TLDR. If you're reading this, just pick up the phone and call Nick and Kenny and stop procrastinating. In depth review: THIS business and it's customer service should be the mold and model for what all others should follow, and good luck with trying to chase these guys. They're quick and solve issues like a wustoff knife into butter. They're not the cheapest price out there and that's for good reason. I called AZ Quality Detail to have an interior cleaning of my wife's car done. I spoke with Steve who was able to get us on the schedule within 2 days! They sent our Jerry who spend a good amount of time cleaning the interior of the car as well as giving the exterior a full body wash and wax. From start to finish we got A+ service. Communication was awesome as they let us know when to expect them, called upon arrival, and let us know what we needed to do after cleaning was complete. AZ Quality Detail did an immaculate job, especially for the condition the interior was in because of our lovely children LOL! I didn't take any before pictures, but like I said it was in VERY rough condition. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We have used Steve in the past and had good results. So when we got our new to us 5th wheel, we decided to use him again. The results were very disappointing. There were swirl marks all over the camper as well as wax residue all over the trim. We arranged for him to come out and go over it. The results of the second time were even more disappointing. For $1000 I expected to have had the wax residue cleaned up. When my wife got in touch with him he was polite, but extremely condescending and basically said we are on our own.

My Mazda was in rough shape after being the dedicated "dog car" for the past 2 years to our very heavy shedding golden retriever. I went with the "Complete interior" service and added on pet hair removal. It was very easy to book my appointment, I love that they could come straight to my house, the price was fair based on research I did with competitors, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them, and am definitely going to use their services again!

Recently moved to Phoenix and did a lot of research before selecting a shop. 2022 BMW M4. Ceramic Pro was highly rated and they did not disappoint. Andrés did a fantastic job explaining all of my options. I went with paint correction, double ceramic coating and ceramic tint. 15% around and 70% on windshield. Also opted for all trim to be ceramic coated as well as wheels and calipers due to M4 brake dust being a known pest. Dropped my car off and left with shop for 3 days. They definitely take their time to do it right. Upon pickup I was absolutely stunned. Felt like I arrived to a different car. Glass finish without a single swirl or blemish. Absolutely incredible. In between washes just use a dust brush and ceramic detailer. Looks brand new. After a wash the water just beads off. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and I consistently continue to receive positive feedback when out and about. Thank you Andrés and team for perfection!

Totally recommend this place. Great people that you can trust with your vehicle. I got my 22 year old Trans Am paint corrected with lifetime ceramic coating and it came out looking amazing! And even the wheels are protected/coated! They did a great job with my black paint! Also got tints done at the same time here and they are flawless. Loved that I could do it all in one shot. It's really hard to find someone who hand washes cars without scratching the car or still leaving it dirty. JD is the king of hand washes in the Tempe area. I hadn't washed my car for 2 months, so it was filthy. I contacted JD via email and he got back to me early the next day. From there we spoke over phone and text to confirm a day and time. Very nice guy, very professional. My car is clean and smells fresh. When I find someone that does a great job, I usually don't go anywhere else. So I will be a definite repeat customer here. 😏

Brian and Sergio came out to do a full interior detailing. Took them about an hour and a half to get it all done. Super happy with the result. Final price came out to be cheaper than I was expecting due to Brian adjusting the price to match the work that was done. Really appreciated that. Made the car look like it was new again. Luis did a great job on our 2022 Land Rover Defender. He was very meticulous spending almost 7 hours cleaning and explained where there were dings and scratches on the exterior that could be repaired. I just had my husband truck detailed just know. The seats were stained and there was dust everywhere. We clean it not so ofter but never had it detailed. I use the truck with my kids too. There are some spots miss to clean but I think I should pointed it out and he would have had clean it with no issue. I really like the job that was done. I would book again. I wish I took before pictures.

I love the work Daryl did on my car! I got a full detail and he really made sure he got every inch of my car. I called Angel when I was out of town and he made it easy to schedule my vehicle detail from when I got back. The morning of the service they actively communicated and gave an eta as it got closer. I just bought a new truck and wanted to get a good quality wax and ceramic coating put on it while it was new. I took my truck to Maxximus Auto Detailing and Ceramic Coatings and Angel and the guy’s at Maxximus Auto Detailing did an excellent job on my truck. It looks awesome and I would highly recommend them to take care of your auto detailing needs. While it was a little pricey but what isn’t these days. I wanted to get the best coating possible on my truck while it was new and to better protect the paint from chips, fading, scratches and the elements.

EXCELLENT service! I will be using Aden for all my cars, including my classic! Booking was extremely easy, and the website is very thorough and clear. I found it simple to looking through all the option and select the choice that best suited what I needed. The descriptions were very detailed. As soon as I booked I received a call from Aden confirming my selection and having a brief discussion about my car. Leading up to the appt I received a few confirmation emails, as well as confirmation texts. It was great communication and at no point did I wonder if I was going to actually have someone show up. Day of, I received a text when Aden was about 20-30 minutes from arrival. These kinds of details in service really show how someone is going to treat your car. To have someone be precise and communicative leading up to the appointment let me know my car was going to get an excellent detailing job. As for the work, perfect and exceeds expectation. Every tiny corner was cleaned. I had massive amounts of dog hair and there was not ONE hair left in the car. All the brake dust was removed, and my engine sparkles. It looks straight off a show room floor. Shes an 11 year old little car, and she looks brand new. I cleaned my house as he clean my car, and I’d periodically check out the window. Tyler and his partner at AZ H.E.A.T. did an amazing job tinting my wife’s Genesis GV70 and my F150 King Ranch complete with windshield and sunroof. We've been going to Detail Boss since 2017 and have had 5 vehicles done by them. We found them after another shop in Scottsdale did shabby work on one of our vehicles. Three different times. Needless to say they didn't hit the Marc. We still owned some of the vehicles 4 years after Detail Boss did the coating and the coating was still as good as the day they put it on. Five stars because I can't give six. I purchased a used car which had a strong odor inside. I called Sam and he told me he would identify the problem and give suggestions for cheaper solutions if possible. I took the car to him and he showed me the stained padding underneath the carpet in the car was the source of the problem. Other businesses quoted me for detailing but none of them would go down to the metal to resolve the issue.
