of his services are incredibly fair. TopLine Auto Salon was willing to look at my Jeep the same day I asked for areas of the paint I had identified as needing attention. He was able to determine immediately that the ceramic coating job previously done by another professional was done incorrectly. He removed the old ceramic coating and performed a 1 step paint correction and applied 5 year ceramic coating (Crystal Serum Light). He spent 72 hours working on my Jeep. He also removed old window tint and installed ceramic tint (5%) all over. It is truly nicer than the day I purchased the vehicle. I will recommend his services to anyone. He has kind, responsive, and courteous employees and that means a lot to me in customer service. Thank you!

Jake did a great job. My truck was spotless when he finished. Every vinyl surface shined and the cloth seats were spot free. I spilled a large tumbler worth coffee and creamer and he was able to get that out of the carpet. He was also quick. He only took a few hours to detail and shampoo the interior of my crew cab. WARNING: your vehicle will be so clean that you may not want to drive it for fear of getting a piece of dirt somewhere! Seriously though, Abraham is now the only person I’ll let detail my vehicles. I inherited a car from my Pappaw that was kept in immaculate condition until his Alzheimer’s prevented him from taking care of it like he used to and it got REALLY dirty. Abraham somehow brought it back to how I was used to seeing it. The pictures don’t do it justice. Oh, and the tint job was not only cheaper than other places I called, but going by the job he did cleaning the interior, I doubt they would’ve done as good a job. As soon as I get a couple exterior dings fixed I’ll be taking it back to him to detail the exterior. There are places that you can get detailing done cheaper, but I promise they won’t take care of your vehicle better than Abraham will.

Fantastic first time experience! Run by a brother duo and others, D1 Automotive did a great job buffing out a minor scuff on I had my bumper after a car knocked into me around 5mph. Whole think took about 1hr 15min to clean my car, buff the scuff, and then included cleaning the inside of my car. Jesus (the younger brother) was wonderful, professional, and hardworking! I have used VInnies twice. The first time was a 4/5 I was very pleased. The van I bought for our business was so bad and smelled. They did a great job. Missed some spots but overall I was pleased especially because it was much improved. Today my experience wasn’t as good. The van dropped off was a 2012 sienna. I drive 45 minutes one way to come to this business. They said my van was done yesterday but I came this morning to get it. I paid. Then went out to inspect it- I was sorely disappointed…. All back cup holders were still dirty and back storage compartments- The pockets in the sliding doors still had trash and dirt. Front door pocket still dirty. When I went back in the man assured me they would make it right. So I reluctantly left the van drove 45 min one way back north because I had a meeting. When I came back this afternoon…. Again I was so disappointed. Still the pockets in the van doors were dirty. This time I insisted the man at the desk come look at this. All vans have this slot in the door for storage! He assured me he would give me a discount on our next detail…. We have a fleet of 8 vehicles but I’m not sure there will be a next time. 255$ later and three tries to still overlook something so simple…. “It’s all in the details” today that was not true for me. If you choose to come here just be sure to inspect your vehicle closely before you leave. Not sure I’ll try again.

We had used Vinnies in the past and they were great. Today proved otherwise for us. We showed up at 8 for our appointment the man greeted us and acted as though we did not have an appointment. He didn't give us an estimate after seeing the truck or a time line of how long it would take. He called us a little before 1 and we made sure to be on our way before they closed at 2, when he called us again and he said he has to leave to go to his daughter's party, and wanted us to pay over the phone (without even seeing our truck) we did not do so, but it was rude to call and rush us when we would get there within business hours. Upon seeing the truck he was attempting to rub off one of the many spots where the wax was obviously not done right on the truck. It was clear he rushed on this job, charged extra for dog hair removal yet I could still see various spots of dog hair. The mats weren't properly cleaned, the backseat underneath had plenty of dog hair and dirt where he never cleaned and the back of the console was obviously not even touched. Very disappointing for $350.

Not happy at all charged 300.00 for a buff and wax and inferior,they waxed over the bugs witch was 175 dollars and told them to go ahead and do the interior charged 125 for a vacuum and wipe down they didn't attempt to get the stains off the passenger seat. I guess these high reviews came from his buddies highly priced for crappie work. Work was done on a 2016 challenger would not recommend this place to anyone

Mold started growing from the trunk & into her back seats, they removed all the water, cleaned the trunk & inside so good it wasn’t a trace of mold. The interior was not completed. Console not even touched. Wanted cash. Didn't fix the scratches on exterior. Left white residue on dash and seats. Exterior still has lots of noticeable spots. If the scratches were too deep then maybe don't make them worse. And you absolutely cashed my check so no services were free.

I called Dorian on a whim to find out pricing on getting my new to me car detailed. We got my mother in laws car she's a lifelong smoker, and it was an absolute mess. He asked that I drop it off that day! He has been amazing to work with. So extremely kind, texted to work out all the details, even worked extra hours to get the car done. Ordered a Ranch truck cap through this Ziebart location with a cross arm rack installed on the top. Poor quality control on ranch and ziebart end. Scuff mark's where every screw was done for the rack. 3 months and multiple phone calls and stops at their shop and they have still not done anything to fix the problem. Not even a paint pen to fix where they scratched the black off with the chuck. Had plans for a lot more work through these guys but will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others to do the same. Poor customer service.

I'm a VIP member. I don't think the platinum status is worth it UNLESS you live or drive near one of two places that has the indoor detailing areas. The wax finish isn't worth the extra 30 dollars a month. There is at least one place that doesn't have vacuums. Each location may or may not have amenities that the other has. They're very inconsistent. The wait is very minimal, if ever. They're very efficient at what they do. The 30 dollar VIP membership is absolutely worth it! A wash a day!? That's a great deal! The washes don't always get ALL the hard dirt or old snow, but it gets most of it. And it will get everyday dirt and dust. The dryers work well. But I always hand dry at the end. We enjoy our membership and the staff is always friendly!

Super grateful for the free vacuum!!!! All four of my kids car seats were out of the car, and it was my opportunity, they didn't make me pay for the vacuum, Even though I did not buy a car wash. I probably vacuumed for 30 minutes, and the lady turning on my vacuum. Probably thought I was never going to leave! Feeling very satisfied with a cleaner car. The vacuum was most powerful when I started, and I was the only person there, as other people started to use the vacuum, the suction did get a little weaker, but still definitely stronger and more convenient than my two options that I have at home! I should have taken it before and after picture....

Mind blowing first time experience using the vip platinum membership perk. This was a spa for your vehicle! They have towels available to dry your vehicle, air hose to clean all the cracks and crevices, a floor mat cleaner that is worth the membership itself! My kid and I were able to bond and work together by separating the task on both sides of the vehicle. This was an absolute treasure that every vehicle owner should find themselves using at least 1 month of their life.

Cleaned up LLC restored the leather seats with gentle care, carpet flooring by removing dirt/buildup, and removed all the crumbs lingering in the nooks & crannies of my vehicle. I'm real-life Eeyore, so after my car was detailed I expected to find SOMETHING to complain about.... I got nothing. Josh, aka the human magic eraser, not only was extremely kind, that man didn't leave a spot untouched inside my car. I didn't realize how disgusting it was until I climbed in and couldn't believe how immaculate he got it. I had toddler urine (just being real, we've all been there) on my backseat, mascara smudges on my ceiling, along with camping trip debris, sand, etc.... all gone. The car smells fantastic and it looks 100 times better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. The best part was, he came to me, took my car, and brought it back... Seriously, if you're wondering what sort of gift to buy for someone, you may want to get them a detail. I am SO glad I had this done!

Grant did a fantastic job on my Silverado. After owning my truck for eight years I never once had the interior detailed. Layers of dust and debris in the tiniest crevices were all removed. The leather conditioner used on my steering wheel made it feel soft and pliable again. After taking a beating by many automatic car washes, the exterior is now back to a glossy new shine. It feels like I’m driving around in a new truck and that’s a pretty good feeling!

The inside of my car was rough after someone got sick in my car. I (badly) needed it detailed. I looked around at places around the north side of Indy, and TAG was by far — by far — the best price. The price was so good that I was honestly a bit skeptical of how good the services would be. Despite the low price though, it was truly a premium service. Everything came back spotless, and as so many others have said, it was like my car was new again. I cannot recommend TAG highly enough with its fantastic service and extremely lucrative prices (for interior detailing, at least).

The car was super clean. They did a great job, but while cleaning, they drained my battery. My car would not start the next day. Had to jump start it. Note to technicians, pay close attention to dome lights or keeping the doors open too long. Had the battery and alternator tested. Battery and Alternator were fine. So, someone either left the dome light on kept the doors open too long.

Very poor car detailing service. DO NOT USE! The owner uses kids to clean and they don’t do a very good job. Just think of your 15-19 year old son cleaning your car. They literally spent 15 minutes and were done. Owner made me pay before work was done. Then he doesn’t make it right. Doesn’t re clean or refund my money. Go to Tucker Automotive Group!!! Tucker does a better job. Tucker cares. Sparkle Buggy sucks. I would give them a zero on the stars, if I could.

Very disappointed with this business. Took my new vehicle to get the front 3 windows tinted. After waiting for 3 hours I finally asked one of the sales reps what the estimated remaining wait time was. He said "we are bringing it around". I waited for anther 45 minutes and checked back in with the rep. He stated they were "having problems with the windshield" and allegedly not getting their "piece to fit right", so the windshield was not completed after a 3 hour wait. Both the driver and passenger side windows received their tint but the driver side window showed a mis alignment after I opened my window 5 days later. I returned to have the windshield done and the driver side window fixed not imagining that the same issue would occur. After 3.5 hours I asked for a status update on my vehicle at which point the sales rep stated that they were "having issues installing the window tint on the Audi windshields.." So again the windshield was not done BUT when the tech handed off my vehicle he stated "the last car I was working on gave me a lot of issues so I didn't get to your car.." The driver side tint has visible bubbling at the base of the window so the initial issue was made worse and the company has their employees lie to customers about what is and is not done on their vehicles. Please take your vehicle someplace else and avoid this circus!

I had my wife’s Toyota brought in for detailing service. We have many dogs and the pet hair in the car was insane. We couldn’t get it out no matter how hard we tried. If anyone reading this, has hesitations on getting it done like I did. Definitely do it, I thought for awhile (appreciate the patience as well from the guys at Mint) do I really need this? Will it really turn out the way I hope? Well I’m here to say, IT TURNED OUT BETTER THAN I COULD IMAGINE! I got a 2 Step paint correction and ceramic coating, prices were better than everywhere I looked. My Blazer had many swirls in the paint and even some spots that were clouded/dull. I had never thought my car would be looking brand new again but Mint Detail did it. 100% recommend this place for any and all services, I’m looking forward to a continuing relationship with this place.
