Great small business to support professional service in work in the waterbury area, Anthony is very reasonable and hungry to beat his competition the work came out flawless for the price, got a paint correction and ceramic coating for my Ferrari and was not disappointed. I've used many other professional detail shops and the work is on the same level if not better in some areas. Would recommend to others. Paint came out smooth, no compound stuck in crevices, car smells great, paint is hydrophobic from water and holds its shine!

I just purchased this truck used and the paint just didn’t pop when you looked at it. Thanks to Tony the owner Absolutely Mint he did a full paint correction on the truck with a Ceramic Coating on the paint and windshield! Expectations were exceeded above my High Standards. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone! But beware!!!! The owner Tony is so knowledgeable he will have you at his shop for a hour explaining the way he beautified your car!!! Found Diana on Craigslist. Reached out and chatted with her via text. Brought her my 2012 Chevy Colorado which had been stored over the winter. A family of chipmunks made its home in the glovebox and used the cab as their backyard. Needless to say, it was pretty stinky! Diana did an amazing job cleaning the upholstery! When I picked up the truck just yesterday it was shiny and clean and smelled great! The wheels are sparkling! My truck is a little beat up, but she made sure that it was beautiful! Our F250 will go to her next. Highly recommend! Excellent attention to detail. Thanks Diana!

They do not do a good job. These were after the redo and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors down. Didnt have a rubber tool for dog hair. (I always tip every worker but not here) Anywhere in Danbury does a better job for half the price and another place near here by Thai in Love restaurant is much better. They spend 30 min for the same price. I don't recommend and will never be coming back. The lady checking me in is not exactly pleasant or helpful either. 🙃

Went to Happy Hand car wash around 1 pm today and was the first in line. Staff throughout the whole process were great. Friendly and smiling at each station. Felt like they were happy was there. You don’t see that anywhere anymore. Price was comparable at other places for just the outside of car washing. Will definitely go there again.

Dont waste your money here. I had written a 2 star review but just downgraded it to a 1 star. The more I find they missed & that's after the redo, the more I feel like i should have asked for a refund or spoken to a manager. They used dirty rags on my windows. Didn't wash my sunroof, back hatch or back triangle windows. Had to have them vacuum again and still they ignored so much I have to redo it myself. Like I said this is after the redo because they forgot to wipe down & vacuum SO many things. They don't have a rubber tool for dog hair like everyone else. I moved from Danbury and for less then 1/2 / the price anywhere will do a better job. In Thomaston I believe, next to Thai In Love they charge the same and spend 30 min on your interior. This place spent only 5 min! & then acted like they were doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors!? I'll never go back here I don't recommend this place at all.

I have had countless vehicles tinted in my lifetime and Get In Detail is absolutely phenomenal. Every single aspect of the experience has been top tier. Their communication is fast, they use the best film on the market and have invested the money in equipment to CNC cut the film onsite to fit your car exactly. The owner “Americo” is professional, respectful and incredibly talented. During the install, they took extensive measures to protect the interior of my vehicle and wiped the entire car down after completion. The attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. The film was installed on every window of my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance including the roof using Xpel ceramic film which does an AMAZING job at keeping my interior cool and protected from UV. Juan did the installation flawlessly. There is absolutely no contamination under the film and the gap along the top of the window is so perfectly positioned, the only visible glass is the rounded edge. Perfection.

I just want to say thank you to DJ for doing an awesome job on my interior. My seats had a smell that is no longer there and he also steamed my vents. The air smells fresh like being in the woods on a cool morning. He also cleaned all the vinyl tops in my car that still shine. I take a cloth and wipe down the vinyl tops that collect dust and the shine is still there!!! Thank you so much for doing a great detail on my car that my children and I appreciate it.

My worst experience at a car wash. I normally don’t write reviews but this one is needed so management could keep an eye on. First the vacuum machine don’t suck, and the washer don’t even clean for the price. I did the most x-stream which supposed to be good and see for your self.. smh

Drop my car at the Volvo dealer for yearly maintenance and added full detailing. They are doing business with this company. I was really not happy with the results. Inside was still dirty, normal dirt, not even detailing. Just stuff that could have been clean by simpel vacuum cleaning. The leather seats also still not cleaned. I got a better result with a simpel wet towel. I combat believe a company where the entire business is detailing delivered this bad of a job. Either they really fooled me or the Volvo dealer fooled me and just ask them for a very simpel 10minute cleaning. Price was $240. Don’t mind paying for a good job, but this was not worth it.

I brought my Honda in as I transported hay. It was way too much for me to clean. NAPA of Watertown suggested State Street Auto. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and my car was was done by 12. It's like I took it off the showroom floor. There were smokers in the car and they were able to make it smell brand new .Customer service was excellent and prices were good. I highly recommend State Street Auto and will go back!

From the start, it was very easy to make an appointment for the headlight restoration service. Professional website and easy to differentiate the services offered. Once I arrived for the service, I was able to drop the car off and the work began almost immediately. The time that was quoted for the service was perfectly estimated as well! Now for the work, it was way past my expectations, which were already very high going in! I knew from previous videos and reviews that he does a fantastic job, but I was shocked at the difference it made on my vehicle. It makes my 20 year old vehicle look like it just rolled off the factory floor. From now, I would only recommend Modern Vehicle Care for any detailing services moving forward and for headlight restoration! Don’t waste your time and money with the off the shelf restore kit, bring your vehicle here or have him meet you at your location. I will definitely be coming back for full detail!

Yes, a 4.8, but you’ve got to know why. If you like washing and cleaning your car yourself, and at a touch less car wash, this place might not look like much, but it’s all you need. PLUS on the two occasions when I had an issue with a machine taking my money, but wasn’t working as I expected, there was no hassle. Just today, I thought I’d have to show the video from my phone showing I’d put in $10 and no water or soap coming out. Nope, as soon as I began explaining, the owner quickly handed me a ten, apologized that someone had moved the orange cone which he had placed there so nobody would use that bay until fixed. A simple, but very customer first approach. The vacuums at this place also have super strong suction. My only critique, I wish they had compressed air I could use to blow interior debris from those hard to reach spots. You know where I mean.

the instructions were not clear on how to use the dial. the dial was on off. i paid $5 and the water started right away, so i rinsed the my tiny honda. probably lasted 2 minutes. i noticed no soap and i turned the dial then the whole thing shut off. timer stopped. i would have to pay another $5 to do this again. i will never go here again as i know an auto car wash in town that for my car i can pay $10 get the whole thing washed and rinsed. not worth the money. i can do this in my yard, but wanted to try a pressure washer instead. edit: this comment is only for the station w the wand for self washing. edit 12/31/24: I pass through the station often and it was the next to last most northern port, which is now closed off. the others seem to work fine from the amount of clients they get. i just happen to get a bad one that day.

I had a family member who was in town for only one day. They were picking up a car that was being donated to a homeless family who is getting back on their feet. The car needed a good clean. We called The Lab Auto Spa. They were able to fit us in the same day. When they heard the story about where the car was going, they insisted on detailing the car for free. They went all out. Shoutout to the Lab Auto Spa! They squeezed my vehicle in for a ceramic coat and tints, and the results are phenomenal. The ceramic coat makes my car look even better than when I picked it up from the dealership. The tints are perfect, far superior to what I’ve had on previous vehicles (done by someone else). The owner, Steve, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful—he really knows his stuff! I’ll definitely be returning with any future vehicles.

⚠️BUYER BEWARE ⚠️ I had an accident and totaled my car in September and called to cancel my monthly plan After numerous calls, 5 months later I’m still being charged $39.34 a month, charged again today. $200 and still charging for a car that’s been totaled and long gone. Good luck trying to get out of your monthly plans!!! It’s ridiculous to suggest I would buy a car wash monthly plan for a rental car and I never received any email Unfortunately I cannot attach the email I received on the 9/16 instructing me to contact the car wash directly to cancel which I did for 5 months and they attempted to get another payment 3 days in a row still in January 16-17 and 18th I also never received a refund as of today

I’ve been a member of this car wash for sometime now. Last week the wash was closed for upgrades. So I used the pressure washer to rinse the bird poop off. Later I saw that the machine had accidentally charged me 10 instead of 5 dollars. I had called and left a message and the next morning when I looked in my account it was fixed!! They took care of a mistake promptly. Definitely renewing my membership!!

While the cleaning was good, the damage to my license plate and now a missing rear reflector was disappointing, to say the least, especially after paying for the $21 service. I have a 2013 Rav4 with 260k+ miles but a pretty straight frame for its age and use, and the fact that I paid for a base service cleaning in 2022 with NO DAMAGE to my 2001 heavy usage Honda Civic is shocking. I won't go here again. Thankfully, the staff tried to make it right by fixing the License Plate and replacing the damaged frame. They'll try to find my reflector too, but I wasn't even offered the coupons/future cleaning promise mentioned to me by the flustered manager, not even an offer to discount my service charge. Dissatisfied.

Derek detailed my Jeep twice over the past 6 months and did an absolutely incredible job! I have a fluffy white dog that I take everywhere & who sheds an INSANE (photo of dog for reference). I’ve now been here twice and have had two fantastic experiences! I got a full detail in the spring and when Derek was done, my truck looked better than it did when it was brand new from the factory! 10/10 will be going back to him for another detail next spring. I just got my front windows tinted to match the factory back ones and it was another fantastic experience. He got me in within the same week I asked and they had me in and out of there in 35 minutes with a great quality tint. Would also recommend getting tint there! Car wash ruined side wall on my front brand new tire. Guy doesn't direct you onto the belt properly leaving it up to you to guess if your lined up right. I put in a complaint and all I got was we can't do anything about it and we checked the camera and your tire looked fine. I told them send me the picture and the manger said they can't. I will let as many ppl as I no in waterbury to never go to this car wash it will ruin your tires or rims just like a few other bad reviews of this place and they don't care about it. I will be going down and filing a small claims dispute.

Very happy with this location. Everyone has been very nice helping me set up my account and adding a second car to the family plan a few weeks later. They were very accommodating. Place is always clean and stocked. But especially happy with their professionalism: I took out my back bag out of the car because I was cleaning the seats and ended up forgetting it on the curb. Later received a phone call from their manager letting me know about it and how I could pick it up. When I showed up to pick it up, they quickly brought it out and of course everything was intact, nothing missing. I had cash, wallet, checks, and other valuables. Thank you for your honesty! Definitely recommend.

My mechanic recommended Tyler since the paint on my high mileage Corvette Z06 was really bad. Tyler did a paint correction, ceramic coat, and interior detail. The car looks amazing. I didn’t think he’d be able to fix it up this nice but it feels like a new car now. He kept me updated throughout the process with plenty of pictures and videos of the work he was doing. Turn around time was quick and price was unbeatable. He should honestly charge way more than he does for this level of work. I can’t recommend him enough and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

These guys are FANTASTIC. I made the trek up about 40 min because I heard good things, and it was worth every penny. I have an 06 Range Rover Sport HSE, which has notoriously difficult headlights to clean. These guys took my headlights from near opaque with yellow oxidation, to BRAND NEW. I was worried I'd have to buy new headlight assemblies because I couldn't get rid of the fogginess on my own, but these guys did it in 3.5 hours! My lenses were scuffed from where I messed up trying to defog on my own, and they buffed it out too. $150 for getting this kind of work done may seem pricey, but if you're like me in caring about how your vehicle looks/performs, then it's worth it! Not to mention, they have a brand new shop with WiFi and couches if you prefer to hangout while they work! Oh and the cherry on top? LIFETIME WARRANTY.

I spent a lot of time looking into different car detailers, and landed on Cheshire Detailing after seeing so many positive reviews. And I have to say, I was highly disappointed in this detail job. Now I know my car isn't brand new, and I wasn't expecting it to look new, but there was a lot of stuff inside that was never wiped down or cleaned. I found a lot of stuff left on the doors, knobs, and other parts of the car. It honestly felt like the car was lightly wiped down, but not deep cleaned. Maybe I just have really high standards, but when I pay someone who does this for a living, I expect it to look better then what I could have done. I wouldn't come back to this place and I left feeling like wasted money and could have just done it myself.
