Discovered this Local gem through research, Was looking to maintain my car's paint beyond nornal means, I.E Hand washing and waxing, when necessary, I wanted to have a trustworthy professional to suit the needs of my beloved BMW's Exterior and Interior, searching here on Google, locally, I came across a local family owned buisness, VIP AUTO SPA! Sparked my interested through its website and its extensive information, excited, I sought more info, and shortly after, I was contacted by non other than Rob, A family man and proud owner of this excellent Auto Detailling buisness, he spoke to me whole heartedly, and shared with me his extensive services for detailing my car, it took me a whole year to finally decide to set up an appointment and finally take my car in to get a recent Spooky Special, I recieve texts occasionally on my phone for the latest deals and specials, and I was one of the first of 5 people to respond to the spooky special, which gave me a generous discount! So I set up the appointment via text very easily and responses back were timely, answering any questions regarding schedule and services. I was squeezed in on Friday and I was able to drop off my car as early as 8:30, given I work Nights, so that very morning I found the location in the the buisness park, in a very clean area, and very easy to locate, pulling in I found parking and checked in with the front desk, she was very patient and respectful, not much later I met Rob, finally! Excited he gave me a great tour of the facility and showed me some of the main services he and his team of professional provides, and eventually brought me to the garage where employees were working and making all the magic happen! My first impressions were beyond expectations, clean, organized, quality materials and equipment, everything to which I can happily say, am one happy client! Rob gave me complete assurance and even threw in an extra service for my windows on top of everything that was already discounted on the special! His dedication to his passions, his buisness and his family, really show by the quality of training and work ! My car was very dusty and dirty from my travels, and Rob and his team cleaned my car in a few hours and was promptly notified me when it was ready! When I arrived, My car was shiny and looked brand new! Rob also educated me and gave me reccomendations for future services and visits, Overall, I am absolutely impressed, by the quality of work, and the passion for excellent service, in regards to my loyalty, established! For them being a small team, they can be booked! I highly encourage to approach with flexibility, they have alot of work in a day and especially in the week! You allow them the time, Rob and his team will strive to go the distance and put a smile on your face! UPDATE Owner reached out and paid for the pillar replacement and apologized for issue. They gracefully accepted feedback so they can do a better job next time. Definitely feel better using these guys now. Give them a try, I learned a lot about tint and ceramic coating. The coating looks amazing, just know it does have yearly maintenance but it's worth it. Tint: small bubbles will go and if the larger ones don't after a 3-4 weeks then they will fix that too. 5/5 Ask questions if you have them, sales team is new. -------- Original review for transparency: Cleaning and coating is done well. Tint done poorly. Pre service great. After service poor. Details: Mixed bag, other bad reviews are not wrong. Got a ceramic coat and window tint. I had a tighter schedule but the owner said it was fine and had someone stay late to get it done. Friendly in person. Got it to them one and a half hours before my appointment, they worked on it immediately. The bad: More expensive than other shops, but their ceramic coat has a warranty. (That costs additional 200 a year that was not mentioned on their website or in person.) When I picked up my car they closed an hour early so I had to text them. My car interior had some damage that wasn’t there before and they said they “didn’t see it”. They sent my car to another shop but did notify they were moving my car. The tint is… lighter than expected and full of bubbles big and small. I had to ask for the after care instructions and they no longer do the welcome kit. Inside of tinted windows was very dirty and I had to gently clean it off to see during the sunset. Drips from water were on my car screen and steering wheel. My insurance notified me of “aggressive turning and harsh breaking” when they moved it to another shop and back. Additional: I did ask if it would be a better idea to schedule a week later so they had more time but they said it was fine. Small bubbles I’m not counting because they are supposed to “work themselves out”. For $3520.00 (+200 a year for warranty) I am unsatisfied and I recommend looking elsewhere. I did contact them and they did respond but “we didn’t see any damage and oh well email you the care instructions” is all. 3/5 I will update if issues are corrected or ignored. 3 stars and not 1 because the coating appears /perfect/ on all exterior surfaces and outer glass. (Added two external wide photos) Ceramic pro “elite” dealer? Not from my experience.

What an amazing experience!!! I went here to Buggy Bath Car Wash recently because I really needed my entire car cleaned from the inside out. I believe that the price was very reasonable given how many staff all work together flawlessly to get the cars worked on and I see staff working on all the cars to get them moved through the line. I waited about 30 minutes from start to finish, which wasn't bad, especially given how dusty and simple dirty my car was. They did an excellent job on my windshield and all my windows. Got my car back looking so shiny and like new again. The tires have to be the best part! They cleaned them so well and my wheels and rims are still looking great despite it having rained a week or so later. I would for sure recommend this small business!!! Amazing service every time! Employees are polite and hardworking. The car was literally shining when it was finished. Great prices, quality products, and incredible attention to detail. The results always exceed my expectations and last for quite a long time, and the air fresheners smell so good! And, the leather seats were so buttery smooth and clean afterwards, I was so impressed. The car genuinely looked, felt, and smelled brand new again, it was so nice! Also, this company offers a large variety of services from shampooing, to ceramic coatings, to windshield chip repairs and headlight polishing. It's literally so easy to get my car cleaned and my windshield chip fixed all in one go, and I don't have to worry about calling and scheduling with two different companies or even leaving my house since they are mobile. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the job. The photos attached are after I drove the car from Reno to Sacramento and back, in a rainstorm. Only a little dirt is visible on the back of the vehicle. The car is very easy to keep clean. Highly recommend Top Gloss!!!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was the worst wash I have ever received. $45+ for a “Premium Full Service” wash, the most expensive wash available. Dirt on my doors, bumpers and hood still. Water spots and dirt on windows. Inside doesn’t even look like they wiped it down. No interior or exterior plastic or tire protection. Worst part is I brought it up to the guy cleaning and he just replied, “I don’t know, it’s done.” I don’t know what happened because there are people that swear by this place but I won’t go back unless they invite me to come get it cleaned properly, free of charge. See pictures, interior pictures are taken while still at the facility with them not wanting to do better.

The response from ownerships is even worse! Why would someone waste money to come back after getting a car wash this terrible? No wonder their own employee was talking badly about how terrible the new owners are. Save yourself the time and don’t use this car wash. I remember years ago it used to be great, within 5 minutes of walking inside to wait, they were done cleaning it. After paying $45.99 plus the $10 they charged us to clean our weather tech mats, I could’ve spent a fraction of that and done a better job like I normally do! It’s still filthy. They didn’t vacuum underneath the mats, the outside has mud streaks, the windows weren’t wiped, the inside doesn’t look touched AT ALL. Never again. With the price increases and new ownership, you’d think they’d try harder to keep customers. Maybe it’s because they pay $12 an hour like the guy told us that sold us the wash? So before we got in, we also tipped $10. Car washes are a luxury these days with how expensive it is just to live. Either way, 0/5 if I could.

I have brand new Tesla Model 3 I took to Nick at prestige. When I dropped off the car they gave me a ride home and gave me updates everyday on the progress of my vehicle. They are kind, hospitable, and exhibited top tier professionalism. I didnt even keep my sentry mode on. The PPF is self healing high quality and I couldn't even tell th a t it was applied to my car. Jon took excellent care of my truck. It was disgusting after 4 years of dog travel, cross country road trips, and camping excursions. There were lots of little rocks and dog hair EVERYWHERE. I also had milky headlights and some other things going on. Enter Four Corners detailing. Found them easily enough on Google, Jon contacted me right away after missing my call, something I greatly appreciated. That way I didn't have to look around for another detailer. We scheduled an initial date that didn't work out due to weather but Jon was good about getting back in touch to get the job done. Jon was able to even give me a short ride home which was immensely helpful as I would have had to take an uber otherwise! My headlights look great, the interior is like new show quality and there were even things taken care of that I had just written off such as the headlights, and some minor paint issues. Even the wash I asked for "nothing special." The truck is so dang clean now I almost can't bear to drive it! Just kidding - thanks again for everything Jon overall probably the best detail I've ever had. I wish you were out where I'll be moving to!

Solid crew, solid work, solid customer service. Super pleased with how my car turned out. The focus was on steam cleaning and hot water extraction for my seats- and quite frankly, it looks like how I bought it back in 2017. Robert and Joseph were great communicators both over the phone and in person. I was kept in the loop and they even texted me a progress video, which was a nice touch. Nate seemed like an ideal team member/shop lead. Happily took instruction and got right on it. They’ve all got it dialed in and still remain personable.
