My 2020 Honda Accord was so dirty, I did not recognize it… Now it’s back to its beautiful black Luster, Including the gleaming custom wheels! I had a very disappointing experience with Aesthetic Auto Spa. Mistakes can happen, but there’s a clear difference between accidents and outright negligence—and in this case, it was the latter. I took my high-end vehicle in for a windshield protection film installation and left with a poorly executed job that caused more problems than it solved. The film was improperly installed with unfinished edges, visible strands, and melted silicone due to excessive heat, leaving black debris in the window seams. On top of that, there were scuff marks on the driver’s side A-pillar and a new mark on the roof of the car that were not there before. To make matters worse, the courtesy wash they provided left visible smears on the hood and mirrors of a brand-new car, which was particularly frustrating since it had only ever undergone touchless washes. I contacted the business about these issues, and while they admitted fault and offered to fix it, their proposed solutions didn’t address the full extent of the damage. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to another shop to have the film completely redone and the damage repaired, costing me significantly more money. Given the negligence demonstrated, I believe I am owed a refund for the original service, as I had to pay out of pocket to correct their mistakes elsewhere. I cannot recommend Aesthetic Auto Spa to anyone looking for quality or attention to detail. This experience has been costly, frustrating, and entirely avoidable with proper care and professionalism.

Saw so many good reviews thought I would get an amazing detail 3 hours later not happy with the outcome I paid for a full exterior and interior. Seems like he cut so many corners. The bed of my truck still has dirt all in it (wasn’t touched at all). He said my seats would be shampooed they are still full of stains. Very unhappy wouldn’t recommend. Taking my business elsewhere

Wow!! Patrick did an AMAZING job on my car. My seats had years of dog gross and toddler messes and coffee spills and everything else. There was dog hair pretty much woven into the floors and cracks and crevices and he got it ALL! I am so happy. Very pleased with my choice to get my 335 washed, polished, and coated with The Detail Lounge. The process consisted of a quick consult, in which Brandon was incredibly attentive and understanding of some concerns I had. He brought me in and walked me through his process, which is what really made me feel comfortable! They worked with my weird schedule. I booked for a weekend date. I have had three of my vehicles ceramic coated by him which has proven to be a worthy investment to protect against the damaging UV rays of the southern Arizona sunlight. Joseph was flexible about my schedule, and very helpful. He arrived at my house and we discussed what I preferred for my car detailing. He brought all of his equipment and did a very thorough job of cleaning the inside and outside of my car. He shampooed the seats and floor mats. He also cleaned every crumb and speck of dirt from every part of the interior. He paid equally good attention to the exterior, and my car ended up beautiful, clean and shiny! Took my car to get a full detail with ceramic coat from Art. Usually I'm pretty picky about my car and about anything I pay for in general. The way I see it is "could I have done this better myself?" Well I honestly can say after getting my car back I could not have done this better. Every detail was covered nothing was missed. The car looked better than The day I bought it. Every nook and cranny was cleaned including the engine bay, which was part of my full detail. The best part about it is his prices are super reasonable and he uses great ADAMS products. I'm serious try to find a ceramic coat and full detail head to toe inside and out for the price he charges....you WON'T. I've already scheduled my girlfriend's SUV next with the same services and have recommended him to several friends and family. ANOTHER AMAZING DETAIL JOB BY ALEXANDER'S DETAIL🤩🤩🤩 Mike has been my go-to for detail. This time I was shipping an old-okd car, 2006 Corolla. I drove it, then passed it to my daughter. Get the visual? Anyway, going through a government contractor for shipping overseas...so customs, ag, all those fun agencies - and they are picky about cleanliness. As always, Mike got the car in inspectable shape. The engine compartment was flawless.. even the healights- so clear! On a 2006 AZ car. Needless to say, the car passed and I highly recommend Alexander Detail to everyone. He has many options and is always great on communicating what he can do and it's great work at a great price. **I'll post some before/after pics as soon as I figure it out. 🤣

Mike “Alexander” was very prompt in his reply to my inquiry of service needed - this was a huge plus to start with as most other places don’t call you back in a reasonable period of time. Mike was very professional, answered my questions concerning type of service, wax/protectant being used. Mike was in communication with me the day of my detail work and notified me of a cancellation to get my vehicle in sooner than expected. Upon arrival, Mike immediately started to work. When I picked up my vehicle, it was beautiful, super job, deep shine!! Wheel wells were clean, door jams deep cleaned, nothing left to complain about! This is a great place to get you car detail. This is my second time visiting this car detailing location and every time they have gone beyond my expectations. My car was detailed for a price below average, yet the service was exceptional. They waxed the exterior of the car and vacuum and wipe and condition the inside for $79.99. They also have a large waiting area with a TV and a laptop for customers (pictures attached). Also restrooms and two vending machines one for drinks and the other for snacks. Bobby the managers as well as the staff working there are super friendly and they made me feel like family. Will highly recommend.

Saw their deal on Facebook for a 3 year ceramic coating with 1 stage paint correction. Reached out to Davir about doing that and also doing full front PPF on our new 2024 Palisade (also door edges and rear bumper). Got us a quote extremely fast and once we approved it he got us on the schedule. They did an AMAZING job and will definitely be a repeat customer. I called up one day just looking for a part for my Bimini top. I couldn’t figure out any places that had the part and figured they might know a place. (I was headed to the lake the next day so couldn’t order online.)He told me to stop in that he might have the part. He didn’t have the part, he said, “give me a second”. He came out with two entire replacement poles for my Bimini. Exact same pieces, identical. He handed them to me. Tried to give him money, he wouldn’t take it. He couldn’t taken advantage of me for needing that part but didn’t. That type of person deserves business. Looks like he does good work from what I noticed. Some great looking boats in the bays. The 15 minute encounter earned my business and respect for as long as they are around. I’ll go there for as much as I can too give him my business as well as let everyone know what what he did for me and encourage them to give him their business. It’s good to know that people still know what good business is. It won’t be forgotten. Made my day and weekend!!

I accidentally spilled grease in my backseat and I knew I couldn't let that settle in this heat! I called all over town and everyone was booked out for weeks and couldn't even squeeze me in given my situation. Classy Auto was the last shop I called and they should've been the first! Mike is very friendly, professional, and meticulous about the detailing of your car. He took my backseat out and sent me on my way so that he could thoroughly clean it and let it air dry for a couple hours while I ran other errands. When I came back, I also asked him for a quick vacuuming too. It truly made a difference. They're very affordable and I was very satisfied with their customer service! I will definitely be back for a full interior detailing!

**HAND WASHED** Super friendly!! I drive a Tundra and it was around $50 for the exterior only (2/2023). They did an awesome detailed wash. They were fast and efficient. The waiting area is very clean and the bathroom is the nicest I’ve seen in all of Tucson!

I’m an insurance auto damage adjuster and we work out of our cars. I came by today to have a deep interior detail. I was told that the 60.00 charge would not cover carpet/seat shampooing and l was good with that. I picked up my vehicle after an hour and a half and was told to pre pay and was asked to tip without looking at the car. I got in and at first glance it looked fine but after looking around there is still crud all over the seat tracks, change holder, corners and even the drops of coffee l just spilled on the trim panel this morning. The final straw was when l opened my trunk and it wasn’t even vacuumed! 60.00 + 9.00 tip for someone to wipe down the instrument panel and vacuum the interior (less the trunk) is a job l could do myself for 5.00 in tokens at a self wash. I called several times to discuss my concerns and no answer. Ridiculous!

I had a great experience during my visit to this location. When I walked in I was greeted and the staff was super helpful and gave me a lot of useful information. I learned that they have different event where I could learn how to wax and polish my car. They even had a hood of a car inside the store that they use to show customers how to use their products(picture attached). Super friendly. Gave me a reasonable low-high estimate over the phone to detail my truck, which was lower than a few others I had called. Appointment was next day, service was prompt and courteous, and the truck looks great. They did what I asked for, and they stuck to their quote. Didn't even hit the high end of the quote. Just had two cars detailed here. My two year old Subaru that I had my dogs travel with me was a mess with dog hair I could not even vacuum out. My car came back to me looking almost like it did the day I bought it. My other vehicle was a second hand one I purchased in order to use it when I needed to take the dogs out. The interior was rough stained seats and carpets again a beautiful job. Both vehicles done beautifully and the cost was so right reasonable I could afford to get both done. The on the way detailing team are awesome, got a couple things done on my bike and she looks like new, head light restored and some sheriff's marker removed that was baked on, great reasonable prices, and awesome communication!!

I've brought three of my own cars here for minor paint correction and ceramic coating and they've done a wonderful job on each vehicle. They also undercut a number of other shops in town on pricing and I can't tell a difference in quality. I've recommended them to a friend for ceramic coating and my neighbor for detailing and both were thoroughly impressed with the results. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

I needed to fall back in love with my car. The detailing and service were extraordinary. Although I wash my car often at the car wash, kids and heavy use make the van smelly and grimy. Now I am happy to open the door and everything smells and feels wonderfully clean.
