I wish I could leave 6 stars. Danny was my Christmas miracle this year. My son's car was totalled right before Christmas and I searched CT and looked at all kinds of junk cars, then I found Danny. He was so helpful and trustworthy, he wasn't pushy but was very knowledgeable. I bought the car on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning he called and told me it had been detailed and registered so I can come get it. My son is so happy and the car is great.. Have been looking for a great car wash in the area since I moved here. So far, this is the best I've found without putting in 2 hours doing it myself. Before I came here, my car was absolutely filthy. All other auto car washes I've tried just moved the dirt around and the car was still dirty when it came out. Here, I asked for the MVP wash and the attendants put the time in to make the car look sparkling. Very impressed, especially for the price. The few gripes I have is that they could've given a bit more love on the exterior cracks and crevices, as they're still dirty. But again, I wasn't expecting the car to be that clean unless I put in the elbow grease myself. Additionally, it was a bit confusing as a new customer figuring out how their system worked (no directional signage). But I was able to find someone to help explain things to me and he was very nice. Edit: I forgot to mention, if your car has a plastic interior it will cost more for the interior detailing than is listed on the sign. I ended up just opting for the MVP wash instead and was quite pleased, but I wanted to list it as a heads up for others. Overall, I'm very happy with the result here! I will be coming back. Very positive results. My 2 year old Dodge Charger was polished, given the 10 year ceramic coat, front bumper paint protection film, and window film. The car looks better than it did when new. The ceramic makes the paint feel extremely smooth to the touch, more so than any wax that I have ever applied. They even successfully polished out a scrape in the paint, making actual bodywork not needed. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and patiently answered all my questions. My car stays outside all the time, and I drive it all winter, exposing it to salt, sand etc.. I'm confident that this treatment will protect the car from the elements, and extend its useful life.

I got my two front windows tinted here about a year ago and I was satisfied with the service. I ended up going back the other day to have a brow installed on my windshield. I was in and out fairly quickly. I think the installer could tell I wasn’t sure how far down the windshield I wanted the tint to go. He took me into the garage and had me sit in the car and showed me a few different lengths so I could see for myself and make a decision. I thought that was great. Tint matched my windows perfectly by the way.

Bought my car here and the customer service was amazing, Alex and his team Tinted my car, installed PPF and a 9 year ceramic coating as well painted my calibers red, the job came out so clean I couldn’t even tell there was PPF on the paint, the price was very reasonable and they were able to get my car ready for me in 2 days! Cliff said that he needed more time to detail the vehicle on 3/12 so he called on 3/13 saying that it was ready. Overall, I was not happy with the work and I got ripped off because I could’ve spent less money just getting a vacuum which is pretty much all that it looks like he did. The exterior was not touched when we had asked for an exterior wash and interior detail. I will not be coming back again and I wasted my money.

Went to fresh and clean to get my truck washed. After I paid I noticed that something was wrong. I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged 25.99 for the executive wash (correct) plus 2.00 for SUV charge (correct) plus 1.03 for using my card instead of cash (incorrect). The manager stated that my receipt was correct. I asked him where does it said that to use your card is extra and he showed me small laminated card underneath some papers on the desk. I will never go back. I understand that's its only a dollar but it's the freaking principle.

100% recommend GoldenBoy! I don’t usually have the time to write a review, but Andres is worth it. Let me set the stage. I drive a Suburban and have 5 children under the age of 5. They eat a lot of snacks in the car (and I eat most of my meals in there as well). And one kiddo has horrific car sickness. We go out and about daily, go to the beach and pool and attend summer camp, splash in puddles, play in snow - all the things. My kids consistently ride in the car covered in dirt and water and paint. We trek their bikes and our wagon and strollers around. And I only ever have a chance to remove all 5 car seats once in a blue moon. Andres made my Suburban look BETTER than it did when I drove it off the lot! I don’t know how, and am honestly in shock. My car is pristine. We also had him detail my husband’s M5 (his pride and joy); neither my husband nor I realized that his car could look even better than it did upon purchase! Andres was efficient and incredibly reasonably priced. Huge bonus that he can come to the house to do his work. Highly recommend!

Two quick pics here...one interior, one exterior, show what I mean. Owners, if you can make this right on a return trip that would be great. Did a basic wash and it’s still gross inside. Driving straight to another car wash. They say they wipe the dash but I guess that’s it. None of the other levels of service offer more than a dash wipe.

I have to say I never leave reviews this is probably the first time I've done this. I am not interested in negatively impacting a business but I couldn't let this one go. I've gone to Splash Car Wash in Stamford about 2x a month and ever 2 months or so I spend about $80 to get the interior cleaned thoroughly. Let's be honest Splash is probably the most expensive car wash I've ever been too but it is the most convenient. That is perhaps the biggest reason I go, and also they used to do a decent job when I wanted extra and purchase the super interior. On 10/9 I went paid the additional $ in addition to the wash and purchased the super interior which usually goes for $39. Please note the pictures below. For almost $40 they vacuum the carpets, dash/console and blow air. But the super interior does not include actually cleaning the interior. Wow what a surprise. I wish I kept the receipt but I lost it. As far as I'm concerned when you call something a super interior clean and charge $40 you should actually clean the interior!!! I guess I will find a new car wash and save some money in the process.

I read the reviews and gave splash a shot! Even considered a monthly package. Unfortunately, less than pleasant experience here. Paid for an almost $40 wash and left with a half washed car. Outside 5/10 (wasn’t really dirty but had some small bugs and finger prints) Inside 3/10- they didn’t really vacuum and left dirty rubber mats. I know it’s not a detail but if I shook out the mats, they would have been cleaner. Windows- 2/10- not sure how they managed to miss a whole window but they did. I kindly asked the person who checks the receipts if they vacuumed and he said “yes but lightly, let me wipe it down for you”. That’s fine and I appreciate it, but it doesn’t clean what was missed. Back to searching for a better car wash! 8/14 update: I am glad Splash replied here, the email address isn’t valid anymore and the phone number is a call serivce who hardly speaks English.

If I could give AAK Auto Detailing more than 5 stars, I would do so. I booked and paid for the full detailing and am incredibly impressed. I really wish I had taken "before" photos as I was SO frustrated with the pine sap, dog hair, messes from the kiddo and minor scratches. I booked online and Oswaldo reached out to ask if I'd like mobile detailing instead. He and another team member arrived with literally everything they needed - I was fully prepared to show them where to access an electrical outlet and pull out my hose and they needed nothing. Between two recent road trips, two dogs, a kid and using the car for trips to gardening centers and the dump, and everything else, it was pretty messy. I will definitely book AAK again and won't wait so long to do it!

$125 detail at the Shelton location in the car wash. When I got my car back I was told "we did the best we could." I detailed cars for years in Texas and this was nowhere near even a hard detail job. They didn't wipe down my speedometer cluster and my seats were still wet. Look at photos too see how good of a detail job they did. Photos were taken after car was returned to me.

I was trying to surprise my mom with a clean car while she was at work because hers was filthy. Well for $160 (& I gave them a tip ($20) which I wish I never did) it could’ve been a WHOLE LOT BETTER. The people were nice but this is just business nothing personal. I had to call them back to clean the tires, the rear view mirror is still dirty, the inside could be wiped waaaaay better, the doors could’ve been cleaned and wiped as well, still had stains. The positive thing I can say about them is that they cleaned the seats to the best of their ability with all the stains that were there. Then I was told to defog the headlights it’s a different process and I would have to upgrade to the next level with an extra charge for that service. This was my first time using them and I’m sure I won’t use them again. I’ve had better service from the one I use in LA where I live. Also I could understand a word from receptionist and then when I could hear her clearly she kept repeating the same thing over and over as if repeating it would make the situation better. Also the crew came late when I was in a schedule with things to do. Again will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

I found Nelson Detailing from a Google search. His reviews were great so I set up an appointment for the package 1. My car is a 2017 Subaru and it was filthy with crumbs and dust and outdoor grit. I dropped my car off at 10:00 and he was done just after 3. Amazing job! My car looks new again. Nelson did not disappoint. He was so professional and sweet. I am definitely a regular from now on. I waited for months to have this done, and wish I’d done it way sooner. Dee did a great job. The interior looks brand new (amazing given the truck is almost 20 years old and has survived a dog and a recent Thanksgiving gravy spill). And the headlights are about 10x better after the buff. Dee was on time and thorough. And brought everything he needed (didn’t even need water hookup or electricity from me). Already gave his info to my parents to have their cars done. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

First time visiting and will not be my last! My car was in desperate need of a thorough wash after having been driven hundreds of miles through rain, sleet and snow and Espinosa Hand Car Wash did not disappoint. I'm not sure what kind of car wash others paid for, but I paid for the top tier Full Wash (just over $31 with tax) and my car was absolutely beautiful when they were finished with it. I mean, inside and out and everything! I went during a busy time, so it took about an hour from start to finish, but when I say my car was clean, it was sparkling. You more than get your money's worth here. You can get a free wash after nine washes, so make sure to grab a membership card. And please, please, please don't forget to tip the guys who work so hard on your car; they really put in work and do such a better job than other places. I will definitely be back!

I have been going here for a little over a year and have had pleasant experiences until today. The staff is very nice, but generally speaking, they are too rough on cars. If you have a nicer car, I advise you to go elsewhere. After inspecting my car this morning, after they had cleaned it, I noticed a series of deep scratches on the carbon fiber interior of my car. These gouges are irreparable and permanent. I am not sure how they damaged the trim in such an extensive manner, given that it’s OEM carbon fiber. I am very unhappy and will have to pay extensive amounts of money to repair these damages. Again, do not go here if you are a car enthusiast who values the appearance of your vehicles.

Ray did an amazing job making my Jeep look better than when it rolled out of the dealership. I have owned the car for about 7 years, and in that time, we’ve been on countless camping, canoeing, hiking, and various Jeep-worthy outings, so Ray had quite a bit to work with. The only “before” photo we have prior to this work being done is of the general parking area of a recent outing, so you get the idea of how the inside might look. Based on my experience with auto detailing bubbles prices are very competitive & fair! When the gentleman was cleaning my car interior he went above and beyond doing things such as minor shampooing along with doing my trunk for free (cleaning trunks are usually an added fee) so I was very grateful to see him clean my trunk because he saw that I was trying to clean it myself. That speaks a lot on how this business is ran with integrity! My truck hasn’t been cleaned in over a year and they have managed to get all the carpeting to look as if this truck just pulled out of the show room. I definitely will be coming back here as they are very welcoming & friendly.

After picking up this car from the dealer, I noticed an unbelievable amount of swirl marks and scratches from their ceramic coating. I was left in need of a professional who could fix the mess they left me with. I had been looking for someone to detail our vehicle for a while and was happy when I met Steve and knew that Elite Detailing was the place to get it done. Found Diana on Craigslist. Reached out and chatted with her via text. Brought her my 2012 Chevy Colorado which had been stored over the winter. A family of chipmunks made its home in the glovebox and used the cab as their backyard. Needless to say, it was pretty stinky! Diana did an amazing job cleaning the upholstery! When I picked up the truck just yesterday it was shiny and clean and smelled great! The wheels are sparkling! My truck is a little beat up, but she made sure that it was beautiful! They do not do a good job. These were after the redo and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors down. Didnt have a rubber tool for dog hair. (I always tip every worker but not here) Anywhere in Danbury does a better job for half the price and another place near here by Thai in Love restaurant is much better. They spend 30 min for the same price. I don't recommend and will never be coming back. The lady checking me in is not exactly pleasant or helpful either. 🙃

Went to Happy Hand car wash around 1 pm today and was the first in line. Staff throughout the whole process were great. Friendly and smiling at each station. Felt like they were happy was there. Dont waste your money here. I had written a 2 star review but just downgraded it to a 1 star. The more I find they missed & that's after the redo, the more I feel like i should have asked for a refund or spoken to a manager. They used dirty rags on my windows. Didn't wash my sunroof, back hatch or back triangle windows. Had to have them vacuum again and still they ignored so much I have to redo it myself. Like I said this is after the redo because they forgot to wipe down & vacuum SO many things. They don't have a rubber tool for dog hair like everyone else. I moved from Danbury and for less then 1/2 / the price anywhere will do a better job. In Thomaston I believe, next to Thai In Love they charge the same and spend 30 min on your interior. This place spent only 5 min! & then acted like they were doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors!? I'll never go back here I don't recommend this place at all.

I have had countless vehicles tinted in my lifetime and Get In Detail is absolutely phenomenal. Every single aspect of the experience has been top tier. Their communication is fast, they use the best film on the market and have invested the money in equipment to CNC cut the film onsite to fit your car exactly. The owner “Americo” is professional, respectful and incredibly talented. During the install, they took extensive measures to protect the interior of my vehicle and wiped the entire car down after completion. The attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. The film was installed on every window of my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance including the roof using Xpel ceramic film which does an AMAZING job at keeping my interior cool and protected from UV. Juan did the installation flawlessly. There is absolutely no contamination under the film and the gap along the top of the window is so perfectly positioned, the only visible glass is the rounded edge. Perfection.
