I wish I could leave 6 stars. Danny was my Christmas miracle this year. My son's car was totalled right before Christmas and I searched CT and looked at all kinds of junk cars, then I found Danny. He was so helpful and trustworthy, he wasn't pushy but was very knowledgeable. I bought the car on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning he called and told me it had been detailed and registered so I can come get it. My son is so happy and the car is great.. Good wash they vacuumed places others wouldn’t touch. Fast service. Quality service. Thought I lost my credit card they found it for me. Also got rid of a scratch on my headlight that wouldn’t go away. Solid wash for 30 dollars. Had to tip these guys.

Have been looking for a great car wash in the area since I moved here. So far, this is the best I've found without putting in 2 hours doing it myself. Before I came here, my car was absolutely filthy. All other auto car washes I've tried just moved the dirt around and the car was still dirty when it came out. Here, I asked for the MVP wash and the attendants put the time in to make the car look sparkling. Very impressed, especially for the price. The few gripes I have is that they could've given a bit more love on the exterior cracks and crevices, as they're still dirty. But again, I wasn't expecting the car to be that clean unless I put in the elbow grease myself. Additionally, it was a bit confusing as a new customer figuring out how their system worked (no directional signage). But I was able to find someone to help explain things to me and he was very nice. Edit: I forgot to mention, if your car has a plastic interior it will cost more for the interior detailing than is listed on the sign. I ended up just opting for the MVP wash instead and was quite pleased, but I wanted to list it as a heads up for others. Overall, I'm very happy with the result here! I will be coming back. My car got stuck in a flood a couple days ago and when I tell you they out did themselves they really did. && the price was very reasonable and well worth it. I had water all in my car and he suction all the water out and gave the inside a deep clean. && washed buffed my car. If you want great detailing job done I recommend you go to Pro Detailing on Main Street in Bridgeport and you will not be disappointed (I will add before and after pictures)

Very positive results. My 2 year old Dodge Charger was polished, given the 10 year ceramic coat, front bumper paint protection film, and window film. The car looks better than it did when new. The ceramic makes the paint feel extremely smooth to the touch, more so than any wax that I have ever applied. They even successfully polished out a scrape in the paint, making actual bodywork not needed. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and patiently answered all my questions. My car stays outside all the time, and I drive it all winter, exposing it to salt, sand etc.. I'm confident that this treatment will protect the car from the elements, and extend its useful life.

Jack and his team did an excellent job wrapping my entire car in satin PPF with gloss PPF accents at specific trim parts. They then applied a full ceramic coating to the car, wheels and calipers. To say I was pleased with the results would be an understatement. Jack is professional, knowledgeable and extremely customer focused. I got my two front windows tinted here about a year ago and I was satisfied with the service. I ended up going back the other day to have a brow installed on my windshield. I was in and out fairly quickly. I think the installer could tell I wasn’t sure how far down the windshield I wanted the tint to go. He took me into the garage and had me sit in the car and showed me a few different lengths so I could see for myself and make a decision. I thought that was great. Tint matched my windows perfectly by the way.

Bought my car here and the customer service was amazing, Alex and his team Tinted my car, installed PPF and a 9 year ceramic coating as well painted my calibers red, the job came out so clean I couldn’t even tell there was PPF on the paint, the price was very reasonable and they were able to get my car ready for me in 2 days! I brought my outback to The Shop CT to get a lot of work done, it had sat for a couple years and was in rough shape to say the least. Milford splash car wash, The place looks awesome Machines works great Got a clean towel Wash my carpets Staff was very professional and friendly specially Sean the manager 👌 I went to Bridgeport splash car wash and I had a complete different opinion about it. Place looks very poor Machines barely works My car came out full of soap Vacuum always full, not working properly Staff was the worse with costumers and I will never go back there It made me cancel my membership since I live half hour away from Milford! I must say the team over at Detail Masters in Stratford, CT out did themselves with this one! I purchased this truck used from Fairfield Market Place and I knew it was going to be a project to help restore it back to a place where it looked like it came off the lot. I took it to a local detial car place when I got it, but the work they did was no where compared to the work Detail Masters did today! Top to bottom, inside out, every door, door knob, door hedge, carpet, seat, light fixture, you name it, if it was in the truck they were detailing it. I walked in shocked at the work they had put in. I dropped off one truck and got a whole new one. The team was so professional. They walked me through everything before I said let's move forward. They were very knowledgeable, and didn't come across like people just trying to sell me something. Literally need a car wash from my car wash. Done with this location. 2stars because the people are nice. Leaving the car wet is the whole point of paying 80 plus the 20tip NOT to have the car gather grime from the road.. if you’re going to spray the crap all over the inside of the car carelessly then wipe all the gloss up I don’t need to find it all over my rear view mirror / screen inside of the car and little oily dots all over my steering wheel and controls. It’s a 100 car wash as a respectable patron. I’m doing my part you guys are falling way short on yours.. DONE

Our 4 year old car had lost its new car feel. We took it to Ghost Car Care, had it detailed, paint correction to remove scratches and swirls & the chrome moldings wrapped in black vinyl. It looks better than when we picked it up from the dealership!! The owner, Casper, is a very talented young man who’s love for cars definitely shows in his work. No wonder the Carwash in bridgeport at the Atlantis gas station had such a huge line. Literally I asked the guy if in $15 they would clean the wheels and tires. He said, “it’ll just be soap and water, you’ll have to pay $20 for the wheels and tires”. I called to complain and the person who answered told me to come back (who has time to do that). So, he said next time it’ll be on him. I was pretty disappointed!! The actual car wash machine felt a little fast too. The people who dried the car at the end did a good job though.

My car looks like a disaster of mud, crumbs, etc (twin boys) before going in for an all season detail and comes out looking brand new and smells amazing! Took a 2000 4Runner limited to get repainted with my own paint ($2,500 from N.Y), took 4 months, when I got it there were signs that clear coat was reapplied over the old paint, bolts and 2 tips were missing from roof rack, paint have small bubbles that are soft, all 3 paints are starting to peel, when to a car wash and it started to POUR LIKE AN OPEN TAP from the headliner over the trunk area, these are only a few issues, I honestly regret taking my truck there, took a 2018 RAV4 there while my 4Runner was there to get the bumper repainted, got it back with a very different shade of white. In short this guy is the most confidently incompetent, carefree person I have ever taken a car to, that feeling of getting RIPPED OFF IS TERRIBLE, what makes it WORSE is he tried to blame ME for his in ability to do his job professionally.
