I got a detailing for my birthday, and my girlfriend set up most of the preliminary details. She said it was super easy and Tony was very nice to work with. They sent two guys and were done in about 2.5 hours. They did a great job, under very harsh conditions. (118 and in the middle of a parking lot with no shade) The car looks amazing, they brought everything with them, I just need to give them water and an power outlet. The guys were super professional and took the time to go over a few areas of the car that needed extra attention. I would totally recommend using this service and will definitely use them again soon!

First time having my car detailed and it was definitely well used with all the carpets in rough shapes with stains and dirt plus pretty dingy leather. I was referred to Auto Cosmetics from one of my friends. We had purchased a used BMW car through auto nation ford. Our car had 3,000 miles on it and the PPF was delaminating and had dirty edges from improper installation at Scottsdale BMW. I reached out to Scottsdale BMW and they would not warranty the PPF even though it had only been on our car for 6 months and 3,000 miles. Needless to say I will never recommend Scottsdale BMW for anything! I took our car into Hector at Auto Cosmetic and was overwhelmed with the professionalism and his honesty. He pointed out what needed fixed and gave us his recommendations of what he would do as if it was his own vehicle. Hector was very easy to work with and very fair on his pricing. We just picked up the car and it looks immaculate. They did an outstanding job with the wrap. They have a machine that cuts out the wrap so the installers don’t have to cut next to the car and take the chance of cutting into your paint. I was told they do amazing work by my friend but they are far better than I had imagined and thought they would be. I highly recommend them for PPF or Window tint. They do amazing work and are great people! Thank you Auto Coametics! The pictures attached are from before and after, it clearly shows the horrible work Scottsdale BMW did when the car was new and wouldn’t even stand behind there shoty work and results after a 6 month time frame and 3,000 miles.

This is the first time I've used a mobile detailing service, so wasn't sure what to anticipate, but all my expectations were exceeded! J & S arrived right on time and spent almost 2 hours working on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. It was pretty dirty and I'd never had it detailed, but by the time they were through it looked brand new, inside and out! And for a very reasonable price too. Steve has taken care of my detailing for a few years now. I just had him do a wash. He ceramic coated it last time I had it in. It looks fantastic! I highly recommend Steve. Attention to details and very diligent in his work. Abuse is exactly what this truck sees. It is too big for my garage so it sits outside all the time. I use it hunting and camping. It's on construction sites, it goes through snow and mud all winter up north. There used to be Arizona pin stripes all over it. Steve got them all out. He died the faded plastic black too. It looks great in the pictures, but IRL it's truly amazing how good Steve got this 2016 work truck looking. I washed my truck today, 5/21/23 for the first time since Steve did the detail on it. It had lots of dust and rain drops from the storms we've had. The water just beaded up on it. It was super easy and fast to clean and looks just like it did in the pics from the detail. The ceramic coating Steve put on is wonderful.

I met this young man when he was picking up his younger sister from high school and I was picking up Students to take them on an outing for a sports event while sitting in the parking lot this young man pulls up in a New super bad silver mustang 5.0 I had Silver 1990 model, so it immediately caught my eye of how clean it was, I had to get out of my limousine bus and talk to this young man and complimented on how great his car looked and I showed him a picture of my old 1990 fox body hatchback mustang. As we chatted I noticed also this young man had a great personality very open and friendly, he then tells me he details vehicles as his own business. I just happened to buy my dream truck as a Christmas gift to myself a few months earlier and it needed detailing being 19 years old. it’s A supercharged 2003 100 year anniversary addition Harley Davidson F150. He came to my home and did such a great job, all of my neighbors were coming over Just as he finished, admiring his work because they saw it before and after. Got my truck wrapped and ceramic coated here at Windows and Wheels just a week or so ago. They did the entire front in PPF , heat resistant tint on the windows and ceramic everywhere else. I recently employed the services of Windows & Wheels after speaking with Wills over the telephone about the unique situation regarding my 2006 Jaguar XKR Victory Edition. I asked them if they could remove some baked in heavy and hard water spots left there by a local auto shop and return it to its original luster that was present for the last 18 years, and after inspection they said they were confident they could do so. Long story short, they exceeded my expectations from every angle, the car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line and it is a rich black color which has to be perfect..and I do believe it is. This care has been returned to original intent and is stunning in the midday sun, I am so elated at their hard work and excellent product they deliver. I highly recommend them for any paint restoration services, ceramic coating (which looks impeccable) and overall attention to detail for your car and at a reasonable price point. First time I’ve ever done mobile car detailing and omg I can’t go back to a regular car wash! Dallin was AMAZING! He was very kind, positive demeanor and helpful. He did a great job with the car as the pictures shows. My car was a mess. I had it washed back in mid September but then we had a monsoon, tar from local street construction, and lots of dead leaves from when I moved wedding decor and floral during my wedding end of sept. Then there was more rain. Dallin was able to clean all that up and made it look so nice and luxurious again. I also added the leather seat conditioner and spray wax! Most places do not do a good job with the door frame, dash, cup holders or trunk and he did!

I have a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD that I recently had the paint refreshed on horizontal surfaces and passenger side doors. Arizona sun is harsh on paint so I wanted to add more protection. AZ Auto Asthetics provided me service I wanted. I got the 2 stage paint correction for the entire truck plus the Feynlab base ceramic and ceramic top coat. Met with Garrison and his team after buying my midlife crisis, a used 2009 Corvette. Factor paint was decent, but I wanted a good cleaning/detailing with ceramic coat. I ended up purchasing the 2 stage paint refresh, window tinting and caliper painting. The results were amazing!!! The crew at AZ Auto Aesthetics made my new ride look better than it would have rolled off the showroom 15 years ago! It took a few minutes for my wife and I to believe it was my car! These guys were professional, open about their process and results we could expect, and took care of my ride like it was their personal vehicle. Even kept me informed of the progress with photos! The phone number on their website doesn't work. No one showed up for my appointment. No one responded to email I sent to attempt to contact them. A very irritating experience along with obviously poor customer service. I gave them their +-30 minutes they request due to appointments possibly taking longer, and then some. No one to contact other than the main number listed on their site, and no one has contacted me at all. Blocked out this part of my schedule for nothing I guess. Good thing you don't pay ahead of time. 0/5 absolutely do not use this company, go elsewhere.

Wash My Car? Yes please! I am one of those crazy people that LOVES their car and hand washes it weekly. Work has not let me keep up with my car care so a friend referred me, knowing how picky I am. They showed up, on time (that is a rare thing nowadays) and I let him work his magic. I hate to say it, but he did a better job that I do and it takes me twice as long to do it. What did I spend over $200 on??? They also charged me an extra $20 for 4 mats but I took mats out before I even went. I had to fight for a refund on that. I specifically said basic exterior wash but that I wanted dash and cup holders detailed. Not only did they do a piss poor job but I was charged for a premium wash they wouldn't refund because it was already through the washer by the time I saw it on my receipt. Josh just adds whatever he wants to your bill without asking even if you specifically tell him what you want done.

I am so beyond disappointed. I never spend money on things like this - and wanted to get my car detailed. I spent 79$ and my car came back just oily and messy. The car had dust all over it. My touch screen had fingerprints on it. The seats were not vacuumed, and neither was anything else besides the mats. My car still had scuff marks on the doors. There was nothing done besides an oil rubbed all over my interior. There was supposed to be air freshener included, but the car smelled like nothing. I ended up vacuuming and cleaning myself.

Drove cross country from Chicago. My car definitely needed serious TLC afterwards. My car has always been housed in a garage and not having one, even temporarily, stressed me out. I've been told the extreme AZ sun will destroy my car. So I did my research and knew I wanted to get the ceramic sealant to protect my car as best I can. I searched for detailers within my area. Morris Detailing was the only one with 5 stars. It was a no brainer. I reached out to schedule a day/ time. To my surprise, I received a text from Zack that same day. We set a time for me to swing by for him to assess my vehicle. Zack listened to my wants and needs than provided his recommendation. I was able to drop my car off that weekend. He was communicative and transparent with pricing. I just picked my car up and was blown away!!! But when he popped open the hood, it brought tears to my eyes! The photos don't do it justice. All the great reviews for this business and Bernice are spot on! Great people, products and service! I brought 2 vehicles in earlier this year. The first was a “small” job, the tinted strip across the windshield of my SUV. The second was my sprinter van - inside windshield tint and strip and then an outside a clear protection product for the windshield (who knew!?!?) and also the hood/front end and headlights! 5000 miles & 5 roadtrip months later - still looking great …. so far the windshield and body are chip free. Recently shot down to AZ to escape MN winter. Thankfully came across Alex's fleet of rides. All his rides look taken care of meticulously. I rented his BMW Z4.
