I brought a fairly new Jeep Cherokee in for a platinum package detailing. The exterior to include the wheel wells and the engine look great. Unfortunately when we came to pick up the vehicle the door panels below the handles had not been wiped down and you could see the vast difference between the door panel where it had been wiped and cleaned and where it had been missed. The front seats had not been wiped down and cleaned, and they were taken care of as we waited. We found stray pieces of paper between the driver's seat and storage compartment in the middle of the vehicle, so obviously no one had gone and wiped that area down or vacuumed. When we brought this to the attention of one of the detailers he jumped right into the vehicle addressed every issue properly and did a great job finishing up the work. Now while some people may see this as a negative, I don't because mistakes happen, but no excuses were made, the detailer said it was missed and he jumped in with enthusiasm and professionalism and finished the job while we waited. When we brought the missed items to the attention of ownership, they didn't make a single excuse they simply asked if they're detailers had corrected the deficiencies and we're very apologetic. Again, I see this as a plus because they were quick to acknowledge they might have missed a few things and they were as happy as we were that the detailers jumped right in to finish the job. I recommend this detailer but would caution anyone to inspect the vehicle before they pick it up. And if something was missed you can't expect this detailer to acknowledge it and fix it without question

I admire anyone who can have their own business in this day and time. First time visiting to have my car detailed and the Owner was exceptional to work with. Pointed out some minor issues and brought the car back the next day and those issues were resolved. The owner not only made good on the touch ups but also offered a discount on my other car for my inconvenience. This was great customer service. Can't give this company any higher than 5 Stars but I would add 5 more stars for the great experience

After reading all the great reviews I decided to make an appointment online and paid my $30 deposit. On the day of my appointment, no one ever showed up or called so I reached out inquiring on what happened. I was told there were scheduling issues and just rescheduled for another available date. I’m a pretty easy going person so it was no big deal to me. On the day of my next appointment he did call to let me know he was running late but would arrive shortly, a couple of hours later he calls again stating he could not get to me because I live on post, although I gave this information in the notes section when I scheduled my appointment, he stated that the comments were not appearing at this time for some reason. He offered to wash my vehicle if I came to his shop however, with all the inconveniences that happened on his end it was still going to be the same price, so I just took the loss of my deposit. He seemed like a nice individual but maybe not the best business man.

Highline was recommended by the dealer that I purchased my car from. I live out of state so I did all of this sight unseen. Gordon at Highline was responsive with any questions I had. Their prices are competitive and the work (tinting all windows) was completed quickly and looks great.

Apex Auto Spa is absolutely amazing. My car has been sitting for 5 years and Apex Auto Spa has it looking and smelling like a brand new car. The seats were dirty, there was so much dirt that was built up because the car was never covered while sitting. He cleaned the headlights, he shampooed the interior and cleaned the exterior of the car. You could not tell that it has been sitting. Please consider going somewhere else. I feel immense regret going to Automotive "Perfection." I overpaid for what I ultimately received. Despite what the other reviews state, this is not a detailing service. Though I paid $236, I only received a deep vacuum and wiping down of consoles, not a shampoo of my carpets or precision cleaning. Their menu of options is confusing, you cannot receive both headliner cleaning and shampoo of carpets. Though the customer service is great (friendly) the cost doesn't match the quality. Even after paying $215, I still had to pay more for the exterior to be washed (of course I'd have to pay even more for wax). Please do your research! There are other local companies who truly do offer total packages for the same price I paid (plus they offer educator and military discounts). I thought because I was paying more I was getting more. I wasn't. PLEASE don't make the same mistake. Photos: The parking break crevice is still dirty, as is the air conditioning vent. A spot on the headliner isn't clean and the fabric is now fuzzy.

Everything was excellent from the initial phone conversation, the explanation of the process itself and the work was top notch. I originally went to have just my 2024 Tacoma get the front protected and after seeing the results at pick up we ended up dropping off my wife’s X3 to have it done the same day. She was also thrilled with the results. She even opted for the touchscreen protector screen and the liftgate bumper protector. The pricing I thought was just right and I didn't feel like I was overpriced. I highly recommend Auto Shield! 👍

I had a bad experience with another retailer in Columbia. The owners of the business made my truck look brand new. They were able to get the scent bomb smell out of my interior and smells like a new car again. I could not be more pleased. Fantastic job!!!! Update!!! So I just got my truck back from being ceramic coated and it looks absolutely amazing. The depth of the paint is better than new. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Steven did a great job on my Jeep! He got back to me with a quote quickly, was able to fit me in same week, had great communication and had a waiting room equipped with Netflix etc. if you wanted to stay while he worked. My car had never had a detail and desperately needed the carpets and seats done (aka #smallchildren) and I’m so happy with the result! He was also very reasonably priced, definitely recommend!

I should’ve taken before pictures, but my car was months from its last wash. Mold on the hood, dirt covered, tired dry and oxidized, dirt and debris in floorboard. Paid a reasonable price, took about two hours, and came out great. Super nice guy, very happy. Will be coming back

Most outstanding car care I've ever experienced. The car wash and detailing was beautifully done. The attention to detail was superb. Carpet cleaning made it unnecessary to replace the carpets because they looked new again. Touch up body painting was excellent. Headlights looked sparkling clean and new. I can't give him enough accolades. My vehicles were showroom ready! The prices are reasonable and customer service is outstanding. Got here at almost 10am I was told there were 3 cars in front of me . So I agreed to wait . They didn’t start on my car until 12(noon). Which I was ok with because there were 3 people in front of me what I’m not ok with is seeing people come in after me leave before me while getting the same services I’ve already paid for. Because they were taking so long I left at 2:45 to take my sister to work returning around 3:15. I waited from 3:15 until 5pm for someone to finish my car. I didn’t leave here until almost 6. I was the last car here !There is no excuse. I will NEVER return or recommend them to anybody ! I watched one man work on my car and other workers giving him excuses to why they couldn’t help him and why they had to leave. If they would’ve worked together I wouldn’t have been in here all day ! Very unorganized.

WOW!!!! I didn't think my son's truck could ever look this good again. David and his partner worked some magic along with some elbow grease and it looks fantastic! I had spent weeks trying to get other detailing businesses in the area to call me back and had no success at all. I had one place schedule to come to our home to do it and they never showed up. I was losing faith that I would ever find a place in Columbia. I happened to drive by Premium on Two Notch Road so I stopped in to talk with David. He looked over the truck and said "yes we can." Derek of Heavenly Shine Auto worked magic on my SUV today! He successfully removed paint smears from contact with painted surfaces; removed pen-size scratches; cleaned, sanded, and buffed the headlights; hand-washed the exterior, including bug and tar removal. He cleaned the tires and rims until they glistened. He brought back the brand-new shine and made the car sparkle! Ultimately, Derek restored the pride I once had in my car.
