Saw so many good reviews thought I would get an amazing detail 3 hours later not happy with the outcome I paid for a full exterior and interior. Seems like he cut so many corners. The bed of my truck still has dirt all in it (wasn’t touched at all). He said my seats would be shampooed they are still full of stains. Very unhappy wouldn’t recommend. Taking my business elsewhere

ANOTHER AMAZING DETAIL JOB BY ALEXANDER'S DETAIL🤩🤩🤩 Mike has been my go-to for detail. This time I was shipping an old-okd car, 2006 Corolla. I drove it, then passed it to my daughter. Get the visual? Anyway, going through a government contractor for shipping overseas...so customs, ag, all those fun agencies - and they are picky about cleanliness. As always, Mike got the car in inspectable shape. The engine compartment was flawless.. even the healights- so clear! On a 2006 AZ car. Needless to say, the car passed and I highly recommend Alexander Detail to everyone. He has many options and is always great on communicating what he can do and it's great work at a great price. **I'll post some before/after pics as soon as I figure it out. 🤣

Mike “Alexander” was very prompt in his reply to my inquiry of service needed - this was a huge plus to start with as most other places don’t call you back in a reasonable period of time. Mike was very professional, answered my questions concerning type of service, wax/protectant being used. Mike was in communication with me the day of my detail work and notified me of a cancellation to get my vehicle in sooner than expected. Upon arrival, Mike immediately started to work. When I picked up my vehicle, it was beautiful, super job, deep shine!! Wheel wells were clean, door jams deep cleaned, nothing left to complain about! I will be referring family and friends to Mike, not to mention I will be returning with my other vehicles.

Super friendly. Gave me a reasonable low-high estimate over the phone to detail my truck, which was lower than a few others I had called. Appointment was next day, service was prompt and courteous, and the truck looks great. They did what I asked for, and they stuck to their quote. Didn't even hit the high end of the quote. A much appreciated value in today's high priced world. Probably saved me $100. You may need to leave a callback number on voicemail.

Just had two cars detailed here. My two year old Subaru that I had my dogs travel with me was a mess with dog hair I could not even vacuum out. My car came back to me looking almost like it did the day I bought it. My other vehicle was a second hand one I purchased in order to use it when I needed to take the dogs out. The interior was rough stained seats and carpets again a beautiful job. Both vehicles done beautifully and the cost was so right reasonable I could afford to get both done. This is a great place to get you car detail. This is my second time visiting this car detailing location and every time they have gone beyond my expectations. My car was detailed for a price below average, yet the service was exceptional. They waxed the exterior of the car and vacuum and wipe and condition the inside for $79.99. They also have a large waiting area with a TV and a laptop for customers (pictures attached). Also restrooms and two vending machines one for drinks and the other for snacks. Bobby the managers as well as the staff working there are super friendly and they made me feel like family. Will highly recommend.

Took my car to get a full detail with ceramic coat from Art. Usually I'm pretty picky about my car and about anything I pay for in general. The way I see it is "could I have done this better myself?" Well I honestly can say after getting my car back I could not have done this better. Every detail was covered nothing was missed. The car looked better than The day I bought it. Every nook and cranny was cleaned including the engine bay, which was part of my full detail. The best part about it is his prices are super reasonable and he uses great ADAMS products. I'm serious try to find a ceramic coat and full detail head to toe inside and out for the price he charges....you WON'T. I've already scheduled my girlfriend's SUV next with the same services and have recommended him to several friends and family. If you're looking to have your vehicle detailed look no further this is your guy.

This is the 3rd used vehicle in 3 years that Blake has taken care of for us! I really put my SUV's through it with hauling work materials. Then, there's the kid damage with food, chocolate, ice cream spills. The endless bits of cereal and mess under the seats etc. Since this is my midday napping station... I need it to feel good. I just moved back to AZ from TX and was looking for a place to redo my tint. I’m not from Tucson so I didn’t know any good places to take my car but I came across Car Kulture on IG and spoke to Cristian. He was quick to respond and was able to get me scheduled for the next day. It took about 3 1/2 hrs for the tint removal/install. I would def recommend. Cristian was so nice and very helpful! Took my 2009 Chrysler 300C for tint. Old tint had to be removed which required steam. Car was ready later than promised. I had concerns about the rear defrost grid and sure enough there's damage and the grid is no longer fully functional. Steam loosened up some adhesives under the headliner and now I hear a lot of rattles from the headliner when driving. Installer had to remove the door panels which wasn't explained at the beginning. Steam also left a water smell so I had to run an extractor and use a Meguiars car scent. Removing door panels on an older car can be problematic due to brittle plastics etc. Several door panels clips were missing and not installed properly. I purchased my own and replaced. Every window has defects, debris under the new tint. Long piece of tint found in the window track. I don't think this was their best work. They may do great work on newer cars but if you have something a bit older I don't recommend them. My 300C is in great shape. I've done a lot of work in it myself, I just wouldn't try tint myself. Yes, they have a lifetime warranty. There's no way I would ever take it back because I know that more damage would occur. I regret taking my car here. They probably should limit themselves to just newer cars to avoid these issues.

From the start of considering my purchase I already knew I would be ceramic coating the vehicle! I follow The Detail Lounge on social media and have seen all the work they have posted. Not only have I seen the work, but I’ve seen the cars, and the people who own those cars. There’s a HUGE car community here in Tucson and these people love and baby their vehicles!! To see other known vehicles and reputable car community members utilize this facility for their needs spoke volumes! From day one to pick up, through my scheduling errors and reschedules, these guys have been easy to deal with, stress free, and professional. Through the entire process I was treated like the only customer they had. Now for the actual work.. my car is so clean, so shiny, so soft, swirl free, and so perfect!! This coating and prep took my paint from 0-100. I also had the windows buffed and coated and the clarity it created is unreal. It also helps during storms and during cleaning. I came across an ad on Instagram showing The Detail lounges work and it caught my eye. So I did what any normal person would do and did some old fashioned lurking 👀. I came to the result that based on the pictures and videos from their posts that they do some amazing work based on the before and after shots, but what really caught my eye was it didn’t matter if it was a high dollar vehicle or a beat up beater. They all got the same attention to detail treatment. So I scheduled an interior/exterior detail after a few questions I had were answered dropped the car off with a crew member. He talked about the process of what was going to be done to the car. Upon discussion decided to take a step further and have the car coated in an annual coating. Well when I picked the car up and walked into the workshop I was completely amazed. Granted I thought the paint was good but seeing the after results from their process my jaw dropped. The pearl white color was like glass to the touch and shined like a mirror. I was sold as for the rest of the car nothing was left unturned all was cleaned to perfection. I highly highly recommend The Detail Lounge for your car car needs.

I had a great experience during my visit to this location. When I walked in I was greeted and the staff was super helpful and gave me a lot of useful information. I learned that they have different event where I could learn how to wax and polish my car. They even had a hood of a car inside the store that they use to show customers how to use their products(picture attached). All of their products are price below compare to where I first got their products. At last i was delighted with how the store look very clean and organize. Will highly recommend and return again.

On Saturday the 28th I finally was able to visit Detail Garage. As I parked I saw the associate lock the door and post a sign on the door . I decided to go to Ding Tea next door(The BOBA IS AMAZING THERE) . I walked back around 30 min later and was greeted and attended by the store manager, Andre. He took the time to help educate me on products I had questions on and how to use them. Also, He took the time to look at my vehicle and give me suggestions of what products to use and how to apply them. It was definitely an amazing experience. The store is well organized and clean with definitely 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service. That is the reason I'm coming back this Friday to buy everything we spoke about! ***The only issue was the store temperature was 92 ° 🥵🥵🥵 inside with a huge fan!!! He was very apologetic about having to close for a short time. However, with his shirt drenched in sweat and the poor guy sweating profusely I don't blame him at all. I normally wouldn't have put this much in a review like the heat and his sweating. However, the person that reviewed it before me and posting a picture of the door sign doesn't have the right idea of the employees working there. Honestly, it sounds like he found something to complain about and probably just wants something free or a big discount. SMH! For corporate knowledge Andre is great and the store was closed for maybe 30/35 minutes. Please give the complainer his 5% off so he feels special so he can stop judging great employees without knowing what's happening.

I called up one day just looking for a part for my Bimini top. I couldn’t figure out any places that had the part and figured they might know a place. (I was headed to the lake the next day so couldn’t order online.)He told me to stop in that he might have the part. He didn’t have the part, he said, “give me a second”. He came out with two entire replacement poles for my Bimini. Exact same pieces, identical. He handed them to me. Tried to give him money, he wouldn’t take it. He couldn’t taken advantage of me for needing that part but didn’t. That type of person deserves business. Looks like he does good work from what I noticed. Some great looking boats in the bays. The 15 minute encounter earned my business and respect for as long as they are around. I’ll go there for as much as I can too give him my business as well as let everyone know what what he did for me and encourage them to give him their business. It’s good to know that people still know what good business is. It won’t be forgotten. Made my day and weekend!!

I accidentally spilled grease in my backseat and I knew I couldn't let that settle in this heat! I called all over town and everyone was booked out for weeks and couldn't even squeeze me in given my situation. Classy Auto was the last shop I called and they should've been the first! Mike is very friendly, professional, and meticulous about the detailing of your car. He took my backseat out and sent me on my way so that he could thoroughly clean it and let it air dry for a couple hours while I ran other errands. When I came back, I also asked him for a quick vacuuming too. It truly made a difference. They're very affordable and I was very satisfied with their customer service! I will definitely be back for a full interior detailing!

**HAND WASHED** Super friendly!! I drive a Tundra and it was around $50 for the exterior only (2/2023). They did an awesome detailed wash. They were fast and efficient. The waiting area is very clean and the bathroom is the nicest I’ve seen in all of Tucson!

I’m an insurance auto damage adjuster and we work out of our cars. I came by today to have a deep interior detail. I was told that the 60.00 charge would not cover carpet/seat shampooing and l was good with that. I picked up my vehicle after an hour and a half and was told to pre pay and was asked to tip without looking at the car. I got in and at first glance it looked fine but after looking around there is still crud all over the seat tracks, change holder, corners and even the drops of coffee l just spilled on the trim panel this morning. The final straw was when l opened my trunk and it wasn’t even vacuumed! 60.00 + 9.00 tip for someone to wipe down the instrument panel and vacuum the interior (less the trunk) is a job l could do myself for 5.00 in tokens at a self wash. I called several times to discuss my concerns and no answer. Ridiculous!
