I brought a fairly new Jeep Cherokee in for a platinum package detailing. The exterior to include the wheel wells and the engine look great. Unfortunately when we came to pick up the vehicle the door panels below the handles had not been wiped down and you could see the vast difference between the door panel where it had been wiped and cleaned and where it had been missed. The front seats had not been wiped down and cleaned, and they were taken care of as we waited. We found stray pieces of paper between the driver's seat and storage compartment in the middle of the vehicle, so obviously no one had gone and wiped that area down or vacuumed. When we brought this to the attention of one of the detailers he jumped right into the vehicle addressed every issue properly and did a great job finishing up the work. Now while some people may see this as a negative, I don't because mistakes happen, but no excuses were made, the detailer said it was missed and he jumped in with enthusiasm and professionalism and finished the job while we waited. When we brought the missed items to the attention of ownership, they didn't make a single excuse they simply asked if they're detailers had corrected the deficiencies and we're very apologetic. Again, I see this as a plus because they were quick to acknowledge they might have missed a few things and they were as happy as we were that the detailers jumped right in to finish the job. I recommend this detailer but would caution anyone to inspect the vehicle before they pick it up. And if something was missed you can't expect this detailer to acknowledge it and fix it without question

I admire anyone who can have their own business in this day and time. First time visiting to have my car detailed and the Owner was exceptional to work with. Pointed out some minor issues and brought the car back the next day and those issues were resolved. The owner not only made good on the touch ups but also offered a discount on my other car for my inconvenience. This was great customer service. After reading all the great reviews I decided to make an appointment online and paid my $30 deposit. On the day of my appointment, no one ever showed up or called so I reached out inquiring on what happened. I was told there were scheduling issues and just rescheduled for another available date. I’m a pretty easy going person so it was no big deal to me. On the day of my next appointment he did call to let me know he was running late but would arrive shortly, a couple of hours later he calls again stating he could not get to me because I live on post, although I gave this information in the notes section when I scheduled my appointment, he stated that the comments were not appearing at this time for some reason. He offered to wash my vehicle if I came to his shop however, with all the inconveniences that happened on his end it was still going to be the same price, so I just took the loss of my deposit. He seemed like a nice individual but maybe not the best business man.

Please consider going somewhere else. I feel immense regret going to Automotive "Perfection." I overpaid for what I ultimately received. Despite what the other reviews state, this is not a detailing service. Though I paid $236, I only received a deep vacuum and wiping down of consoles, not a shampoo of my carpets or precision cleaning. Their menu of options is confusing, you cannot receive both headliner cleaning and shampoo of carpets. Though the customer service is great (friendly) the cost doesn't match the quality. Even after paying $215, I still had to pay more for the exterior to be washed (of course I'd have to pay even more for wax). Please do your research! There are other local companies who truly do offer total packages for the same price I paid (plus they offer educator and military discounts). I thought because I was paying more I was getting more. I wasn't. PLEASE don't make the same mistake. Photos: The parking break crevice is still dirty, as is the air conditioning vent. A spot on the headliner isn't clean and the fabric is now fuzzy.

Everything was excellent from the initial phone conversation, the explanation of the process itself and the work was top notch. I originally went to have just my 2024 Tacoma get the front protected and after seeing the results at pick up we ended up dropping off my wife’s X3 to have it done the same day. She was also thrilled with the results. She even opted for the touchscreen protector screen and the liftgate bumper protector. Got here at almost 10am I was told there were 3 cars in front of me . So I agreed to wait . They didn’t start on my car until 12(noon). Which I was ok with because there were 3 people in front of me what I’m not ok with is seeing people come in after me leave before me while getting the same services I’ve already paid for. Because they were taking so long I left at 2:45 to take my sister to work returning around 3:15. I waited from 3:15 until 5pm for someone to finish my car. I didn’t leave here until almost 6. I was the last car here !There is no excuse. I will NEVER return or recommend them to anybody ! I watched one man work on my car and other workers giving him excuses to why they couldn’t help him and why they had to leave. If they would’ve worked together I wouldn’t have been in here all day ! Very unorganized.

Brought my wife’s 2008 BMW wagon with a stick in for the Beach Front detailing service and couldn’t be happier with the results. The car has always been cared for but Van and his crew had that 14 year-old Bimmer sparkling, especially on the inside. The “wood” trim was always a good look but was dulled over the years by tiny surface scratches. It now looks brand new. I’ll be back!

I want to start by saying that the guy who came from ElitePro was genuinely a nice person, and I appreciate his efforts. However, the experience was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, he left without finishing the vehicle, and only after he had driven away did he text to let us know that he doesn’t normally do car detailing, but rather sales, and hadn’t been sent with the proper chemicals. This meant that we had to call another service to come in and complete the job. While the paint did look decent, the rest of the vehicle was completely neglected. There was no trim work, no tire shine, no chrome polish, and no window cleaning. The car was still covered in streaks and dirt. Given that we paid $414.20 for what was supposed to be an “exterior detail,” I have to say, I was truly dissatisfied with the outcome. The photos speak for themselves. It’s hard to recommend this service when it feels like such a ripoff. I can’t, in good conscience, suggest this to anyone else. The next service came in and knocked out all the nitty gritty work, now the vehicle looks amazing.

Greg said he liked a challenge and he found one in my car that had been stored outside for two years. Don't waste your time or money at this place. I saw the RED FLAGS! There is no sign of the services they offer, had to wait over 5 min (I was the only car waiting) for the worker to finally decide they wanted to come tell me what they offer. Then charged me $42 for a wash i could've done better myself. Wheels still dirty, inside half assed vacuumed and windows still dirty. Stay away from this place!!

Hunter crushed it! I got the level 3 detail package and odor removal on my GT350 and he brought it back to life. When I brought it in, the paint had swirls, the interior smelled like smoke and all the surfaces were not their best. I was shocked when I picked up my car, it looks completely restored if not better than when it left the factory. There’s no smoke smell and the paint is fully glossed. I’m very impressed. Feels like a new car. Fantastic work!

Came in for a Classic car wash ($27). Everyone was friendly and helpful. I received the greeting from every person I passed, very good customer service. Inside they have a bunch of small antiques, books, greeting cards, car items, etc. They also have a an ice cream freezer and vending machines. Seating area inside was nice and comfortable, great to stay away from the cold. The employees were precise and thorough when cleaning my car. I didn't feel like they rushed at all. They'll clean your trunk if you request it. My mats are also the cleanest I've ever seen them lol.

I contacted PD&T when I knew the delivery date of my vehicle. The owner responded and after a few exchanges I was scheduled to have my car wrapped and tinted. The install process was completed within a week. When I picked up the car and inspected I was overly impressed. They said it would take another 3-5 days to complete curing. The owner (Mike) asked me to come back after a few weeks so they could inspect and make necessary minor adjustments. Price wise they were better than other shops I had contacted, though the other shops were in different towns. If you are looking for a wrap and attention to detail Pleasant Details and Tint is the place.

One star for the polite employee “Greeter #2.” What happened? This place use to be the BEST. Will admit the last time we were here was in 2019, but wow. Not the same place. My car looks no different after the $54 fee. Water spots on the entire outside, bugs on the grill, inside we have wipe marks on the dash, particles that should have easily been wiped away or air pressured away…bad job. I left with maybe a rinse at best. Won’t be back. Price gouging. Do better White Horse.

Paid $46 for the trifecta + ceramic coating, which is suppose to be a full-service car wash and interior wipe down/vacuuming. They missed a whole tire. And a whole section of my center console. There is also no evidence of any kind of exterior ceramic coating that cost an extra $10. Very disappointed and confused considering this place has so many good reviews. Guess it depends on who’s working.

The car wash was good but they were super busy. They came and got me and told me my car was ready and they didn't towel it off. There was still pine needles on my car.. and in the beginning I kept asking for a detail and the person checking me out repetitively only told me the prices of the normal car washes? I literally pointed and told him to tell me about their detail services which start at 59.99 and he kept telling me about the 10, 21, 29 car wash? That was really frustrating but when my car didn't even get toweled off that was the kicker. An uncomfortable experience overall. I overheard others saying that it usually wasn't like that. I don't see myself coming back.

I've been a customer for about 2 years now and never had a bad experience until yesterday. A set of earbuds was removed from car yesterday when it was being cleaned. Due to tracking of the earbuds, it last connected yesterday at 4:21PM at this business where my car was being cleaned. I went in this morning and the young lady that cleaned my saw me and immediately just walked away. I went inside and not one person came to see if I might had needed some help with anything. I think the manager/ maybe even the owner just walked right by me while talking in the phone with no acknowledgment. For those that see this; don't leave your valuable in your car. Got a call from the owner this morning and my air buds was actually found where I was sitting waiting on my car to be cleaned. I purchased a new 2024 Lincoln Corsair with the jet black package and wanted to protect the paint with a ceramic coating or PPF process. Technique Detailing and Ceramic Coating owner Kevin Faile answer my phone call on my first attempt. Kevin took all the time needed to answer my questions and send more product information to my cell phone for further research. Kevin is a man that does what he says he is going to do. Kevin sent me a progress report every night during the process. He had the car ready as promised and the car looked better than I would have expected for black metallic paint. I paid 250. For the top detail. Since my car was cleaner than most to begin with. The detailer took every shortcut he could during the detail. I did approve it and pay him but when. I went out the next day in good light I could see how bad my car was Glass was dirty and streaked, fuel cap door was never cleaned, door jams left dirty. He didn't even clean the trunk jam where ever bit of water that rolls of the cats travels through. The detailer offered to come back but I refused. He said people make mistakes. This man has been in business for 5 years and doesn't even follow what his website states as what I paid for. He did do a nice job shampooing the front carpets but skipped the back because they didn't need it. For an experienced detailer they follow the same method every time or should for each detail. I wasted 250. Update after seeing my car in the bright light of day I found the rocker panels dirty as well as the door jams. At this point I felt robbed so I texted them and told them to come back and fix it. Crickets. Check BBB website for pictures.

I've used Rays in the past to detail my cars. All other times the service has been on point. Beautiful results, great communication. They even were able to get crayon off my headliner...something the dealership had no idea how to remove. Alas this current experience was memorable in terms of lack of positive experience, meaning treat others how you would like to be treated.I am paying for a service and that also includes positive human interaction. After reading the reviews, i was expecting a very clean car but several areas were not cleaned well or not cleaned at all. I dropped it off before 10am and arrived at 4pm and so much had not been done. I asked about several areas that were still very dirty and left. I came back 45-50 minutes later and still not done. I had to point out a few things that were still dirty and continue waiting another 20+ minutes. I took the car thinking it was fine and noticed on the way home various things that were still dirty. I guess I wont be going back

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding how your team has handled the damage caused to my vehicle during a recent visit to your car wash. On Thursday, 1/9/24, I visited your car wash with my 2018 WRX STI (wrapped in satin black). Upon arriving in Columbia afterward, I noticed significant scratches on my car, which were not present prior to the wash. Despite this, David Burgess dismissed the thousands of dollars in damages by attributing them to salt from the Rock Hill to Columbia highway. This explanation is unacceptable, as there was no snow or ice on that day, meaning no salt was applied. Furthermore, just a week prior, I went to boone which was snowing and had salt all over the road and ended up not receiving a single scratch. David Burgess also stated that your cameras didn’t detect any scratches on my car before my arrival. However, this claim fails to account for the nature of satin black wrap. This material is minimally reflective to light, making it difficult to detect scratches on distant, lower-quality cameras. Comparing those cameras to the capability of an iPhone 14 Pro camera up close, it becomes evident why the scratches would not have been visible without proper lighting and angles. The scratches are now abundantly clear in person and in photos I can provide. Before visiting, I asked three separate times if it was safe to wash my car given its wrap and spoiler. I even spoke to staff in person and had the car inspected during check-in. Each time, I was reassured there would be no issues. Yet, the severe scratches now present on my car suggest otherwise. As a broke college student who works hard to afford my car, wrap, and maintenance, this situation is both financially devastating and deeply frustrating. I trusted your team’s word and expertise, but the lack of accountability here is unacceptable. I respectfully request that you revisit this matter and take responsibility for the damages caused by your equipment. This is not just about the scratches—it’s about honoring the trust and assurances your business provided prior to my visits. I look forward to hearing how this can be resolved promptly.

Went there to try to get the layers of pollen off my truck. The people were polite. Their lifetime wash plan is a better price than most, and they give first responders and teachers a 20% discount on it. I paid $27 for a ceramic wash; not too bad. The vacuums were good and strong, and they provide free all purpose and window cleaners and towels. If I lived closer, I'd be going there all the time!

We were getting ready to sell our 5 year old SUV and Pro Clean Carolina came out and made it look so great -- we seriously reconsidered selling it. Derek did an amazing job.. one of the biggest shockers was the difference when they cleaned the leather seats. We thought they looked decent -- until we saw the before and after side by side. We won't be waiting until selling a car to have a full detail again. In fact, my husband asked them to detail the inside of his truck before a road trip to be with family -- and they worked us in quickly. We so appreciate their great service and excellent work. Denny did a fabulous job of repairing a couple dents, buffing out some scratches, and some small paint touch up work on my 2024 Passport. It turned out better than I hoped. I highly recommend Charlotte Auto Spa.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Despite signing up for the basic membership, I was billed for their premier service for several months. Not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but the result was a car just as dirty as when I arrived as shown in the attached photos of a car that just received the “premier” wash. The site manager acknowledged the error and confirmed I definitely wasn’t receiving a premier wash, but stated I had to contact customer service online to rectify the situation. What's more frustrating is the abysmal customer service. Despite providing conclusive photos and the manager's confirmation, I was met with a rigid 'no-refund' policy. This car wash represents everything wrong with service industries—deceptive charges, incompetent equipment (which the manager stated needed updating), and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this place and seek a car wash that respects its customers and actually delivers on their promises. Given the utter ineffectiveness of their customer service, I'm left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card company. Despite clear evidence and the site manager's acknowledgment, they've refused to offer a refund. It's disappointing when a business fails to uphold its promises and disregards customer concerns. Hoping the credit card company can help rectify this situation since the car wash has proven unresponsive and unhelpful.

My husband and I were in a pickle when we bought paint from Lowe’s and they didn’t seal the lid on the paint - bright white paint all over the front seat of our black interior car! In a jam, I found Mike on Google and gosh am I SOOOOO glad we did! He is a miracle worker. He got the paint out of our interior and also detailed the car for us. I will 100% be using Mike for any car detailing in the future and you should too! Great communication and he kept us updated on the status of the car daily. Mike did a FANTASTIC job!! My car was definitely a challenge, a dog got sick in my car, between the passenger seat and center console, all in the seat belt and down the side, the seat belt wouldn’t even click in. Mike was able to get EVERYTHING and save me from having to have it replaced. He was great with communication and his pricing is very competitive and 100% worth it! Will be going back and recommending to all my friends!
