I cannot recommend D&L enough! I drive a Suburban so it’s ALOT of vehicle to clean to begin with. I also have 4 stinky boys and they leave their mark wherever they go. My truck looks better than the day I got it! I wish I had taken before pictures to show what kind of hard work went into this detail. It is spotless inside and out! We had used Vinnies in the past and they were great. Today proved otherwise for us. We showed up at 8 for our appointment the man greeted us and acted as though we did not have an appointment. He didn't give us an estimate after seeing the truck or a time line of how long it would take. He called us a little before 1 and we made sure to be on our way before they closed at 2, when he called us again and he said he has to leave to go to his daughter's party, and wanted us to pay over the phone (without even seeing our truck) we did not do so, but it was rude to call and rush us when we would get there within business hours. Upon seeing the truck he was attempting to rub off one of the many spots where the wax was obviously not done right on the truck. It was clear he rushed on this job, charged extra for dog hair removal yet I could still see various spots of dog hair. The mats weren't properly cleaned, the backseat underneath had plenty of dog hair and dirt where he never cleaned and the back of the console was obviously not even touched. Very disappointing for $350.

Terrible experience purchasing from this place owners is a scam artist. drove 4 hrs to be sold a knocking engine from the owner Donnie who then proceeded to pretend he didn’t and ultimately blocked me 5k loss, see ya in court

Not happy at all charged 300.00 for a buff and wax and inferior,they waxed over the bugs witch was 175 dollars and told them to go ahead and do the interior charged 125 for a vacuum and wipe down they didn't attempt to get the stains off the passenger seat. I guess these high reviews came from his buddies highly priced for crappie work. Work was done on a 2016 challenger would not recommend this place to anyone

Connor did an amazing job detailing our car at our house for a very reasonable price. He removed ground in stains from the seats and carpets that I had worked on for hours and couldn’t even lighten them. He worked for nearly 3 1/2 hours just on the interior of our car, and he was very professional and arrived on time working around my schedule. I highly recommend Grade A Detailing and will definitely call them again to detail the interior and exterior of our cars.

Thrilled with their work. 8-year old Challenger looking brand new again. Did full interior/exterior detail. After doing a walk around, we discussed buffing in a few nicked spots and then doing fresh coat of wax. All for a really great price! Done in a day. I'm a drywall guy and have 2 golden retrievers so when I say they did a great job I mea a great job. Can't tell I ever drove the vehicle to work for over a year or even own a dog much less 2 golden retrievers. I do highly recommend just nice cool and good ppl trying to make a living not trying to get rich. Price was lowest in Evansville and im.just just as good of work as any of the others

Took my daughter’s car to Ms Dee’s & when I say they did a wonderful job. It was water trapped in her trunk from when it got fixed some months back. Mold started growing from the trunk & into her back seats, they removed all the water, cleaned the trunk & inside so good it wasn’t a trace of mold. Did a wonderful job detailing it inside & out, the price was reasonable also, thank you so much😊

I got my car detailed and i’ve never had my car professionally done and my car looks like a whole new car! I’m very impressed! Every inch of my car was cleaned, under the hood, every nook and cranny inside of the car. It even smells like a new car and it’s no where near being a new car.

The interior was not completed. Console not even touched. Wanted cash. Didn't fix the scratches on exterior. Left white residue on dash and seats. Exterior still has lots of noticeable spots. If the scratches were too deep then maybe don't make them worse. And you absolutely cashed my check so no services were free.

I have never been treated like this by anyone. I had been doing business with finish line Car Wash for 3 1/2 years when my driver side mirror gets knocked off by the second brush. I file a claim and it is denied. I then go get new mirrors put on for the tone of $580 and want to make sure that my membership was canceled. I pull up and sure enough it was canceled so I get my credit card out and start to pay for any economy wash with my mirrors, folded in of course. I proceed through the wash and on the other side I get out to look and there is still a ton of bugs on the front of my van. I go back up and talk to a person with two tone hair and she tells me too bad, I’m not getting a free F#€{ing wash. she tells me that I can go to the service area and there is a bucket with bug scrubbers and I can do it myself. I asked to pull forward so I can get out of the exit lane before you get into the wash and she said no I have to back out. finish line Car Wash has lost a good customer and you will continue to keep losing customers as long as you hire people like this.

Went by to have some windshield wipers and cabin air filter installed and “Will” the manager had an issue with the ford glove box where the cabin air filter was located. Ford had a clip method on this year model that was not a good system and it broke during the re-install of the glove box door. They were apologetic and was quick to run it up line to the operations manager Matt who did a fantastic job reaching out to area dealers for a replacement! Brand new and this was difficult to find due to it being a 2013. Within a couple of weeks it was on the car and explained in detail the old configuration and it’s bad design.. I agreed it was a botched design just waiting for this issue. However…..Matt did an awesome job getting it resolved and in a wow amount of time! Not many companies would have extended that kind of service above and beyond especially in that window of time. Both Will and Matt exceeded the expectations of what I thought was going to be a difficult remedy. I hope this review helps in your decision to have your car needs done there at the green river location or any for that matter! Let me also say everyone should have there cabin air filter replaced because mine was horrible and it made a big difference! You would be shocked as to how awful they get and what your breathing. They do good work here and offer more services than the typical 10 or 15 min oil change places. They are friendly and competent. It is a little pricey by comparison and the wait times can get long. The last two trips I made were each almost an hour. Be aware, like so many places now they charge a 3% fee to use a debit or credit card. That can add up when your oils changes approach $90-100. You can also use the ATM inside that also charges a fee. I don't know about others but I typically do t walk around with $100 in cash on me.

I purchase a yearly pass and have done so for several years. Nitro Wash has amazing people on their team! I've had memberships at other car wash places in the past and hands down the Nitro Car Wash team is the best. Always positive and upbeat, a great group of individuals work here! I always come here. It's always a bit fun driving through this car wash and then using the provided rags to polish your own car. I'm knocking off a star because the crew is a bit inconsistent in spraying your car prior to the wash. Especially this is a problem if your car brakes tend to leave a dust residue all over your rims. Otherwise highly recommended. UPDATE: since I wrote the original review several months ago, I've seen efforts being made to improve the issues raised above. I don't demand perfection, but I certainly do appreciate continuous improvement, and the friendly service. Upgrading to 5 stars.

Terrrribly overpriced and does NOT work! I paid $13 for their automatic car wash to essentially polish the mud on my car. Giving one extra star for the free vacuums. Good riddance.

This is my favorite car wash/vacuum station in the city. The vacuums are free and the car wash is reasonable. I will say though that they need better signage as far as "entrance" and "exit" because if you go just for the vacuum it's difficult to leave. I went to the location the other day to vacuum/wash my vehicle and then 15 minutes later spilled chips in my passenger seat. Went back to vacuum again but couldn't figure out how to leave without driving through one of the car wash docks. Which I ultimately did. If there is another way to leave the vacuum area, it definitely needs better signage. Other than that inconvenience, I'd recommend this business.

someone uses this phone number to scam call. i tried to inform the owner but they just hang up on me too. so idk what to believe. i hope they change their number. the calls i am getting from this number are trying to decieve me into revealing my home address. so it seems a serious thing. the owner seems to be aware of the problem (?) but again, just hangs up on me like I'm the problem, which is very suspicious at worst and unprofessional at best

I went to Finish Line car wash on the east side of Evansville thinking that it would go a great job for $27.00. When it was done I pulled around to vacuum. After reviewing the wash the wheels still had break dust on them and the bugs were still on the front bumper. I went to the supervisor and he told me that the break dust on the wheels is a “detail” that I must done by hand. I then asked about the bugs that were left behind and he had no comment. He sent me in the car wash again and it was still no better. I go to a car wash at home called Ollie’s and it does all this for you. No problem. And it is $7.00 cheaper. BAD CAR WASH. DONT GO.

We got in on their winter special, I think they offer it all of December this year, that lasts till the end of March. The quality of the wash seems on par with any other car wash I've used. The employees on the west side Evansville all are helpful and cheerful. I like the flow better than other car wash locations because it does not force me to make tight turns in my long vehicle.

They did an AMAZING job on my Jeep! I had a coke explode in my car over two years ago and it stained my headliner pretty bad. We couldn’t get it out for anything. GT was able to get it out and now my car is spotless. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I had my car detailed and ceramic coated by GT Detail. The whole service was fantastic. The GT guys send me status updates throughout the whole process and just overall were a pleasure to deal with. If you haven't tried a ceramic coating on your car you have to try it. It makes water just fly away from your car. Truly a spectacle to see and the guys at GT detail can set you up with it. Always awesome to find a local business with reasonable prices and amazing quality of work!

I paid 30$ for a car wash and the front of my car still came out dirty… the part a worker sprays first before you even enter the car wash. I wouldn’t come back for a 5$ wash and that’s not even considering the rude workers. And their vacuums cost money when cheaper places have free ones. I will with 100% certainty never return or recommend

Car still had soap on it around the headlights when finished. Dryers didnt blow the water out from the mirrors causing water streaks. Hatch had water streaks from top to bottom. Ultimate wash.

Scratched my Lexus up (which seems to be a common problem judging by other reviews). I could feel my back tire moving up and down on the railing during the wash which is why checked. Tore up the mud flap on that side. Employee took a report and photos and told me manager would call. Took them 2 months to call me back after I left several messages and they are denying anything happened. If you have a nice car, please do not go here.

Last week I went for a car wash and saw that the car wash ripped off my license plate holder and caused damage to my vehicle. I went back and filed a claim with an employee and just heard back that they are not taking responsibility for damaging my vehicle. I just bought this vehicle less than 5 months ago it’s a 2021. The only way it broke was thru the car wash where it was found. Very upsetting, would not recommend unless you want to take a risk of damaging your vehicle
