My car is a 2005 Lincoln Towncar. (Before pictures attached below). I had purchased it a week prior to getting it detailed, and I just wanted it cleaned as the previous owner had a pet (I'm allergic and I had a newborn). The negative: - When I picked it up the first time, my vents were blowing out the insulating foam since he steamed the inside of it. Unfortunately, when it hit the surfaces in the car it smeared like peanut butter from being damp. I had to take it back. - My center console still had hair and crumbs in it. Matt told me the car really didn't have all that much dog hair to begin with so I was quite disappointed to see that. I actually noticed it and asked him to clean it when I brought it back. - My trunk didn't appear to have been touched. I would consider it part of the interior, but I didn't specifically ask for it to be cleaned. So maybe that one's on me? -My windows were streaked. I just cleaned it myself as I didn't want to go back a third time. - I paid $200 for an interior detail only. I feel like it just wasn't worth it. Even if there were no issues, I personally feel that it's steep. This was supposedly with a discount since we are in the same neighborhood. The positive: - The car was clean. I can't complain about the job he did on the seats, steering wheel, and carpets. The carpets especially were much improved and as good as they were going to get given their light color. - The smell was pleasant. - He was quick about taking the car back after hearing what happened. - He's a nice guy. He got me on the schedule in a timely manner and was very communicative/responsive. All in all, would I do it again? Probably not. I feel like this was a pretty straightforward job on an already tidy car. (Before pictures attached below). I actually waited a month to write this review to make sure I still feel the same. I do. It overall wasn't the most pleasant experience on my end.

I cannot recommend Detail King enough. Benny is always very personable and kind. I can normally get on schedule within a few days. They have taken my truck from a muddy dusty mess on the inside to show room floor clean every time they detail it. They go above and beyond to shine parts that aren’t considered parts for a normal detail. They will be the only shop who details my vehicles!

My dog had pooped in my car, so I took it to Elevated Auto Detailing to get it removed😁 It has never been detailed over the course of having it for about 8 years, so there were tons of stains that had been there for a long time. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED (from my cloth seats I might add). I was impressed and shocked. I would definitely recommend getting your car detailed here!! The before and after photos are impressive🤩

I just had Benjamin from Curve Car Care do an incredible job inside and out on my 2008 Prius...The team took their time and got my poor old dog friendly little car looking like new. REALLY!!!!!!!!! oh, and they used environmentally friendly products so I was OK w/ them actually doing the work on my grass so water would benefit my lawn...and not go down the gutters to our local creeks....Car smells clean not disinfected. Great job guys!!!!

Very impressed with the excellent work performed, also with economical rates. Arrived punctually and kept us informed. If you want to go thru the drive wash just find somewhere else. The guy offers to scrub your wheels and front and back bumper which is cool but I only did the wheels so my paint didn’t scratched up. During the rinse I noticed half of the machine wasn’t spraying hard water so the driver side still had soap on it. He told me if I would’ve let him scrub it the soap wouldn’t have stuck… had to pay to rinse it myself

The automatic wash doesn't work very well, the manual wash is dated and clunky and the guy that washes tires basically harassed and guilt tripped me into paying him for the tire wash. It's just an odd experience overall and I was not a fan.

I have come here for two vehicles, the first was about a year ago and I just got a different one repaired from a nasty hit-and-run. They do a phenomenal job with everything, my car looks brand new! They help and work with insurance to try and get the repair costs as low as possible to help people not get their cars totaled out. If not for them I’d be car hunting right now, but instead I got to keep my car and am so happy and grateful. They also have a lifetime warranty with the repair if anything stops working out of the blue. John is a great guy, both him and the shop in general are very transparent with everything regarding your vehicle’s condition and repairs, not to mention their speed with getting your car fixed. Highly recommend them regardless of your insurance, they will do an excellent job.

I paid $27 for top car wash and it was no better than the least expensive $22 car wash. Both are way, way overpriced. The employees are nice but all they do is pretend to use a brush to clean the front and back but somehow the car is still not clean after the car wash. Also the “unlimited” pack is not only not unlimited but only covers 15 washes a month per their employee. I was told it was 2 washes a day but when I went this week I was told I had already exceeded my number of washes. WHY DO YOU CALL IT UNLIMITED IF ITS NOT ANYTHING CLOSE TO UNLIMITED. CHARGE MORE MONEY IF YOU NEED TO BUT STOP LYING AND MISLEADING CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE A PACKAGE THAT IS NOT UNLIMITED.

The team did a wonderful job on both my cars. Interior and exterior detailing. Looks new than the day I bought them. It’s been almost a week and they still look fantastic! Cesar came to our office and detailed the interior of my 2017 4Runner and has it looking brand new! I have 4 dogs that love to go for car rides. Took my truck down to Hank and his crew for a full paint correction, full front and lower ppf, full undercarriage ceramic coating, full body ceramic coating, and full interior detail.. I once LOVE taking my SUV thru this wash. It clean great, great prices BUT you pay for it on the end. I have a tiny antenna on the top of my SUV Rogue). I have use them for like 3 years now. Their equipment snapped it and now I have to eat the cost for repairs. I knew someone that got their mirror and front tag town off and they replaced that but when you call to add a claim, they have a reason not to fix it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Don't go here. Do not. Their management is incompetent and rude, and their secretary who takes the maintenance calls has no answers. Today they left me in the cold for over 30 minutes trying to get an answer on how to get the machine to run. Now I'm left with a sudsy car and not say to clean it off. I have spent $15 to get told that “she can take a name and number.” Good luck trying to get a refund on anything from this shadow-owned company. Edit: You can see that the owner of this carwash is more pressed about policing his Google reviews than addressing the valid criticisms of his patrons. Thanks for nothing? A sudsy car. Also, the foam on the ground is AFTER it sat for 30 minutes. Debbie, you need a new job. Also, their attendant so admirably lied on their social media!

Water pressure is terrible. Brush is worn out. Scrubbed on my truck alot and it wouldn't even take the bug guts off so the chemicals are watered down or something. Seems years ago it was alot better. It was clean and all the fiction had something comming our just very week. If your car is clean it's a good place to go waste time and money for peace of mind. Other then that they need to fix the issues.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism! The back of my car didn’t get very clean. I asked for a towel and one of the young attendants helped me wipe off the back and roof of my car. He explained why this might have happened. I will be back and I will be taking advantage of the 6 month price lock deal.

This is my first time at this car wash, and it was excellent. My car was very dirty and it did the trick. The staff was very kind, Lucas was very kind and helpful, he even took a large box of mine to the dumpster when I needed to throw it away. I would definitely go back.

Nice, newer car wash conveniently located by the mall and shopping centers on Joyce/Mall Ave area. Lots of vacuums available that work great and the car wash (with employees that spray your car down before) does a good job too. I have a membership which they offer for 50%off for military, which is a great deal!

Got the MVP for 10$ with a deal going on right now and WOW the MVP is worth the price they charge. Normally automatic car washes are just kinda a bleh convenience thing and never really gets your car as good as you can do yourself but this was amazing. (And my car was really bad, like havent been cleaned in months with highway travel bad). My car is so shiny and new! My 2 year old loved the experience as well because of all the lights they have so it helped make it a less scary experience for her. The vacuums are 10/10 as well. The fastest vacuuming ive ever done because you dont have to do a million passes. Staff are super friendly as well! 100% will come back
