James was very helpful over the phone and gave me pricing details for my car right upfront along with a great description of all the work that they do that their competitors don’t (polish, engine cleaning), it made my decision to choose them very easy! The three guys who came to help clean my car were friendly, professional and very thorough! My 2014 Mazda 6 looks brand new. I would definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them to others looking to get a car detailing in the Indianapolis area.

James and his team are amazing people to deal with who actually care about your needs. My car had paint overspray on it from when my employer did some remodeling work. Indianapolis Auto Spa is absolutely the best. They made my 2012 E350 look better than it did when it was brand new. I would totally recommend this business to anyone in need of bringing their car back to life. They perfectly replaced my rear window tint. They successfully removed old tint on my taillights that was pealing off and polished them back to their original shine and brightness. And the best of it was Indianapolis Auto Spa put a 3 year ceramic coat on the car that looks spectacular. They do great work at Indianapolis Auto Spa.

I normally don’t have any issue with Sparkling Image, but this is hands down the worst wash I’ve experienced. The person handling the payment was awesome, but the guy in charge of the initial soaping and power washing only did half of the car. Normally that’s not a big deal, but then I got in my car after they “detailed” the inside. The floor mats were soaking wet, the dash had white marks that weren’t there before, it’s clear they didn’t wipe the interior because there were still stains I could remove with gently wiping my thumb, and whatever cleaner they used smells of cat urine (which I’ve never experienced before with this company). I’ve never had an experience where I felt like I was getting in a dirtier car than when I started. I’d go to the Castleton location, this one is trash.

My car looked amazing when I picked it up..I wish I would of taken before and after pics. My interior was sooo horrible from looks to the odor. My 07 looks like new and smells pleasant too, like to the point where I don't want anyone but me in it. The price was reasonable as well. I'll most definitely go back.

This place is horrible. They dont know what there doing so its basically a carwash they offering. The lack of professionalism is so apparent from the owner and the employees steal things out your car hoping you dont recognize it. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you value your vehicle . If I could rate them negative...I would.

Ashton was amazing to work with and did an absolutely phenomenal job. I’m a first time mom and when a mouse got INSIDE my vehicle I absolutely spiraled about diseases they carry and couldn’t drive my child until my car had been disinfected(the mouse had already been trapped and removed). Ashton heard my concerns and my tight time schedule and was absolutely able to meet my needs. I will never recommend anyone else. He also adds little details that I think are great at the end of his job like leaving cards and an air freshener with the business information on it. His work is superb, the prices are AMAZING(I know because I called and look at the websites of a ton of places). Ashton himself is a great person who was always polite, professional, and respectful. Book your detail with him ASAP! This car might be cleaner than when I bought it off the lot!

A little pricier than I originally thought, but the end product was just WOW. Worth every penny. Better than the day I bought it, just like Ashton guaranteed. He spent 5 hours working on my car at my home to get all the ridiculous amounts of dog hair out, and he did an extraordinary job. He was prompt and on time, he met me right after I got off work. Continue to have the worst experience with Ziebart. Rude, unprofessional, worst customer service. First, didn’t call me to let me know my vehicle service was done - when I called them, they stated they had called me twice, but in verifying my number they had transposed the numbers and had not been calling me. Basically got a “my bad” response. After picking up my car I noticed considerable damage from grease on my carpeting and greasy fingerprints on my seats, doors and glove box. When I called to report this, they stated it was impossible, end of discussion, but bring it in and they would clean everything up. I will never return to this location!

Booked an appointment for an interior detail, showed up, nobody was there. I called the number and the guy tried to say that they “didn’t see my appointment “ from an automated system. Hmm that’s strange. WILL NOT BE BACK! Horrible customer service, wasted my time and gas. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

After a quick and friendly call with Quartz Detailing, I was able to drop my car off conveniently and comfortably with them while it got detailed. I was shocked when it only took about a hour, everything looked brand new!! I was thrilled to see the 2 year old stains in my seat completely gone along with years of dog hair simply just gone. My yellow headlights are now sparkling and I can actually see at night😂!! I’m more than happy with my car and glad I got with Quartz Detailing and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Took my truck in there and I paid 75 dollars for a detail and my car is completely covered in oily greasy cleaner complete uneven coat and so gross to even touch the car. Idk how a detail place can charge 75 dollars than leave your car like a lotion bottle exploded in it. Horrible horrible job unbelievable that some company can let that car go out after charging 75 dollars. Blows my mind

Mr. Kortzendorf excels at the services he offers. I received my car back above expectation. I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that unfortunately got scratched up, and I desperately needed to find someone that could repair the scratches and bring the car back to life. The services that were provided was an exterior detail, paint repair, and ceramic coating application. The car looks newer than the day I bought it. There was webbing in the paint that he was able to remove along with the scratches. The ceramic coating should keep it looking good for the next five years! Just look at that shine ✨

I started going to kopetsky’s when I first moved to Indy in 2015 and for the last 10 years the service provided has been overall excellent. They take great care of my vehicles and the staff is very trustworthy and most importantly my car comes out clean every time and they even kept the tire shine can for me. The only issue ever was my rear windshield wiper was broke off and upon inspection the manager made a claim and it was accepted within the hour and ready for me to move forward with getting it fixed. The owner is amazing and I love how family oriented this place is. 10/10 highly recommend

I am giving this review based on the customer service. I registered for an unlimited wash and setup auto-pay, however I didn't return for a second wash after my first and registration. After we've sold the car, I forgot to cancel the plan, and my card got charged at the due date. I came down to explain the situation, it was tough for them to revert my payment but I was given a cash back of the amount charged. This is an excellent customer service even when I know I should have canceled before the said date.

The quality of service is disappointing. Both interior and exterior are half assed it seems. I've been coming here for atleast 2 years and the quality of cleaning has definitely declined. The guy that sprayed my car prior to wash just casually swung it once over the front back and sides, not really spraying any spots out. After returning to my car once the interior was cleaned I noticed multiple spots on my exterior that could have easily been cleaned up. Areas in my interior were missed as well. They did not clean my dash screen nor my back passenger window. Areas were left unvacuumed. The whole thing just looks rushed. I sat for maybe 15 minutes waiting on interior clean and a wipe down of the exterior. I would have set for 30 or a bit more for a better experience. Now I have to basically re-clean my car.

I went through this car wash and their machine broke my mirror off, filed a complaint with the manager he took pictures of the damage offered to duck tape my mirror back and said someone would contact me they never did. I contacted them through email that is the only way and they told me they would not pay for the damage that it was wear and tear( ya on them breaking it) that no one else's car got damaged so they will not take care of the damage...The honorable thing to do to make it right, they know it happened in their car wash I watched it happen and they are lying even though I have proof. All for a $9.00 Car wash

Being from out of town I was excited by this place as we domt have many like it where I'm from. Its a little hard to find the entrance. But keep in mind its in the back, go from the left side of the building. Good service. And good price. I paid $35 inside and out. Some say it's 30 but I'm fine with 35 and I'll tip. They quickly cleaned the inside and outside. I think they forgot to clean the trunk. It just needs a little vacuum. The car was mostly clean. But for $35 it was great. Don't take your nice cars to just any car wash. Keep them looking new at Marvelous touch!

Love getting my car wash here all the time but it would be nice if the vacuums were included with your membership kind of like prime sucks that you have to pay separate for vacuums. But other than that great service!

Customer service is great. I'm excited to tell people about this place. My car was impounded and I just got it out. I didn't even recognize her because she was blackblue she was gray with yellow marks all over the windows. I asked if the wask will remove the yellow marks on the window and they said yes. The wash did not remove the marks but it was the first time I had ever seen my rims shine so good. I was floored. Three washes later I was on my way home. The attendant had to remove the yellow by hand. I was not cruel, I usually be cheap and take my car to the self car wash and do it myself. I paid $20 to not have to get out of my car. He did have a liquid spray and it came off very easy. I am so happy how my wheels looked, my cheap self is going back again. They don't clean the inside of your car though 🤔. I wanted the works 😁 I will have to find a full service car wash. I see some smart person talking sarcastic about me being cheap. Yes, I have paid for the $45 car wash before. 😂 It's been a long time ago. I think before we had cellphones. One life one 🚗 car.
