Connor did an amazing job detailing our car at our house for a very reasonable price. He removed ground in stains from the seats and carpets that I had worked on for hours and couldn’t even lighten them. He worked for nearly 3 1/2 hours just on the interior of our car, and he was very professional and arrived on time working around my schedule. I highly recommend Grade A Detailing and will definitely call them again to detail the interior and exterior of our cars.

I have used VInnies twice. The first time was a 4/5 I was very pleased. The van I bought for our business was so bad and smelled. They did a great job. Missed some spots but overall I was pleased especially because it was much improved. Today my experience wasn’t as good. The van dropped off was a 2012 sienna. I drive 45 minutes one way to come to this business. They said my van was done yesterday but I came this morning to get it. I paid. Then went out to inspect it- I was sorely disappointed…. All back cup holders were still dirty and back storage compartments- The pockets in the sliding doors still had trash and dirt. Front door pocket still dirty. When I went back in the man assured me they would make it right. So I reluctantly left the van drove 45 min one way back north because I had a meeting. When I came back this afternoon…. Again I was so disappointed. Still the pockets in the van doors were dirty. This time I insisted the man at the desk come look at this. All vans have this slot in the door for storage! He assured me he would give me a discount on our next detail…. We have a fleet of 8 vehicles but I’m not sure there will be a next time. 255$ later and three tries to still overlook something so simple…. “It’s all in the details” today that was not true for me. If you choose to come here just be sure to inspect your vehicle closely before you leave. Not sure I’ll try again.

We had used Vinnies in the past and they were great. Today proved otherwise for us. We showed up at 8 for our appointment the man greeted us and acted as though we did not have an appointment. He didn't give us an estimate after seeing the truck or a time line of how long it would take. He called us a little before 1 and we made sure to be on our way before they closed at 2, when he called us again and he said he has to leave to go to his daughter's party, and wanted us to pay over the phone (without even seeing our truck) we did not do so, but it was rude to call and rush us when we would get there within business hours. Upon seeing the truck he was attempting to rub off one of the many spots where the wax was obviously not done right on the truck. It was clear he rushed on this job, charged extra for dog hair removal yet I could still see various spots of dog hair. The mats weren't properly cleaned, the backseat underneath had plenty of dog hair and dirt where he never cleaned and the back of the console was obviously not even touched. Very disappointing for $350.

Not happy at all charged 300.00 for a buff and wax and inferior,they waxed over the bugs witch was 175 dollars and told them to go ahead and do the interior charged 125 for a vacuum and wipe down they didn't attempt to get the stains off the passenger seat. I guess these high reviews came from his buddies highly priced for crappie work. Work was done on a 2016 challenger would not recommend this place to anyone

My car was in very dirty condition and when I saw after detailing I was surprised. He almost made it look brand new. I'm a drywall guy and have 2 golden retrievers so when I say they did a great job I mea a great job. Can't tell I ever drove the vehicle to work for over a year or even own a dog much less 2 golden retrievers. Took my daughter’s car to Ms Dee’s & when I say they did a wonderful job. It was water trapped in her trunk from when it got fixed some months back. Mold started growing from the trunk & into her back seats, they removed all the water, cleaned the trunk & inside so good it wasn’t a trace of mold. Did a wonderful job detailing it inside & out, the price was reasonable also, thank you so much😊

The interior was not completed. Console not even touched. Wanted cash. Didn't fix the scratches on exterior. Left white residue on dash and seats. Exterior still has lots of noticeable spots. If the scratches were too deep then maybe don't make them worse. And you absolutely cashed my check so no services were free.

They did an AMAZING job on my Jeep! I had a coke explode in my car over two years ago and it stained my headliner pretty bad. We couldn’t get it out for anything. GT was able to get it out and now my car is spotless. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I had my car detailed and ceramic coated by GT Detail. The whole service was fantastic. The GT guys send me status updates throughout the whole process and just overall were a pleasure to deal with. If you haven't tried a ceramic coating on your car you have to try it. It makes water just fly away from your car. Truly a spectacle to see and the guys at GT detail can set you up with it. I have had a monthly plan at Finishline West for several years. The employees are always friendly and helpful in my car comes out looking shiny and beautiful. I’ve never had any problems. Recently, I wanted to just get the undercarriage cleaned after all of the snow and chemicals that have been on the streets and asked how I would upgrade without being charged again for the month. The manager told me how I could upgrade by making a phone call or he said if I just wanted it done without upgrading, just to let them know when I wanted to do that and they would do it for free. It was an opportunity for them to get me to give them more money, but they didn’t do that. So I had him do it then. They have plenty of vacuuming stalls and they always have a nice supply of rags and bottles of spray cleaners. Even when the weather has turned and they’re busy, I never have to wait long. I am so happy to have this location so close to home. I feel like the monthly prices are very reasonable for how often you can wash your car and how convenient it is to not have to do it yourself.

someone uses this phone number to scam call. i tried to inform the owner but they just hang up on me too. so idk what to believe. i hope they change their number. the calls i am getting from this number are trying to decieve me into revealing my home address. so it seems a serious thing. the owner seems to be aware of the problem (?) but again, just hangs up on me like I'm the problem, which is very suspicious at worst and unprofessional at best

I always come here. It's always a bit fun driving through this car wash and then using the provided rags to polish your own car. I'm knocking off a star because the crew is a bit inconsistent in spraying your car prior to the wash. Especially this is a problem if your car brakes tend to leave a dust residue all over your rims. Otherwise highly recommended. UPDATE: since I wrote the original review several months ago, I've seen efforts being made to improve the issues raised above. I don't demand perfection, but I certainly do appreciate continuous improvement, and the friendly service. Upgrading to 5 stars.

Travis went above and beyond to provide great service! My dog did a real “number” in my back seat. There were a couple of spots that were being stubborn and weren’t completely gone after the upholstery had dried. I sent pictures to Travis and he got them taken care of the next day. He also provided a ride back to my house and then came back to pick me up when my car was done. Top notch service!

This used to be my favorite car wash/vacuum station in the city. The vacuums are free and the car wash is reasonably priced. However, if you use a Mastercard on the kiosk where you select which car wash option you'd like, the kiosk freezes. Now you get to hold up the line until one of the attendants gets a chance to come fix the machine. That is a huge inconvenience, not to mention you look incompetent holding up the line. This has happened two times in a row now. I would recommend going to the east side of town and using a car wash over there. Pros: -Reasonable price -Free vacuuming -Friendly staff Cons: - Poor equipment - Bad signage indications - The wash itself always bends my mirrors

Great car wash! An employee greets you at the pay station and does the transaction for you. Answers any questions you may have. Another employee thoroughly sprayed the grill and tires prior to the wash. The car was clean with NO soap residue like some car washes. They have the absolute best vacuums!! So powerful! I wish they had mat washers. But all in all, this is the best car wash locally. I wish there were some in Newburgh or east side of Evansville.
