After saving for a number of years, I was finally able to acquire a vehicle I had been dreaming of owning. I knew right away that I wanted to have some form of paint protection applied and began the process of researching local businesses. I called Tay early in the day as a first time Client. She immediately picked up the phone and listened while I described my problem. I needed an emergency detailing because I had spilled a large amount of garlic buffalo wing sauce on my passenger seat - perforated leather. She was able to book me same day, and was flexible when I needed to move my appointment back an hour. She booked me for the deluxe wash. When she showed up, she was very friendly and promptly got started on my car. Not only was she super friendly, she did an amazing job!! It is pretty much impossible to tell if anything was spilled, and the odor of garlic and buffalo sauce is gone! The car smells nice and looks amazing. Very fair pricing - 10/10 Across the board.

Fantastic first time experience! Run by a brother duo and others, D1 Automotive did a great job buffing out a minor scuff on I had my bumper after a car knocked into me around 5mph. Whole think took about 1hr 15min to clean my car, buff the scuff, and then included cleaning the inside of my car. Jesus (the younger brother) was wonderful, professional, and hardworking! Highly recommend D1 Automotive if you need detailing done.

WARNING: your vehicle will be so clean that you may not want to drive it for fear of getting a piece of dirt somewhere! Seriously though, Abraham is now the only person I’ll let detail my vehicles. I inherited a car from my Pappaw that was kept in immaculate condition until his Alzheimer’s prevented him from taking care of it like he used to and it got REALLY dirty. Abraham somehow brought it back to how I was used to seeing it. The pictures don’t do it justice. Oh, and the tint job was not only cheaper than other places I called, but going by the job he did cleaning the interior, I doubt they would’ve done as good a job. As soon as I get a couple exterior dings fixed I’ll be taking it back to him to detail the exterior. There are places that you can get detailing done cheaper, but I promise they won’t take care of your vehicle better than Abraham will.

We got our 2022 Murano serviced with the Diamond Gloss total protection package a week ago. Lesmasters was an excellent salesman. With the package we bought, we will not have to pay anything for the life of the car for annual services. The car looks brand new inside and out. It is 3 years old in January, 30,000 miles. It did have the asphalt smell for awhile, but it is almost gone now. We plan on keeping this car so we are really happy with this service. We dropped our car off at 9am and it was done by 3pm. Definitely a five star rating!

My husband brought my car in for my birthday to get a remote car starter (I've been wanting one for a few years now) and as much as I'm excited at how well that was done. I had a very good experience at my first Drive & Shine. The staff there were quick to make things right when the Gold level wash wasn’t up to THEIR standards for my car - they sent me through again and upgraded the wash to a Platinum. The car looks very good. I tried the indoor cleaning and LOVED the wet and dry towels and compressed air. The vacuum suction was excellent and they even had a floor mat brush/vacuum machine and interior window spray. Note if you use mat vacuum, the dust will come up and out of the top where you’re holding the mat so expect to get your hands dirty. The only two things on my wish list would be spray heavy bug buildup prior to going in and a way to indicate what level of wash is being given while you’re in the tunnel. They could have used the lowest level and I would have no way of knowing. Thank you Drive & Shine!

First time using this car wash...possibly last. Got the $16 wash and still have dirt on front and back of car. I still have bugs all over the front of my car. Wheels look terrible. VERY disappointed when paying for a service and not getting it. Heard nothing but good things....but not a good experience for me.

I love how the car wash gets all the dirt off the car. But for me they don’t clean the wheels good enough it leave a lot of dirt and grime on them. So I Pre wash my wheels and rims before I go through the car wash to get a much better result.
