Took my mom's vehicle to this location for a car wash. The staff member who I interacted with was friendly and explained the washes and the fact that they have a membership available for those who decide to frequently visit. It is a lot like other conveyor type car washes where you pull in, put your car in neutral and just let the wash glide you through. It took about 3 minutes total. It's a lot fancier than some of the other ones around town but it is a bit more expensive than those places too. It did a good job of washing the vehicle although I don't think any of these ride through places does as good as doing it manually. This place is strictly ride through and they do not have any bays for manual washes. The vacuums were available for free too, if you wanted to use them. Overall, not a bad car wash.

I prefer this location due to it usually not being too crazy busy, like the one that is super close to our house. So it’s a drive. Last night I went to wash my car there it was closed. I made a wide swing to pull around and before I finished turning, your team member Will was right there. He explained what was going on, apologized for the inconvenience. I was annoyed that I had driven all the way there, but I understood shit happens and it’s nobody’s fault. He gave me a free wash, which I told him I didn’t need because both of our cars have your monthly plan, for as long as you have been open In JB. So he told me to give it to a family member or friend. Smart move Will! You may get another monthly customer, simply by him using great customer service. Kudos to this young man, hopefully you realize what an asset he is!

We had appointment to have my car have a full detail. When we got there we were told that the person who was to do this was running late. Told me that it would be done in 4 hours. We went by at 11:00 my car hasn't been moved. We got a call that it was done at 4:30. Now the person wasn't there when went in to pick it up. They didn't even do a full detail. The back seat wasn't even clean, between the seats still had dirt. The windows were so spotted. They did a half job on my car. I won't be take my car there again. They took off $50.00 because of the job took so long. But they should have done the job we paid them to do. Other people may still like and go to them. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Hidden Gem. Never had a better clean for my car. May not be one of the flashiest washes around, but the full detail package with the added free Nitro Wash made my kid zone of a car feel like new again. They got stains out that i believed would last till the end of my poor cars existence. And it looks brand new from the outside! Love the tire shine!!!

I mistakingly assumed that detailing a vehicle included interior and and exterior. Apparently not. Paid $100 to basically get a wipe down of an already clean vehicle and the carpets shampooed. Period. Nothing was done to the exterior. Also, spray residue was on the front windshield and I had to clean that myself! Not a happy customer!

I Love this Car Wash!! It’s close as and convenient . They have plenty of products outside in a cabinet for you to clean the interior of your car, and cloths to use, and their car wash washes my car real well. I’m also on a monthly payment plan that’s very reasonable.They even have vacuum cleaners, as well. The only thing missing are floor mat cleaning machines If they had them, my car cleaning dreams would be fulfilled. Overall though, I’m happy with their service, and it’s in a convenient location close to me. Not to forget to mention, but TONY and TRAVIS are the bomb!! Give those boys a raise!!

I honestly was not impressed with this wash. I spent $30 (the most expensive package) and it seemed half the features included in the package did not happen or if they did they were not noticeable. The wash was very quick but not good. There were bugs and mess still on the vehicle and it spotted after drying. The vacuums were good and the staff was nice it's just I didn't get what I would expect spending $30 on a few minutes wash.

Car wash did good but they set me up on monthly plan when i specifically told the guy I did Not want monthly plan!! They deducted 2 monthly payments before I realized it. I called and told them I did not authorize the charges. They said they couldn't refund. I called bank and they will reverse charges!! I will never use again!! Scam

Someone hit my car, so I wanted to see if the automatic car wash would take some of their paint off. The owner or manager told me to pull over to the self wash and he got it off for me. The other reviews about how nice he is are true. Very friendly and seems to enjoy the business and helping people. He had to walk off for a second so I washed more on my car. When he got back I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I don’t really see that too much with businesses around here. Not saying there aren’t others that don’t, but it stuck out and was impressive. I gave him my free car wash to give to someone else. I’ll definitely be back. Also, I usually use automatics or wash my car at home by hand, but I really liked there pressure washer with all the dials. It got my car clean without having to scrub.

The manager of this place goes above and beyond! It had been two years since we washed our white SUV and as we pulled into line for the automatic wash the manager spotted us and informed us that the brushes prolly wouldn’t be able to remove all the residue and sap from the trees we park under but told us to pull around after it did what it could and he personally would wash it for us in a regular stall to remove what the auto wash could not! Anyplace that is willing to go that far for customers has my respect and money!

I have used both locations in Jonesboro and they both do pretty good car washes. These are ride through washes so you pull in, put the car in neutral, and then you are pulled through for a few minutes. These are not touchless and use a group of brushes and scrubbers to clean your car. They do a pretty good job of cleaning but some older/tougher stains may need to be treated by hand.

Took my truck there and it was scratched in so many areas I have to file a claim on it. I own Charles sharp roofing In Jonesboro and I warn all my customers and friends to please go elsewhere they will ruin your vehicle and try to keep from fixing it. The manager rosavelt was horrible to the point I had to call an officer to take a report for future law suit. Here is a pic of the report the manager says the damage was done and admitted it.

I have an AMG Mercedes and am naturally very timid about trying a new car detailer, especially after a previous local detailer left swirl marks on my last Mercedes. Motor Lab listened to my concerns, was exceptionally careful, and detailed my vehicle beautifully! I have returned multiple times since my initial detail and I’m always happy. This is not your 16 year old nephew who details cars after school– this is a professional who does a great and thorough job. I recommend him to everyone I know and they are impressed with his work on their vehicles as well. Over charged for me just a trailer washout. They don’t have power washer or any soap to clean the trailer they just use a regular cheap hose to wash it. Only took them 5 minutes to stay water in trailer. It’s now even worse than before. Avoid these scammers. 👎👎👎👎👎

The interior was done great! The windows however were not. There were streaks on the front windshield. The back seats had finger smudges that my grandchildren had put on them and they were still there when I got the car back. It must have been 2 people doing the job. One did great and one did not!
