Discovered this Local gem through research, Was looking to maintain my car's paint beyond nornal means, I.E Hand washing and waxing, when necessary, I wanted to have a trustworthy professional to suit the needs of my beloved BMW's Exterior and Interior, searching here on Google, locally, I came across a local family owned buisness, VIP AUTO SPA! Sparked my interested through its website and its extensive information, excited, I sought more info, and shortly after, I was contacted by non other than Rob, A family man and proud owner of this excellent Auto Detailling buisness, he spoke to me whole heartedly, and shared with me his extensive services for detailing my car, it took me a whole year to finally decide to set up an appointment and finally take my car in to get a recent Spooky Special, I recieve texts occasionally on my phone for the latest deals and specials, and I was one of the first of 5 people to respond to the spooky special, which gave me a generous discount! So I set up the appointment via text very easily and responses back were timely, answering any questions regarding schedule and services. I was squeezed in on Friday and I was able to drop off my car as early as 8:30, given I work Nights, so that very morning I found the location in the the buisness park, in a very clean area, and very easy to locate, pulling in I found parking and checked in with the front desk, she was very patient and respectful, not much later I met Rob, finally! Excited he gave me a great tour of the facility and showed me some of the main services he and his team of professional provides, and eventually brought me to the garage where employees were working and making all the magic happen! My first impressions were beyond expectations, clean, organized, quality materials and equipment, everything to which I can happily say, am one happy client! Rob gave me complete assurance and even threw in an extra service for my windows on top of everything that was already discounted on the special! His dedication to his passions, his buisness and his family, really show by the quality of training and work ! My car was very dusty and dirty from my travels, and Rob and his team cleaned my car in a few hours and was promptly notified me when it was ready! When I arrived, My car was shiny and looked brand new! UPDATE Owner reached out and paid for the pillar replacement and apologized for issue. They gracefully accepted feedback so they can do a better job next time. Definitely feel better using these guys now. Give them a try, I learned a lot about tint and ceramic coating. The coating looks amazing, just know it does have yearly maintenance but it's worth it. Tint: small bubbles will go and if the larger ones don't after a 3-4 weeks then they will fix that too. 5/5 Ask questions if you have them, sales team is new. -------- Original review for transparency: Cleaning and coating is done well. Tint done poorly. Pre service great. After service poor. Details: Mixed bag, other bad reviews are not wrong. Got a ceramic coat and window tint. I had a tighter schedule but the owner said it was fine and had someone stay late to get it done. Friendly in person. Got it to them one and a half hours before my appointment, they worked on it immediately. The bad: More expensive than other shops, but their ceramic coat has a warranty. (That costs additional 200 a year that was not mentioned on their website or in person.) When I picked up my car they closed an hour early so I had to text them. My car interior had some damage that wasn’t there before and they said they “didn’t see it”. They sent my car to another shop but did notify they were moving my car. The tint is… lighter than expected and full of bubbles big and small. I had to ask for the after care instructions and they no longer do the welcome kit. Inside of tinted windows was very dirty and I had to gently clean it off to see during the sunset. Drips from water were on my car screen and steering wheel. My insurance notified me of “aggressive turning and harsh breaking” when they moved it to another shop and back. Additional: I did ask if it would be a better idea to schedule a week later so they had more time but they said it was fine. Small bubbles I’m not counting because they are supposed to “work themselves out”. For $3520.00 (+200 a year for warranty) I am unsatisfied and I recommend looking elsewhere. I did contact them and they did respond but “we didn’t see any damage and oh well email you the care instructions” is all. 3/5 I will update if issues are corrected or ignored. 3 stars and not 1 because the coating appears /perfect/ on all exterior surfaces and outer glass. (Added two external wide photos) Ceramic pro “elite” dealer? Not from my experience.

Left my Jeep Grand Cherokee here late Friday to be detailed. Had planned to have detailed at Jeep in Reno but no response to my messages from Jeep. Brothers kept my Jeep inside for the night and did a fabulous job on the detail, much better than Jeep would have done. I barely recognized my car when I picked it up. It was a very reasonable price. I’ll be back again. You can also get a regular wash while you wait for $40.

-1 if I could.I have been to this car wash before everything went good! Well my most recent time there, they broke my window covers on my truck. I went to the employee there and he had me filled out a paper. Didn’t hear anything back for almost a week, called the manger a couple times with no call backs. Finally called on a different phone number and he answered. Said they didn’t break them when the employee showed me on camera that they broke in the wash. They are refusing to fix them. Don’t recommend at all!

Like all the Sierra Express Car Wash locations, it deposits a very generous amount of solution before wiping - lowering the amount of micro scratches and also doing a better job of cleaning the vehicle. The best part about this location is the included vacuums and compressed air! I find the compressed air super useful to dry in crevices (think mirrors) and also dust the interior with ease!

This would be a 5 star review, but now y’all went cashless. If you’re gonna be cashless, but also run vacuums on cash that’s a bad business model. So I see two helpful options, option A maybe switch the vacuums to cards. Option B, maybe remember the age old sentiment “Cash is King” and please don’t contribute to the many businesses starting a problem trend in America. Cashless is just another form of surveillance, knowing every single purchase we make, and logging that info for who know’s what purposes to some data broker to sell to anyone that wants it for again, who knows what purposes. I don’t agree with that at all.

I have been a member for several years and am very satisfied. Sherri is our favorite and is always cheerful. The rest of the staff is working hard to do good work quickly. They are all out there scrubbing bugs and road grime off my truck in blazing sun and freezing temperatures and are quick to clean a spot they missed. I had my car washed inside & out on Sunday Sept 29 at the location at 720 Nichols Blvd. The staff did an awful job. I have been a Grand Champion member for abt 2 yrs. & have gone to this location for my monthly interior cleaning many times. I always take in my car completelyempty and ready for an interior clean. The techs spent less than 10 mins on my car. I got up to go to the bathroom and came back, and my car was parked to the side. I couldn't believe that they were done so I sat back down and waited. No one came in with my keys, so I finally went to look in my car (like 20 mins later). I was really confused because it looked vacuumed (sort of) but it was still smudgy and dirty. The dash and steering wheel were obviously dirty. The back seats did not looked like they had been wiped.The back hatch (which was completely empty) had not been touched. Not vacuumed, not wiped, nothing. I had to hunt down my keys. No one knew who had cleaned my car. I'm honestly not sure it was even cleaned. I think the one of the techs thought someone else had done it and drove it to the side. I hate confrontation, and thought maybe I was being too picky, but when I got home I took dash wipes and wiped down the interior surfaces. They showed a ridiculous amount of dirt. I'm a good, loyal customer and recommend Sierra all of the time so I thought I should share this.

Came here to wash my car and trailer after burning man. A very aggravated older man walked up to my window - which was pretty aggressive as a single female to begin with- inside the stall before I had gotten out. He was obviously angry, referring to a sign propped up somewhere I hadn't seen on the other side that said no burning man. If you’d like to experience a very miserable man coming up to your car and yelling at you for being a person with a vehicle with playa dust on it, try this place.

I bought a used RV that the previous owner rented out for Burning Man. I got a great deal on it but it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. After 9 hours of cleaning it looks brand new. What a GREAT job these guys did, and on short notice, too! My poor car looked like hell after it sat unused for 10 months while I was overseas. An old spill had gotten moldy, headlight lenses were foggy, dust and schmutz everywhere. I had very little time, as I was leaving town the next day, and they came over that same day. My vehicle: Tesla Model 3 with paint protection film; I've washed the car by hand during the summer but wanted to try the touchless wash as cold weather sets in Touchless wash: Accepts payment by credit/debit card but need to swipe with the magnetic strip; I chose the $9 basic wash option that includes pre-soak, soap, and high pressure rinse; you just drive to the middle of the bay and the nozzles move around the car; you have to drive slowly through the dry blowers within a set time limit (I think it was 75 seconds) Pros: The touchless wash works as intended; the car was pretty clean after the whole process; open 24 hours a day Cons: The drying process--I tried to go through the blowers as slow as possible but I had to use my own towels to dry the car completely after going through it; swiping credit card is old technology; not a lot of space on the premises to park your car after washing; I've seen long lines during the weekends while passing by Suggestions: Bring your own towels for drying if you worry about water droplet residue; don't forget to put Tesla vehicles in car wash mode

FOR ALL BRAND NEW DARK COLORED CAR OWNERS!!! I bought my new Ultra Red car at the end of March 2024 and it’s been over 2.5 months. I have used this Quick Wash facility ever since. I wanted to try and keep my car look absolutely “showroom” beautiful. I’ve learned that washing a car by hand, even with the gentlest of care, will still leave scratches on the new paint and trims. Not to mention how it’s even worse with those regular car washes with the rolling brushes. So I can say without any regrets or doubts that this is the best way to wash a car without leaving any streaks or scratches. My Ultra Red colored car still looks like it came from the showroom. I even went back to the dealership to check up on some parts and parked my car next to the new ones and there’s no difference in looks, shininess or brilliance. Note: I have not even waxed my car because it would involve “touching” the car’s painted surface. I just let the machine do all the work. It’s only $13 but I wash it only twice per month so it comes out to about the same as a regular car wash. I hope to leave a comment in about a year to let you know how it’s all going.
