These guys are amazing. I called last minute and they said they were booked but come on up anyways. I just needed an engine bay cleaning and they knocked it out of the park. I even BS’d with the owner for a good 45 minutes after they were done. Overall pretty decent. Got the platinum package $300, wouldnt consider it again in my scenario (car was already in okay shape) but if your car looks visibly awful (stains or visible dirt) it might be well worth your money. Pictures were after my 20 min drive home. Interior was well cleaned, might have missed the push to start button? Exterior was decently cleaned but the front and trunk couldve used more love. Would return again, but would be more enticed to get a more specific option.

If I could give him more stars I would! Mr. Webb was super nice and polite. I easily made an appointment online for 9:00am. Dropped it off with him and he had it done by 12:30. Mr. Webb went above and beyond and made my car look BRAND NEW! It looks so good! Marcus arrived on time and spent approximately 6 hours detailing our car. We have had several different companies detail our car in the past and Marcus is absolutely the best. He is truly an artist when it comes to detailing cars. From the engine, to the wheels, to the interior and exterior, everything looks superb! He also provided paint correction and it looked perfect as well. The car is 11 years old and it looks brand new inside and out. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Update 4/12/24: Since last year I have received occasional services and decided it was time to get serious with my paint protection. I got the 3 year Gyeon Mohs ceramic coating, which came with a level 1 paint correction. Austin and Nick definitely delivered! My car now has a mirror shine and is as slick as ever. 100% recommend their services and would give 10 stars if I could, but google only goes up to 5. The guys at Slick Auto Care did an amazing job with my car. I got the quick wash and 6 month coating. I stayed and waited and in total it took about an hour and a half, which was much better than I expected! Nick and Austin were very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions, and had my car looking gorgeous! Overall very pleased and will definitely be going back!

Paid over $50 for best wash and interior "detail". While I did not expect a true detailing, I did expect it to be wiped down and vacuumed. I was not pleased, they did offer to redo the service and it was better the second time but still not great. If you have a third row you have to tell them to vacuum it and the same with the trunk. I also recommend you COMPLETELY remove everything from your vehicle because they will not move anything to clean around it. This includes a bag that weighed 2 pounds and could've been pushed to the other side easily. If you have kids you are better off cleaning it yourself, because after the redo ( so TWO details in a 24hr time frame) I STILL had to clean the cup holders and back of seats among other things myself, because "we can't get that out".

Splash car wash is doing it right! I enjoy detailing my own vehicles spending several hours with high end products but today my truck needed an inside and out cleaning and I didn’t have the afternoon to give it the attention it needed nor did I have the energy so I checked out SPLASH! I’m so glad I did. I’ve been to several different carwashes in my life but this one truly stands out and I will be back. I tried the top of the line service. The best car wash and the best interior cleaning package. I interacted with 3 employees who were all friendly, nice and knowledgeable with a smile! The first gentleman was at the beginning before I paid - great guy! I felt that the car wash itself is at the top of car washes I’ve been to with soaps and cleanings. After the wash I drove to the interior clean portion where I was greeted by 2 other employees who conducted several services on the inside - air compression, vacuuming, thorough wipe down etc. I noticed several different rags were being used that were microfiber towels (I really appreciate the quality of rag and not cross addressing tasks with a singular rag) I noticed that each tire had tire dressing sprayed on by hand and each rim was throughly wiped down after the dressing was applied. I was able to spectate the whole interior process in a air conditioned lounge area that had fresh free popcorn and coffee that had a space for my two kids to read kids books and watch tv! (See pictures) I am more than satisfied and I recommend this place and services. From time enter until time exited was less than 20 minutes. In that amount time with service I received - that’s unmatched!

I got my suv detailed here. Once I got it, the carpet was alright I know it was very dirty but I cant really see a difference. The outside is dirty some places. The dash had dust the Doors werent wiped down, and they had dirt. I paied a lot of money and was not happy with the results.

I read the reviews and how he was highly recommended so I decided to make an appointment for an interior detail. We agreed for a set date and time, and when I went to drop the car off he was not there. I texted him and he told me he was at a game and would not be able to get to the shop until 3 hours late. I wish he would have let me know ahead of time he would not be able to make it at the time we said. He later did tell me he wouldn’t be able to get the car in that day and to come back the next morning. I decided to give him another chance because I understand things happen, and he had good reviews. He took an hour and a half for an interior clean. However; he did not clean the windows from the inside or the headliner like he promised. He also seemed to be rough with the cloth seats and carpet, pulling out some pieces of it.

I had my front windows tinted about a month ago and am happy with the service. The total time for install was about an hour on tint-less glass. Scheduling for an appointment was fast and painless. They do have options on types of tint so prices will vary. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for window tint!

Edit 1: I understand the owner is upset by my honest review. I looked at our texts before writing to ensure it was all accurate. I try my best to leave honest reviews which are fair given the circumstances. In this case, both times I dropped it off I asked how long it would take / when I could pick it up, and both times I was told 4-5 hours or half the day - since both appointments were in the mornings it’s reasonable to assume they meant it would be done by 12 or 1pm. As for my car being a semi difficult job - it’s a Jetta GLI which is an average sedan. Maybe they’ve improved in the past year but given that he’s going back and trying to discredit old reviews, I’d doubt it. Original post: Maybe this place is great at detailing, but I'd go elsewhere for tint. I got ceramic tint done on every window of my Jetta GLI on September 2, 2022. He said it would take half the day, but ended up having my car all day & didn't put all of the trim pieces back together. I had to snap them back in myself. He said it took so long because my window seals were so tight (which doesn't make much sense if someone is experienced at tinting). By October the tint was bubbling, peeling, and scratched. My car is garage kept and I take excellent care of it so none of these should've been happening. I scheduled an appt for January 6, 2023 at 9am to have it fixed. I dropped the car off at 9am, Mike said it would take half a day to finish. By 4:15pm it still wasn't done. My car said it hadn't been driven from the parking lot into the shop until 12:01pm (VW CarNet alerts owners if their car is driven & they're not nearby). At 4:15, Mike said he was just finishing stripping the old tint off and either wanted to keep it until 7-8pm or over the weekend, at which point I asked for a refund because I had plans and couldn't leave it there. He was hesitant to refund it, kept saying "it's Friday and I gotta pay my guys, can you just bring it back later" because he didn't have the money to refund me. He was guilting me for wanting the refund. I showed up at 5 to get my car. He claims to have refunded the card.... We'll see if it posts in a few days or not. All-in-all, I think he's trying to offer tinting services when he doesn't have the skill or time to do tinting. I've never gotten a detail here but people do seem to be pleased with that aspect of the business. The tinting was absolute garbage though. These pictures don't show everything but you get the idea. Every single window had bubbles, scratches, leftover residue under the tint, or wrinkles. Plus, why have me drop my car off at 9 if it won't be started on until 12?

I have a white truck and drove on a road prepped for paving. The oil/water they had put down coated the truck front to back. I immediately rinsed and washed it, then took it to a carwash and used a pressure washer, then used some Dawn and scrubbed for well over an hour to get just one door (mostly) cleaned up. I contacted My Cloud and took the truck by to see if they could get the oil/tar off of it. It literally took them less than 15 minutes to have my truck looking good again!!! I can't praise them enough, from the guys doing the work to the people working inside- they were amazing! If you ever have any detailing needs- I can't recommend My Cloud highly enough!!

I got my car interior detailed here a couple days ago and I wanted to take a second to review it because initially I was upset. The inside looks wonderful and they did a great job. But, to my surprise the trunk was not included in the detail. If you go to other detailing places they also do the trunk for you which is nice and I assumed usually part of the interior package. Secondly, they texted me halfway through and informed me they found pet hair so they'd have to apply a pet hair fee. This was a surprise to me because, well never been an animal in the car so I asked her where the hair was. She said it was only in the driver's side but there was some. Not enough for the whole fee though, just enough for half the fee. Any hair would have fallen off of my clothes and that's it. So they must have seen the smallest amount of pet hair and just wanted to charge a fee but didn't feel comfortable doing the entire fee because they knew it wasn't right. Idk what the their thought process was honestly but I didn't feel like it was honest. After that I was upset and wanted to give 1 star but they did do a good job on the part they cleaned at least. When I got back they did also clean the outside of the car, but I didn't ask for that, I usually clean it myself and I felt like it was mostly for a photo shoot for the website because she had me stand by the car and take a photo. I asked not to have it posted though and respectfully they didn't so I appreciate that. But due to the pet fee, and the fact that they didn't even touch the trunk when other detailing services include it, especially when they could have done it instead of cleaning the outside of the car which I didn't want, I can't give them 5 stars. **update - i was contacted after this review and offered a free exterior detail, I declined because that's not why I gave the review. They will also detail the trunk for no fee but you have to specifically ask for it. This is not posted anywhere and they did not mention it to me so I didn't like that. But just know you have to ask for it or they won't do it. Next, they sent me photos of the drivers seat where they found the hair. I will say there's more than I assumed but in my opinion not enough to warrant a fee and it's only in the driver's seat. Thats the only photos I was sent at least but you can be the judge. I was still more than I thought. The owner I assume who texted me after has been very friendly and honest the entire time. They admitted they should have told me about the trunk and that the exterior detail was for social media. The tech did say that they told me it was for social media but that was a lie, that's really not a big deal though. That doesn't bother me at all. The trunk only being included if you ask but not one word being said is the main thing and just seems like the tech would want to do less work for the same amount. Thats what gets under my skin. I appreciate them trying to make it right though. I was asked to remove the reciew but I can't do that in good faith. It's just an honest review.

I cannot recommend Detail King enough. Benny is always very personable and kind. I can normally get on schedule within a few days. They have taken my truck from a muddy dusty mess on the inside to show room floor clean every time they detail it. My dog had pooped in my car, so I took it to Elevated Auto Detailing to get it removed😁 It has never been detailed over the course of having it for about 8 years, so there were tons of stains that had been there for a long time. Cesar came to our office and detailed the interior of my 2017 4Runner and has it looking brand new! I have 4 dogs that love to go for car rides. I just had Benjamin from Curve Car Care do an incredible job inside and out on my 2008 Prius...The team took their time and got my poor old dog friendly little car looking like new. REALLY!!!!!!!!! oh, and they used environmentally friendly products so I was OK w/ them actually doing the work on my grass so water would benefit my lawn...and not go down the gutters to our local creeks....Car smells clean not disinfected. Great job guys!!!!

My dog had pooped in my car, so I took it to Elevated Auto Detailing to get it removed😁 It has never been detailed over the course of having it for about 8 years, so there were tons of stains that had been there for a long time. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED (from my cloth seats I might add). I was impressed and shocked. I would definitely recommend getting your car detailed here!! The before and after photos are impressive🤩

I got my car interior detailed here a couple days ago and I wanted to take a second to review it because initially I was upset. The inside looks wonderful and they did a great job. But, to my surprise the trunk was not included in the detail. If you go to other detailing places they also do the trunk for you which is nice and I assumed usually part of the interior package. Secondly, they texted me halfway through and informed me they found pet hair so they'd have to apply a pet hair fee. This was a surprise to me because, well never been an animal in the car so I asked her where the hair was. She said it was only in the driver's side but there was some. Not enough for the whole fee though, just enough for half the fee. Any hair would have fallen off of my clothes and that's it. So they must have seen the smallest amount of pet hair and just wanted to charge a fee but didn't feel comfortable doing the entire fee because they knew it wasn't right. Idk what the their thought process was honestly but I didn't feel like it was honest. After that I was upset and wanted to give 1 star but they did do a good job on the part they cleaned at least. When I got back they did also clean the outside of the car, but I didn't ask for that, I usually clean it myself and I felt like it was mostly for a photo shoot for the website because she had me stand by the car and take a photo. I asked not to have it posted though and respectfully they didn't so I appreciate that. But due to the pet fee, and the fact that they didn't even touch the trunk when other detailing services include it, especially when they could have done it instead of cleaning the outside of the car which I didn't want, I can't give them 5 stars. **update - i was contacted after this review and offered a free exterior detail, I declined because that's not why I gave the review. They will also detail the trunk for no fee but you have to specifically ask for it. This is not posted anywhere and they did not mention it to me so I didn't like that. But just know you have to ask for it or they won't do it. Next, they sent me photos of the drivers seat where they found the hair. I will say there's more than I assumed but in my opinion not enough to warrant a fee and it's only in the driver's seat. Thats the only photos I was sent at least but you can be the judge. I was still more than I thought. The owner I assume who texted me after has been very friendly and honest the entire time. They admitted they should have told me about the trunk and that the exterior detail was for social media. The tech did say that they told me it was for social media but that was a lie, that's really not a big deal though. That doesn't bother me at all. The trunk only being included if you ask but not one word being said is the main thing and just seems like the tech would want to do less work for the same amount. Thats what gets under my skin. I appreciate them trying to make it right though. I was asked to remove the reciew but I can't do that in good faith. It's just an honest review.

My Husband had his truck paint corrected, polished & coated by Hanning Automotive back in October. This past week we had my Civic in for a ceramic coating and PPF install and we are so very satisfied with the work. We also had his truck back in for routine maintenance and Corbin worked with our schedule to get the salt & dirt off from the winter weather and got it shining again. Had my M2 in for a paint correction and ceramic coating, I thought she couldn’t be cleaner when I dropped her off. The paint is like a mirror, and there’s not one crevice that was left untouched. Pretty sure it left the factory dirtier than this. Great work and wonderful people to work with.

Colton did an INCREDIBLE job at detailing the outside and inside of my car!!!!! It looks even better now then when we picked it up from the dealership - not joking!!! The automatic wash doesn't work very well, the manual wash is dated and clunky and the guy that washes tires basically harassed and guilt tripped me into paying him for the tire wash. It's just an odd experience overall and I was not a fan.

Update: What a sorry attempt at making things right with that ChatGPT created response. I won’t be back. Your customers don’t seem to be the priority so I’ll take my money where it’s appreciated. I’ve been to Tidal several times now and have been happy with the $21 wash option. I went by 2.26.25 to get my car washed after the snow and was upsold the $30 wash only for my car to dry with water spots all over it. Went back today 2.27.25 and was told they don’t guarantee a spot free dry. Not only that but the worker said and I quote “I would hate to comp you another wash for you to still be unhappy with the wash.” Like sir are you serious?! Well what I do know is I’m unhappy with the previous wash a won’t be back to be disappointed again. At least at Tommy’s they stand by their product. If something didn’t come off or if the wash wasn’t good, they will send you back through. Back to Tommy’s I go.

I honestly was not impressed with this wash. I spent $30 (the most expensive package) and it seemed half the features included in the package did not happen or if they did they were not noticeable. The wash was very quick but not good. There were bugs and mess still on the vehicle and it spotted after drying. The vacuums were good and the staff was nice it's just I didn't get what I would expect spending $30 on a few minutes wash.

I mistakingly assumed that detailing a vehicle included interior and and exterior. Apparently not. Paid $100 to basically get a wipe down of an already clean vehicle and the carpets shampooed. Period. Nothing was done to the exterior. Also, spray residue was on the front windshield and I had to clean that myself! Not a happy customer!

Use to be great. Now with works car wash, this picture tells it all. I now come out with side mirrors dirtier than before I go in. Picture is just part of the story. Water spots & streaks all over. 3/25/2025 Washs got better. However the monthly rate just went up from $34.99 to an arbitrary $5 to $39.99. 14% increase! I will be cancelling my monthly subscription. I just wish my Social Security would go up at least 5%

Took my mom's vehicle to this location for a car wash. The staff member who I interacted with was friendly and explained the washes and the fact that they have a membership available for those who decide to frequently visit. It is a lot like other conveyor type car washes where you pull in, put your car in neutral and just let the wash glide you through. It took about 3 minutes total. It's a lot fancier than some of the other ones around town but it is a bit more expensive than those places too. It did a good job of washing the vehicle although I don't think any of these ride through places does as good as doing it manually. This place is strictly ride through and they do not have any bays for manual washes. The vacuums were available for free too, if you wanted to use them. Overall, not a bad car wash.
