TLDR. If you're reading this, just pick up the phone and call Nick and Kenny and stop procrastinating. In depth review: THIS business and it's customer service should be the mold and model for what all others should follow, and good luck with trying to chase these guys. They're quick and solve issues like a wustoff knife into butter. They're not the cheapest price out there and that's for good reason. I called AZ Quality Detail to have an interior cleaning of my wife's car done. I spoke with Steve who was able to get us on the schedule within 2 days! They sent our Jerry who spend a good amount of time cleaning the interior of the car as well as giving the exterior a full body wash and wax. From start to finish we got A+ service. Communication was awesome as they let us know when to expect them, called upon arrival, and let us know what we needed to do after cleaning was complete. AZ Quality Detail did an immaculate job, especially for the condition the interior was in because of our lovely children LOL! I didn't take any before pictures, but like I said it was in VERY rough condition. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We have used Steve in the past and had good results. So when we got our new to us 5th wheel, we decided to use him again. The results were very disappointing. There were swirl marks all over the camper as well as wax residue all over the trim. We arranged for him to come out and go over it. The results of the second time were even more disappointing. For $1000 I expected to have had the wax residue cleaned up. When my wife got in touch with him he was polite, but extremely condescending and basically said we are on our own.

My Mazda was in rough shape after being the dedicated "dog car" for the past 2 years to our very heavy shedding golden retriever. I went with the "Complete interior" service and added on pet hair removal. It was very easy to book my appointment, I love that they could come straight to my house, the price was fair based on research I did with competitors, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them, and am definitely going to use their services again!

Recently moved to Phoenix and did a lot of research before selecting a shop. 2022 BMW M4. Ceramic Pro was highly rated and they did not disappoint. Andrés did a fantastic job explaining all of my options. I went with paint correction, double ceramic coating and ceramic tint. 15% around and 70% on windshield. Also opted for all trim to be ceramic coated as well as wheels and calipers due to M4 brake dust being a known pest. Dropped my car off and left with shop for 3 days. They definitely take their time to do it right. Upon pickup I was absolutely stunned. Felt like I arrived to a different car. Glass finish without a single swirl or blemish. Absolutely incredible. In between washes just use a dust brush and ceramic detailer. Looks brand new. After a wash the water just beads off. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and I consistently continue to receive positive feedback when out and about. Thank you Andrés and team for perfection!

It's really hard to find someone who hand washes cars without scratching the car or still leaving it dirty. JD is the king of hand washes in the Tempe area. I hadn't washed my car for 2 months, so it was filthy. I contacted JD via email and he got back to me early the next day. From there we spoke over phone and text to confirm a day and time. Very nice guy, very professional. My car is clean and smells fresh. When I find someone that does a great job, I usually don't go anywhere else. So I will be a definite repeat customer here. 😏

Luis did a great job on our 2022 Land Rover Defender. He was very meticulous spending almost 7 hours cleaning and explained where there were dings and scratches on the exterior that could be repaired. I just had my husband truck detailed just know. The seats were stained and there was dust everywhere. We clean it not so ofter but never had it detailed. I use the truck with my kids too. There are some spots miss to clean but I think I should pointed it out and he would have had clean it with no issue. I really like the job that was done. I would book again. I had a very disappointing experience with Aesthetic Auto Spa. Mistakes can happen, but there’s a clear difference between accidents and outright negligence—and in this case, it was the latter. I took my high-end vehicle in for a windshield protection film installation and left with a poorly executed job that caused more problems than it solved. The film was improperly installed with unfinished edges, visible strands, and melted silicone due to excessive heat, leaving black debris in the window seams. On top of that, there were scuff marks on the driver’s side A-pillar and a new mark on the roof of the car that were not there before. To make matters worse, the courtesy wash they provided left visible smears on the hood and mirrors of a brand-new car, which was particularly frustrating since it had only ever undergone touchless washes. I contacted the business about these issues, and while they admitted fault and offered to fix it, their proposed solutions didn’t address the full extent of the damage. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to another shop to have the film completely redone and the damage repaired, costing me significantly more money. Given the negligence demonstrated, I believe I am owed a refund for the original service, as I had to pay out of pocket to correct their mistakes elsewhere. I cannot recommend Aesthetic Auto Spa to anyone looking for quality or attention to detail. This experience has been costly, frustrating, and entirely avoidable with proper care and professionalism.

Saw so many good reviews thought I would get an amazing detail 3 hours later not happy with the outcome I paid for a full exterior and interior. Seems like he cut so many corners. The bed of my truck still has dirt all in it (wasn’t touched at all). He said my seats would be shampooed they are still full of stains. Very unhappy wouldn’t recommend. Taking my business elsewhere

Wow!! Patrick did an AMAZING job on my car. My seats had years of dog gross and toddler messes and coffee spills and everything else. Very pleased with my choice to get my 335 washed, polished, and coated with The Detail Lounge. The process consisted of a quick consult, in which Brandon was incredibly attentive and understanding of some concerns I had. Joseph was flexible about my schedule, and very helpful. He arrived at my house and we discussed what I preferred for my car detailing. He brought all of his equipment and did a very thorough job of cleaning the inside and outside of my car. He shampooed the seats and floor mats. He also cleaned every crumb and speck of dirt from every part of the interior. He paid equally good attention to the exterior, and my car ended up beautiful, clean and shiny! I was so exciting when Paul was so responsive to my call and what I thought was going to be amazing service. I was so disappointed at the job performed on our boat, maybe cars are more his thing. I recently employed the services of Windows & Wheels after speaking with Wills over the telephone about the unique situation regarding my 2006 Jaguar XKR Victory Edition. I asked them if they could remove some baked in heavy and hard water spots left there by a local auto shop and return it to its original luster that was present for the last 18 years, and after inspection they said they were confident they could do so. Long story short, they exceeded my expectations from every angle, the car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line and it is a rich black color which has to be perfect..and I do believe it is. This care has been returned to original intent and is stunning in the midday sun, I am so elated at their hard work and excellent product they deliver. I highly recommend them for any paint restoration services, ceramic coating (which looks impeccable) and overall attention to detail for your car and at a reasonable price point. Gage with Clean Mobile Detailing AZ was very kind and provided excellent service. Our 2017 Hyundai, which had never been professionally detailed, was like-new after he was done! It even had that new car smell again. He got many stains and grungy spots out of the upholstery, removed all the gunk out of our cup holder/middle console area, and did a great job on the flooring (no remnants of crumbs, hair or dirt which I was never able to get with the free vacuums)! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and will be sure to use them for future detailing needs!

First time I’ve ever done mobile car detailing and omg I can’t go back to a regular car wash! Dallin was AMAZING! He was very kind, positive demeanor and helpful. He did a great job with the car as the pictures shows. My car was a mess. I had it washed back in mid September but then we had a monsoon, tar from local street construction, and lots of dead leaves from when I moved wedding decor and floral during my wedding end of sept. Then there was more rain. Dallin was able to clean all that up and made it look so nice and luxurious again. I also added the leather seat conditioner and spray wax! Most places do not do a good job with the door frame, dash, cup holders or trunk and he did!

I visited Auto Cosmetics about a year ago to have my back passenger rim fixed due to a curb scratch. The job done was fantastic, and I was very satisfied. Fast forward a year, and I needed the same rim fixed again (Oops). I reached out to the shop, and they did an excellent job once more. About two years ago, I had my car ceramic coated in San Diego. However, the paint and appearance weren’t looking great. I inquired about having my car paint corrected, PPF done to the front bumper, and ceramic coated (exterior and rims/calipers). I researched many different places before I decided to go with Auto Cosmetics. Received a quote from Vivian pretty quick! I picked this placed based on pricing and location. Prices are good and they have a deal going on right now. Their website has pricing already listed as well which is very helpful. Dropped my car off here during my lunch break on Monday around 2:30pm. The place was easy to find. I was a bit confused on which door to enter into but go to the one in the corner! Once in the lobby area, press the doorbell for service. Hector came out and greeted me and we went out to look at the car. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He confirmed which areas would be worked on for full front PPF with door cups added and asked if there were any other areas of concern. We talked about a few other things that I was planning to get done as well (services not offered here) and he recommended a few places! Picked up my car today (Wednesday) during lunch around 2:30. We went to the garage to check out the work. Hector and his team did an amazing job with the PPF! He said give it a few more days to cure and let him know if there is anything that comes up that needs to be looked at. I'll be coming back for tint in about a month or so. We looked over the tint shades and he showed me an example of the shade I wanted and how it looks on a car. Everyone here is really nice and you can tell they care about their customers. They even offer Uber vouchers to take you to/from if you need to leave your car there while they work on it. Highly recommend!

Steve has taken care of my detailing for a few years now. I just had him do a wash. He ceramic coated it last time I had it in. It looks fantastic! I highly recommend Steve. Attention to details and very diligent in his work. Abuse is exactly what this truck sees. It is too big for my garage so it sits outside all the time. I use it hunting and camping. It's on construction sites, it goes through snow and mud all winter up north. There used to be Arizona pin stripes all over it. Steve got them all out. He died the faded plastic black too. It looks great in the pictures, but IRL it's truly amazing how good Steve got this 2016 work truck looking. I washed my truck today, 5/21/23 for the first time since Steve did the detail on it. It had lots of dust and rain drops from the storms we've had. The water just beaded up on it. It was super easy and fast to clean and looks just like it did in the pics from the detail. The ceramic coating Steve put on is wonderful.

I should have taken before pictures, because the vehicle was a mess! Danny arrived on time to my home he was very polite and clear with what I was to expect from him. The interior is now so fresh and clean smelling and feels good to touch. No more sticky hard surfaces and feels like it did when the vehicle was 1st purchased. I brought my beautiful, black, almost new truck to Bill for a second opinion, after I had it coated with Opticoat Pro Plus ceramic coating by another company in the valley, which they completely botched. While I didn’t know much about ceramic coating at the time, I knew something didn’t look right, though the other company’s technicians had completed and signed off on the post-coating inspection. Turns out they did little to no paint prep on the black paint before coating, and coated the dust and imperfections right into the permanent ceramic coating on my paint. They insisted it was fine to coat my truck in my dusty gravel driveway, which is almost laughable now after visiting Crystal Clear Detail’s shop and seeing their spotlights and detail/polishing set up. Bill (the owner) was helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully examine the truck, explain every step and concern, and answer all my questions. He confirmed that my truck was covered in a significant number of high spots, with areas having not been coated at all. He did this for free, and encouraged me to work with the original company to get it fixed under their warranty, to save me additional costs. However, after getting pushback and attitude from the first company’s owner, who insisted the original technicians come out to fix it (the ones who did a poor job in the first place, and did not seem knowledgeable at all about Opticoat), I returned to Crystal Clear Detail and agreed to pay whatever cost necessary to correct the botch job and recoat the truck correctly. Bill and his team took the time to fix and recoat the truck, and included coating on the windshield, tires, and interior. He did an unbelievably fantastic job, and my truck came out more beautiful than I had thought possible. He was able to fix the majority of the previous mistakes, though some were pretty much unfixable, such as the Opticoat that is permanently staining my door jams (which should have never been coated in the first place). Bill stands out in this business not only because he is extremely knowledgeable about auto detailing and Opti-coat installation/maintenance, but because he cares about the outcome of every vehicle he works on, and notices details and flaws that most people do not. After seeing how the paint and body turned out, I upgraded to ​Bill’s​ ​black-out package (tinted windows, headlights, and tail lights, blacked out all chrome and tailpipe) with painted blue brake calipers. My black truck (my baby; and first new vehicle I have ever owned) is back to looking amazing, and I have never been happier. If you want stand out work, I recommend you only take your vehicle to Bill at Crystal Clear Detail.

Felicia does wonderful work. She started with a botched ceramic coat that had a brand new truck looking like it was 30 years old. She was very patient in buffing off the ceramic with the greatest care, preserving the clearcoat like it was a baby's skin. Once all the fouled ceramic was removed, she carefully (and correctly I might add) reapplied the ceramic coat with care and precision. Felicia was great! Her website is very well laid out as far as the services and prices and options. When I filled out the form online, she responded quickly. She communicated via text and made it easy. I have an F150 and an ‘07 Accord that needed interior and exterior. The Honda is my son’s recently purchased, and I wanted to surprise him with a fresh start while he was out of town. She made it happen with only a couple of days notice. She showed up on time and got right to it. The end result was wonderful on both vehicles. She was professional and friendly. Updated Review (5/5): On Tuesday morning, Zaia texted me to remedy the issues with the Lexus IS300 (as below). We talked on the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 08:30AM. I was happy to get this situation fixed right away rather than waiting a week or two. At the appointment, Zaia and I looked over the car and he went over the lining, air pockets, and not edged areas. Zaia told me that he would do his best to line it up properly, and that he would re-do my passenger side film and my front bumper film. Overall, this service was phenomenal, reliable and always open to communicate with their customers. 48 Detailing fixed the panels on my passenger side and front bumper. It was done within the same day. The panels and film are clean and lined up perfectly. Their prices are competitive and worthwhile especially with how 48 Detailing communicates with their customers and tries to resolve any issues as soon as possible. To also make it up, Zaia offered his 48 Detailing spray which is a rinseless wash that I cannot wait to try. Zaia also gave me microfiber towels too. The current photos below is the finished result with everything fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Old Review (2/5): Great service, but not worth the price of the PPF especially since the PPF isn’t wrapped around the edges. My car is still exposed to rock chips because the PPF is not fully installed on my car. There are exposed portions of my car where I had the PPF installed. I wanted to wait until the vehicle “cured” before I made any complaints regarding the PPF. My vehicle cured on August 28, 2024. I had PPF full front installed on my Lexus IS300 and I was initially ecstatic about the end result. However, there were imperfections on the car from improper installation of the PPF. Some of the imperfections are: inconsistent cut marks, dirt stains on the PPF, PPF already lifted, and certain areas were not wrapped around the edges. Since the edges aren’t wrapped, my car is still exposed to rock chips on certain areas of my car. I contacted 48detailing today, but they are closed from today to Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). I will update the review after I communicate with 48detailing. Added pictures after hand washing car for the first time with the recommended materials.

I can now see my own reflection in my engine bay. It wasn't this clean when I bought the car new. They removed the layers upon layers of hard water spotting that made my car look like a mutated leopard. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable; unicorn combination. The photos do not do justice to the job well done.

Miguel's mobile magic donated his time and services today to the community at a car wash that was hosted by coworkers to help a beautiful young woman that was affected by a house fire. I got the $125 detail on my truck. Was very disappointed on the results. My boy that knows them hit them up and there response was that I needed a full detail to clean up and it was just dry. See my pictures and decide for yourself. Super star $35 car wash does a better job. I'll never use them again.

He is knowledgeable about his work and spent a lot of time explaining me the process and answering my questions. My Q3 was looking great after the exterior coating and it was worth the time and money. I will recommend East and PFB detailing.

PFB did a fantastic job on my wife’s car. After moving to Surprise from out of state, I was looking for a quality and trustworthy detailing service that I could use regularly for all my vehicles. I made a great choice right from the start with East, owner of PFB. During our first conversation, I found East very friendly and easy to talk with. He patiently answered all my questions and quickly demonstrated the knowledge and ability for first class detailing. During the week leading up to my scheduled detail, East communicated with me and then arrived timely at my home. He and Brad seemed very genuine and easy going. After going over the work to be completed, they thoroughly washed the car on my driveway before pulling it into the garage to complete the detail work. Throughout the morning I checked on their progress and found neither of them rushing to finish the job. East and Brad have a passion for cars and their satisfaction was in making my wife’s car look great. That’s exactly what they accomplished. Sloppy, inconvenient, and unprofessional. Couldn't have had a worse experience. UPDATE: Every day since I got my car back, I find some other thing they messed up or that they installed and is failing. My car was dirty when I dropped it off, but rather than clean it or tell me it was too dirty, they installed the tint over dirt and damaged my car. The tint has dirt and bubbles behind it, I'm going to pay another installer to fix this mess so you won't be mistreated like I was. The owner is condescending when the job is obviously terrible. Go somewhere else. Inconvenient: I dropped my car off for tint, and when I got home, I realized they had pushed the button for my seat heater into the center console. Owner wanted to see it, so I drove all the way back, only to have him tell me I needed to make an appointment to have it fixed. He said he needed two hours, but when I got there in the morning, he then said he needed until that night. So I was out a car two full days for a simple tint job. Sloppy: The tint job itself sucks. The tint on the front accent windows is so sloppy. The corners are not even tinted, and there is a clear gap where you can see the regular windows alongside the tint. When I noticed all this i inspected further and low and behold they damaged the trim below one of the rear windows. They left scraps of tint in my car and each time I picked it up it was dirtier that when I dropped it off. My mistake for going with a vendor 30 miles from home, but ultimately I drove 120 miles, was out a car two days, paid for a real job and got a hack tint job and my car damaged. Unprofessional: The entire process. UPDATE: The tint is now bubbling and various places along the edges the tint is peeling. Absolute worst tint job i have ever gotten and I've tinted every car I've ever owned. Learn from my experience and do not use this horrendous shop.
