Peter and his team are amazing! He is a great communicator and he provides incredible customer service. I had a last minute request during a very busy time but Peter and his team squeezed us in and even came to our hotel to detail our rigs. The attention to detail was impeccable. After picking up my Mach-E, I knew I wanted to get some ceramic coating work done ASAP! I searched around town and was offered to do a free consultation with Gloss It. There I met Rich, the owner, who enthusiastically explained to me their coating process and even showed me around their garage and studio. I could tell how passionate Rich was with the work he and his team does, so I went forward with letting them take care of the ceramic coat and tint, along with PPF for the front. The whole process was explained thoroughly and took two days to complete. When I picked up my car, I was ecstatic and impressed! I started with a full ceramic treatment to the exterior of my brand new car. I had them treat the entire exterior including windows, wheels, and brake calipers. The car reflects like a mirror, and is easier to clean despite being a dark color! They showed me a video of them washing the car after the treatment and water just runs off of it! They did such a good job on the exterior, when they asked if I wanted to do a similar protective coating to all my interior leather surfaces, I had them do that too! I figured I wanted to protect my investment from the Vegas sun and any potential spills. I could not be happier with the job they have done at Royalty Auto Spa and I am very happy with all the services they have provided me. Every time I bring my car in, I feel like they enjoy working on it. I will continue to use them and look forward to trying their mobile services in the near future.

I came to Friendly bear car wash one time before and I felt they did a poor job, however they were very busy and I figured I’d try again and maybe get better service as they were slow and no one was at the car wash. And I knew of someone who was happy with the service from them. 1. I was upsold the $85 detail and it was discounted $10 (the usual special) so I paid $75 for a full inside detail and outside wash and wax. My car is a new 2023 with 10k miles and no trash I just wanted the inside dust free and vacuumed really that’s why I got a detail. It was already “clean” After a hour my car was “finished” I asked the guy if he could finish wiping down the car because there was gobs of cleaner left on the leather and around the edge of the center console. A new guy came over and did just that and he mentioned sorry the job wasn’t good and he was going to re vacuum and fix it. They wiped it down spraying a cheep cleaner all over the leather and plastic and just making it look more wet but without actually getting the dust off the surface. I stopped them because I could see the cleaner was causing spots to form along the dash. I asked them if it was leather safe. They just gestured yes yes it’s special, in the way like they didn’t understand. They speak English to sell you the service but they pretend to not understand when there is a problem. The pictures speak for themselves. I spent a hour at home cleaning off excess cleaner and trying my best to buff out whatever cleaner they had EVERYWHERE. And it was just saturated everywhere but came off dirty when wiping it away. My mats must have been put in the sun? My two back seat mats are completely warped along all the edges and now won’t protect the carpet. To be fair I can’t show photos of the outside because it rained today .. but the outside was just as bad. But fair is fair. And I had no intention of leaving a bad review but for someone to tell me Seemed like I just wanted a “free car wash” I told them no I didn’t ask for for a refund you offered me a refund. And I didn’t ask for one the last time you guys did a horrible job.

I purchased the slick and deluxe package for my Jeep compass. Nick was very prompt and responsive to my messages and guided me through which packages would be best fit for my car! He was very accommodating with scheduling the appointment and he comes to you for the service! He went above and beyond with the wash and detail getting the stubborn dog hair out of my car and even getting off a couple spots that I had some paint transfer from lightly hitting something on the bumper! I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and attention given to my vehicle. I opted for the luxury executive plus service priced at $45, expecting top-notch results. However, upon receiving my keys, I was greeted by a strong foul odor emanating from the car, reminiscent of a dirty diaper. Even after a few hours, the smell persisted inside. During dinner with my family, I inspected the vehicle and was dismayed by the overall lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. For the price paid, I expected a much better job, especially considering I could get two car washes from mobile services for the same amount. The back seat was left dirty, the mud flaps barely touched, and the rims still had dirt and grime. Additionally, the interior was wiped down unevenly, leaving behind an oily residue and streaks. The rubber gaskets around the windows were completely neglected. Given that my car is relatively new with under 700 miles, I expected it to be an easy job to clean, mainly consisting of outside dirt from recent storms. However, the service provided was extremely poor and unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. On top of the $45 I even tipped the guys $10 thinking it was a great job. It wasn’t.

This is a great place to have your car washed. They have several levels of car wash. There was hardly a wait at check in. Raymond and his team were organized, efficient, cheerful. Hannah at the register was very friendly, patient and helpful. The waiting area had counter seating facing the cars going thru the car wash. Other chairs and massage chairs are also available. Outdoor benches are available. Restrooms are at the back. They did a fantastic job inside and out. Our car looked like a new car!

Talked with this company and was given a 400 dollar price for what I was looking for. Because this company came recommended by some work friends, I was fine with the price. Company asked me if they could start at 6 a.m. on my off day. While I wasn't thrilled about it, I agreed to help them out getting the car all washed before the day started getting hot. Flash forward to the day of my appointment, I got up early on my day off to be ready for their arrival. 6 came and went and I didn't hear anything from the company. After 7 went by, I finally messaged the company saying that I was guessing they weren't coming, so never mind about my service. Almost a half hour later, I got a message with an excuse that they had to fill up their water tank and the shop didn't open until 7. My question is, if they knew they had an appointment before this shop opened, why didn't they fill up the night before, and even if, worst case, they just so happened to find out when they went to fill up before my 6 a.m. appointment that they couldn't get water, why not send me a message informing me they'd be late? Why was it an hour and a half later, after I messaged them, that I heard anything from them? TLDR; this business seems very unprofessional to me. I'll definitely be telling my work friends that I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.
