I called Tay early in the day as a first time Client. She immediately picked up the phone and listened while I described my problem. I needed an emergency detailing because I had spilled a large amount of garlic buffalo wing sauce on my passenger seat - perforated leather. She was able to book me same day, and was flexible when I needed to move my appointment back an hour. She booked me for the deluxe wash. When she showed up, she was very friendly and promptly got started on my car. Not only was she super friendly, she did an amazing job!! It is pretty much impossible to tell if anything was spilled, and the odor of garlic and buffalo sauce is gone! The car smells nice and looks amazing. Very fair pricing - 10/10 Across the board.

I had the best experience taking my car for detailing. The guys performed a paint correction and ceramic coating and I am amazed at how well it turned out! After saving for a number of years, I was finally able to acquire a vehicle I had been dreaming of owning. I knew right away that I wanted to have some form of paint protection applied and began the process of researching local businesses. Remarkable experience with this business! Alen is a skilled, experienced craftsman in this industry! Likely the very best in the area. His work is meticulous , thorough, and perfect in my opinion. The cost of his services are incredibly fair. TopLine Auto Salon was willing to look at my Jeep the same day I asked for areas of the paint I had identified as needing attention. He was able to determine immediately that the ceramic coating job previously done by another professional was done incorrectly. He removed the old ceramic coating and performed a 1 step paint correction and applied 5 year ceramic coating (Crystal Serum Light). He spent 72 hours working on my Jeep. He also removed old window tint and installed ceramic tint (5%) all over. It is truly nicer than the day I purchased the vehicle. I will recommend his services to anyone. He has kind, responsive, and courteous employees and that means a lot to me in customer service. Thank you!

Jake did a great job. My truck was spotless when he finished. Every vinyl surface shined and the cloth seats were spot free. I spilled a large tumbler worth coffee and creamer and he was able to get that out of the carpet. He was also quick. He only took a few hours to detail and shampoo the interior of my crew cab. Will use him in the future.

WARNING: your vehicle will be so clean that you may not want to drive it for fear of getting a piece of dirt somewhere! Seriously though, Abraham is now the only person I’ll let detail my vehicles. I inherited a car from my Pappaw that was kept in immaculate condition until his Alzheimer’s prevented him from taking care of it like he used to and it got REALLY dirty. Abraham somehow brought it back to how I was used to seeing it. The pictures don’t do it justice. Oh, and the tint job was not only cheaper than other places I called, but going by the job he did cleaning the interior, I doubt they would’ve done as good a job. As soon as I get a couple exterior dings fixed I’ll be taking it back to him to detail the exterior. There are places that you can get detailing done cheaper, but I promise they won’t take care of your vehicle better than Abraham will.

After a few years, and a lot of car washes, it was time for a spa day for our Charger! She had some significant discoloration on the front bumper and a few imperfections here and there. Fantastic first time experience! Run by a brother duo and others, D1 Automotive did a great job buffing out a minor scuff on I had my bumper after a car knocked into me around 5mph. Whole think took about 1hr 15min to clean my car, buff the scuff, and then included cleaning the inside of my car. Jesus (the younger brother) was wonderful, professional, and hardworking! Highly recommend D1 Automotive if you need detailing done.

Back when my Mustang was a little show car I had Ethan two step paint correct and interior detail the car. Went from swirl city and gravel pit interior to mirror finish on 16 year old paint, and a like new look inside. Beyond happy and impressed with the quality and detail he puts into his work! Ethan far and away blew my expectations out of the water. First, he’s very professional and very personable. I had a slight issue with some scheduling but Ethan was very prompt and offered solutions right away. Second, the work he did brought new life to the car and extended the life of my interior. I had some deep stains that I was concerned about but he made them not noticeable if not disappear entirely. I appreciate that he communicated with me that he wanted to keep my car a little longer than anticipated in order to go over the seats another time. BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURE ARE AMAZING I ran over a pink spray paint can that had been previously blown up in the middle of the road, tried to avoid it, got it all over my back bumper, trunk, etc. Tried every type of solvent could not get it off did everything i could for 2hrs. barely got any of the paint myself. I went to 3 different detail shops in fort wayne. I can name drop all of them with the prices they quoted. (QUOTED IN PERSON NOT OVER PHONE) Vital Wax Detailing & Restoration 0/10 review. Quoted me $250 to remove the paint & that’s it. 1469 Super center In person quoted 175 but included full car not bad 7/10 really busy place The final place i took my car for a quote was C & M Auto Reconditioning 🔥🔥 Final place i decided on. Quoted me $85 for the paint to be removed and whole exterior to be detailed 🔥 I couldn’t believe it. The first impression walking in this one guy Jim the owner, had 3 other vehicles he was working on, he was taking calls doing it all. He told me he didn’t advertise anymore and rarely had new clients, i left him a voicemail though and he listened to it and said he had to see the car asap! because spray paint is very bad to leave on your car. I explained i could be there in 20 minutes. I pulled up, we looked at the car he wanted to do it as soon as possible, we scheduled for 8:00am the next day, I showed up and left him the car for about 3 hours and at 11:00 i showed up, to my surprise all the pink paint was gone, it was looking better than when i had first bought the car in may. We talked a lot and he explained to me that he has been right here in fort wayne at the same shop for longer than i have been alive (im 22) this guy has seen it all and more i wouldn’t lie to you every car i need detailed etc is going to this guy i recommend you guys do the same.🔥🔥

Dustin and his team are phenomenal! Cannot recommend them enough! I am the second owner of my 2015 Edge, so I know what all I've put it through...3 hairy dogs and a toddler, not to mention I have worked out of my car most of my career. And it looked like it. I didn't even recognize my vehicle after they were done! The stains are gone, it smells and looks brand new! The leather seats have been conditioned and are so buttery soft. They even clean my cheap rubber floor mats to look brand new! Seriously, you're not going to get better care of your car for a better price. Will absolutely be coming back!

I took my truck to here after being referred there by another shop to get the paint corrected, there was spots all over the entire truck that limescale had started eating the clear coat, and I had very little faith that it could be saved. The guys at praxis did an absolutely phenomenal job on the paint correction, removing nearly all of the spots, touching up all the rock chips and scratches, and even shining up the leaf springs and strut coils. It looks like a brand new truck again, I’d recommend them to anyone! I added a before and after, but pictures don’t do it justice!

I was just Approached ever so kindly by Ellie…. She informed me about the “Express Interior” that is coming soon! Which is very exciting! Although I love to clean my own vehicle sometimes it’s nice. I’ve been a Titanium member for a month. Having black vehicles, especially a full size truck—this place is awesome. Their wash is closer to a hand wash, and doesn’t leave any swirl marks like other car-wash places. Everyone is exceptionally helpful. I’m very disappointed with this place, for being a first time car owner that loves her car and wanting to treat myself and my car to a wash, which was freaking $22. This was the first and last time going to mikes car wash, First off there is still residue on my windshield and tires. With that being said; The thing that controls your car while it’s in neutral totally ripped off my tire stem and made my tire go completely flat, which before entering a women sprayed my car with soap, looked at my tire and shrugged her shoulders I didn’t think about it but it makes sense now. Thank god I had spare tire! Also while replacing my tire I seen that there was a deep scratch when it wasn’t there before I went into the car wash. Horrible 0/10 would never recommend this place to anyone ever!
