Cliff said that he needed more time to detail the vehicle on 3/12 so he called on 3/13 saying that it was ready. Overall, I was not happy with the work and I got ripped off because I could’ve spent less money just getting a vacuum which is pretty much all that it looks like he did. The exterior was not touched when we had asked for an exterior wash and interior detail. I will not be coming back again and I wasted my money.

I could not have been happier with the service at Castro Oasis! Luis and his team were very friendly, professional, and took wonderful care of me and my vehicle. I wanted to have my vehicle ceramic coated and Luis took the time to carefully go over my vehicle, go over all the best options for me, and make recommendations. There was never any hard sell and I never felt pressured into anything I did not want. They did a wonderful job! I also love the fact that I can go there to have my vehicle washed on a regular basis too. On top of that, their facility is beautiful, modern, and spotless! I highly recommend them for any car care and detailing.

Just got my wheels and calipers ceramic coated at Castro Oasis. They did an awesome job!!! I will definitely be taking my cars there in the future for all the work I need done. As everyone can agree, spending money on something you're not happy with hurts, but spending (investing) money in something that greatly exceeds your expectations is a feeling that is matched by very few things in life. Got the works done at Automobilia on my 2023 Range and couldn't be happier with the result. I haven't been this obsessed and proud of my car, since the first one I owned back in high school. I literally find myself staring at my car at least three times a day lol. Highly recommend getting anything you need done to maintain or elevate your vehicle at Automobilia. The team at Automobilia are true masters of their craft. I took my car in for PPF and window tints and it came out flawless. They provided me with a quote that explained exactly what would be done and gave me multiple options based on what my goal was. They kept me updated throughout the process and even provided me with photos when done. I couldn’t pick the car up until the day after it was completed and they kept it inside and secure until I could get it. I have used Prestige for both of my vehicles (mobile dog grooming van wrapped in matte, and my new m340i) I am super happy with every service my vehicles had received! Prestige does an amazing, thorough job, and their passion shows through their work! Went to fresh and clean to get my truck washed. After I paid I noticed that something was wrong. I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged 25.99 for the executive wash (correct) plus 2.00 for SUV charge (correct) plus 1.03 for using my card instead of cash (incorrect). The manager stated that my receipt was correct. I asked him where does it said that to use your card is extra and he showed me small laminated card underneath some papers on the desk. I will never go back. I understand that's its only a dollar but it's the freaking principle.

Reavan did a fantastic job cleaning our two very old, very dirty cars. The put just as much care and expertise into cleaning our old cars as they would have in a new, exotic model. It's a lot harder to make these old cars glow, but they were up to the challenge. And the team couldn't have been nicer or mor more professional. Highly recommend!

Good car wash. Vacuums work good. Has 3 lines barely use them. Also, it only has front license plate reader, when in CT it's mandatory for you to have back license plates not front. They need to do better with that.

Went the brothers hand wash for years. This time with new wheels on the car. They damaged my wheels with their chemical they use and refused to take accountability for it. The chemical they used on my wheels caused the coating to come off. Owner told me “I’ve been doing this for 15 years, it’s not my fault. I don’t know what to tell you”. Never sending business to them again and will be making sure everyone I know knows what they did to my car. These were brand new wheels from Titan 7. I’ll put a picture of the before so you can see what they did to my wheels. They lied and told me it was oxidation and were dismissive about fixing it.

Had a Tesla model y go through the full wash and they did a great job. It's a full hand wash service with all of the inside taken care of as well (we ashed our plastic mats, vacuumed and wiped all windows). Would recommend.

DO NOT USE ANY SPLASH CAR WASH!!!!! Literally they will rob you BLIND! We had an account with them for a year (a very expensive account btw with how much they charge) and when we wrecked our car we called to cancel it they REFUSED!!! Claimed we had to know exactly which Splash we signed up at to cancel!! ITS A CHAIN!! and we signed up over a YEAR AGO, who’s gonna remember that? Especially since several locations have closed since then!! We couldn’t even figure it out looking at our transaction history. So they KEPT CHARGING US!!! Eventually we were able to get ahold of someone different who said they’d cancel it for us but THEY NEVER ACTUALLY DID!!! They owe us about $150 for how much they were robbing us!!!

Purchase a car from them that they sold and claimed it’s their own vehicle and then 2 weeks later it needs a transmission . They advertised no problems . 1 week after the car had a few issues then two weeks later it’s un drivable

I went to get my car washed a few days ago, and it was a tale of two employees. A young lady was helpful, nice, and professional with processing my payment, and then a young man was angry, disrespectful, and impatient when I tried to drive my car into the car wash. He yelled, didn't give clear directions, and accused me of not "turning my wheel" when that hasn't been an issue the many times I've been to this car wash. I'm cancelling my membership, this was my last visit to this establishment, and you need to retrain your employees on how to interact with customers.
