I'm particular about my auto detailing care, having previously worked in the industry. I also concede I have a difficult color car to buff properly. Melvin did a fantastic job, perfect really, with the detail and ceramic coat (all the way down to the lugnuts and brake calipers, which I didn't even know he was doing). He charged a very reasonable price for his service. Being a mobile detail shop, the job scheduling could not have been easier - I left my car in the garage, went to work, and when I came home, it appeared that someone put a fresh coat of paint on my Mustang. Great job Melvin, can't wait to use you for my truck next!

Had an amazing experience with Danny! Customer service was top notch! He did an amazing job with my fiancé car! Had some extremely hard stains to remove and was able to get them basically out. We had rescued a dog from the desert and he unfortunately had an accident in the car and he was able to get the smell and stain out. Would highly recommend using him for car detailing needs.

I should have taken before pictures, because the vehicle was a mess! Danny arrived on time to my home he was very polite and clear with what I was to expect from him. The interior is now so fresh and clean smelling and feels good to touch. No more sticky hard surfaces and feels like it did when the vehicle was 1st purchased. The outside has been scrubbed down top to bottom the rims looks amazingly clean and the entire vehicle has been brought back to life. Thanks for the great service! He definitely saved me time and energy. I am grateful that I was able to avoid the hassle of dropping off and picking back up. Didn’t have to worry about being stuck somewhere while the work was being done. I’ve gone to corporate detailers and have not received as good of work. I brought my beautiful, black, almost new truck to Bill for a second opinion, after I had it coated with Opticoat Pro Plus ceramic coating by another company in the valley, which they completely botched. While I didn’t know much about ceramic coating at the time, I knew something didn’t look right, though the other company’s technicians had completed and signed off on the post-coating inspection. Turns out they did little to no paint prep on the black paint before coating, and coated the dust and imperfections right into the permanent ceramic coating on my paint. They insisted it was fine to coat my truck in my dusty gravel driveway, which is almost laughable now after visiting Crystal Clear Detail’s shop and seeing their spotlights and detail/polishing set up. Bill (the owner) was helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully examine the truck, explain every step and concern, and answer all my questions. He confirmed that my truck was covered in a significant number of high spots, with areas having not been coated at all. He did this for free, and encouraged me to work with the original company to get it fixed under their warranty, to save me additional costs. However, after getting pushback and attitude from the first company’s owner, who insisted the original technicians come out to fix it (the ones who did a poor job in the first place, and did not seem knowledgeable at all about Opticoat), I returned to Crystal Clear Detail and agreed to pay whatever cost necessary to correct the botch job and recoat the truck correctly. Bill and his team took the time to fix and recoat the truck, and included coating on the windshield, tires, and interior. He did an unbelievably fantastic job, and my truck came out more beautiful than I had thought possible. He was able to fix the majority of the previous mistakes, though some were pretty much unfixable, such as the Opticoat that is permanently staining my door jams (which should have never been coated in the first place). Bill stands out in this business not only because he is extremely knowledgeable about auto detailing and Opti-coat installation/maintenance, but because he cares about the outcome of every vehicle he works on, and notices details and flaws that most people do not. After seeing how the paint and body turned out, I upgraded to ​Bill’s​ ​black-out package (tinted windows, headlights, and tail lights, blacked out all chrome and tailpipe) with painted blue brake calipers. My black truck (my baby; and first new vehicle I have ever owned) is back to looking amazing, and I have never been happier. If you want stand out work, I recommend you only take your vehicle to Bill at Crystal Clear Detail.

Felicia does wonderful work. She started with a botched ceramic coat that had a brand new truck looking like it was 30 years old. She was very patient in buffing off the ceramic with the greatest care, preserving the clearcoat like it was a baby's skin. Once all the fouled ceramic was removed, she carefully (and correctly I might add) reapplied the ceramic coat with care and precision. Her hard work delivered a beautiful and durable finish, and I could not be happier. I will use Skyline Mobile Detail in the future for my detail and ceramic application needs! Thank you Skyline!

Felicia was great! Her website is very well laid out as far as the services and prices and options. When I filled out the form online, she responded quickly. She communicated via text and made it easy. I have an F150 and an ‘07 Accord that needed interior and exterior. The Honda is my son’s recently purchased, and I wanted to surprise him with a fresh start while he was out of town. She made it happen with only a couple of days notice. She showed up on time and got right to it. The end result was wonderful on both vehicles. She was professional and friendly. Right before she left she said to call her if there was anything that I came across that looks like she missed, and she would come take care of it asap. Updated Review (5/5): On Tuesday morning, Zaia texted me to remedy the issues with the Lexus IS300 (as below). We talked on the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 08:30AM. I was happy to get this situation fixed right away rather than waiting a week or two. At the appointment, Zaia and I looked over the car and he went over the lining, air pockets, and not edged areas. Zaia told me that he would do his best to line it up properly, and that he would re-do my passenger side film and my front bumper film. Overall, this service was phenomenal, reliable and always open to communicate with their customers. 48 Detailing fixed the panels on my passenger side and front bumper. It was done within the same day. The panels and film are clean and lined up perfectly. Their prices are competitive and worthwhile especially with how 48 Detailing communicates with their customers and tries to resolve any issues as soon as possible. To also make it up, Zaia offered his 48 Detailing spray which is a rinseless wash that I cannot wait to try. Zaia also gave me microfiber towels too. The current photos below is the finished result with everything fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Old Review (2/5): Great service, but not worth the price of the PPF especially since the PPF isn’t wrapped around the edges. My car is still exposed to rock chips because the PPF is not fully installed on my car. There are exposed portions of my car where I had the PPF installed. I wanted to wait until the vehicle “cured” before I made any complaints regarding the PPF. My vehicle cured on August 28, 2024. I had PPF full front installed on my Lexus IS300 and I was initially ecstatic about the end result. However, there were imperfections on the car from improper installation of the PPF. Some of the imperfections are: inconsistent cut marks, dirt stains on the PPF, PPF already lifted, and certain areas were not wrapped around the edges. Since the edges aren’t wrapped, my car is still exposed to rock chips on certain areas of my car. I contacted 48detailing today, but they are closed from today to Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). I will update the review after I communicate with 48detailing. Added pictures after hand washing car for the first time with the recommended materials.

I can now see my own reflection in my engine bay. It wasn't this clean when I bought the car new. They removed the layers upon layers of hard water spotting that made my car look like a mutated leopard. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable; unicorn combination. I got the $125 detail on my truck. Was very disappointed on the results. My boy that knows them hit them up and there response was that I needed a full detail to clean up and it was just dry. See my pictures and decide for yourself. Super star $35 car wash does a better job. I'll never use them again.

He is knowledgeable about his work and spent a lot of time explaining me the process and answering my questions. PFB did a fantastic job on my wife’s car. After moving to Surprise from out of state, I was looking for a quality and trustworthy detailing service that I could use regularly for all my vehicles. I made a great choice right from the start with East, owner of PFB. During our first conversation, I found East very friendly and easy to talk with. Sloppy, inconvenient, and unprofessional. Couldn't have had a worse experience. UPDATE: Every day since I got my car back, I find some other thing they messed up or that they installed and is failing. My car was dirty when I dropped it off, but rather than clean it or tell me it was too dirty, they installed the tint over dirt and damaged my car. The tint has dirt and bubbles behind it, I'm going to pay another installer to fix this mess so you won't be mistreated like I was. The owner is condescending when the job is obviously terrible. Go somewhere else. Inconvenient: I dropped my car off for tint, and when I got home, I realized they had pushed the button for my seat heater into the center console. Owner wanted to see it, so I drove all the way back, only to have him tell me I needed to make an appointment to have it fixed. He said he needed two hours, but when I got there in the morning, he then said he needed until that night. So I was out a car two full days for a simple tint job. Sloppy: The tint job itself sucks. The tint on the front accent windows is so sloppy. The corners are not even tinted, and there is a clear gap where you can see the regular windows alongside the tint. When I noticed all this i inspected further and low and behold they damaged the trim below one of the rear windows. They left scraps of tint in my car and each time I picked it up it was dirtier that when I dropped it off. My mistake for going with a vendor 30 miles from home, but ultimately I drove 120 miles, was out a car two days, paid for a real job and got a hack tint job and my car damaged. Unprofessional: The entire process. UPDATE: The tint is now bubbling and various places along the edges the tint is peeling. Absolute worst tint job i have ever gotten and I've tinted every car I've ever owned. Learn from my experience and do not use this horrendous shop.

Rafael completely transformed my Jeep wrangler. He did both interior and exterior detailing and his attention to detail is incredible. I have a dog and even though I have seat covers, the hair was embedded and would not come out with basic car vacuuming. I don’t know how he did it but he cleaned everything and it looks like new! I have been a regular customer for several months now and would never go anywhere else. I never post reviews but this young lady deserves praise. I am a mom of 4 kids and my car gets MESSY. I don’t know what kind of magic goes on but am so glad I found Black Diamond. She has the best customer service and every time I ask for a new or different service she is so honest and offers add on services that will save me money and get the outcome I want. For instance, I was certain I needed a whole car restoration but she offered a good exterior detail and added a headlights service that made my car look brand new. She is also super good at removing PET HAIR. I have never been so satisfied with a car detailing service. Her added pet hair removal service is worth every penny, she takes pride in customer satisfaction and it shows! Tell her the crazy lady with 4 kids sent you!

I went to Frankie’s today, because I received a text message for a free Ultimate wash coupon for my birthday. I pull in and tell the guy who asked what wash I would like, of course I say the ultimate wash as stated on my text message. He hands me a ticket which said Hydro wash. I also noticed that the ticket did not have my license number on it like it normally would, so my car wasn’t properly checked in. I walk to the counter and tell the woman working that I had asked for an ultimate wash, I was given the wrong ticket. I also let her know I have a birthday coupon for a free ultimate wash. She begins to tell me that the coupons don’t work and that several other customers have had the same issue. She also tells me that the coupon I have will not work for the Hydro wash. I tell her again that I did not ask for a hydro wash I asked for an ultimate wash as stated on my text message. She try’s to correct the ticket and then scans the coupon and of course she says the coupon isn’t working. I had to pay for a wash that was supposed to be free. Honestly, sounds like a bait and switch scam if other customers are experiencing the same issue as the employee at the counter stated. She offered me another coupon to on be redeemed between Monday through Thursday, which made no sense to me if they were having issues honoring the coupons that had already been issued. Now the coupon I received for the free ultimate wash reflects as redeemed, a service I never received for free.

Paid $50 with tip to wash and dry my 5.4' "oversized" car as they call it. Was not happy. Came back for quick wash after a week and the check-in guy argued about my receipt. It was the only receipt I was given and had all the detailed information that I paid and the time and date, etc. Husband has not been happy with the drying job either. Looking for a new place to pamper my car.

Service provided on July 24th, 2020. Very satisfied with their service. They took the time to detail the whole car inside in out. They've reached down to clean and vacuum the carpet on those hard to reach areas from under and sides of the front seats. They've worked on the car for an hour and a half, so believe me when I say they took their time not overlooking any spec or dust. For an additional cost they also restore foggy headlights. I wish I would've taken pictures when they're were foggy but on the one that is posted it shows the headlights in like new condition. Their services may appear a bit pricey at first, but once everything was done, I can with confidence say it was absolutely worth paying. I definitely will book Race Day Mobile in the future.

This is a service I will use forever. These guys showed up and did such a great job. I had 2 cars I was selling and when they were done I wanted to keep both cars! Honestly I didn't take any before pictures because I was NOT expecting that they would do what they did. These cars had been sitting in my driveway in the elements for 3 years. They were covered in bird poop, littered with sticks, leaves and flowers from the dead tree they sat under and in really bad shape. I know when we sold them they added a couple thousand dollars per car just because of how great they looked. I will definitely recommend and hire only him from here on our until the day he quits!
