Greg said he liked a challenge and he found one in my car that had been stored outside for two years. I had a low expectation based on how much pine dust had baked into the paint, but after 5 hours of seemingly non-stop work, Greg and Jana showed me the car and it looked just like when I bought it new! My dad came by later that day, saw my car, and immediately asked for their contact information. Incredible work, friendly people, and great with communication. I contacted PD&T when I knew the delivery date of my vehicle. The owner responded and after a few exchanges I was scheduled to have my car wrapped and tinted. The install process was completed within a week. When I picked up the car and inspected I was overly impressed. They said it would take another 3-5 days to complete curing. The owner (Mike) asked me to come back after a few weeks so they could inspect and make necessary minor adjustments. Price wise they were better than other shops I had contacted, though the other shops were in different towns. If you are looking for a wrap and attention to detail Pleasant Details and Tint is the place.

Had the windows retinted at Pleasant Details and Tint on my 2004 Ford F-150 Lightning. The old tint was starting to lose its ability to keep the hot Charleston sun from baking the interior. After talking with Matt we decided to go with the ceramic based tint to help with keeping the cab cooler in the summer months, which to be honest here is like 8 months out of the year. Matt did an excellent job removing the old tint and adhesive as well as applying the new tint. I was pleased that he went beyond and made sure to wipe the interior door panels down after he was done. I've had experiences with other shops that just leave the water residue on the panels. I highly recommend if you are looking to get window tinting done to contact Matt at Pleasant Details and Tint.

Came in for a Classic car wash ($27). Everyone was friendly and helpful. I received the greeting from every person I passed, very good customer service. Inside they have a bunch of small antiques, books, greeting cards, car items, etc. They also have a an ice cream freezer and vending machines. Seating area inside was nice and comfortable, great to stay away from the cold. The employees were precise and thorough when cleaning my car. I didn't feel like they rushed at all. They'll clean your trunk if you request it. My mats are also the cleanest I've ever seen them lol.

There was not a single item correctly cleaned in my vehicle. I asked to get the soda stains from my headliner, and overall restore the interior to a like new condition. Everything was half washed. Many spots had something sprayed on it but not wiped off. The plastic interior items still had easily removable stains. My parking decal looked like they tried to remove it unsuccessfully which I did not request. Overall about the worst $200 I spent. After receiving my car I had to go every single item. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself.

Paid for full interior detail with supposed carpet shampoo. My husband booked this appointment and I’m so disappointed. He showed up with a leaf blower to “vacuum” the car. There’s still dirt/debris around door jambs. Gas cap wasn’t done. Windows and vents are dirty. There’s still dirt in the seat cracks. I pointed these things out to him and he said pet hair removal was extra, he wiped a little with a brush and then just left. How are you cleaning the carpet if you’re not removing dirt/hair?!? Absolute waste of $220!
