This guy came in professional and priced good for the working class he had his own water as well so absolutely no hassle I watched TV in the comfort of my own home as my truck got transformed. Update: What a sorry attempt at making things right with that ChatGPT created response. I won’t be back. Your customers don’t seem to be the priority so I’ll take my money where it’s appreciated. I’ve been to Tidal several times now and have been happy with the $21 wash option. I went by 2.26.25 to get my car washed after the snow and was upsold the $30 wash only for my car to dry with water spots all over it. Went back today 2.27.25 and was told they don’t guarantee a spot free dry. Not only that but the worker said and I quote “I would hate to comp you another wash for you to still be unhappy with the wash.” Like sir are you serious?! Well what I do know is I’m unhappy with the previous wash a won’t be back to be disappointed again. At least at Tommy’s they stand by their product. If something didn’t come off or if the wash wasn’t good, they will send you back through. Back to Tommy’s I go.

I honestly was not impressed with this wash. I spent $30 (the most expensive package) and it seemed half the features included in the package did not happen or if they did they were not noticeable. The wash was very quick but not good. There were bugs and mess still on the vehicle and it spotted after drying. The vacuums were good and the staff was nice it's just I didn't get what I would expect spending $30 on a few minutes wash.

I mistakingly assumed that detailing a vehicle included interior and and exterior. Apparently not. Paid $100 to basically get a wipe down of an already clean vehicle and the carpets shampooed. Period. Nothing was done to the exterior. Also, spray residue was on the front windshield and I had to clean that myself! Not a happy customer!

Use to be great. Now with works car wash, this picture tells it all. I now come out with side mirrors dirtier than before I go in. Picture is just part of the story. Water spots & streaks all over. 3/25/2025 Washs got better. However the monthly rate just went up from $34.99 to an arbitrary $5 to $39.99. 14% increase! I will be cancelling my monthly subscription. I just wish my Social Security would go up at least 5%

Took my mom's vehicle to this location for a car wash. The staff member who I interacted with was friendly and explained the washes and the fact that they have a membership available for those who decide to frequently visit. It is a lot like other conveyor type car washes where you pull in, put your car in neutral and just let the wash glide you through. It took about 3 minutes total. It's a lot fancier than some of the other ones around town but it is a bit more expensive than those places too. It did a good job of washing the vehicle although I don't think any of these ride through places does as good as doing it manually. This place is strictly ride through and they do not have any bays for manual washes. The vacuums were available for free too, if you wanted to use them. Overall, not a bad car wash.

We had appointment to have my car have a full detail. When we got there we were told that the person who was to do this was running late. Told me that it would be done in 4 hours. We went by at 11:00 my car hasn't been moved. We got a call that it was done at 4:30. Now the person wasn't there when went in to pick it up. They didn't even do a full detail. The back seat wasn't even clean, between the seats still had dirt. The windows were so spotted. They did a half job on my car. I won't be take my car there again. They took off $50.00 because of the job took so long. But they should have done the job we paid them to do. Other people may still like and go to them. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

There is a young man that works there and I normally don’t ask for anything. But this young man I ask if he could wash my vehicle because I was headed to my brother’s funeral and I didn’t want to get wet. He took the time for me and it was so sweet that he wash my vehicle for me. He did tell me that they can’t because of insurance and I told him I would not do anything to the company or anything like that. He was so kind and ask if he could give me a hug. Went to Tommy's yesterday and got their $20 wash. When I left there I got out and checked. I JUST BOUGHT this truck in December brand new. The car was scratched it up SO bad and didn't even get all the dirt off. This is ridiculous. I paid $20 basically to get my truck scratched up by a car wash that didn't even wash. Will NOT be going back.

I have used both locations in Jonesboro and they both do pretty good car washes. These are ride through washes so you pull in, put the car in neutral, and then you are pulled through for a few minutes. These are not touchless and use a group of brushes and scrubbers to clean your car. They do a pretty good job of cleaning but some older/tougher stains may need to be treated by hand.

The interior was done great! The windows however were not. There were streaks on the front windshield. The back seats had finger smudges that my grandchildren had put on them and they were still there when I got the car back. It must have been 2 people doing the job. One did great and one did not!

I have an AMG Mercedes and am naturally very timid about trying a new car detailer, especially after a previous local detailer left swirl marks on my last Mercedes. Motor Lab listened to my concerns, was exceptionally careful, and detailed my vehicle beautifully! I have returned multiple times since my initial detail and I’m always happy. Over charged for me just a trailer washout. They don’t have power washer or any soap to clean the trailer they just use a regular cheap hose to wash it. Only took them 5 minutes to stay water in trailer. It’s now even worse than before. Avoid these scammers. 👎👎👎👎👎
