I got my car interior detailed here a couple days ago and I wanted to take a second to review it because initially I was upset. The inside looks wonderful and they did a great job. But, to my surprise the trunk was not included in the detail. If you go to other detailing places they also do the trunk for you which is nice and I assumed usually part of the interior package. Secondly, they texted me halfway through and informed me they found pet hair so they'd have to apply a pet hair fee. This was a surprise to me because, well never been an animal in the car so I asked her where the hair was. She said it was only in the driver's side but there was some. Not enough for the whole fee though, just enough for half the fee. Any hair would have fallen off of my clothes and that's it. So they must have seen the smallest amount of pet hair and just wanted to charge a fee but didn't feel comfortable doing the entire fee because they knew it wasn't right. Idk what the their thought process was honestly but I didn't feel like it was honest. After that I was upset and wanted to give 1 star but they did do a good job on the part they cleaned at least. When I got back they did also clean the outside of the car, but I didn't ask for that, I usually clean it myself and I felt like it was mostly for a photo shoot for the website because she had me stand by the car and take a photo. I asked not to have it posted though and respectfully they didn't so I appreciate that. But due to the pet fee, and the fact that they didn't even touch the trunk when other detailing services include it, especially when they could have done it instead of cleaning the outside of the car which I didn't want, I can't give them 5 stars. **update - i was contacted after this review and offered a free exterior detail, I declined because that's not why I gave the review. They will also detail the trunk for no fee but you have to specifically ask for it. This is not posted anywhere and they did not mention it to me so I didn't like that. But just know you have to ask for it or they won't do it. Next, they sent me photos of the drivers seat where they found the hair. I will say there's more than I assumed but in my opinion not enough to warrant a fee and it's only in the driver's seat. Thats the only photos I was sent at least but you can be the judge. I was still more than I thought. The owner I assume who texted me after has been very friendly and honest the entire time. They admitted they should have told me about the trunk and that the exterior detail was for social media. The tech did say that they told me it was for social media but that was a lie, that's really not a big deal though. That doesn't bother me at all. The trunk only being included if you ask but not one word being said is the main thing and just seems like the tech would want to do less work for the same amount. Thats what gets under my skin. I appreciate them trying to make it right though. I was asked to remove the reciew but I can't do that in good faith. It's just an honest review.

I cannot recommend Detail King enough. Benny is always very personable and kind. I can normally get on schedule within a few days. They have taken my truck from a muddy dusty mess on the inside to show room floor clean every time they detail it. They go above and beyond to shine parts that aren’t considered parts for a normal detail. They will be the only shop who details my vehicles!

My dog had pooped in my car, so I took it to Elevated Auto Detailing to get it removed😁 It has never been detailed over the course of having it for about 8 years, so there were tons of stains that had been there for a long time. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED (from my cloth seats I might add). I was impressed and shocked. I would definitely recommend getting your car detailed here!! The before and after photos are impressive🤩

Patrick was great to work with detailing and removing the stains on my car seats. He also restored my headlights which were terrible. I just had Benjamin from Curve Car Care do an incredible job inside and out on my 2008 Prius...The team took their time and got my poor old dog friendly little car looking like new. REALLY!!!!!!!!! oh, and they used environmentally friendly products so I was OK w/ them actually doing the work on my grass so water would benefit my lawn...and not go down the gutters to our local creeks....Car smells clean not disinfected. Great job guys!!!!

My wife and I have a messy one year old and were in need of a good detailing. All American made our car look better than when we got it off the lot. Colton did an INCREDIBLE job at detailing the outside and inside of my car!!!!! It looks even better now then when we picked it up from the dealership - not joking!!! He was extremely detailed oriented, made sure the dirt and crumbs were out of every single crack and the floor board mats were spotless. The carpet was vacuumed so well and all leather was cleaned perfectly and did not leave a greasy residue. The outside AND inside was shining! If your in the market for Paint Protection File PPF, or top notch ceramic coating contact the folks at High and Wide in Bentonville. They do some of the best work in NWA. I asked for a specific application and they hand cut and applied this black PPF detail to the hood and covered all the red and black facia pieces. I can not find one single flaw. Great Work….

The automatic wash doesn't work very well, the manual wash is dated and clunky and the guy that washes tires basically harassed and guilt tripped me into paying him for the tire wash. It's just an odd experience overall and I was not a fan.

My Husband had his truck paint corrected, polished & coated by Hanning Automotive back in October. This past week we had my Civic in for a ceramic coating and PPF install and we are so very satisfied with the work. We also had his truck back in for routine maintenance and Corbin worked with our schedule to get the salt & dirt off from the winter weather and got it shining again. The ceramic coating makes it much easier to maintain but also makes it look much better after an easier wash. We will be doing maintenance washes with Hanning often. Thank you Hanning Automotive.

Had my M2 in for a paint correction and ceramic coating, I thought she couldn’t be cleaner when I dropped her off. The paint is like a mirror, and there’s not one crevice that was left untouched. Pretty sure it left the factory dirtier than this. Great work and wonderful people to work with.

Nice, newer car wash conveniently located by the mall and shopping centers on Joyce/Mall Ave area. Lots of vacuums available that work great and the car wash (with employees that spray your car down before) does a good job too. I have a membership which they offer for 50%off for military, which is a great deal!

The car wash itself is great however the high pressure sales are unbearable. My husband details my car weekly so the only time I need to go to a Carwash is whenever he’s out of town. As I explained this to the teenage girl at the entrance, she rolled her eyes and was so rude after that. I, along with several people I’ve talked to about it, whom let me add, has had the same negative experience as this, will never go to another Club car wash.

Last fall I rolled into this location to get a quick car wash, the kiosk wasn't working, or it was and they didn't want customers using it, and instead the attendant blocking the pricing options told me I might as well get the $27 unlimited pass for a month to get more for my money, without being given any of the other lower payment options. Me, not having been here or other membership style car washes, thought that's the only other option and I'd get more bang for my buck so I went with it. That's fine, that's on me for not checking — still not great practice. I used it for about a month, and in November went back to cancel in person because they do not allow you the option to cancel online, which is absolutely absurd. I waited for about 25 minutes to be able to speak with the manager, and when he was finally available he took my information to cancel my account. Well apparently he just decided not to, and I am still getting charged. I have called and emailed and have received zero assistance. I don't have to the time to go there every few days and wait for 30 minutes to be helped. Honestly, this place feels pretty scammy in the way they upsell and make it near impossible to cancel. There's a million other car washes in town, take your business elsewhere. Plus, it's overpriced for what you get. The top wash did nothing, and my car left spotty.
