Great job by Lusso once again. I’ve had five different cars having exterior work done by Lusso with outstanding results each time. Didn’t hesitate to bring my newest, most expensive car…’24 Corvette E-Ray there to get paint correction, track package PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. Their PPF work is top notch, hard to see where it was applied. The ceramic coating is super shinny and smooth. Zack on the front desk is all about customer service. Brian the ceramic coating detailer is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and go to Lusso.

Johnnie did a wonderful job on a vehicle that had been in Chicago for the last 5 years and neglected by my son’s ex. After driving it here from Michigan, it was a complete disaster (bugs, dust, road grime, etc.). He took a black car on a very hot day and made it shine. If I could give negative -3 I would. I initially booked my vehicle and they kept my vehicle for almost 5 days. I planned on paying $3800 to have my entire car ceramic, the glass ceramic and the extra layer that goes on the hood. My car is an $80,000 BMW so I really wanted to protect it. when I called to pick up my car that following Monday, the receptionist told me “we’re really sorry, but there are other people that are trying to get their cars done. “ So basically, my car wasn’t done when I called five days later. Somehow, my car was magically done the next day! Not sure how they did that! So when I picked my car up, they said that they were only going to charge me $1800 and then acted like they Put the ceramic over the entire vehicle, etc., etc., and gave me a huge discount just for the Problems I don’t mind paying $3800, that’s what I intended on paying. But the truth is, they did a really crappy job on my car and I don’t think that they did ceramic on the window and it is nearly impossible to get the bugs off of my car after washing it twice. Keep in mind I have to hand wash my car now. I can’t take it through car wash. It’s impossible to get the dead bugs off! Furthermore ceramic pro does not list Reflectionz as an authorized dealer so how are you supposed to register your product? I’m now Going to have to take my car to somebody else to have it done properly and now go without my car again for another week. The pictures that I have attached are after washing my car twice!

I 100% recommend Pristine Mobile Detail!! My car exterior looked terrible because of oxidation from always being parked outside. I was considering either getting a wrap or paint job as I’m planning on keeping my car long term, but it’s a big price tag I wasn’t ready for. Roberto is one of my favorites. This is a very busy car wash so sometimes it takes a minute to get your car back, but there is a restaurant right next-door where you can have lunch and a beer.

Been using this location and the Lake Mead location for months with my Tesla Model 3. I have a monthly plan, and use one of the locations once a week. No issues with the car wash, very quick and the car is clean enough. I have almost never encountered a broken vacuum. Usually very easy to find a spot and dry off the few left over drops. Good value.

Does not clean your car properly this last time my hood wasn’t even cleaned, these rain drops wiped away with a damp towel easily but somehow the carwash wasn’t able to clean them. wheels are always dirty and I never really mined wiping them with a rag but even if you spray your own wheel cleaner on them before going through the wash they always leave many dirty spots even when I bought the wheel cleaning package. I been going here for about a year and I think I’m going to Tommy’s express for the future of my business after this

This review is a follow up of a previous one left by a relative that had two of our cars done. The young men that came to do an interior/exterior detailing of our cars were really nice, friendly and respectful which is why I left it at 4 stars. On top of detailing both vehicles inside and outside they also offered to wash one of our cars seats which was really dirty and they were able to get it looking clean again. The carpet/foot area was spectacularly vacuumed. They also had great advice on maintaining our vehicles. The only issues I have is with the quality of the rest of the work. For nearly paying $600 for everything I was expecting a little more. On the exterior of both vehicles, I could still remove dirt marks with a rag as if it was not thoroughly washed/wiped. Where the doors close, it looked as if it wasn’t even touched as I could see all the black and dirt markings. Maybe this part is not included in interior detailing? On the inside of my car, from the dashboard to the cup holders to the sides of the doors, it was clearly not really wiped good. There was still scuff marks on the doors and pieces of debris in the cracks and crevices of the interior. With my own wipes I removed most of the debris and scuff markings that were still left on my interior after the detailing was already supposedly complete. And yes, I understand that I could always clean my own car myself but since we were already having one car being done why not do both? This review isn’t meant to bash those that worked on our cars but as a reference for potential customers. The guys that came were really nice. But for what we paid we were expecting the work to show. For working about 3 hours, it seems like the focus was only on the car seats and the floor. I left 2 pictures that are just a sample of what I am talking about. Both photos taken were done after the interior detailing was done. But one that is still dirty was the way the workers left it. And the clean one is what it looks like now after I wiped it myself.

Took my newly wrapped 1 month old truck to get a basic exterior wash. The manager seemed friendly and professional and took my truck in right away to get started. He said that they used a special procedure to wash wrapped vehicles and I sat while he proceeded to wash and dry my truck. When he said he was finished, I could notice from about twenty feet away that there were swirl marks and scratches in the black part of my wrap as seen in the photos below. When I asked him what happened, he blamed it on the shop that did the wrap, saying that they didn't properly wash the vehicle before wrapping it. I knew he was lying because when I picked it up it was perfect. I then called the owner and asked him to submit a claim to his Insurance company to fix the damage done to my vehicle. He promptly said no and that he wasn't responsible for it or any damage done to customer vehicles. He was very nasty and defensive and seems to believe that he and his employees never make mistakes or do a poor job. I didn't read the reviews because I was taking it in for a very basic exterior wash but I wish I would have!

Super happy with the work done by Aqualine Performance! This team was very professional and on top of the car cleaning game! Using quality products to clean the interior and the exterior of my SUV. My truck hasn’t been detailed like this for a very long time. Every part was super grimy and dusty but not anymore. The interior of my truck had some dirty spots on the seats so I needed a full detail. The seats and all the upholstery was cleaned perfectly leaving me with a new car feel! and the products used left the truck smelling great and not chemically. Zero stars. Paid Justin to detail my truck $600. When I looked at my truck it looked like a basic corner wash from the side of the road. So when I asked Justin about his work he became unhinged and began screaming and almost hit me with his truck peeling out with his kid in the vehicle. He then ran inside and grabbed a bag of trash and debris and threw it at my truck. Had to call the police and filled out a report with LVMPD. Pictures included. After reading your response Justin I have come to the conclusion that you are mentally unstable. Everything you responded with is a complete lie and you know it. We will see you in court. Photos don't lie. Hope that whatever you're dealing with in your personal life can resolve itself.

Just paid $70 for them to not even vacuum my car or wipe the cup holder out. This was all included in this ridiculous price. Next time will call a mobile detailer who charges the same and does a way better job. Sooooo disappointed and just feel like I threw money in the trash.

Peter and his team are amazing! He is a great communicator and he provides incredible customer service.
