If I could give negative -3 I would. I initially booked my vehicle and they kept my vehicle for almost 5 days. I planned on paying $3800 to have my entire car ceramic, the glass ceramic and the extra layer that goes on the hood. My car is an $80,000 BMW so I really wanted to protect it. when I called to pick up my car that following Monday, the receptionist told me “we’re really sorry, but there are other people that are trying to get their cars done. “ So basically, my car wasn’t done when I called five days later. Somehow, my car was magically done the next day! Not sure how they did that! So when I picked my car up, they said that they were only going to charge me $1800 and then acted like they Put the ceramic over the entire vehicle, etc., etc., and gave me a huge discount just for the Problems I don’t mind paying $3800, that’s what I intended on paying. But the truth is, they did a really crappy job on my car and I don’t think that they did ceramic on the window and it is nearly impossible to get the bugs off of my car after washing it twice. Keep in mind I have to hand wash my car now. I can’t take it through car wash. It’s impossible to get the dead bugs off! Furthermore ceramic pro does not list Reflectionz as an authorized dealer so how are you supposed to register your product? I’m now Going to have to take my car to somebody else to have it done properly and now go without my car again for another week. The pictures that I have attached are after washing my car twice!

I called around to a few places inquiring about ceramic coating and window tint prior to taking delivery of my new car. Cole did an amazing job on my SUV. It hadn't been detailed in 3 years. It looks like I just drove it off the lot, after Cole spent 3 hours making sure every inch was spotless! Cole did an amazing job on my car. It looks better than when I first bought the car. It looks and smells like a brand new car. I mean my Toyota needed major cleaning with the interior and exterior. The customer service was also amazing. The owner is extremely nice and professional. I can't recommend enough!!! Cole did such a fantastic job that I will definitely be a returning customer. I contacted Emanuel at Nevada Mobile Detailing while we were visiting Las Vegas to wash our 45 foot RV. I tested the water he brought with him with my TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter and it read 4 ppm which guaranteed a totally spot free wash. He showed up on time and was done in under three hours. Peter and his team are amazing! He is a great communicator and he provides incredible customer service. I had a last minute request during a very busy time but Peter and his team squeezed us in and even came to our hotel to detail our rigs. The attention to detail was impeccable. Discovered on an FB ad and saw a number of positive comments. Needed to detail my dad’s cars as he’d been disabled for years and they were pretty neglected. Charles was quick to respond to every text, has very reasonable rates and really accommodating with schedule. A team of 3 arrived to detail my dad’s 2010 Corvette & 2007 Silverado and made them look brand new in no time. We opted to do extras like headlights, engine and headliners (totally worth it!) The crew, led by Anthony, were great. Price was very competitive; less than I would have paid at Fab Freddy’s and they came to my house which was way more convenient. Highly recommend. Will definitely save their number and use again!

Kevin was awesome. Responsive and detailed. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was detailed exactly how I needed it as I was selling it. Company went above and beyond for me when, two days after my detail, I got a scuff and paint swirling from a windshield replacement. When I reached out, they offered to come out and fix it that same day for an extremely fair price. This is the only detail company I will use!

Zero stars. Paid Justin to detail my truck $600. When I looked at my truck it looked like a basic corner wash from the side of the road. So when I asked Justin about his work he became unhinged and began screaming and almost hit me with his truck peeling out with his kid in the vehicle. He then ran inside and grabbed a bag of trash and debris and threw it at my truck. Had to call the police and filled out a report with LVMPD. Pictures included. After reading your response Justin I have come to the conclusion that you are mentally unstable. Everything you responded with is a complete lie and you know it. We will see you in court. Photos don't lie. Hope that whatever you're dealing with in your personal life can resolve itself.

I started with a full ceramic treatment to the exterior of my brand new car. I had them treat the entire exterior including windows, wheels, and brake calipers. The car reflects like a mirror, and is easier to clean despite being a dark color! They showed me a video of them washing the car after the treatment and water just runs off of it! They did such a good job on the exterior, when they asked if I wanted to do a similar protective coating to all my interior leather surfaces, I had them do that too! I figured I wanted to protect my investment from the Vegas sun and any potential spills. I could not be happier with the job they have done at Royalty Auto Spa and I am very happy with all the services they have provided me. Every time I bring my car in, I feel like they enjoy working on it. I will continue to use them and look forward to trying their mobile services in the near future.

Absolutely love this place!!! After a few of my local military friends recommended this place, I decided to give them a try. Sin City Mobile Detailing really wowed me with their attention to detail both inside and outside my truck. They were even able to remove stubborn stains that had been there for years. I have two dogs and they meticulously worked to make it look like my dogs have never stepped foot into my truck. Amazing customer service!!! The whole team was amazing and the coordination with Lovely and Norma was smooth and efficient from start to finish!!! Gio (the boss) made sure to ask me a lot of questions when I dropped off my truck to go over my vehicle. Also, when I picked up my truck, he made sure to come out to meet me to see if I was happy with the job (inside and out).
