He was so helpful and trustworthy, he wasn't pushy but was very knowledgeable. I bought the car on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning he called and told me it had been detailed and registered so I can come get it. My son is so happy and the car is great.. Have been looking for a great car wash in the area since I moved here. So far, this is the best I've found without putting in 2 hours doing it myself. Before I came here, my car was absolutely filthy. All other auto car washes I've tried just moved the dirt around and the car was still dirty when it came out. Here, I asked for the MVP wash and the attendants put the time in to make the car look sparkling. Very impressed, especially for the price. The few gripes I have is that they could've given a bit more love on the exterior cracks and crevices, as they're still dirty. But again, I wasn't expecting the car to be that clean unless I put in the elbow grease myself. Additionally, it was a bit confusing as a new customer figuring out how their system worked (no directional signage). But I was able to find someone to help explain things to me and he was very nice. Edit: I forgot to mention, if your car has a plastic interior it will cost more for the interior detailing than is listed on the sign. I ended up just opting for the MVP wash instead and was quite pleased, but I wanted to list it as a heads up for others. Overall, I'm very happy with the result here! I will be coming back. Very positive results. My 2 year old Dodge Charger was polished, given the 10 year ceramic coat, front bumper paint protection film, and window film. The car looks better than it did when new. The ceramic makes the paint feel extremely smooth to the touch, more so than any wax that I have ever applied. They even successfully polished out a scrape in the paint, making actual bodywork not needed. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and patiently answered all my questions. My car stays outside all the time, and I drive it all winter, exposing it to salt, sand etc.. I'm confident that this treatment will protect the car from the elements, and extend its useful life.

I got my two front windows tinted here about a year ago and I was satisfied with the service. I ended up going back the other day to have a brow installed on my windshield. I was in and out fairly quickly. I think the installer could tell I wasn’t sure how far down the windshield I wanted the tint to go. He took me into the garage and had me sit in the car and showed me a few different lengths so I could see for myself and make a decision. I thought that was great. Tint matched my windows perfectly by the way.

Cliff said that he needed more time to detail the vehicle on 3/12 so he called on 3/13 saying that it was ready. Overall, I was not happy with the work and I got ripped off because I could’ve spent less money just getting a vacuum which is pretty much all that it looks like he did. The exterior was not touched when we had asked for an exterior wash and interior detail. I will not be coming back again and I wasted my money.

Had my 87 classic Corvette brought in for a full detail and paint correction. For a 38 year old convertible, Franklin did an awesome job bringing out the clearcoat and getting the wheels right, all at a fair price!!! He also did a magnificent job in the interior. He was extremely accomodating in holding the car for a few days as the weather was not favorable to drive in and I didnt want to ruin the hard work. BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! Yesterday brought my 2008 Acura TL down for an all around tint. These guys have unreasonable hospitality and take incredible pride in their work. I have an older vehicle that is a little more difficult to work on and by no means the nicest car in the shop. Their team worked rigorously throughout the day ensure all the fits were correct. 2nd time today with my small hatchback and guess what.. STILL NOT DONE RIGHT they always forget the undercarriage wash they always forget the tire shine and always leave with water marks like come on dude the trucks that leave are wayyyy cleaner than my car and I have a small car!! 2nd time this has happend, this time on Feb. 18th. I asked for headlight restoration just to give them another chance but for 45 dollers never again they didn't even restore the headlights and honesty made it worse and on top of all that i put my own tireshine i cleaned my own door jams and wiped the car down wayy better taking off all the watermarks right in front of all of them.. beware.. i will never be comming again!

This place is absolutely ridiculous 💀🤣. I took my car in for a wash, and it came out with a broken part. The staff was no help at all and acted like we were supposed to figure it out on our own. To make things worse, the ‘manager’ Adam was asking me to rate the service before I even had a chance to inspect the car. Then mind you him and his workers covered up the broken piece with GORILLA GLUE… smh.This place is nowhere near a 5-star experience if I could, I’d give it a 0/10. I’ll never come back. On top of that, the employees were rude and even got in my father’s face, acting like they wanted to start something. This is a terrible business with a horrible owner. Don’t come here unless you want your car damaged.

As a long-standing resident of this neighborhood, I have been a previous customer of Classic 3D Car Wash & Auto Detail Center. Given my young children's frequent use of the car for eating and playing, I was grateful for the gift certificate my sister gave me for my birthday. Nevertheless, my children's extracurricular activities have left me with limited time to devote to cleaning my vehicle. The cashier initially estimated a 50-minute wait; however, the actual process took longer due to my car requiring an extensive clean. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that the staff neglected to inform me that certain items needed to be removed to facilitate the cleaning of the third row and trunk. Moreover, the owner's communication was curt, requesting that I relocate my vehicle to accommodate another customer without addressing my concerns. I expressed my disappointment to my sister and was dismayed by the owner's behavior. The high-end extreme package failed to meet my expectations. I have attached photographs, including one of the interior, to support my claims. The owner suggested I return to remove the items; however, my schedule is constrained. I believe the owner owes me an apology, and a complimentary return trip would be appreciated.

I’ve been to this car wash twice and have always felt very satisfied with their work. These guys work hard, fast and are thorough. My car is cleaned in every crevice and smells good for a while. They are polite and professional. Very little to no wait time. Try them out for interior and exterior work. You will get your money’s worth. Don’t forget to tip them either.

Paid for a Gold Wash and car came out with a scratch on the back. Wheels were dirty and inside was filthy. I had to borrow a towel from one of the workers drying to clean the side of my door and dash. Feel ripped off! Update: Pablo the owner reached out and though they can’t confirm the scratch he did offer me two free car washes to make up for the rest of the uncleanliness. He was very professional and offered to show me his equipment to show that it couldn’t have scratched. He also sent me video footage of the wash. Understand that that all he can really do. But do appreciate that he tried to make things right and super professional.

If I could give AAK Auto Detailing more than 5 stars, I would do so. I booked and paid for the full detailing and am incredibly impressed. I really wish I had taken "before" photos as I was SO frustrated with the pine sap, dog hair, messes from the kiddo and minor scratches. I booked online and Oswaldo reached out to ask if I'd like mobile detailing instead. He and another team member arrived with literally everything they needed - I was fully prepared to show them where to access an electrical outlet and pull out my hose and they needed nothing. Between two recent road trips, two dogs, a kid and using the car for trips to gardening centers and the dump, and everything else, it was pretty messy. I will definitely book AAK again and won't wait so long to do it!

$125 detail at the Shelton location in the car wash. When I got my car back I was told "we did the best we could." I detailed cars for years in Texas and this was nowhere near even a hard detail job. They didn't wipe down my speedometer cluster and my seats were still wet. Look at photos too see how good of a detail job they did. Photos were taken after car was returned to me.

I was trying to surprise my mom with a clean car while she was at work because hers was filthy. Well for $160 (& I gave them a tip ($20) which I wish I never did) it could’ve been a WHOLE LOT BETTER. The people were nice but this is just business nothing personal. I had to call them back to clean the tires, the rear view mirror is still dirty, the inside could be wiped waaaaay better, the doors could’ve been cleaned and wiped as well, still had stains. The positive thing I can say about them is that they cleaned the seats to the best of their ability with all the stains that were there. Then I was told to defog the headlights it’s a different process and I would have to upgrade to the next level with an extra charge for that service. This was my first time using them and I’m sure I won’t use them again. I’ve had better service from the one I use in LA where I live. Also I could understand a word from receptionist and then when I could hear her clearly she kept repeating the same thing over and over as if repeating it would make the situation better. Also the crew came late when I was in a schedule with things to do. Again will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

First time visiting and will not be my last! My car was in desperate need of a thorough wash after having been driven hundreds of miles through rain, sleet and snow and Espinosa Hand Car Wash did not disappoint. I'm not sure what kind of car wash others paid for, but I paid for the top tier Full Wash (just over $31 with tax) and my car was absolutely beautiful when they were finished with it. I mean, inside and out and everything! I went during a busy time, so it took about an hour from start to finish, but when I say my car was clean, it was sparkling. You more than get your money's worth here. You can get a free wash after nine washes, so make sure to grab a membership card. And please, please, please don't forget to tip the guys who work so hard on your car; they really put in work and do such a better job than other places. I will definitely be back!

Today I went to wash my car and wife car. I pay a service to wash and shine the car on both car and the employee came to me saying that they was done I told them that I paid to shine both car and they said that they are done. I went to the one at the beginning the one that get the money 💰 and he has nothing to say he just look at me and said nothing. I paid $126 plus tax for a poor service. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Ray did an amazing job making my Jeep look better than when it rolled out of the dealership. I have owned the car for about 7 years, and in that time, we’ve been on countless camping, canoeing, hiking, and various Jeep-worthy outings, so Ray had quite a bit to work with. The only “before” photo we have prior to this work being done is of the general parking area of a recent outing, so you get the idea of how the inside might look. Admittedly, we have never invested on a detailing service until we were recommended to give Ray a call. Ray’s skills and attention to detail made the Jeep feel like a brand new car. Today was my first time investing in detailing services for my car (Itachi) and Ray did not disappoint! My car was pre-owned and had it’s own exterior cosmetic issues in addition to wear & tear (back bumper area, passenger door, rims and interior stains on roof). They did not do a real shampoo on the outside, they only washed it regularly, they did not wash the details, there were many stains on the paint, the front of the car, they did not remove the animal stains, some details and accessories were left dirty, they did not apply the products well, there are stains on the front dashboard, avoid this place at all costs 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤕🤮🤢

Based on my experience with auto detailing bubbles prices are very competitive & fair! When the gentleman was cleaning my car interior he went above and beyond doing things such as minor shampooing along with doing my trunk for free (cleaning trunks are usually an added fee) so I was very grateful to see him clean my trunk because he saw that I was trying to clean it myself. That speaks a lot on how this business is ran with integrity! My truck hasn’t been cleaned in over a year and they have managed to get all the carpeting to look as if this truck just pulled out of the show room. I definitely will be coming back here as they are very welcoming & friendly.

After picking up this car from the dealer, I noticed an unbelievable amount of swirl marks and scratches from their ceramic coating. I was left in need of a professional who could fix the mess they left me with. I was having a car alarm module added and the staff was friendly upon greeting me. They showed me to their very small waiting area equipment with a television. The wait was about what I was told it would be. When my car was done they came to get me and went over the new features on my remote and told me the additional options I could download. I work in the automotive industry and I am extremely aware of how important it is to have attention to detail and deliver a quality product and/or service. I recently had a new Toyota Tundra with Midnight Black Metallic paint ceramic coated and windows tinted. Black metallic is one of those colors in which you can see every minor detail. Mike is a great guy, he can tell if you're into detailing and he'll go into the nitty-gritty details with you (if you like). Great conversationalist. He's even offered me some advice that some detail shops would say is a "trade secret" so I can keep my cars pristine after the fact. I like going to M&M because I know they're taking care of the car and not just "wiping it down". A few years ago I bought a used Lexus and he showed me a pic of the dirty water from cleaning the interior. The dealership insisted it was "detailed". Not until M&M has it, I say! Great small business to support professional service in work in the waterbury area, Anthony is very reasonable and hungry to beat his competition the work came out flawless for the price, got a paint correction and ceramic coating for my Ferrari and was not disappointed. Platinum Car Wash & Oil change is wonderful. The workers are awesome! Super kind and professional. I take my car there to be washed (I have a membership) as well as get my oil changed. It’s very easy to make an appointment for oil changes online. They also send you a text to remind you your car is due, which is very helpful. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable but you hardly spend any time there anyway, because they will have you in-and-out so fast. Highly recommend.

I just purchased this truck used and the paint just didn’t pop when you looked at it. Thanks to Tony the owner Absolutely Mint he did a full paint correction on the truck with a Ceramic Coating on the paint and windshield! Expectations were exceeded above my High Standards. My worst experience at a car wash. I normally don’t write reviews but this one is needed so management could keep an eye on. First the vacuum machine don’t suck, and the washer don’t even clean for the price. I did the most x-stream which supposed to be good and see for your self.. smh

They do not do a good job. These were after the redo and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors down. Didnt have a rubber tool for dog hair. (I always tip every worker but not here) Anywhere in Danbury does a better job for half the price and another place near here by Thai in Love restaurant is much better. They spend 30 min for the same price. I don't recommend and will never be coming back. The lady checking me in is not exactly pleasant or helpful either. 🙃

Went to Happy Hand car wash around 1 pm today and was the first in line. Staff throughout the whole process were great. Friendly and smiling at each station. Felt like they were happy was there. You don’t see that anywhere anymore. Price was comparable at other places for just the outside of car washing. Will definitely go there again.

Found Diana on Craigslist. Reached out and chatted with her via text. Brought her my 2012 Chevy Colorado which had been stored over the winter. A family of chipmunks made its home in the glovebox and used the cab as their backyard. Needless to say, it was pretty stinky! Diana did an amazing job cleaning the upholstery! When I picked up the truck just yesterday it was shiny and clean and smelled great! The wheels are sparkling! My truck is a little beat up, but she made sure that it was beautiful! Dont waste your money here. I had written a 2 star review but just downgraded it to a 1 star. The more I find they missed & that's after the redo, the more I feel like i should have asked for a refund or spoken to a manager. They used dirty rags on my windows. Didn't wash my sunroof, back hatch or back triangle windows. Had to have them vacuum again and still they ignored so much I have to redo it myself. Like I said this is after the redo because they forgot to wipe down & vacuum SO many things. They don't have a rubber tool for dog hair like everyone else. I moved from Danbury and for less then 1/2 / the price anywhere will do a better job. In Thomaston I believe, next to Thai In Love they charge the same and spend 30 min on your interior. This place spent only 5 min! & then acted like they were doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors!? I'll never go back here I don't recommend this place at all.

I went here on January 14th to get all the salt off my car. I was told I could purchase a plan at $9.95 per month for 2 months. What a great deal! Today I received an automatic charge of $21.26. What? It’s only been exactly 1 month. I went there 1/2 hour ago and showed the attendant the ad at $9.95 per month for first 2 months. He kept saying but it’s $19.95 per month. I finally canceled this as I was getting nowhere. While I was there one woman cancelled her cars also. This is NOT the way to do business and keep your customers! I live in town and have always worked well with this company. What happened.

I have had countless vehicles tinted in my lifetime and Get In Detail is absolutely phenomenal. Every single aspect of the experience has been top tier. Their communication is fast, they use the best film on the market and have invested the money in equipment to CNC cut the film onsite to fit your car exactly. The owner “Americo” is professional, respectful and incredibly talented. During the install, they took extensive measures to protect the interior of my vehicle and wiped the entire car down after completion. The attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. The film was installed on every window of my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance including the roof using Xpel ceramic film which does an AMAZING job at keeping my interior cool and protected from UV. Juan did the installation flawlessly. There is absolutely no contamination under the film and the gap along the top of the window is so perfectly positioned, the only visible glass is the rounded edge. Perfection.
