Cris and crew worked very hard on a minutes notice, helping me remove paint that I drove through (which splattered all over my car). As the sun came down, they came back another day to continue to work on the smaller specks that were not seen. With dedication of service, they made sure a job was well completed. Jared and staff were amazing! I Feel great about protecting my "new" to me car's paint for the next 15 years ! And because it is a Honda CRV I have no doubt it will be on the road a minimum of 5 years after my 15 year warranty expires. And because of Detail City's exceptional service I have every confidence that they will be around to service any future warranty claims I might have many years down the road! As an added bonus they even report the application of Iconrocklear to carfax ...so if any time in the future your car is involved in a wreck, and insurance gets to repair your cars bodywork the insurance pays to have the product re -applied to the affected areas. . And with the drivers in vegas that could save you $2000 or more in out of pocket expenses! Way to go guys! Detail City Rocks! Honest, informative, and FAIR! And they have got your back for the long haul! How many companies these days can you say that about?! Not many! Run dont walk to Detail City.... 10 out of 10!!!!! Beyond Happy Here! Amazing experience with Ramon. Salt of the Earth person and did a great job on my truck. I came in from out of town visiting family, and wasn’t sure if he’d be able to make it as it was last minute. Sure enough he was nearby and was able to make it within 45 min. Great job on the wash and service! He’s my go-to guy anytime I come into town!

I wasn’t going to leave a review and be a Karen but since no one has responded to me, I shall. Just acknowledging these issues would’ve been enough- not even needing to fix them. I’m 8 months pregnant and needed it done and felt $150 for basic was decent. The quickly went to $199 when I discussed shampooing. I agreed to pay the $199 for full detail. Once here, they told me it would be an additional $75 due to my cars condition and time it would take I believe. My car was very dirty in the second row but it would be mainly vacuuming (thanks kids) but the other rows were not bad. I felt this was extreme but assumed if they needed extra time, obviously I get paying for that time. They finished in about two hours, which again the $199 would have covered that labor so that was frustrating. Other places offer $200 for 3 hours work and I thought this was the same. I felt they just wanted to up charge me because I was a woman and I was alone and needing it done with two kids I had to get back to inside. I thanked them once done and then checked it out later in the evening and I noticed the back cup holder areas were not even touched. There was a spill in one and I know they didn’t even attempt to clean it. I messaged them and they told me “oh yeah those areas are hard to get” and something by about scratching the plastic. But I paid for the steam cleaning which would’ve solved it. There were spots left on the seats and some of the sides. Also in between the seats had spots probably just from not being wiped throughly. And just a few crumbs here and there. Dont get me wrong- it looks wayyyyy better BUT for $275, I should not be 8 months pregnant climbing into the back of the SUV to steam clean a cup holder and wipe down seats/walls.

Peter and his team are amazing! He is a great communicator and he provides incredible customer service. I had a last minute request during a very busy time but Peter and his team squeezed us in and even came to our hotel to detail our rigs. The attention to detail was impeccable. We had been off-roading for a week through peanut butter mud and snow and the vehicles were VERY dirty. After the detail they looked better than brand new. I highly recommend The Best Detail!

Not sure what happened to this place, but it has really gone down hill. $50 for inside and out and trust in my 5-minute drive home I noticed all of the fingerprints that were not wiped off any of the windows, and the handle well of my driver side door was filthy. It's dark now and I can't see the rest of the car, but I'm sure there's other areas that I won't be happy about. Also, whatever they use to clean and condition the leather and vinyl in the car smells like a filthy dirty dish rag. It makes me want to vomit. Very disappointing. 😔

I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and attention given to my vehicle. I opted for the luxury executive plus service priced at $45, expecting top-notch results. However, upon receiving my keys, I was greeted by a strong foul odor emanating from the car, reminiscent of a dirty diaper. Even after a few hours, the smell persisted inside. During dinner with my family, I inspected the vehicle and was dismayed by the overall lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. For the price paid, I expected a much better job, especially considering I could get two car washes from mobile services for the same amount. The back seat was left dirty, the mud flaps barely touched, and the rims still had dirt and grime. Additionally, the interior was wiped down unevenly, leaving behind an oily residue and streaks. The rubber gaskets around the windows were completely neglected. Given that my car is relatively new with under 700 miles, I expected it to be an easy job to clean, mainly consisting of outside dirt from recent storms. However, the service provided was extremely poor and unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. On top of the $45 I even tipped the guys $10 thinking it was a great job. It wasn’t.

My car looks brand new after using Tornado Mobile detailing. They were able to get all the dirt and dog hair out of my car. They are efficient, friendly, and the booking process is very easy. Definitely would book with them again, and recommend them to everyone I know!

Rean did a wonderful job on detailing my car. He was thorough and has a great attention for detail. He detailed the interior and exterior and even polished the plastic parts of the exterior of my car and they look brand new! He also was very kind and at the end he went over what he accomplished and brought up areas of my car that may need attention for safety (a crack in my window). I went back on 8/31/23 and I do not recommend their service or their degreaser product. A lady at the counter had attitude when I asked about their best degreaser for mechanic areas (oils). She seemed frustrated when I asked about their return policy if their degreaser didn't work. I did purchase their "best" 5 gallon degrease and I would never go back there again for that product and I wouldn't give them my business because of her bad attitude.

Update: customer service does not care. They’re more concerned with getting new customers than retaining customers. Do yourself a favor definitely do not come to this WOW, I’d recommend one of the other car washes in the area. I have a membership and this location absolutely horrible. The reader didn’t work multiple times. Attendant had me back into 3 all three different entrances. There are other car washes near by give them a try and have less hassle! 1-26-25 6:00pm
