I purchased a new 2024 Lincoln Corsair with the jet black package and wanted to protect the paint with a ceramic coating or PPF process. Technique Detailing and Ceramic Coating owner Kevin Faile answer my phone call on my first attempt. Kevin took all the time needed to answer my questions and send more product information to my cell phone for further research. Kevin is a man that does what he says he is going to do. Kevin sent me a progress report every night during the process. He had the car ready as promised and the car looked better than I would have expected for black metallic paint. I had a great experience throughout the process. Kevin is passionate about his product. I highly recommend Technique Detailing and Ceramic Coating for all your detailing and paint protection needs.

I paid 250. For the top detail. Since my car was cleaner than most to begin with. The detailer took every shortcut he could during the detail. I did approve it and pay him but when. I went out the next day in good light I could see how bad my car was Glass was dirty and streaked, fuel cap door was never cleaned, door jams left dirty. He didn't even clean the trunk jam where ever bit of water that rolls of the cats travels through. The detailer offered to come back but I refused. He said people make mistakes. This man has been in business for 5 years and doesn't even follow what his website states as what I paid for. He did do a nice job shampooing the front carpets but skipped the back because they didn't need it. For an experienced detailer they follow the same method every time or should for each detail. I wasted 250. Update after seeing my car in the bright light of day I found the rocker panels dirty as well as the door jams. At this point I felt robbed so I texted them and told them to come back and fix it. Crickets. Check BBB website for pictures.

I've used Rays in the past to detail my cars. All other times the service has been on point. Beautiful results, great communication. They even were able to get crayon off my headliner...something the dealership had no idea how to remove. Alas this current experience was memorable in terms of lack of positive experience, meaning treat others how you would like to be treated.I am paying for a service and that also includes positive human interaction. If you feel I have misrepresented the condition of my car, then explain that and we can discuss if you need to charge additional fees. Or look at it before I leave the lot so we can have that discussion. I chose your company because of my previous experience. I chose your company because you are locally owned. I recommended your company to others in the community. I also have the choice not to choose your company again.

After reading the reviews, i was expecting a very clean car but several areas were not cleaned well or not cleaned at all. I dropped it off before 10am and arrived at 4pm and so much had not been done. I asked about several areas that were still very dirty and left. I came back 45-50 minutes later and still not done. I had to point out a few things that were still dirty and continue waiting another 20+ minutes. I took the car thinking it was fine and noticed on the way home various things that were still dirty. I guess I wont be going back

h & h did an absolutely amazing job washing the car. I purchased a maintenance wash and they came out promptly that day to my house. I didn’t have to do or supply anything other than pull my car out of the garage. The maintenance package was anything but surpassing many competitors “deluxe” packages. I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding how your team has handled the damage caused to my vehicle during a recent visit to your car wash. On Thursday, 1/9/24, I visited your car wash with my 2018 WRX STI (wrapped in satin black). Upon arriving in Columbia afterward, I noticed significant scratches on my car, which were not present prior to the wash. Despite this, David Burgess dismissed the thousands of dollars in damages by attributing them to salt from the Rock Hill to Columbia highway. This explanation is unacceptable, as there was no snow or ice on that day, meaning no salt was applied. Furthermore, just a week prior, I went to boone which was snowing and had salt all over the road and ended up not receiving a single scratch. David Burgess also stated that your cameras didn’t detect any scratches on my car before my arrival. However, this claim fails to account for the nature of satin black wrap. This material is minimally reflective to light, making it difficult to detect scratches on distant, lower-quality cameras. Comparing those cameras to the capability of an iPhone 14 Pro camera up close, it becomes evident why the scratches would not have been visible without proper lighting and angles. The scratches are now abundantly clear in person and in photos I can provide. Before visiting, I asked three separate times if it was safe to wash my car given its wrap and spoiler. I even spoke to staff in person and had the car inspected during check-in. Each time, I was reassured there would be no issues. Yet, the severe scratches now present on my car suggest otherwise. As a broke college student who works hard to afford my car, wrap, and maintenance, this situation is both financially devastating and deeply frustrating. I trusted your team’s word and expertise, but the lack of accountability here is unacceptable. I respectfully request that you revisit this matter and take responsibility for the damages caused by your equipment. This is not just about the scratches—it’s about honoring the trust and assurances your business provided prior to my visits. I look forward to hearing how this can be resolved promptly.

Went there to try to get the layers of pollen off my truck. The people were polite. Their lifetime wash plan is a better price than most, and they give first responders and teachers a 20% discount on it. I paid $27 for a ceramic wash; not too bad. The vacuums were good and strong, and they provide free all purpose and window cleaners and towels. If I lived closer, I'd be going there all the time!

We were getting ready to sell our 5 year old SUV and Pro Clean Carolina came out and made it look so great -- we seriously reconsidered selling it. Derek did an amazing job.. one of the biggest shockers was the difference when they cleaned the leather seats. We thought they looked decent -- until we saw the before and after side by side. We won't be waiting until selling a car to have a full detail again. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Despite signing up for the basic membership, I was billed for their premier service for several months. Not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but the result was a car just as dirty as when I arrived as shown in the attached photos of a car that just received the “premier” wash. The site manager acknowledged the error and confirmed I definitely wasn’t receiving a premier wash, but stated I had to contact customer service online to rectify the situation. What's more frustrating is the abysmal customer service. Despite providing conclusive photos and the manager's confirmation, I was met with a rigid 'no-refund' policy. This car wash represents everything wrong with service industries—deceptive charges, incompetent equipment (which the manager stated needed updating), and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this place and seek a car wash that respects its customers and actually delivers on their promises. Given the utter ineffectiveness of their customer service, I'm left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card company. Despite clear evidence and the site manager's acknowledgment, they've refused to offer a refund. It's disappointing when a business fails to uphold its promises and disregards customer concerns. Hoping the credit card company can help rectify this situation since the car wash has proven unresponsive and unhelpful.

My husband and I were in a pickle when we bought paint from Lowe’s and they didn’t seal the lid on the paint - bright white paint all over the front seat of our black interior car! In a jam, I found Mike on Google and gosh am I SOOOOO glad we did! He is a miracle worker. He got the paint out of our interior and also detailed the car for us. Mike did a FANTASTIC job!! My car was definitely a challenge, a dog got sick in my car, between the passenger seat and center console, all in the seat belt and down the side, the seat belt wouldn’t even click in. Mike was able to get EVERYTHING and save me from having to have it replaced. He was great with communication and his pricing is very competitive and 100% worth it! Yeah I will be canceling my monthly plan here. Everytime I come here something isn't working in the wash. Why am I paying you monthly for a service I'm not getting? Things break or have issues, I understand. But everytime? Yeah that's crazy. And I'm not paying full price for something and continuing to not get what I'm paying for. Smh.... worst wash ever.. yet sent me thru twice and it's still isn't clean. It ripped the pieces off the roof, which didn't even get clean. The mat washer is a joke. Horrible useless waste of money. 25 bucks and it's gonna have to be washed again. Very very disappointed!!!

came to use the vacuums and the blonde girl with the horribly curled ends at 7pm walked by multiple times as i struggled to use the vacuum that was turned off, and laughed at me every time she walked by. then here comes the other blonde chick, mind you they all look 16 years old, SHE WAS UP ON A LADDER VAPING??? she was literally fixing something in a ladder, HITTING A VAPE and is definitely underage, the boy working walked by me multiple times while i was cluelessly trying to work the turned off vaccums that THEY ALL KNEW WERE OFF, the one girl is laughing at me, the other is vaping on a ladder, wow…. how embarrassing!! i feel bad for all of them honestly. maybe the management or owners has changed because this used to be a nice place, that i previously left a 5 star review for. they walked by a customer and laughed as i struggled to figure out why the vaccums were off, not to mention vaping in front of customers.. WHILE ON A LADDER? what a sad sad place… i’m so embarrassed to have wasted money here… there’s a lot of brand new car washes being built, if you’re reading this, take your business and money there..

I am so glad I found these guys on Google. Their reviews drew me in and I had an amazing experience myself last week. The owner took my call and scheduled my appointment and Josh took care of my car service. I got an interior and exterior, as my car was not living its best life but Josh took his time to get all the details right. Had this service done at my workplace and coworkers were noticing how thorough he was. You could tell he genuinely cared about the customer and took pride in his work! My car is 7 years old and I felt like I was driving it off the lot when he was done, am already recommending this business to my coworkers and friends.
