I have a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD that I recently had the paint refreshed on horizontal surfaces and passenger side doors. Arizona sun is harsh on paint so I wanted to add more protection. AZ Auto Asthetics provided me service I wanted. I got the 2 stage paint correction for the entire truck plus the Feynlab base ceramic and ceramic top coat. Met with Garrison and his team after buying my midlife crisis, a used 2009 Corvette. Factor paint was decent, but I wanted a good cleaning/detailing with ceramic coat. I ended up purchasing the 2 stage paint refresh, window tinting and caliper painting. The results were amazing!!! The crew at AZ Auto Aesthetics made my new ride look better than it would have rolled off the showroom 15 years ago! It took a few minutes for my wife and I to believe it was my car! Best detailing service I've ever had. I have dogs and they can get the car so incredibly dirty and messy. I've been taking it to Cobblestone and others for years, and was never satisfied with the job they did. Aluis went above and beyond to make my car look like new. His attention to detail is high, and they have great, responsive customer service. I cannot recommend his services enough. I called dozens of mobile detailing companies, they all charged more than Aluis, and they all had waiting lists. Aluis fit me in, put up with my rescheduling twice, and even drove to my work to pick up the car key and then back several miles to where the car was parked to complete the service. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them for my future cleanings. 10/10 would recommend :)

Aluis did a great job detailing my car. He arrived at my house at 7am in the morning and did not leave until 1pm. He washed my car by himself without a second or third person to assist. Got my truck wrapped and ceramic coated here at Windows and Wheels just a week or so ago. They did the entire front in PPF , heat resistant tint on the windows and ceramic everywhere else. Got to chat with Daniela at length about the process and routine care after that. The day I picked up my truck, I met with Brandon, who I believe did the ceramic work. He also gave me some valuable information and recommendations. I can tell these people take pride in doing a great job. Truck looks beautiful. I recently employed the services of Windows & Wheels after speaking with Wills over the telephone about the unique situation regarding my 2006 Jaguar XKR Victory Edition. I asked them if they could remove some baked in heavy and hard water spots left there by a local auto shop and return it to its original luster that was present for the last 18 years, and after inspection they said they were confident they could do so. Long story short, they exceeded my expectations from every angle, the car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line and it is a rich black color which has to be perfect..and I do believe it is. This care has been returned to original intent and is stunning in the midday sun, I am so elated at their hard work and excellent product they deliver. I highly recommend them for any paint restoration services, ceramic coating (which looks impeccable) and overall attention to detail for your car and at a reasonable price point. I entered the detail garage not really sure of what to expect. I've bought chemical guys products online because the local selection is pretty scarce, and also employees in many of these stores don't know enough about detailing to help you. However, my mind was blown by how amazing the selection was. They had everything I use, including products that aren't available locally like eco smart waterless wash/wax, the fantastic CG microfiber towels, the clay bars, wipeout, the full polishing system, and the elusive jet seal sealant. The prices are also very competitive, I wish I bought my new bottle of jet seal and a glaze here instead of waiting days for shipping from elsewhere. I just got polish and wipeout, since I already had bars, buffer pads, and everything else (but they have all of it if you don't). The guy who was there when I went in had been there a long time and I could tell there's a good amount of knowledge to support and inform your purchase. I like chemical guys products a lot and they've always worked very well. There are people online, often professionals or people repeating professionals, who have many negative things to say about these products. All I will say is results speak for themselves and an obvious conflict of interest exists between many professionals and the DIYer that taints the information you see online. As for the real world, right here in Phoenix, the detail garage puts the DIYer first. They aren't people who will sell you things you don't need or sell you inferior products. They both want to and have the ability to help you out. I definitely look forward to doing more business for all of my needs, not just a small refill on a few items.

First time I’ve ever done mobile car detailing and omg I can’t go back to a regular car wash! Dallin was AMAZING! He was very kind, positive demeanor and helpful. He did a great job with the car as the pictures shows. My car was a mess. I had it washed back in mid September but then we had a monsoon, tar from local street construction, and lots of dead leaves from when I moved wedding decor and floral during my wedding end of sept. Then there was more rain. Dallin was able to clean all that up and made it look so nice and luxurious again. I also added the leather seat conditioner and spray wax! Most places do not do a good job with the door frame, dash, cup holders or trunk and he did!

Really frustrated with my experience with Zia detailing. My car needed a good clean inside and out so I went ahead and got the platinum package. (Which is not cheap) and this was what my van looked like when they were done!!!! Like how is this even ok to be left this way??? (not even all the pics I have) Also, I was told my seats would all be shampooed, they weren’t!! All they did was spot clean the ones with stains on them and used spray cleaner and a rag. That’s not shampooing. I messaged them and told them how upset I was so they came back and re did the inside. They assured me they detailed it the first time they came out. Which clearly they didn’t. Also- I was charged $25 extra for having a 3rd row (mini van) and they didn’t even touch my back seats or cupholders the first time!!! This is just dishonesty. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I am still upset over this situation even though they did come back to redo it.. They made it seem like the way they left my vehicle the first time wasn’t a big deal. You are a detailing company. Pay attention to detail. I could of taken an 1.5hr of my time and vacuumed and wiped my car down and save $375.

I was so exciting when Paul was so responsive to my call and what I thought was going to be amazing service. I was so disappointed at the job performed on our boat, maybe cars are more his thing. I wish he would have just said that. I appreciated his honesty when he thought I over paid him, when I really just was showing appreciation to him. When he called and said he was done after an hour and a half, I should have known! Our boat was hardly touched! I should have been present. The photos are just a few hours after the job was completed. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! This is not what I paid for!!!!

I had a ring stolen out of the truck. The back was not vacuumed, or wiped. They used way too much spray on my tires and when I drove it the stuff got all over the side of my truck and I can’t get rid of the spots. The inside roof had spots from an energy drink that had exploded in the truck, which they were supposed to steam out and didn’t. When I contacted them they said they would get back to me, never did and don’t return my calls. They did come out and redo the truck and it looks great after their 2nd cleaning.

Brought my Mercedes in for an exterior detail package to do full paint correction, buff, polish with ceramic coating. I had never done this before but Brad, the owner, explained everything to me and made me feel reassured. He was honest about what the service would provide. He was very communicative and responsive and within 24 hours had the car back to me. I had no idea what to expect, but when I went to pick up the car it looked like brand new! From the moment I entered the property I noticed it was unlike any other car wash around! Everything was clean and well maintained. The gentleman at the kiosk, Jayson, where you pay was so nice and informative and helped me pick the perfect wash! Everything inside the car wash looked brand new. Soaps were all applied well and brushes all seemed to work well and cleaned great. There were so many driers at the end of the car wash tunnel I thought my car was going to blow to pieces! I came here the first time a few months ago, paid for the Works Wash. My carpets were still dirty and none of my interior was wiped down, both of which are included. I decided to give them another chance and not only did they barely vacuumed my carpets and didn't wipe surfaces, and the exterior of my car is still dirty. Bradyn and Cali arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time of 9 am, they scrubbed, hosed, steamed, vacuumed and polished non stop, with no breaks, no requirements until 4:45 pm. They answer their phone personally and perform as promised. They completed 2 vehicles and extended their service time in order to deliver on a 20 year old truck and an 11 year old car, both having never been detailed before. Vehicles are absolutely revived to showroom ready. Expect a different service than a car wash, this is not a $35 dollar service, they put about 20 times more effort than I would be willing to invest "cleaning" my own vehicle. Great job, highly recommended.

My Mazda was in rough shape after being the dedicated "dog car" for the past 2 years to our very heavy shedding golden retriever. I went with the "Complete interior" service and added on pet hair removal. It was very easy to book my appointment, I love that they could come straight to my house, the price was fair based on research I did with competitors, and they did a great job. I got in touch with Derek and he helped me pick out exactly what we needed for our new car, squared me away with a quote that was right, and an appointment immediately. Dylan is absolutely amazing to work with. Scheduling was great. He was cool with a couple rescheduling requests but of course well ahead of the appointment date. On the day of the appointment, I had to wait for Tesla Service to finish their mobile appointment before I could take the car over to Dylan's workshop; but since it was moved from a mobile detail to a in-workshop detail, he was understanding and patient as he had to wait for my arrival and I appreciate it. He communicated the process and the steps thoroughly. I had severe mineral spots on the hood and the glass that Dylan took care off in the detail job and made my brand new car look brand new again.
