100% recommend GoldenBoy! I don’t usually have the time to write a review, but Andres is worth it. Let me set the stage. I drive a Suburban and have 5 children under the age of 5. They eat a lot of snacks in the car (and I eat most of my meals in there as well). And one kiddo has horrific car sickness. We go out and about daily, go to the beach and pool and attend summer camp, splash in puddles, play in snow - all the things. My kids consistently ride in the car covered in dirt and water and paint. We trek their bikes and our wagon and strollers around. And I only ever have a chance to remove all 5 car seats once in a blue moon. Andres made my Suburban look BETTER than it did when I drove it off the lot! I don’t know how, and am honestly in shock. My car is pristine. We also had him detail my husband’s M5 (his pride and joy); neither my husband nor I realized that his car could look even better than it did upon purchase! Andres was efficient and incredibly reasonably priced. Huge bonus that he can come to the house to do his work. Highly recommend!

I grew up in the neighborhood and used 3D all the time over the years. I just left and didn't have time to find a manager but the quality of their high end extreme package was extremely deficient. Two quick pics here...one interior, one exterior, show what I mean. Owners, if you can make this right on a return trip that would be great. I was also pretty sure it came with tire shine but the staff member said "."Finished."

Did a basic wash and it’s still gross inside. Driving straight to another car wash. They say they wipe the dash but I guess that’s it. None of the other levels of service offer more than a dash wipe.

I have to say I never leave reviews this is probably the first time I've done this. I am not interested in negatively impacting a business but I couldn't let this one go. I've gone to Splash Car Wash in Stamford about 2x a month and ever 2 months or so I spend about $80 to get the interior cleaned thoroughly. Let's be honest Splash is probably the most expensive car wash I've ever been too but it is the most convenient. That is perhaps the biggest reason I go, and also they used to do a decent job when I wanted extra and purchase the super interior. On 10/9 I went paid the additional $ in addition to the wash and purchased the super interior which usually goes for $39. Please note the pictures below. For almost $40 they vacuum the carpets, dash/console and blow air. But the super interior does not include actually cleaning the interior. Wow what a surprise. I wish I kept the receipt but I lost it. As far as I'm concerned when you call something a super interior clean and charge $40 you should actually clean the interior!!! I guess I will find a new car wash and save some money in the process.

I read the reviews and gave splash a shot! Even considered a monthly package. Unfortunately, less than pleasant experience here. Paid for an almost $40 wash and left with a half washed car. Outside 5/10 (wasn’t really dirty but had some small bugs and finger prints) Inside 3/10- they didn’t really vacuum and left dirty rubber mats. I know it’s not a detail but if I shook out the mats, they would have been cleaner. Windows- 2/10- not sure how they managed to miss a whole window but they did. I kindly asked the person who checks the receipts if they vacuumed and he said “yes but lightly, let me wipe it down for you”. That’s fine and I appreciate it, but it doesn’t clean what was missed. Back to searching for a better car wash! 8/14 update: I am glad Splash replied here, the email address isn’t valid anymore and the phone number is a call serivce who hardly speaks English.

Very happy to have chosen ATC! I was looking to have my rims powered coated, and window tinting done. Hugo was extremely prompt in answering my questions, he kept me updated every step of the way. If I could give AAK Auto Detailing more than 5 stars, I would do so. I booked and paid for the full detailing and am incredibly impressed. I really wish I had taken "before" photos as I was SO frustrated with the pine sap, dog hair, messes from the kiddo and minor scratches. I booked online and Oswaldo reached out to ask if I'd like mobile detailing instead. He and another team member arrived with literally everything they needed - I was fully prepared to show them where to access an electrical outlet and pull out my hose and they needed nothing. Between two recent road trips, two dogs, a kid and using the car for trips to gardening centers and the dump, and everything else, it was pretty messy. I will definitely book AAK again and won't wait so long to do it!

$125 detail at the Shelton location in the car wash. When I got my car back I was told "we did the best we could." I detailed cars for years in Texas and this was nowhere near even a hard detail job. They didn't wipe down my speedometer cluster and my seats were still wet. Look at photos too see how good of a detail job they did. Photos were taken after car was returned to me.

JD Dynamics is an excellent auto detail shop and prices were very reasonable for the high quality of work done. Shop has helped me so far with several projects, including 1) painting my brake calipers yellow and adding Tesla logos to them, 2) installing blue rim protectors and 3) removing the original chrome Tesla emblems on my car and replacing them with matte black emblems I purchased. Plan to wrap my car a new color in the next year or so and will use JD for that also.

I recently purchased the car of my dreams, a 981 Porsche Roadster. After speaking with a few detail facilities, I chose Ben and his team. I decided on paint correction and ceramic coating for the entire car. I added PPF to the nose, mirrors, windshield frame and rocker panels. Inside and out the workmanship was immaculate, right down to the ceramic coating on the wheels and red calipers. It's not easy to put one's 'baby' into the hands of others. The car that came back to me was spectacular! I highly recommend.

Firstly, great communication from these 2. Our car was dog trashed and needed a good scrub! I saw some great reviews and decided to give it a go. My dream was to have someone come clean my car while I was working so that I didn’t need to take 2 hours waiting. They showed up at my home at the time we agreed on. I got an interior detail done and they did a great job. They shampooed my car seats, the floor, took out the rubber pieces and washed them well. They came with all of their own supplies, I did bring the hose around to help them get access to water so that worked well for them. Overall, very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend these guys! Thanks again and will be sending more customers your way!

Wow! This car detailing left me speechless. Firstly, I had many scratches all over my car from putting things on the hood and just over time. They got rid of almost ALL the scratches making it look almost brand new. The inside had spilled coffee all over one seat staining the leather. They managed to get rid of it making it look absolutely perfect. Thank you! On top of that, they did this at the comfort of my home. I get paranoid leaving my car unattended, so being able to check in and watch the progress was amazing! Great job.

I went there for normal car wash and interior vacuuming. They were efficient and did a very good job. My car and the tires were literally shining after the wash. The staff there are very flexible with payment (I guess it's a family-owned business?). I paid via venmo. It's also easy to make an appointment. I just called and asked if I could go in the next day.

My first M3 was a special purchase for me. As such, I was looking for a team to provide proper installation for full PPF, ceramic coating, wheel detailing and ceramic coating, as well as tinting. I had a great experience with Dirk and his team at Darien Detail. The reason I chose Darien Detail is because my priority was having the best installation possible. I had poor experiences elsewhere having similar jobs done much more quickly, with less customization, and ultimately less care. It is frustrating to spend so much money on a poor installation. Dirk was very approachable and professional from the beginning. He reassured me they’d take great care of my car. He was genuinely interested to provide me with a service that met my needs. He took the time to explain different options and products and gave me an accurate outline on how much everything would cost. He wasn’t pushy about any products. It is the winter so it’s even darker outside than in my parking garage, but the installation was seamless. Even looking up close, you cannot see any edges. The quality of the tint is excellent. The finish from the ceramic coating is very pleasing to the eye. I’m grateful for time, care, and craftsmanship that was put into the installation to provide the best possible finished product leaving me with peace of mind and a beautiful car that will be so much easier to clean. Dirk and his team earned my future business. I highly recommend them for yours. I genuinely believe they are the best team around at installing PPF, tints, and ceramic coats and would go out of my way to have them take care of my future vehicles.

My experience with Darien Detail was top notch from my first phone call to them to receiving my car. I was very happy in every way. The Detail part of their name can not be emphasized enough. I had just gotten my 911 and it was cleaner when they were done with it then when my dealership gave it to me. The shop is incredible and looks more like a surgical suite than a shop where cars are. I recently visited Splash and had a thoroughly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I paid $50 for what was supposed to be a premium car wash, but when I left, my car was still dirty. The exterior was not properly cleaned, and they claimed to shine the tires, but they looked dull just 10 minutes after leaving. What frustrated me even more was that they ran my car through the wash twice. Despite this extra effort, the result was still subpar. When I pointed out the issues to the staff, a man in charge responded dismissively. Instead of addressing my concerns, he suggested that if I wanted a better result, I should have opted for a more expensive wash. This attitude was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Given the price I already paid, I expected much better service. Additionally my car was wet and soapy received it, and my floor mats were returned to me wet as well. This lack of attention to detail was very disappointing. For a car wash located in Greenwich, I expected a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. Overall, I do not recommend based on my experience. The lack of attention to detail and customer service leaves much to be desired. I would never give them my money again.

I have been going to Darien car clinic for quite a while now just for car washes, but I did my oil change and Maintenence there yesterday as well, and am very happy with the service. The man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the service, not making me feel pressured at all to do anything more than the car wash. He also went over the maintenance report extensively with me, suggesting what kind of service needs I might have coming up over the next months. It felt so much more personal and knowledgeable than one of the chain drive-through services, and actually, I believe it was less expensive as well. I also did the Express detailing super interior wash a few months ago… My car never looked better, and felt brand new again. This was for a fraction of the cost of previous details I’ve done. Very glad I found Darien Car Clinic for all my car needs!

Paid $40 for a full service wash and floor mats. Only 1/4 door jams were wiped down (driver’s door only) and interior vacuum was terrible. Photos are from after the wash. Usually love this place but was extremely disappointed this time.

Was in the area for a wedding from Rochester. Wanted to get the road grime off my Jeep Gladiator from the drive down and picked this place based on good reviews. I got the Hand Wash package at $40 for large SUV/truck. They did a great job. Spent a good 45-50 minutes on my vehicle and it came out looking almost new again. Lots of attention to detail and everyone there was friendly with a good attitude. Wouldn‘t hesitate to return if I’m in the area again.

Edit: Customer service number listed in their reply is unresponsive. Tried calling multiple times and got nowhere. I paid for the Express detailing Express Polish, Super Interior, and Carpet Express in addition to a 'The Works' carwash. Needless to say there was a decided lack of attention to detail given the price. It looks like the car was never wiped down after being cleaned in some spots, and my floor mats look the same as before. There were also smudgy fingerprints left on the doors. The exterior wash was great but I would not bother getting the interior services. I would not recommend.

They will try to sell you a deal without explaining it fully. But then again I didn’t ask. I thought I had said yes to the express carpets and seats for a free wash. But it was more than that and took longer than I thought it would. I didn’t need that much done and some spots in the carpet could have been done more thoroughly. But overall it was a decent clean. They have a lot of folks working there but for 127 dollars it wasn’t worth it for me since I’m the only one using the car. Next time I will just do the basic wash, which comes with a quick vacuum and interior. Just noticed the silver accent piece is now gone after the interior clean. I’m disappointed.

I’m not quit sure where to begin.. only car wash I’ve been to since I moved and I can’t complain always good service. Quality over customer service, the receptionist is always friendly, but they are fairly quiet employees and we know I’m not lol, moving forward, I have had this pretty girl a few years I am the second owner and bought it as is, mechanic finger prints and child grease . so many grease stains and I didn’t take a “before” picture and I am really happy about it, if you know, you know. Here is the after…I love my Betty The Odyssey Princess!! Thank you Star Car Wash for making me baby look new again and smell kid free! I know you worked hard on this.. there is always a line of vehicles for wash and detail so you won't regret getting your car done here!! I may have to add more pictures in the daylight!! They damaged my car and cracked the windshield screen on the passenger side and took no responsibility - a NEW car. They told me they could direct me to a place to get it fixed and it was probably a rock I never noticed hitting the windshield and the cold water exposed it - which is totally bizarre. I purchased the Gold wash and as you can see from the pictures the clean was atrocious - you get what you pay for, crumbs everywhere, the console visibly dusty and hand prints everywhere, when I told an employee they said no it’s clean. Mats are not removed and they just put water on things as if it’s cleaning to hide the dirt momentarily - they also quickly hand dry and you have streaks coming down the car once it dries . Regardless the egregious windshield crack is what really is horrifying - save yourself and do not go here. I was really excited to have finally find a good car wash but I cannot believe the experience
