Got my car tinted a few days ago and was very pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. I was looking to get my front two windows and my windshield tinted. I submitted a little form to get a quote and soon after, Randy called me to inform me of a couple of options and to tell me about pricing. I scheduled an appointment to come in and one thing that was relieving is that Randy at no point tried to hard sell me or tried to hit me with the, "are you sure?". After paying, I received a free ride back to my apartment, got a call when it was ready, and was helped by someone else who was also incredibly helpful and friendly. The tint job was exactly what I asked, I was given a small set of instructions to follow to not mess up the job, and I'm very happy with the results. I'll absolutely be coming back for any interior/exterior work.

We discovered moisture had gotten into our Honda Odyssey minivan third row seats which were down. The tailgate must have not been closed all the way. When we lifted the seat there was surprising mold. The contacted Ziebart and spoke with John. It was very encouraging and informative. My son dropped the car off they did a timely awesome job. Great service and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I just didn’t use it enough for my vehicle to continue the car wash service. I wish I would’ve read the paperwork better before stopping the service, see you need to be careful that you cancel several days before your renewal date or the company automatically takes payment. And there are no refunds even though I only used service 2 times in a month. So I lost 49.99 for another month but since I cancelled I had no services for the $49.99 VIP service. Oh well live and learn. Not bashing the company, just saying read the contract!!

You don't have the Fort Wayne locations yet on your review but yet today I was at the Jefferson location in Fort Wayne Indiana. I signed up for the premiere car wash for $37 a month and I did the oil change for $99 that was discounted $20 because I signed up for the premiere. The oil change people, Juan and his crew, were wonderful and they were so professional as they checked everything on my Toyota Prius that they possibly could and they replaced the cabin filter and also let me know that they could do a transmission and differential treatment at my next oil change. Professionalism was way more than expected, I think I could have eaten off of the floor as it was so clean everywhere! I look forward to utilizing the interior cleaning options as they become available. Great job!!

I decided my car needed a little love before we head into winter in Michiana. I saw Rocking Rays recommended on Next Door App and decided to try his service. We have a white golden retriever that rides in our black carpet interior car and not a hair was found when I got back in to drive away. I was amazed. Jamie and Malik gave me an outstanding service today. I felt a Lil out of place but after talking w them they made me feel right at home. Jamie even went out her way just to double check and make sure I had everything needed and even helped me figure out how to get the most for my money. I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service as well as the facility. The building is plenty big giving you more than enough room without been crowded. And the atmosphere is definitely welcoming. Come check them out! Definitely recommend them. I feel like I got my moneys worth and some thanks to the friendly employees.

I'm a VIP member. I don't think the platinum status is worth it UNLESS you live or drive near one of two places that has the indoor detailing areas. The wax finish isn't worth the extra 30 dollars a month. There is at least one place that doesn't have vacuums. Each location may or may not have amenities that the other has. They're very inconsistent. The wait is very minimal, if ever. They're very efficient at what they do. The 30 dollar VIP membership is absolutely worth it! A wash a day!? That's a great deal! The washes don't always get ALL the hard dirt or old snow, but it gets most of it. And it will get everyday dirt and dust. The dryers work well. But I always hand dry at the end. We enjoy our membership and the staff is always friendly!

Super friendly owner and staff. Plus a phenomenal job. My headlights orginally had some tint done by a previous owner and smudges due to accidentally spraying lubricant on one and attempting to DIY the other. They fixed it up insanely quickly and for an affordable price they look brand new! I'll definitely be back for further detailing.

After getting 2 vehicles fully tinted through Dave he then charged me $1700 for a ceramic coating and install of window visors that I already had. They “patched” aka a glob of paint on my rear bumper that I didn’t even see before them touching my car. When it rains I can see spots they completely missed when applying the coating to my car. I would have been better off getting the $600 coating from a different place that way I didn’t have such high expectations for a $1700 coating. My main goal from this review is that they understand that a high expectation is set when paying a premium price for something. Would I take my car back probably not. Dave is a great dude just wish this would have been addressed better.

Got my car detailed for the first time since 2020. Cleaned up LLC restored the leather seats with gentle care, carpet flooring by removing dirt/buildup, and removed all the crumbs lingering in the nooks & crannies of my vehicle. My car looks and smells amazing. Decided to take a chance on a barber in the front & he did such an amazing job on my son’s hair. My son was comfortable & entertained. Overall business was so very clean and reasonably priced. The men who work here are kind, respectful & personable.

Unfortunately my car was not as I expected, the doors were dirty, there was no complete detail, it was not completely vacuumed, the engine trunk was too dirty, the back only vacuumed a little, in short too many details and I paid extra to make it look better. I was disappointed

Colin and his crew do an amazing job, from scheduling to pick up they communicate extremely well, and they did an tremendous job bringing my Fiat Spiders paint job back to a better than new appearance. I had light hail damage on the hood and trunk lid, and a lot of etched water spots and bird poop stains, and they got it looking brand new again. I'm an extremely fussy car owner and this was the best detail job I've seen. Highly recommend if you really care for your car. Super passionate Car Guys! You can't go wrong!

This is my favourite car wash in the area. Mayito and his staff take their sweet time with each car, my interior and exterior cleaning took over 20 minutes and was only $20. I highly recommend coming here over the automatic car washes in the area for a more thorough yet cheaper cleaning!

Images are before and after their work with replacing my Miata’s fender. Considering this was my first experience with something like this and how some people warned the paint may not match when work like this is done, my expectations were set low on the results. But these guys literally broke well past those expectations and provided results that absolutely floored me. And this was done at a very affordable price too! I 100% recommend this place for any and all of your body work needs!

I went to menards one day and someone put a nice dent and scratch on my back fender then a couple of days later someone pulled out in front of me so I put the trans am in the ditch to avoid getting hit. I decided there was a black cloud over the car and since the saying is the 3rd time is the charm I was going to put the car up until next spring. The car sat for 2 months and I just really wanted to take it for a drive. So I went to meijer to get groceries and pool chlorine. I put the back seat down to load all my items in. The drive was great so i thought the black cloud was gone. I really didnt drive it again for about a month. I went to get in the car and I could smell bleach really bad. I TOTALLY forgot to unload the pool chlorine. The weather had been so hot and muggy during that time, at some point the bottles cracked and started to leak. I started to sweep the carpet to try and start cleaning it up but the vaccum was ripping the carpet. I put my hand down the seat and I could feel the liquid. I decided to tell my husband I thought I needed a professional person to clean it. Whelp the 3rd time was the charm. Forgetting the chlorine I really screwed up my car. I was so upset and mad at myself. I am so thankful Ray asked 1 stop to work on my car. The car is 100% back to normal. New back seat and carpet, the chlorine smell is completely gone and the scratch and dent fixed. The car looks brand new again. I would recommend 1stop all day long. I am beyond greatful to the guys who made my car beautiful again. You would never guess the back seat was covered in chlorine.

This is hands down the nastiest car wash I've ever been to. Whoever Tom is should be absolutely ashamed to have his name attached to this atrocity. I spent like $10 and all it did was make my truck wet and smelly. Seriously, it smells like they're pumping that water straight out of the sewer. I had to change my clothes after getting home because my wife could smell it on me. NONE of the soaps worked, the "spot free rinse" was just more sewer water, and the foam brush was lying in a pile of debris on the ground. There wasn't even a place in the bay for the brush to hang up properly! I will NEVER come here again. You couldn't pay me to wash my truck here. I would rather go miles out of my way and cross state lines to a car wash that isn't complete trash. I just really can't express how completely terrible this experience was.

I'm real-life Eeyore, so after my car was detailed I expected to find SOMETHING to complain about.... I got nothing. Josh, aka the human magic eraser, not only was extremely kind, that man didn't leave a spot untouched inside my car. I didn't realize how disgusting it was until I climbed in and couldn't believe how immaculate he got it. I had toddler urine (just being real, we've all been there) on my backseat, mascara smudges on my ceiling, along with camping trip debris, sand, etc.... all gone. The car smells fantastic and it looks 100 times better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. The best part was, he came to me, took my car, and brought it back... Seriously, if you're wondering what sort of gift to buy for someone, you may want to get them a detail. I am SO glad I had this done!

I had bought a book of Coupons (which were not cheap). I had four left in my book. When I pulled in, the guy working there said, "We don't accept those anymore, we bought out the previous owners." Meanwhile they are still called, "Parkwood Auto Spa" and there's no expiration on the coupons I bought. Additionally nobody notified me of this change or that there was a deadline to use them. So evidently I'm just out the money.

This used to be my favorite self-serve car wash. I do not know what happened, its like they don't give a damn about upkeep anymore. None of the vacuums have hoses, but the doesn't matter because ALL of the vacuums are out of order!

The employees were kind, but the wash was so terrible 😂 I went through it the first time and the front end of my car was still dirty, so I told them and they sent me back through and it didnt really do anything else. The tire shine I assume? Seems to just fling all over the car and leave spots. I paid $22 for a barely clean car.

Evan was awesome, we had some hardened stuff on the hood and windows from parking on a tree and he pressure washed the car for a few minutes before running it through the wash. A++ service. $80 a month is still wild though

I moved here from Vegas and was worried I wouldn’t find a legit tint shop, modern plotter for crisp cuts, and high end work. Hunter, the new owner and his team are super professional and do quality work. Those other bad reviews are all trash…they offer lifetime warrantees and are willing to replace anything you are not happy with. My 2025 Tesla Model Y looks great, thanks men!!! I give this place my highest recommendation. They matched my drivers side windows to the stock back windows and put on a windshield strip with their best film for under $250.

I was outside drying off my car. A lady came out from inside with no coat on to tell me I could dry off my car inside the garage. . It was extremely cold out and she was nice of enough to come out and offer it to me to try. She helped with mat wash and showed me where everything was . I was so impressed I signed up for it immediately. I think her name was Tracy or Teresa . She works at the Niles location. What a great employee you have working for you ! Very impressed!! Very poor job. Dirt wasn't completely washed off and there was wax not buffed off, even after I explicitly directed them to double check when they were done, as I explained another family member had wax left on their vehicle when they detailed it a month earlier. Do not recommend.

THEY MESSED UP MY CAR! > Bought the 13$ wash with rim wash, It did a TERRIBLE job left all sorts of residue and blatent bugs still on my car. I tried to ask for a bucket of water and soap cuz I could just touch it up and they have nothing. The machine Cracked my Tail piece for my Car. The rims look like someone who can’t see did them. This place is not worth your money and they don’t cover damage for cars over 5 years old? Way to Destroy my brand new car with 1 wash. Legit a wash place doesn’t have soap and a bucket what is this?

The heater at the end has been broke for over a month and still not repaired also one of the spinners is broke about half way down on passenger side idk if it's been reported but here you go. UPDATE 1/11/25 has been 3 weeks since my review with no response and still hasn't fixed the heater idk what the deal is it makes a difference on how well it dries been like that for many months now not sure what the problem is with getting it repaired but I wish they would get on it already.
