I got my suv detailed here. Once I got it, the carpet was alright I know it was very dirty but I cant really see a difference. The outside is dirty some places. The dash had dust the Doors werent wiped down, and they had dirt. I paied a lot of money and was not happy with the results.

I read the reviews and how he was highly recommended so I decided to make an appointment for an interior detail. We agreed for a set date and time, and when I went to drop the car off he was not there. I texted him and he told me he was at a game and would not be able to get to the shop until 3 hours late. I wish he would have let me know ahead of time he would not be able to make it at the time we said. He later did tell me he wouldn’t be able to get the car in that day and to come back the next morning. I decided to give him another chance because I understand things happen, and he had good reviews. He took an hour and a half for an interior clean. However; he did not clean the windows from the inside or the headliner like he promised. He also seemed to be rough with the cloth seats and carpet, pulling out some pieces of it.

I had my front windows tinted about a month ago and am happy with the service. The total time for install was about an hour on tint-less glass. Scheduling for an appointment was fast and painless. They do have options on types of tint so prices will vary. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for window tint!

Edit 1: I understand the owner is upset by my honest review. I looked at our texts before writing to ensure it was all accurate. I try my best to leave honest reviews which are fair given the circumstances. In this case, both times I dropped it off I asked how long it would take / when I could pick it up, and both times I was told 4-5 hours or half the day - since both appointments were in the mornings it’s reasonable to assume they meant it would be done by 12 or 1pm. As for my car being a semi difficult job - it’s a Jetta GLI which is an average sedan. Maybe they’ve improved in the past year but given that he’s going back and trying to discredit old reviews, I’d doubt it. Original post: Maybe this place is great at detailing, but I'd go elsewhere for tint. I got ceramic tint done on every window of my Jetta GLI on September 2, 2022. He said it would take half the day, but ended up having my car all day & didn't put all of the trim pieces back together. I had to snap them back in myself. He said it took so long because my window seals were so tight (which doesn't make much sense if someone is experienced at tinting). By October the tint was bubbling, peeling, and scratched. My car is garage kept and I take excellent care of it so none of these should've been happening. I scheduled an appt for January 6, 2023 at 9am to have it fixed. I dropped the car off at 9am, Mike said it would take half a day to finish. By 4:15pm it still wasn't done. My car said it hadn't been driven from the parking lot into the shop until 12:01pm (VW CarNet alerts owners if their car is driven & they're not nearby). At 4:15, Mike said he was just finishing stripping the old tint off and either wanted to keep it until 7-8pm or over the weekend, at which point I asked for a refund because I had plans and couldn't leave it there. He was hesitant to refund it, kept saying "it's Friday and I gotta pay my guys, can you just bring it back later" because he didn't have the money to refund me. He was guilting me for wanting the refund. I showed up at 5 to get my car. He claims to have refunded the card.... We'll see if it posts in a few days or not. All-in-all, I think he's trying to offer tinting services when he doesn't have the skill or time to do tinting. I've never gotten a detail here but people do seem to be pleased with that aspect of the business. The tinting was absolute garbage though. These pictures don't show everything but you get the idea. Every single window had bubbles, scratches, leftover residue under the tint, or wrinkles. Plus, why have me drop my car off at 9 if it won't be started on until 12?

I’ve had JD at River Valley Restoration do multiple vehicles for me and will continue to take my vehicles to them. Both ceramic coating and general detail work. If you want the cheapest in town, they’re not for you. If you want it done right with a high level of attention to detail and to support a husband/wife small business, they should be at the top of your list in the Fort Smith river valley area!

Justin is hands down the best detailer and ceramic installer in the area! Not only is he a great guy, but he is also incredibly hardworking and honest. You can genuinely tell he cares about his customers and their vehicles. I’ve had him do a couple of my vehicles, and each time, they come out looking absolutely excellent! Justin takes the time to meticulously correct the paint and applies the highest quality ceramic coating for protection. If you truly care about your vehicle, go see Justin. I have a white truck and drove on a road prepped for paving. The oil/water they had put down coated the truck front to back. I immediately rinsed and washed it, then took it to a carwash and used a pressure washer, then used some Dawn and scrubbed for well over an hour to get just one door (mostly) cleaned up. I contacted My Cloud and took the truck by to see if they could get the oil/tar off of it. It literally took them less than 15 minutes to have my truck looking good again!!! I can't praise them enough, from the guys doing the work to the people working inside- they were amazing! If you ever have any detailing needs- I can't recommend My Cloud highly enough!!

Haven't had a wash yet, closed Sunday so I won't be able to get it to him till Tuesday. Even though they are closed today; he answered the phone, answered my questions about my large long Ram 3500 fitting and provided us with a reasonable price for a Hand Wash and Hand Dry (No Brushes or scratches). He was VERY polite and helpful. Just that alone today is worth taking it to them. 5-Star Service even before the service I Will update later with a wash review and photos before and after.

This place is hands down the best in the area! I got the ceramic coating on my '08 4Runner and it looks brand new. The owner, Zac Taylor, is very professional and responsive to calls and texts. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive when I asked for my windshield to be washed again for a missed spot. The tunnel attendants Andy and Drew took the extra time to accommodate my request. The young man Terry at the gate was very helpful in explaining all of the plans and their benefits. All of these young men need to be acknowledged for their attention to detail and willingness to help where they can. I will be returning to use my subscription regularly. I have had owner do my SUV"s before and were perfect. Ask attendant if he could do my windows on the inside, No cars in stalls only one car in driveway Attendant had tattoo on neck said he was busy when I drove up he was just standing around. We need a good full service car wash in Vsn Buren.

I try not to be the patron who only leaves bad reviews, but this has been due for a while. I have done the monthly membership since this carwash opened up. This location is beside Hooters near I540 on Rogers Ave in Fort Smith. I want to clarify that because many reviews I see here do not refer to this location specifically. I have had multiple issues here, and I keep asking myself why I keep coming back. My ability to get in and out of here is limited because it is a struggle to turn East on Rogers due to all the traffic. I typically have to swing around the neighborhood behind the hospital to avoid the risk of getting T-boned. I have driven here multiple times to find the place closed due to breakdowns, the lack of employees, or employees not showing up on time. I don't usually use the vacuums, but I did recently, and they were almost worthless. I only say this because I know how they originally were, and they do not operate the same now. The employee who stands inside the door to wash your windshield and spray off areas of the vehicle that need it never does a good job because they typically miss multiple parts of the glass and push you on through. In my experience, they haven't hit my vehicle with a wash wand in over a year. I've noticed lately that the air blower dryers either don't work well or specific motors are not working because I always have water all over my hood and side windows when I pull out of the end. When I got home, I noticed a stamped area on every tire where the tire cleaner hits it, but it doesn't appear to clean the whole tire. It is roughly an 8" x 5" stamped spot. This tire issue has happened the last three times I have been through it, and I typically only go through it every week or two. This place has a lot of opportunities but is severely mismanaged. It is hard to believe the investment amount made for this location only to let it run subpar. Fort Smith has many drive-through carwash options, and it is time for me to move on. This place cannot be profitable while operating in this manner since day one. Hopefully, someone will manage it properly and take advantage of the new equipment.

Eddie and his team did an amazing job on my truck. Completely wrecked the front bumper and you’d never even know it’s been damaged.
