Fantastic detailing job. Dropped the car off dirty and now looks brand new inside and out. Can't emphasize enough what a professional and high quality operation these guys have. Easy scheduling via email and great value. Everything from the floor mats to the carpets and exterior paint looks like it just came from the showroom. Photos were taken after driving home with some rain/puddles. Was done perfectly down to every detail. Not "pretty good", or "95%". Perfect. Bill does an amazing job of all things having to do with the car! He has fixed paint chips on the hood of my car. He has also done compounding on my car before applying ceramic coating which he did for the car body as well as my wheels. One star for the polite employee “Greeter #2.” What happened? This place use to be the BEST. Will admit the last time we were here was in 2019, but wow. Not the same place. My car looks no different after the $54 fee. Water spots on the entire outside, bugs on the grill, inside we have wipe marks on the dash, particles that should have easily been wiped away or air pressured away…bad job. I left with maybe a rinse at best. Won’t be back. Price gouging. Do better White Horse.

Paid $46 for the trifecta + ceramic coating, which is suppose to be a full-service car wash and interior wipe down/vacuuming. They missed a whole tire. And a whole section of my center console. There is also no evidence of any kind of exterior ceramic coating that cost an extra $10. Very disappointed and confused considering this place has so many good reviews. Guess it depends on who’s working.

The car wash was good but they were super busy. They came and got me and told me my car was ready and they didn't towel it off. There was still pine needles on my car.. and in the beginning I kept asking for a detail and the person checking me out repetitively only told me the prices of the normal car washes? I literally pointed and told him to tell me about their detail services which start at 59.99 and he kept telling me about the 10, 21, 29 car wash? That was really frustrating but when my car didn't even get toweled off that was the kicker. An uncomfortable experience overall. I overheard others saying that it usually wasn't like that. I don't see myself coming back.

I've been a customer for about 2 years now and never had a bad experience until yesterday. A set of earbuds was removed from car yesterday when it was being cleaned. Due to tracking of the earbuds, it last connected yesterday at 4:21PM at this business where my car was being cleaned. I went in this morning and the young lady that cleaned my saw me and immediately just walked away. I went inside and not one person came to see if I might had needed some help with anything. I think the manager/ maybe even the owner just walked right by me while talking in the phone with no acknowledgment. For those that see this; don't leave your valuable in your car. Got a call from the owner this morning and my air buds was actually found where I was sitting waiting on my car to be cleaned. Went in to pick them up and actually had a great conversation both him and front manager. Thanks guys for your help and great service.

I just moved here,Try to find a good car wash service,because I had a very bad car wash experience, like Tidal wave AND Wash wizard. They turned you into a member without your knowledge. Find TR!on Google! I've never seen anyone with 5 stars, owner Tercio he's super friendly. honestly the worst, laziest wash experience i’ve ever had, and i even gave them a second chance after not being impressed with my first experience because the membership and location would have been so convenient had the service been decent at least. i paid for one of the higher-end exterior/interior washes. i am leaving with fingerprints on my mirrors and dust on my dashboard, basic things that would’ve been taken care of with a minimal wipe-down. save your time and money and go to Mt Pleasant Wash&Wax. much better service

Brought my wife’s 2008 BMW wagon with a stick in for the Beach Front detailing service and couldn’t be happier with the results. The car has always been cared for but Van and his crew had that 14 year-old Bimmer sparkling, especially on the inside. Thanks to Mike and Team for another excellent job well done! First time getting PPF on the front of a vehicle and am extremely happy with the result. Besides the standard windows, tinting the pano sunroof along with the windshield with ceramic Xpel XR+ was well worth it, especially with the southern sun. Any questions or concerns are always promptly answered, and the attention to detail is always appreciated. Absolutely could not find any water marks on the interior or post-clean up needed for me to detail afterwards. Thanks again and you guys are absolutely the best here in Charleston!

I contacted PD&T when I knew the delivery date of my vehicle. The owner responded and after a few exchanges I was scheduled to have my car wrapped and tinted. The install process was completed within a week. When I picked up the car and inspected I was overly impressed. They said it would take another 3-5 days to complete curing. The owner (Mike) asked me to come back after a few weeks so they could inspect and make necessary minor adjustments. Price wise they were better than other shops I had contacted, though the other shops were in different towns. If you are looking for a wrap and attention to detail Pleasant Details and Tint is the place.

The belt moves the cars through the wash too quickly for a thorough wash or for the extras to have a chance to set into the finish and windows. Additionally, most of the scrubbers stop turning before they hit the back half of the car. The fluffy towel at the end is a great idea! Why not have a dry buff on the rest of the car as well? The free towels are available only most of the time. It would be nice not to have to wait for the attendants to get out of their vehicles, but it's hot out so I get it. I've been to a lot of car washes and I've had "unlimited plans" at three. This is the worst for the value in my opinion. That said, it is convenient, so I keep returning. Update 28 October 2024: I finally had to cancel my membership. To be transparent: I have never canceled a membership to a wash club unless I was moving out of the area. In fact, I still have an active membership at an unlimited (truly unlimited) carwash in West Columbia because I still visit there once a month. The last seven (7) visits, there were no clean towels. None of my previous suggestions have been implemented. The only nice thing I can say about this place is the very nice young man who helped me find the scan code to cancel my plan tonight. I wish I would have asked his name just so I could give him a shout out. The other guy working just acted like I was ruining his cleaning routine because I decided to get my car washed. I'd say please get it together, but at this point, please just vacate the property so a better wash club can take over. Terrible.

ICS just finished a full detailing and ceramic coating of our 2018 Audi Q5. The car sits outside all day and night and is not regularly washed or detailed. Even with 85,000 miles the car came back gleaming and looking like new. The drop off and pick up worked well for us and they had the car for a day. I had my 2025 Z4 Ceramic Coated when I first got it and just had my first maintenance wash completed at their new shop location. Hunter crushed it! I got the level 3 detail package and odor removal on my GT350 and he brought it back to life. When I brought it in, the paint had swirls, the interior smelled like smoke and all the surfaces were not their best. I was shocked when I picked up my car, it looks completely restored if not better than when it left the factory. There’s no smoke smell and the paint is fully glossed. I’m very impressed. Feels like a new car. Fantastic work!

We stopped at the Zips CW on 17 in Mount Pleasant,SC and it appears that only one person is doing all the work!!Is he the only one here?Very not fair.Took forever to go through the car wash. Keith the assistant manager was great. I love it when the attendant helps me with the direction my wheels need to be, and Kieth did that with a smile. This is not like some of the few other attendants. Kieth also sprayed all around my car, not just the side he was standing. I give Kieth 10 stars. Some of the other attendants( or at least one) do not compare to Kieth’s customer service and attention to detail!

Came in for a Classic car wash ($27). Everyone was friendly and helpful. I received the greeting from every person I passed, very good customer service. Inside they have a bunch of small antiques, books, greeting cards, car items, etc. They also have a an ice cream freezer and vending machines. Seating area inside was nice and comfortable, great to stay away from the cold. The employees were precise and thorough when cleaning my car. I didn't feel like they rushed at all. They'll clean your trunk if you request it. My mats are also the cleanest I've ever seen them lol.
