Discovered this Local gem through research, Was looking to maintain my car's paint beyond nornal means, I.E Hand washing and waxing, when necessary, I wanted to have a trustworthy professional to suit the needs of my beloved BMW's Exterior and Interior, searching here on Google, locally, I came across a local family owned buisness, VIP AUTO SPA! Sparked my interested through its website and its extensive information, excited, I sought more info, and shortly after, I was contacted by non other than Rob, A family man and proud owner of this excellent Auto Detailling buisness, he spoke to me whole heartedly, and shared with me his extensive services for detailing my car, it took me a whole year to finally decide to set up an appointment and finally take my car in to get a recent Spooky Special, I recieve texts occasionally on my phone for the latest deals and specials, and I was one of the first of 5 people to respond to the spooky special, which gave me a generous discount! So I set up the appointment via text very easily and responses back were timely, answering any questions regarding schedule and services. I was squeezed in on Friday and I was able to drop off my car as early as 8:30, given I work Nights, so that very morning I found the location in the the buisness park, in a very clean area, and very easy to locate, pulling in I found parking and checked in with the front desk, she was very patient and respectful, not much later I met Rob, finally! Excited he gave me a great tour of the facility and showed me some of the main services he and his team of professional provides, and eventually brought me to the garage where employees were working and making all the magic happen! My first impressions were beyond expectations, clean, organized, quality materials and equipment, everything to which I can happily say, am one happy client! Rob gave me complete assurance and even threw in an extra service for my windows on top of everything that was already discounted on the special! His dedication to his passions, his buisness and his family, really show by the quality of training and work ! My car was very dusty and dirty from my travels, and Rob and his team cleaned my car in a few hours and was promptly notified me when it was ready! When I arrived, My car was shiny and looked brand new! Rob also educated me and gave me reccomendations for future services and visits, Overall, I am absolutely impressed, by the quality of work, and the passion for excellent service, in regards to my loyalty, established! For them being a small team, they can be booked! I highly encourage to approach with flexibility, they have alot of work in a day and especially in the week! You allow them the time, Rob and his team will strive to go the distance and put a smile on your face! UPDATE Owner reached out and paid for the pillar replacement and apologized for issue. They gracefully accepted feedback so they can do a better job next time. Definitely feel better using these guys now. Give them a try, I learned a lot about tint and ceramic coating. The coating looks amazing, just know it does have yearly maintenance but it's worth it. Tint: small bubbles will go and if the larger ones don't after a 3-4 weeks then they will fix that too. 5/5 Ask questions if you have them, sales team is new. -------- Original review for transparency: Cleaning and coating is done well. Tint done poorly. Pre service great. After service poor. Details: Mixed bag, other bad reviews are not wrong. Got a ceramic coat and window tint. I had a tighter schedule but the owner said it was fine and had someone stay late to get it done. Friendly in person. Got it to them one and a half hours before my appointment, they worked on it immediately. The bad: More expensive than other shops, but their ceramic coat has a warranty. (That costs additional 200 a year that was not mentioned on their website or in person.) When I picked up my car they closed an hour early so I had to text them. My car interior had some damage that wasn’t there before and they said they “didn’t see it”. They sent my car to another shop but did notify they were moving my car. The tint is… lighter than expected and full of bubbles big and small. I had to ask for the after care instructions and they no longer do the welcome kit. Inside of tinted windows was very dirty and I had to gently clean it off to see during the sunset. Drips from water were on my car screen and steering wheel. My insurance notified me of “aggressive turning and harsh breaking” when they moved it to another shop and back. Additional: I did ask if it would be a better idea to schedule a week later so they had more time but they said it was fine. Small bubbles I’m not counting because they are supposed to “work themselves out”. For $3520.00 (+200 a year for warranty) I am unsatisfied and I recommend looking elsewhere. I did contact them and they did respond but “we didn’t see any damage and oh well email you the care instructions” is all. 3/5 I will update if issues are corrected or ignored. 3 stars and not 1 because the coating appears /perfect/ on all exterior surfaces and outer glass. (Added two external wide photos) Ceramic pro “elite” dealer? Not from my experience.

Rob was fantastic! I got myself in a bit of a sticky situation on a narrow dirt road and had scratches all along the passenger side of my Highlander. It's black so they really show. I bought a used RV that the previous owner rented out for Burning Man. I got a great deal on it but it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. After 9 hours of cleaning it looks brand new. What a disappointment! Getting your car washed inside and out is a special treat that I can ill afford. I thought I’d treat myself for my birthday and I will NEVER EVER ever go there again. For $38 (plus a nice tip!!) all that was done was a very poor exterior wash, my car-interior and exterior- was still dirty. The dash, console, steering wheel area, and everywhere else was not wiped down whatsoever. There were fingerprints still on the interior windows, and the backseats weren’t even touched! Nothing on the menu I paid for was done. Everything still had dirt and dust all over on every surface of my car. The interior was supposed to be vacuumed, but either the vacuums do not work at all or they absolutely didn’t do it. I’m so disappointed! And mad! I might as well just driven down the highway and thrown my hard-earned money out the window and hoped for the best. . They rush you out of there really fast, so you don’t really get a chance to actually look. The pictures make the car look better than the reality, but trust me, it was just about as dirty as it was when I brought it in. Happy birthday to me. Not.

They did a great job at a reasonable price. Clean engine area (did the front headlight - no charge), interior was spotless, and was able to buff off white paint where someone has scaped me. I like the monthly car wash deal because I enjoy having a clean car. I think I’m going to switch to exterior only because the guy i always get that does the Interior told me he can’t wipe the dash because he has short arms. Apparently too short to wipe whatever they sprayed on the console too, interior job is poor.

I'm not sure why there needs to a person there to press the buttons on the screen? but there is. I went there today and I rolled my window down and the first thing the girl said to me was "pick from the three" ok... Hi! then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to tip, I would had she been more pleasant. Having a person there to press the buttons for you (not necessary) then ask if I wanted to leave a tip with her attitude... definitely not!

Zack with Raw Mobile Detailing has been nothing short than amazing to work with. Had both my 2nd and 4th gen Rams icon rockleared by him and his staff a they did a fantastic job. Zack was very easy to work with and schedule my appointment, even able to make last minutes alterations with my work schedule, but still had my vehicle ready when he told me.
