I called Dorian on a whim to find out pricing on getting my new to me car detailed. We got my mother in laws car she's a lifelong smoker, and it was an absolute mess. He asked that I drop it off that day! He has been amazing to work with. So extremely kind, texted to work out all the details, even worked extra hours to get the car done. Recently had them install the remote start for me instead of paying Toyota an $80 fee every year for remote start access. The process was great! They were very responsive and had my appointment scheduled in seconds. They answered all my questions and my wife and I love the remote start.

Ordered a Ranch truck cap through this Ziebart location with a cross arm rack installed on the top. Poor quality control on ranch and ziebart end. Scuff mark's where every screw was done for the rack. 3 months and multiple phone calls and stops at their shop and they have still not done anything to fix the problem. Not even a paint pen to fix where they scratched the black off with the chuck. Had plans for a lot more work through these guys but will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others to do the same. Poor customer service.

I'm a VIP member. I don't think the platinum status is worth it UNLESS you live or drive near one of two places that has the indoor detailing areas. The wax finish isn't worth the extra 30 dollars a month. There is at least one place that doesn't have vacuums. Each location may or may not have amenities that the other has. They're very inconsistent. The wait is very minimal, if ever. They're very efficient at what they do. The 30 dollar VIP membership is absolutely worth it! A wash a day!? That's a great deal! The washes don't always get ALL the hard dirt or old snow, but it gets most of it. And it will get everyday dirt and dust. The dryers work well. But I always hand dry at the end. We enjoy our membership and the staff is always friendly!

I decided my car needed a little love before we head into winter in Michiana. I saw Rocking Rays recommended on Next Door App and decided to try his service. We have a white golden retriever that rides in our black carpet interior car and not a hair was found when I got back in to drive away. I was amazed. Ray is the bomb. My wife and I have both used his services on our cars. His full service detailing left our cars looking brand new. He is also cheaper than his competitors. Hopefully we can keep our cars clean, but if not, we will be returning to Ray’s.

Super grateful for the free vacuum!!!! All four of my kids car seats were out of the car, and it was my opportunity, they didn't make me pay for the vacuum, Even though I did not buy a car wash. I probably vacuumed for 30 minutes, and the lady turning on my vacuum. Probably thought I was never going to leave! Feeling very satisfied with a cleaner car. The vacuum was most powerful when I started, and I was the only person there, as other people started to use the vacuum, the suction did get a little weaker, but still definitely stronger and more convenient than my two options that I have at home! I should have taken it before and after picture....

Mind blowing first time experience using the vip platinum membership perk. This was a spa for your vehicle! They have towels available to dry your vehicle, air hose to clean all the cracks and crevices, a floor mat cleaner that is worth the membership itself! My kid and I were able to bond and work together by separating the task on both sides of the vehicle. This was an absolute treasure that every vehicle owner should find themselves using at least 1 month of their life.

Got my car detailed for the first time since 2020. Cleaned up LLC restored the leather seats with gentle care, carpet flooring by removing dirt/buildup, and removed all the crumbs lingering in the nooks & crannies of my vehicle. My car looks and smells amazing. Decided to take a chance on a barber in the front & he did such an amazing job on my son’s hair. My son was comfortable & entertained. Overall business was so very clean and reasonably priced. The men who work here are kind, respectful & personable.

Colin and his crew do an amazing job, from scheduling to pick up they communicate extremely well, and they did an tremendous job bringing my Fiat Spiders paint job back to a better than new appearance. I had light hail damage on the hood and trunk lid, and a lot of etched water spots and bird poop stains, and they got it looking brand new again. I'm real-life Eeyore, so after my car was detailed I expected to find SOMETHING to complain about.... I got nothing. Josh, aka the human magic eraser, not only was extremely kind, that man didn't leave a spot untouched inside my car. I didn't realize how disgusting it was until I climbed in and couldn't believe how immaculate he got it. I had toddler urine (just being real, we've all been there) on my backseat, mascara smudges on my ceiling, along with camping trip debris, sand, etc.... all gone. The car smells fantastic and it looks 100 times better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. The best part was, he came to me, took my car, and brought it back... Seriously, if you're wondering what sort of gift to buy for someone, you may want to get them a detail. I am SO glad I had this done!

Angel has AMAZING customer service!! So warm and genuine when cars approach. He isn’t pushy but very helpful. I signed up for a promotion for the platinum car wash. That’s originally $50. Thry had it on sale for 25 which was amazing right from the beginning and then when I went inside to use the facilities to clean the interior of my car, the employees were very friendly very helpful. It was a great fun environment And they made sure everything I needed. I had thank you driving and shine.

Super friendly owner and staff. Plus a phenomenal job. My headlights orginally had some tint done by a previous owner and smudges due to accidentally spraying lubricant on one and attempting to DIY the other. They fixed it up insanely quickly and for an affordable price they look brand new! I'll definitely be back for further detailing.

After getting 2 vehicles fully tinted through Dave he then charged me $1700 for a ceramic coating and install of window visors that I already had. They “patched” aka a glob of paint on my rear bumper that I didn’t even see before them touching my car. When it rains I can see spots they completely missed when applying the coating to my car. I would have been better off getting the $600 coating from a different place that way I didn’t have such high expectations for a $1700 coating. My main goal from this review is that they understand that a high expectation is set when paying a premium price for something. Would I take my car back probably not. Dave is a great dude just wish this would have been addressed better.

I am AMAZED by the work that 1 Stop did!! Tom was so wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and communicated with me through the whole process. My car was unrecognizable when I picked it up. It was beautiful! They also went above and beyond and cleaned the inside for me! I couldn’t believe how quickly they did the job and how wonderful it looked. I went to menards one day and someone put a nice dent and scratch on my back fender then a couple of days later someone pulled out in front of me so I put the trans am in the ditch to avoid getting hit. I decided there was a black cloud over the car and since the saying is the 3rd time is the charm I was going to put the car up until next spring. The car sat for 2 months and I just really wanted to take it for a drive. So I went to meijer to get groceries and pool chlorine. I put the back seat down to load all my items in. The drive was great so i thought the black cloud was gone. I really didnt drive it again for about a month. I went to get in the car and I could smell bleach really bad. I TOTALLY forgot to unload the pool chlorine. The weather had been so hot and muggy during that time, at some point the bottles cracked and started to leak. I started to sweep the carpet to try and start cleaning it up but the vaccum was ripping the carpet. I put my hand down the seat and I could feel the liquid. I decided to tell my husband I thought I needed a professional person to clean it. Whelp the 3rd time was the charm. Forgetting the chlorine I really screwed up my car. I was so upset and mad at myself. I am so thankful Ray asked 1 stop to work on my car. The car is 100% back to normal. New back seat and carpet, the chlorine smell is completely gone and the scratch and dent fixed. The car looks brand new again. I would recommend 1stop all day long. I am beyond greatful to the guys who made my car beautiful again. You would never guess the back seat was covered in chlorine.

The employees were kind, but the wash was so terrible 😂 I went through it the first time and the front end of my car was still dirty, so I told them and they sent me back through and it didnt really do anything else. The tire shine I assume? Seems to just fling all over the car and leave spots. I paid $22 for a barely clean car.

Very Dissatisfied with the Wash I got today 2/21/25. Paid $16.00 and there was Soap Film on several different areas of my car. It was my 1st and Last time going there. I chose them as they weren't a Chain car wash. Guess that was my BIG MISTAKE. This was at the Ireland Location in South Bend Indiana.

This is my favourite car wash in the area. Mayito and his staff take their sweet time with each car, my interior and exterior cleaning took over 20 minutes and was only $20. I highly recommend coming here over the automatic car washes in the area for a more thorough yet cheaper cleaning!

This used to be my favorite self-serve car wash. I do not know what happened, its like they don't give a damn about upkeep anymore. None of the vacuums have hoses, but the doesn't matter because ALL of the vacuums are out of order!

I’m not someone who easily trusts car dealers or takes the time to write reviews, so when I do, it speaks volumes about the quality of service I received. Auto Import Specialists have been servicing my BMWs for several years, always providing friendly, personable, and reasonable service while effectively resolving my mechanical issues. Most recently, I brought in my aging BMW for service and, on a whim, took interest in a beautiful Porsche Macan on their lot. Mark, whom I believe is the owner, generously offered for me to take the vehicle home for the night. Of course, I fell in love with it. Despite being upside down on my current vehicle, Mark worked with me to ensure I could make the purchase. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and there’s no pressure or hard sell—just genuine, customer-focused service. This has been the most positive experience I’ve ever had with a car purchase, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Very pleased with my service at AIS. My transmission on my ‘99 VW EuroVan was performing poorly. A phone call and I was on the schedule with no delay. They honored my request for shuttle service for drop off and pickup of my vehicle. The repairs to the transmission of my EuroVan was done in a very timely manner. Cost for work was as quoted. The transmission is now like new and I can feel safe with my family in this vehicle one again. Kudos to Mark and all of his employees for a job well done.
