I was so exciting when Paul was so responsive to my call and what I thought was going to be amazing service. I was so disappointed at the job performed on our boat, maybe cars are more his thing. I wish he would have just said that. I appreciated his honesty when he thought I over paid him, when I really just was showing appreciation to him. I recently employed the services of Windows & Wheels after speaking with Wills over the telephone about the unique situation regarding my 2006 Jaguar XKR Victory Edition. I asked them if they could remove some baked in heavy and hard water spots left there by a local auto shop and return it to its original luster that was present for the last 18 years, and after inspection they said they were confident they could do so. Long story short, they exceeded my expectations from every angle, the car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line and it is a rich black color which has to be perfect..and I do believe it is. This care has been returned to original intent and is stunning in the midday sun, I am so elated at their hard work and excellent product they deliver. Gage with Clean Mobile Detailing AZ was very kind and provided excellent service. Our 2017 Hyundai, which had never been professionally detailed, was like-new after he was done! It even had that new car smell again. He got many stains and grungy spots out of the upholstery, removed all the gunk out of our cup holder/middle console area, and did a great job on the flooring (no remnants of crumbs, hair or dirt which I was never able to get with the free vacuums)! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and will be sure to use them for future detailing needs!

First time I’ve ever done mobile car detailing and omg I can’t go back to a regular car wash! Dallin was AMAZING! He was very kind, positive demeanor and helpful. He did a great job with the car as the pictures shows. My car was a mess. I had it washed back in mid September but then we had a monsoon, tar from local street construction, and lots of dead leaves from when I moved wedding decor and floral during my wedding end of sept. Then there was more rain. Dallin was able to clean all that up and made it look so nice and luxurious again. I also added the leather seat conditioner and spray wax! Most places do not do a good job with the door frame, dash, cup holders or trunk and he did!

These guys are phenomenal, and I’ll talk about why in a minute. I’ve been detailing and cleaning my own car for years, and decided to drop by to get my own stuff. I saw they offered classes on polishing, paint protection, and self applied ceramic coating. I decided to pull the trigger. Jackson was super helpful and knowledgeable about every product, and didn’t try to steer me to something that I wouldn’t use. He got me all set up and ready to go, and then I came in and did the polishing class. We had a go on a prop hood to learn the basics, and then did my 2021 Toyota Supra. It was an all day affair so be prepared- it also might have been all the distinct lines and curves in my vehicle. Either way, the effort was super worth it. Not only that- Mike, the shop manager, is not only super knowledgeable about the products himself, but takes care of his people. Not only did I get a hands on demonstration on keeping my car in phenomenal shape, but also how Detail Garage and Chemical Brothers take care of their people. That was the icing on the cake on a great experience. And if you guys want to see the magic itself, here it is.

Best detailing service I've ever had. I have dogs and they can get the car so incredibly dirty and messy. I've been taking it to Cobblestone and others for years, and was never satisfied with the job they did. Aluis went above and beyond to make my car look like new. His attention to detail is high, and they have great, responsive customer service. I cannot recommend his services enough. I called dozens of mobile detailing companies, they all charged more than Aluis, and they all had waiting lists. Aluis fit me in, put up with my rescheduling twice, and even drove to my work to pick up the car key and then back several miles to where the car was parked to complete the service. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them for my future cleanings. 10/10 would recommend :)

I had a ring stolen out of the truck. The back was not vacuumed, or wiped. They used way too much spray on my tires and when I drove it the stuff got all over the side of my truck and I can’t get rid of the spots. The inside roof had spots from an energy drink that had exploded in the truck, which they were supposed to steam out and didn’t. When I contacted them they said they would get back to me, never did and don’t return my calls. They did come out and redo the truck and it looks great after their 2nd cleaning.

The water leaves hard water spots like I’ve never seen before. The air drying is a blow dryer at best and the timers go up to 10 minutes with no warning instead of going down like any normal car wash would. Not the worst car wash because it does work but not the best if you actually care about your car.

Bradyn and Cali arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time of 9 am, they scrubbed, hosed, steamed, vacuumed and polished non stop, with no breaks, no requirements until 4:45 pm. They answer their phone personally and perform as promised. They completed 2 vehicles and extended their service time in order to deliver on a 20 year old truck and an 11 year old car, both having never been detailed before. Vehicles are absolutely revived to showroom ready. Expect a different service than a car wash, this is not a $35 dollar service, they put about 20 times more effort than I would be willing to invest "cleaning" my own vehicle. Great job, highly recommended.

This place is terrible. One of the guys did floor the truck to go 15 feet, seems excessive. It's also dirty still. They did a half attempt at a wash and even worse and a hand dry and clean up. Don't waste your time here.

Pictures don't do justice to show just how bad my husband's truck looked before we had it detailed (including 3 year old stains on the ceiling and all over other parts of the interior from a 6 pack of Coke that exploded), nor do they do justice for what an incredible job Danny and his team did! Bryan, the owner, has been absolutely incredible to work with. I brought my 2020 Silverado in for a ceramic coating and I was not disappointed. I never knew what a difference it would make. My truck is parked outside and not in the garage so my biggest concern has been sun damage. Bryan buffed out every single scratch and imperfection on the white paint and after that he added the ceramic coating. And it’s insane. There was a bit of an issue that I was initially pretty upset about (I jumped the gun rather than talking to someone first) but the owner assured me they we would get it taken care of. He was extremely prompt replying to my emails and getting me set up for the fix. I should have known based on all the 5 star reviews. Not only did they fix the issue but they gave my car a full interior and exterior detail and did a phenomenal job. My car looks like it just drove off the lot again! These guys provide absolutely TOP TIER customer service. We’re all human, mistakes can happen. It’s how a business handles things when they inevitably go wrong that truly sets them apart. Rest assured, Hyer and his team will always do the right thing and go above and beyond to set things right should you ever have something go wrong. Thank you for the outstanding experience guys, you have a customer for life. When it’s time for another detail, I’ll absolutely be back.
