Considering how cold it was Friday. I had an amazing auto detail completed. He took his time and throughly cleaned my car. It looked like the same car I picked up when I purchased it. I was trying to surprise my mom with a clean car while she was at work because hers was filthy. Well for $160 (& I gave them a tip ($20) which I wish I never did) it could’ve been a WHOLE LOT BETTER. The people were nice but this is just business nothing personal. I had to call them back to clean the tires, the rear view mirror is still dirty, the inside could be wiped waaaaay better, the doors could’ve been cleaned and wiped as well, still had stains. The positive thing I can say about them is that they cleaned the seats to the best of their ability with all the stains that were there. Then I was told to defog the headlights it’s a different process and I would have to upgrade to the next level with an extra charge for that service. This was my first time using them and I’m sure I won’t use them again. I’ve had better service from the one I use in LA where I live. Also I could understand a word from receptionist and then when I could hear her clearly she kept repeating the same thing over and over as if repeating it would make the situation better. Also the crew came late when I was in a schedule with things to do. Again will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

I found Nelson Detailing from a Google search. His reviews were great so I set up an appointment for the package 1. My car is a 2017 Subaru and it was filthy with crumbs and dust and outdoor grit. I dropped my car off at 10:00 and he was done just after 3. Amazing job! My car looks new again. Nelson did not disappoint. He was so professional and sweet. I am definitely a regular from now on. I waited for months to have this done, and wish I’d done it way sooner. Dee did a great job. The interior looks brand new (amazing given the truck is almost 20 years old and has survived a dog and a recent Thanksgiving gravy spill). And the headlights are about 10x better after the buff. Dee was on time and thorough. And brought everything he needed (didn’t even need water hookup or electricity from me). Already gave his info to my parents to have their cars done. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

First time visiting and will not be my last! My car was in desperate need of a thorough wash after having been driven hundreds of miles through rain, sleet and snow and Espinosa Hand Car Wash did not disappoint. I'm not sure what kind of car wash others paid for, but I paid for the top tier Full Wash (just over $31 with tax) and my car was absolutely beautiful when they were finished with it. I mean, inside and out and everything! I went during a busy time, so it took about an hour from start to finish, but when I say my car was clean, it was sparkling. You more than get your money's worth here. You can get a free wash after nine washes, so make sure to grab a membership card. And please, please, please don't forget to tip the guys who work so hard on your car; they really put in work and do such a better job than other places. I will definitely be back!

I have been going here for a little over a year and have had pleasant experiences until today. The staff is very nice, but generally speaking, they are too rough on cars. If you have a nicer car, I advise you to go elsewhere. After inspecting my car this morning, after they had cleaned it, I noticed a series of deep scratches on the carbon fiber interior of my car. These gouges are irreparable and permanent. I am not sure how they damaged the trim in such an extensive manner, given that it’s OEM carbon fiber. I am very unhappy and will have to pay extensive amounts of money to repair these damages. Again, do not go here if you are a car enthusiast who values the appearance of your vehicles.

Ray did an amazing job making my Jeep look better than when it rolled out of the dealership. I have owned the car for about 7 years, and in that time, we’ve been on countless camping, canoeing, hiking, and various Jeep-worthy outings, so Ray had quite a bit to work with. The only “before” photo we have prior to this work being done is of the general parking area of a recent outing, so you get the idea of how the inside might look. Admittedly, we have never invested on a detailing service until we were recommended to give Ray a call. Ray’s skills and attention to detail made the Jeep feel like a brand new car. I was having a car alarm module added and the staff was friendly upon greeting me. They showed me to their very small waiting area equipment with a television. The wait was about what I was told it would be. When my car was done they came to get me and went over the new features on my remote and told me the additional options I could download. Based on my experience with auto detailing bubbles prices are very competitive & fair! When the gentleman was cleaning my car interior he went above and beyond doing things such as minor shampooing along with doing my trunk for free (cleaning trunks are usually an added fee) so I was very grateful to see him clean my trunk because he saw that I was trying to clean it myself. That speaks a lot on how this business is ran with integrity! My truck hasn’t been cleaned in over a year and they have managed to get all the carpeting to look as if this truck just pulled out of the show room. I definitely will be coming back here as they are very welcoming & friendly.

They did not do a real shampoo on the outside, they only washed it regularly, they did not wash the details, there were many stains on the paint, the front of the car, they did not remove the animal stains, some details and accessories were left dirty, they did not apply the products well, there are stains on the front dashboard, avoid this place at all costs 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤕🤮🤢

I want to thank Steve for doing a fantastic job with my 2023 genesis G70. After picking up this car from the dealer, I noticed an unbelievable amount of swirl marks and scratches from their ceramic coating. I was left in need of a professional who could fix the mess they left me with. As soon as I met Steve and saw his work, I knew I was dealing with someone with a vast knowledge of cars and detailing who puts quality first and enjoys getting to know his customers! I went with a 5 year ceramic coating and full detail which even included the engine bay. Elite auto detailing always kept me up to date on the status of my car and I never felt worried. I just want to thank Steve and the Elite Detailing staff for doing such an awesome job on our 2020 Toyota Highlander. I had been looking for someone to detail our vehicle for a while and was happy when I met Steve and knew that Elite Detailing was the place to get it done. The vehicle had scratches and swirl marks all over due to it being washed in automatic car washes over the years. I am happy to report that the vehicle looks fabulous now, looks better than new. We did the full detail with 5year ceramic coating. All details come with an interior detail and even an engine bay detail. The ceramic coating really makes the paint really glossy and makes the color pop. Thanks Steve for taking the time to do an excellent job. I may edit this later, if they follow through on a free re-do. I paid for an interior detail, and all that was done was cleaning of the floors, a quick vacuum, and possibly a wipe down? These was still stuff between the seats and dust in the vents, cubbies, over the steering wheel, fi ger prints on windows, etc. Horrible. They said I can return, so I will edit this if it is better. Not sure how well the pictures show anything.

After a $275 exterior only detail job, I’m not 100% happy. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed a few areas of concern that I pointed out to Fred. I understand my car was in bad condition when I dropped it off, but that should not be an excuse for lack of attention to detail. When I got home I noticed even more areas that were not cleaned properly. Like cloudy black rims and dirt/residue on my camera lens. They lost any future business from me. Very disappointed.

I recently had a new Toyota Tundra with Midnight Black Metallic paint ceramic coated and windows tinted. Black metallic is one of those colors in which you can see every minor detail. Great job, more than a detailing, it was a three day power cleaning. My truck hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years. I have two Aussies, dog hair everywhere, compartments filthy, spills, even with mats and seat covers. A total mess. The time spent was fair yo the price. This used to be my first choice until last 3-5 visits. Terrible. The experience seems to be that of two different locations. The entry staff at the vacuums are completely different from the end, detail, wiping crew. The drying/wiping crew couldn’t care less what the lasting impression is. Half of the vehicle not dried that I have to point it out when it’s clearly obvious, but it’s like they wait to see if you’ll say something. Pay for VIP service but get that of the lowest level. Might as well do it myself. Tires shine and wheel cleaner guy needs to go. He just doesn’t care at all, and gets an attitude when you point out these obvious misses. How do you clean a wheel by lightly passing a cloth on the 5 lug nuts. Windows stained but cleaning windows included in VIP service. Was my last time spending my hard earned money at this place. Someone should be monitoring these guys performance to ensure they’re delivering what the customers paid for.

Paid for VIP wash. Passenger side of vehicle NOT vacuumed. I asked for some of my money back not even a full return and the girl told me to come back tomorrow. I asked why they ciyodnt refund me and she said NO YOU DONT GET MONEY BACK. They don't have to worry about seeing me again. I am extremely happy with the detailing that Shawn did. He kept communication going, since we were unsure of what the weather would be. He is very meticulous, careful and a pleasure to do business with. Pictures cannot do a justice. I will be calling him back for my 6-month detail. I wish I would have taken a picture of my headlights before the restoration, all I can say is Wow!!!! That was well worth the money. I had sap on my roof a bit on the side and the back of my car, but the front hood was covered. He took his time and it looks better than I thought it could. Happy customer!!!!!!!

This place is terrible. I do not recommend coming here for any services. I went to get an oil change; during the oil change they filled up my tires per usual. Once I started driving home I realized my car drifting to the right. Come later on that night my tires popped off the rim while I was driving. Management here is horrible!! Won't refund me or take any responsibility! Employees were also laughing in my face about the issue and lying about who in charge. This company and their workers disgust me!!

After quitting smoking I brought my car in for a detail and when I got it back it looked amazing and I don't know how he did it, but the interior looked brand new and had the new car smell. Would never go back. Had a $250 gift certificate, they seemed less than thrilled to be working on my car. Recommended I just do the interior and go to the automatic wash down the street to avoid their brush tunnel (offered a voucher for this). Said they would clean and dress tires. They called me just and hour and a half later and told me it was ready. Showed up, and they didn’t clean the wheels/tires. Interior looked ok, but they didn’t even wash the rubber mats. I asked if I would have paid $250 for this service, and guy said it would have been $180. He didn’t offer me the difference in a credit, and never gave me the voucher for the free wash. By far the worst car detailing experience I ever received. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.
