I was looking for a place to get my Corvette detailed, before a marketing video shoot. After finding a couple places and getting quotes I picked Prestige Auto Detailing because of other good reviews and their prices were competitive. My car was desperately needing some attention and they took great care of the car and finished the exterior and interior in 1.5 days. Took my dad's 9 year old Mercedes in for full detailing, inside and out recently, and am thoroughly impressed with how well it turned out. Dad remarked that it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Never having been detailed before, the car is now immaculately clean, after years of inclement weather, and grandkids spilling food and drink inside. The price was reasonable for the quality of work they perform, with highest attention to every detail. Called to make an appointment in the morning, and was pleasantly surprised to get same day service. Grant did a fantastic job on my Silverado. After owning my truck for eight years I never once had the interior detailed. Layers of dust and debris in the tiniest crevices were all removed. The leather conditioner used on my steering wheel made it feel soft and pliable again. After taking a beating by many automatic car washes, the exterior is now back to a glossy new shine. It feels like I’m driving around in a new truck and that’s a pretty good feeling!

On Sunday, November 10, I visited Prime Car Wash located at 9805 N Michigan Rd, Carmel, IN 46032, to clean my car. On their website, I saw that interior cleaning could be added for $22. Since I had never tried it before, I decided to give it a go. When I arrived at the car wash, I was greeted by a young woman. Unfortunately, she was not friendly and never smiled, making it clear that she wasn’t happy to see me. She asked what I wanted, gave me a receipt, and I proceeded to the wash area. After the exterior wash, I drove to the area for interior cleaning. The staff working there also didn’t smile or make me feel welcome. It was uncomfortable being around them. Since it was my first time doing an interior cleaning, I wasn’t sure what to do or where to go, so I just stood near them. Later, I learned there was a waiting room with coffee available. A gentleman, who I assume was their manager, kindly informed me about it. He was the only friendly and professional person I encountered there. He smiled and guided me to the waiting area. When the interior cleaning was finished, I got back into my car. Upon starting it, I noticed that my windshield wiper had detached and fallen to the side. While it wasn’t broken, it had come loose. If I am paying for a service and entrusting my car to you, I expect to receive it in the same condition as when I gave it to you. If the staff removed or cleaned something, such as the wipers, they should ensure everything is reattached properly. Thankfully, the same manager resolved this issue quickly and was very helpful, but this situation shouldn’t have happened in the first place. When I arrived home, I noticed there was still dirt on the mirrors, seats, and windows. I understand that this was not a deep cleaning service, but I believe that after an interior cleaning, the windows and seats should be properly cleaned as advertised. Overall, I cannot say that my experience at this car wash was terrible, but it was disappointing. From the unfriendly demeanor of the receptionist to the lack of care from the interior cleaning staff, it was evident that customers are not made to feel welcome. The manager was the only pleasant and professional person there. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will continue going to Crew Car Wash, where I have always been met with smiles and excellent service from the moment I arrive.

Took the Outback in today for $55 inside-and-out thorough cleaning. After first pass, the dash was untouched and tailgate not clean. Manager was helpful in having those redone. Got home and saw that the tires had not been Tire Shined (a core item even of the basic wash), lots of missed dirt in each of the door jambs, and water that had drained from behind badging and trim had carried more dirt onto the cleaned areas. Feels like a $25 carwash that cost me $55 and half an hour. If they offered a money back satisfaction guarantee, I would be claiming it right now.

What can I say about the level of professionalism from this place. Harry & Sabrina run a grade A shop here. Harry's attention to detail when it comes to detailing vehicles is hands down the best in the game. I have brought both my vehicles to him and have not been disappointed at all. If anyone reading this, has hesitations on getting it done like I did. Definitely do it, I thought for awhile (appreciate the patience as well from the guys at Mint) do I really need this? Will it really turn out the way I hope? Well I’m here to say, IT TURNED OUT BETTER THAN I COULD IMAGINE! I got a 2 Step paint correction and ceramic coating, prices were better than everywhere I looked. My Blazer had many swirls in the paint and even some spots that were clouded/dull. I had never thought my car would be looking brand new again but Mint Detail did it. 100% recommend this place for any and all services, I’m looking forward to a continuing relationship with this place. Already making plans for more work 😁

Car Wash King is a powerhouse! Crew Car wash handled my vehicle damage unprofessionally, and without sensitivity or any apparent interest in doing what is right. I own a Jeep Wrangler with a front bumper which extends out from the body of the vehicle by ~ 12 inches. The rotating brushes at Crew were not calibrated to float out from the body of the vehicle and the top and bottom surfaces of the bumper were ablated, with felt from the brushes still attached. I reported the damage immediately, before leaving the car wash. I was not allowed to view the video recording of the wash, and "corporate" advised that the car wash could not have been at fault and provided irrelevant explanation for their rationale. NEVER trust your car to Crew unless it is a piece of crap which you don't care about. Go to Car Wash King in Noblesville instead where they properly maintain their equipment. Update: To add salt to the wound ... As I will no longer use CREW, I asked CREW to buy back two car wash coupon books. They refused, as I did not have a receipt to prove that I bought the CREW car wash books from CREW. Who else would I have bought them from?

Had a used black SUV I recently purchased (a dream vehicle for me) detailed here, and was extremely happy with the results. Israel was friendly, fair and is clearly passionate about his work and his customer's satisfaction. At pick up, the vehicle's exterior deep shine turned out better than I expected. Combined with the thorough work done on the interior - I couldn't help but smile every time I glanced or spotted something that shined. I brought my new Mustang Mach-e GT here, and had PPF put on the front end, a three year ceramic coating top to bottom, a pair of racing stripes, and the front windows tinted to match the rest of the stock tint. Very poor car detailing service. DO NOT USE! The owner uses kids to clean and they don’t do a very good job. Just think of your 15-19 year old son cleaning your car. They literally spent 15 minutes and were done. Owner made me pay before work was done. Then he doesn’t make it right. Doesn’t re clean or refund my money. Go to Tucker Automotive Group!!! Tucker does a better job. Tucker cares. Sparkle Buggy sucks. I would give them a zero on the stars, if I could.

I normally don’t have any issue with Sparkling Image, but this is hands down the worst wash I’ve experienced. The person handling the payment was awesome, but the guy in charge of the initial soaping and power washing only did half of the car. Normally that’s not a big deal, but then I got in my car after they “detailed” the inside. The floor mats were soaking wet, the dash had white marks that weren’t there before, it’s clear they didn’t wipe the interior because there were still stains I could remove with gently wiping my thumb, and whatever cleaner they used smells of cat urine (which I’ve never experienced before with this company). I’ve never had an experience where I felt like I was getting in a dirtier car than when I started. I’d go to the Castleton location, this one is trash.

Crew wash and wax i rate a 10! Be sure to have car ahead if you at least a car length to get a good wash and wax and get your wheels done! Being from out of town I was excited by this place as we domt have many like it where I'm from. Its a little hard to find the entrance. But keep in mind its in the back, go from the left side of the building. Good service. And good price. I paid $35 inside and out. Some say it's 30 but I'm fine with 35 and I'll tip. They quickly cleaned the inside and outside. I think they forgot to clean the trunk. It just needs a little vacuum. The car was mostly clean. But for $35 it was great. Don't take your nice cars to just any car wash. Keep them looking new at Marvelous touch!

Rod Darring recently installed a clear bra and applied ceramic coating to my new Tesla. He took the time to explain the process, pricing and options and he has numerous videos and pictures available on-line and in the shop. I actually live 120 miles from Indianapolis in an area where numerous companies offer this service, but I chose to take my car to Rod. My plan was to take delivery of my car in Indianapolis and bring it straight to him. Unfortunately, the delivery date was pushed out and my car was delivered during the holidays, while the shop was actually closed. Rod interrupted his off time and met me at the shop so he could put my car inside and start working on it. He had to work on it some everyday for the next three days (including new years eve and day), which he did because it was ready exactly when he said it would be. Not only do I feel like he went above and beyond what anyone would expect, he did it with a pleasant and professional attitude and with genuine appreciation for my business. Rod’s work is top quality at a reasonable price. He is crazy talented, hard working and clearly loves his work. My car looks beautiful and thanks to him, it has a great chance of staying that way.
