Cliff said that he needed more time to detail the vehicle on 3/12 so he called on 3/13 saying that it was ready. Overall, I was not happy with the work and I got ripped off because I could’ve spent less money just getting a vacuum which is pretty much all that it looks like he did. The exterior was not touched when we had asked for an exterior wash and interior detail. I will not be coming back again and I wasted my money.

I could not have been happier with the service at Castro Oasis! Luis and his team were very friendly, professional, and took wonderful care of me and my vehicle. I wanted to have my vehicle ceramic coated and Luis took the time to carefully go over my vehicle, go over all the best options for me, and make recommendations. There was never any hard sell and I never felt pressured into anything I did not want. They did a wonderful job! I also love the fact that I can go there to have my vehicle washed on a regular basis too. On top of that, their facility is beautiful, modern, and spotless! I highly recommend them for any car care and detailing. I've since been back to have Castro Oasis add "chrome delete" around the windows of my vehicle. It came out great! Better than I could have ever done. And, I've been back multiple times to use their hand car wash as well. They really do a meticulous job!

Had my 87 classic Corvette brought in for a full detail and paint correction. For a 38 year old convertible, Franklin did an awesome job bringing out the clearcoat and getting the wheels right, all at a fair price!!! He also did a magnificent job in the interior. He was extremely accomodating in holding the car for a few days as the weather was not favorable to drive in and I didnt want to ruin the hard work. I recommend A7S hands down for you car detail needs!!!

BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! Yesterday brought my 2008 Acura TL down for an all around tint. These guys have unreasonable hospitality and take incredible pride in their work. I have an older vehicle that is a little more difficult to work on and by no means the nicest car in the shop. Their team worked rigorously throughout the day ensure all the fits were correct. I believe they even stayed well past closing to get this done properly for me and I’m truly grateful for that. Can’t recommend them enough

2nd time today with my small hatchback and guess what.. STILL NOT DONE RIGHT they always forget the undercarriage wash they always forget the tire shine and always leave with water marks like come on dude the trucks that leave are wayyyy cleaner than my car and I have a small car!! 2nd time this has happend, this time on Feb. 18th. I asked for headlight restoration just to give them another chance but for 45 dollers never again they didn't even restore the headlights and honesty made it worse and on top of all that i put my own tireshine i cleaned my own door jams and wiped the car down wayy better taking off all the watermarks right in front of all of them.. beware.. i will never be comming again!

I have used Prestige for both of my vehicles (mobile dog grooming van wrapped in matte, and my new m340i) I am super happy with every service my vehicles had received! Prestige does an amazing, thorough job, and their passion shows through their work! i can tell you right now, all the positive reviews for these guys are from their friends and family.. these guys are young and extremely inexperienced.. got my car back with buff marks and residue ALL OVER my trim, door handles and glass moldings/weatherstrip. no excuse. they use CHEAP Amazon ceramic coatings and products.. extremely unprofessional - felt like a bunch of guys just hanging out with their friends, half-assing your car. i will NEVER GO BACK, NOR RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

These guys did an amazing job detailing and applying ceramic coating to my Harley. I don’t trust anyone with my bike and I wasn’t let down by PJ and the rest of the staff at RPM. Reavan did a fantastic job cleaning our two very old, very dirty cars. The put just as much care and expertise into cleaning our old cars as they would have in a new, exotic model. Went to fresh and clean to get my truck washed. After I paid I noticed that something was wrong. I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged 25.99 for the executive wash (correct) plus 2.00 for SUV charge (correct) plus 1.03 for using my card instead of cash (incorrect). The manager stated that my receipt was correct. I asked him where does it said that to use your card is extra and he showed me small laminated card underneath some papers on the desk. I will never go back. I understand that's its only a dollar but it's the freaking principle.

I brought my car in for detailing by Hunter. As a mom to a 19 month old (who snacks in the car) as well as two dogs (that shed) you can imagine the inside of my Jeep had seen better days Hunter really worked his magic. I can’t believe that all the dog hair came out. It’s amazing !! And my Jeep looked and smelled brand new. It made me love it again!! Went the brothers hand wash for years. This time with new wheels on the car. They damaged my wheels with their chemical they use and refused to take accountability for it. The chemical they used on my wheels caused the coating to come off. Owner told me “I’ve been doing this for 15 years, it’s not my fault. I don’t know what to tell you”. Never sending business to them again and will be making sure everyone I know knows what they did to my car. These were brand new wheels from Titan 7. I’ll put a picture of the before so you can see what they did to my wheels. They lied and told me it was oxidation and were dismissive about fixing it.

Had a Tesla model y go through the full wash and they did a great job. It's a full hand wash service with all of the inside taken care of as well (we ashed our plastic mats, vacuumed and wiped all windows). Would recommend.

Kendall did a great job on my filthy used car and it's now a pleasure to drive. I was a little apprehensive about selecting a car detailing service so randomly but I'm glad I took a chance on this place. I was charged an extremely reasonable rate for the 4 hours of hard work they put into my car and they even threw in a free car wash. I will definitely be back if I need such a service again. Scam Membership – Stay Away! I went to this car wash in December, just wanting a one-time wash. Instead of charging me for a single service, they signed me up for a monthly membership without my consent. After that, they started charging my credit card $28.70 every month, even though I never went back! When I noticed the charges and tried to contact them, I found out it was impossible to reach them by phone. The only way to stop the charges and try to get my money back was to cancel my card and get a new one through my bank. My bank is now reviewing the case to see if I can get a refund. This is a dishonest and scam-like business practice. I strongly DO NOT recommend using this car wash.
